Only just moved in and can confidently say this has been the best move-in experience Ive ever had! Jose and Jessica were very both very helpful and friendly when I was still touring, and the move-in itself was totally painless, even allowing me to swap units after I signed my lease. The only thing that stings is having to pay for cable as part of the tech package here. I havent watched cable in like a decade...

I absolutely love living at Camden Victory Park! I am a Camden employee, so I do feel as though my standards for customer service is pretty high, and Victory Park lives up to it! Robert and his maintenance team is incredibly quick at responding to service requests, the amenities and hallways are kept nice and clean, and the office staff continues to put a smile on my face every time I interact with them. I do not want to live anywhere else as long as I am renting apartments!

I absolutely love Camden Victory Park! The apartment homes are beautiful and the staff is amazing. I have never been so pleased with my living experience as I am at Camden Victory Park. Maintenance is always very friendly and make a point to notice you and say hello. Robert and his entire team go the extra mile and always get the job done! My fiancee and I lived at Camden Victory Park for almost 4 years and we would go back in a heartbeat if we were in the market for an apartment! The amenities were stellar and always well maintained, I especially liked the gym having heavier dumbbells than other apartment complexes. The staff was always very helpful and the maintenance team were always fast with work orders and super friendly! The location was awesome and definitely miss walking to all the great places in Victory Park and the easy access to Katy Trail!A couple things to note for any potential residents:-This apartment complex is right next door to American Airlines Center and with that comes heavy traffic during events. I would recommend knowing the AAC schedule in advanced and planning accordingly.-As of March 2020, the office does not provide a package storage system for residents and there were reports of packages being stolen while being left outside apartment doors. We circumvented this issue by getting packages delivered to my workplace. There are also different package drop off lockers around the area that are close to the complex that our neighbors would occasionally use.-Since this apartment complex is in downtown, there were quite a few reports of break ins into cars over the years. Luckily we were never a victim of these crimes, but I would definitely recommend not leaving anything out in your car that is valuable and locking your car and apartment at all times you are not present.Overall, we are definitely recommending Camden to anyone looking for a great apartment at a decent price for the area. Good luck in your apartment search!

Ive been living at Camden for about 6 months and have no complaints at all. Everything is as advertised from the units to the amenities. