Just relocated from California and Jennifer and Theresa in the office made it such a breeze! Super helpful! Had a couple little maintenance issues when I first moved into the apartment but they were all fixed and taken care within a day! So happy with the decision to move into this complex!

Assistant manager, Sarah Covington is the best! Super attentive and helpful. Gets things done in a timely manner! Any issues we’ve had she’s resolved herself! Office staff has been very helpful in regards to any questions. Decent apartments, mostly quiet neighborhood as with any apartment, great price

The old residents from previous company you are required to move out when your lease is up. Okay, moved into the new renovated apartment. Horrible mistake!!!! White cabinets over black they didnt sand or put primer. Chips and paint peeled off.I have ROACHES!!!! I have seen and killed 200!!! Told them and they didnt do anything but tell me Jennifer is showing apartments and waiting for pest control to give her a date they can spray. Moved in here Aug 27. NEVER got back to me like they said! I have bought my own from Lowes and they keep coming! Told them the paint job is horrible and was told I can get the paint to touch up. Here again not my job. Got the paint to touch up the maintenance guy laughed at me dropping the paint off and said good luck with matching the paint in the newer apartments we are having a hard time matching. I was like newer? Still have ROACHES and they havent send anybody out here! My dauy has asthma and they sure wouldnt like to live like this!

I have lived here for sometime and have been through multiple managements. This new management is amazing! Sarah handled my transfer to the new renovated apartment and she was spectacular! Also, Bob in maintenance goes above and beyond for us residents. I am in love with being in love with my Beautiful home.

The Hampton on Jupiter is such nice community to move to. Plus every time I go into the office and need help Denise Guillen have no problem helping me with anything i need. She is a very nice and respectful person with a nice soul & spirit & she always greet you with a lovely smile. Im glad to be apart of this community & have a nice wonderful person to help me

12/2/2020 - Thank you for another night filled with the joyous sounds of a truck alarm going off every few minutes for several hours. just to the west of building 12.11/29/2020 -- I live in an apartment complex that shares a border with this complex. There is almost always a car alarm going off, when there is not, there is someone working on their vehicle in the parking lot with an angle grinder or blasting music. They also have at least 2 residents who have dirt bikes that like to race around their parking lots after 10 pm. Living in a city is going to be noisy, but this complex either attracts or markets to those who dont care about their neighbors, or they simply dont care about enforcing any kind of safety or rules for their residents.

I referred a coworker to move in these apartment it has been almost four and I still havent the full referral fee the promised of 300 dollars and they have intentions of giving me the rest of it either so I will never refer anyone to live here again.

VERY VERY VERY unprofessional My ac caught on fire left my apartment smoking and instead of fixing the right way Raul the leasing manger rush them to hurry up. Fast forward a week later i have mold and water damages coming from the same ac unit he rushed them on. Then my mircowave gave out a month finally go in the office today and Raul pretty much brushed us away i guess his phone call was more important then the actual residents paying him. I would advice anyone DO NOT move here its a reason the rating are low.Update my tub paint is peeling and instead of them painting it while i am at work they wait until i get off to come and say i have to wait outside for FOUR hours in the rain. I said no can we reschedule for a earlier time and NO because they get charged for it i thought thats why i pay RENT so i can get things like this done with no problem its SAD NEW MANAGEMENT not good at all.

I have a newborn and after at least 12 requests they say my AC is just the way it is. After reaching 85 multiple times I have worked in apartment management and have even been a supervisor and have never seen this behavior I have even requested to be taken out of the lease. WORST APARTMENTS. They do not care that you have children and are sitting in hot apartments all day long and not to mention on a good week the hot water will only stop working 3 different times. Save your money people

Nice environment, and the apartment is very clean and big for a one bed room. I loved the lady’s that used to work there and I would have given 5 stars but after they went under new management they never answer the phones. I find that to be very unprofessional. I miss Nora and the girls that worked for her. They where sweet lady’s, got things done and very understanding. And they did pick up the phone as they should.

I don’t normally rate but this was certainly a must Irma turn my horrible day of looking for an new apartment upside down she was very informative and professional nothing like other apartments in the Garland area. Will be moving in soon thanks for all the help!

It’s been 3 months and I’m so ready to move out they a/c never work, they have TICKS IN THE APARTMENTS, every time it rain it’s a leak in my roof, a/c don’t come on even more after 3 request, pipe lines are terrible, sink clogged up from last owner food and let me to deal with ware everywhere just a waste of time and money they accept anyone my neighbor kids even stole out my own apartment terrible terrible place not worth paying a water bill on top of another water bill

I am so thankful that I choose The Madison Apartments to live. It was easy process to get me moved in quickly. I was not fully moved in when I had to leave town on emergency, I talked to my Leasing Consultant Andrea Munoz about what happened and she was amazing. Not wanting to wait 2 more weeks for a reschedule on my Tv and Internet Mrs. Munoz went out of her way to let them in and make sure my TV and Internet was working, Thank You again Mrs. Munoz people like you make all the difference.

(Been here 2 months) No where in the email/lease does it say anything about coolers (that we use as a table for the time being) being on the patio, so why did I receive a notice saying we owe $50? Someone even had to write in cooler because it doesnt technically apply.. It seems to me this complex is just after money! From the time I moved in I have had problems. First, it was the miscommunication (on your part) by adding my car info into YOUR system and flippantly telling me not to worry about anything else and that I ONLY needed to add guests as needed. That miscommunication cost me roughly $200, which was never made right by The Madison. Now this? If you had time to leave a notice saying we had to pay $50 for a cooler that can be removed, you definitely had time to leave a note letting us know The Madison does not consider a cooler to be outside furniture which was not even listed on the notice to begin with! If the email would have been more specific, the cooler would have been gone. But no, The Madison relies on vagueness to get their coin from unsuspecting residents. I am continuously baffled and disappointed in how the Madison treats their (still new!!) residents. A warning would have sufficed if you truly care about your residents like you claimed when we were looking for a home. Next time you want to fine us for something we could have prevented if you had only told us, please issue a warning and we would be more than happy to comply.tldr; these apartments would rather fine you for having a portable cooler on your patio than to be specific about what they consider to be outdoor furniture and issue a non-vague warning. dont stay here unless you are made of money!

Ive changed my mind this place is not secure this morning I woke up with no damn battery in my car I was on my way to drop my kids off and no battery in my car... The apartments are nice but no matter how many cameras they its just not safe not only this idiots of rats stole my battery they damage the who cable system which will cost me more money to get it fix. I was planning to say more time in this apartment but hell no... The staff are professional and all but the neighborhood is unsafe!

I have lived at the Madison for 3 years now. The office personnel are great, they follow up on all complaint, and repairs in a very timely manner. They call to follow up the same day or the next morning. I am picky about my apartment home and have had repairs made that exceeded my expectations. For example they sealed my tub when I only expected calking.I have not had a problem with roaches ever, so I do not understand comments to the contrary. The complex is quiet and safe. There are cameras and security persons who patrol. The grounds are well kept and every resident I have met in passing were extremely nice.

I searched for apartments in the Richardson/ Garland area for months before I found this gem.Andrea is fairly new to the office, but she is one of the most approachable, sincere, and professional leasing staff I have ever met. Irma provided exceptional customer service, and was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process.During the finalization of my lease, I was presented with a unique circumstance. The ladies worked together to inform me of every option available. They even did independent research to provide me with options at a sister complex.They were patient and personable, the grounds were well manicured, no loud neighbors or pest, and I was able to walk through my unit and have adjustments made before my move in date.All too often people come here to vent after a bad experience (Ive been guilty of it myself), but I wanted to take the time to recommend this complex and staff if youre looking for a new place to call home.

I went in today to look at this apartment complex and I have to say I had a great experience. The leasing agent Andrea Munos really did a good job of showing me an empty unit and answered all the questions that I had.

Beware of the lease terms. They are allowed to just walk into your apartment at any time with NO NOTICE. My babysitter was extremely confused as to why some lady was coming into the apartment without even knocking! I wish I would have read the lease better before moving in here.

My air conditioning never is working they always send some one to do completely nothing to my air it will be 82 degrees in my home and it’s 80 outside there is never parking always random cars sitting

DO NOT apply for these apartments if it’s your first time getting an apartment. I felt like they took advantage of me and my boyfriend because we are young and trying to get our first apartment. We had everything they needed for us to get the apartment but they kept saying that it wasn’t enough but I know for a fact we had everything they needed.

Ive been apartment hunting for a few weeks now and the Madisons convenient location would give me easy access to the highway to get to work. Jesus (I think that was his name) was really helpful and patient with my wife and I. Unfortunately, they dont have any apartments open for my move in date but overall my experience with the staff was great!

Utilities bills are too high from $50 went up to $70 cant understand i never home This place is infested with cockroaches theyre every where you can even eat his food because theyre climbing the table you cannot even watch TV because they rest on your arms Im about to call the city of Dallas.. and plus No parking space for residents my sister lives there one day I went to spend the night with her and she parked like a mile away from her unit thats just ridiculous they should mark the parking spaces with the unit number. When I lived here, the woman upstairs had non-carpeted floors and two small children who would CONSTANTLY make noise until well past midnight, and management did literally nothing.There was also a resident who parked his truck directly in front of my living room window (I lived on the first floor) with the car alarm set to the absolute most sensitive setting possible so it woke me up at LEAST 4-5 times a night, not to mention making it impossible to quietly watch a movie in the evening because any time someone drove by, the car alarm went off. Management didnt care.Without ANY warning, management had a crew come cut down the tree in front of my living room window one weekend. On Saturday. With a chainsaw and various machinery. Not only was it loud for hours unexpectedly, but the fumes from the tools leaked into my apartment, and I had a massive asthma attack that landed me in the hospital and cost me $1300.I never got a full nights sleep the entire time I lived here and was absolutely miserable until the end of my lease.These were the worst apartments Ive ever lived in and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. I mean that.

We have hot water now or for the last few months I can say, hopefully it stays this way throughout fall/winter. And the roaches are finally under control because it was terrible!

The Madison apartments here on Jupiter road in Dallas Texas will tow your car, even if you live there and are a registered car there and will not take responsibility for it. This is one of the worst apartment complexes Ive seen in my life. The corporate office should fire some people and make them do their jobs.

My truck had gotten broken into and I reported it to the office, received no help until I had a police report. Police report was sent in and the office never called me back. I ended up moving to another apartment complex. Would not recommend this place.

My sister give them my app fee also administer fee on a saturday. I was approve for the apartment on Monday. They tell me the apartment will be ready on the June,16. I give them a deposit also rent payment for the apartment. I ask can I see the apartment twice before moving in. They always said no. They email me a lease agreement to sign without looking at the apartment. Two days after the June,16 I told them Im not moving end. They said ok but you cant get your deposit, are administer fee back because its after you pass 72 hour when they approve me for the apartment. But you can get your rent payment back. I did not sign the lease, I have not see the apartment. I feel this is wrong give them $325. 00 each for deposit also rent payment. $125.00 each for the app. also the administer fee . Where is this write out.

I have been at the Madison since mid December and i must say i have been pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff..a few minor issues but they are responsive to getting them fixed.

Ive been here for a year. Office staff is rude so is the manager! Ive been living here for almost a year and since day one the apartment has been INFESTED with roaches. Ive had to bomb my apartment with poison to TRY to get rid of them. My dish washer didnt work for the first 3 months. After I had to talk to the manager to fix it. I would go every week, and the manager kept saying that i was lying. My A/C has broken down 4 times in the past month. The maintenance had said that we needed a new system. Apparently it hasnt been changed since its been breaking down on me. My lease is up august and I CANT WAIT!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, I DONT KNOW HOW PEOPLE EVEN GAVE GOOD REVIEWS... MUST OF BEEN THE EMPLOYEES!

I had a OK stay with the apartments office staff was nice Jesus was always very helpful and kind,and got to your problems right away. My only issue was my rent was paid to another resident on a few ocassions by mistake so it looks bad on my rental history. And it wasent my fault. Other then that it was OK for the price. Ive been living here for about four months. Wish Id have read the reviews and known about the roaches prior. Ive asked for my apartment to be sprayed. No one came out. After reading other reviews, I now see Im not the only one. The staff doesnt seem very friendly out of the few encounters that Ive had with them. Theres always trash on the ground by the dumpsters. Since they cannot come and spray my apartment I will call Orkin to do it and then take it out of the rent. No one should have to live like that!!! If you love roaches then these are the apartments for you.

They seemed to be nice and inviting but once you sign your lease its all about money to them and nothing else matters. I moved in and they were still cleaning my apartment. Apartment got broken into and they came and fixed the window but when my door got kicked down it took them about 3-4 days to fix it so I felt unsafe with my two daughters. I explained to the manager I had been off work because I had a mass and could bleed out at any minute. I had to be scheduled emergency surgery and she didnt even seem to be concerned with anything but the money and went to court and proceeded to kick me out. What a way to treat a resident that has paid you money and put a fortune on my credit even though I validated police reports and even called them right after I called the police BOTH times my apartment got broken into. Regret making this my first apartment for me and my family.

Dont move hear. It is the worst place to live. As It is true what everyone is saying, that the water bill is very high. Unreasonably high. And the staff are not very helpful. Just dont move hear dont do it. Dont plese dont. On top of that if your friend come to see you their car will be towed. So no friend or family.

Too bad i have to pick a star, it should be -5 Stars. On October 27th, I drove 136 miles to visit my daughter who had just moved in to the Madison Apartments. I arrived about 8:00pm. I pulled in a parking spot next to hers. She tells me Mom, we got to move your car to visiting spot. We rode around the whole apartments, there were no available parks. So we parked my vehicle BACK by hers. and she got my license plate# and went online to REGISTER my vehicle at some website.October 28th my car was towed, at 3:45am. At the cost of $165. This morning, October 30th. I was told by Serena that she was sorry, there was nothing they could do. My daughter should have called and had my car put on a DO NOT TOW list. Unfortunately, it is not STATED in her Lease that you had to do this in advance, theres nothing in the Lease about the importance of this.. Which most would feel important enough to be a statement on the lease. While waiting in the cold to get my car, i talked to others from other Apartment complexes in Dallas County that cars had been towed that night. My Conspiracy Theory is this: The Tow Companies, The Apartment Complexes, and Dallas County are receiving some type of kickbacks and revenues from poor folks like me that are just visiting, purposely not having enough VISITORS PARKING, so that they can do just what they did. There were no MARKED parking spots for the residents, no reserved, nothing, just a set up. The Madison could care less about how unfair this was, which makes me thing they are part of the Conspiracy. Its a shame that Dallas County and the City of Dallas would allow this to happen......unless...

I stayed here for 8 months only reason I Moved was cause I was payin 750 for a smalllll one bedroom. Lol all these comments about roaches those roaches must have came with y’all cause I prolly woulda moved after the first one I saw, I didn’t have that problem at my unit, anytime I needed something fixed they fixed it right away these were the first apartments I moved into when I moved to Dallas I recently moved out in December anytime I had a problem they solved it in a timely manner, these are probably these best apartments in that area my only complaint is the price, I originally signed my lease for 680$ a month how it went to 750$ & that was way to pricey for me and a one bedroom my god mother stays in the same apartments and her unit was way bigger than mines an came with a fireplace and we paid the same amount they said I paid an extra 50$ for the flooring which I didn’t want and I woulda been paying an additional 50$ for a 6 month lease which I should have did instead of a 12 month then I wouldn’t have a broken lease ugh🙄

Great community but the water bill along with the rest of the fees are ridiculously high I didn’t believe the other reviews until I got my 2nd bill so whatever your base rent is expect to pay an at least an additional $120

This apartment complex was in the news a couple weeks ago for a Double Homicide. Roaches are bad, Trash and crime are terrible. Your heater will go out, your Ac will go out and they will not fix anything. Crime is unbelievable and this is the worst complex I have ever seen in my entire life. Pot holes everywhere awful people everywhere and the staff is just as bad. You will always have issues here weather it be towing your vehicle or smelling weed all hours or bugs. Lots of animals and children being abused here, drug dealers and crazies are the only people that live here. I wish PETA would come out here and save the puppies and kitties crying and being abused and CPS would investigate some of these apartments. Stay away stay far away from here and all the surrounding apartments

There is no such thing as the perfect apartment (in my opinion) you may have loud or dirty neighbors (is not the offices fault how people are or live) that may be annoying or rude. Anytime I complained to the office they took care of it with no prob at all. Anytime I have called for an issue that needed maintenance, it was taken care of, the quickness depended on the severity of issue. Anything major like a leak, ac out etc was done pretty quick. Ive never had to request more then once. My only issue is with parking, but that is not the office staffs fault. They didnt built the parking lot lol but they do try to make improvements.I really do like the new property owners, Greystar....Erick and Ana are so very nice and helpful. The improvements they are making are great and will make it a great place to live. Dont judge a book by its cover, stop in and make the decision for yourself after talking to the office staff and visiting the property. :)

They water heater is always out, every 2 months youll wake up and wont be able to take a hot shower or wash your face I had to boil a pot of water just to wash my face n freshen up before leaving out one morning. Water bills are extremely high for a one person one bedroom apartment. Maintenance never comes it takes them 2 weeks unless you keep calling the office, Maintance enters your apartment and leaves their junk n lunch trash in your apartment and THE OFFICE DOESNT EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE ENTERED but no one else has my let. I have been here for 2 years and Im glad April 1st will be the last time I pay rent here ! I MOVE TOMORROW #AMEN !!!!

I lived here for about 5 months and im ready to move out roaches every where they came to spray once even when they say they spray every month oh and we pay for that parking sucks nothing gets fixed i dont know how many people get robbed here they are nice looking just everything else makes me ready to move water is kinda high im support to pay 660 every month i pay 720 to 730

The management here is rude to their current renters., Violet is never there, and when she is you walk in and they all look at you like you dont live there or something. Carmen never knows whats going on with their apartments and renters. I asked why is there inspection being done and for what. She replies, Oh what unit are you in i tell her and she tells me no their not doing inspection in your apartment. Next day comes and the maintenance people come in my apartment while im getting dressed, Really ? They knew they were going to do that she knew they were going to inspect my apt and LIED and made up a stupid list SUPPOSBLY o.ly certain u.its were being inspected. Then on top of all that the water bill is so damn High 100 like seriously. No one is ever in my apartment im always at work. And they have no answer to why its so high. And roaches here are horrible ive been asking for pest spray oh next Tuesday theyll come alway an excuse with them. Its horrible here and uts always filthy in our parking lots, and on top of all this BS the managers here know what their doing and how they treat their resediants rude and careless thats the sad thing . You pay a high water bill you pay almost $800 for rent to be treated like you dont even live here and for your concerns and needs for your apartment not to matter.

Please dont move here :/horrible place to live, office staff is very rude.liliana never knows what she is talking about and violet dont know either :/water bill is extremly high all the time and im never home just at night to sleep and i live in a one bedroom and i pay almost 100 or even more.always roaches everywhere and also bed bugs .

Lived here in the past and was horrible and unsafe.. Yes cockroaches are a nightmare, they spray and still cockroaches so gross. Got robbed, called police even the police told me to move out of these apartments. So I did. Very unsafe and invested apartments.

Roaches Island seriously! 1st day I moved here I killed 6 small roaches and bugs were everywhere! Parking lot always full and trash everywhere. Disgusting complex!Rate score: -1

My AC has been out since I moved in and we have mold in all our vents. My husband called 3 times and they still havent came out to fix nothing. I have really bad asthma and I have a baby in my home. Its getting really frustrating and Im about to call the city. Im really concern about my health and my childs.

I was seriously thinking about moving into these apartments. BUT after reading all the Reviews.... NOT!!!!

Worst apartments Jesus and Celina are great at service costumer but the supervisor wich is Nora i went an ask several times for the ac and some other problems once just want to leave they will over charge you don recommend this place at all
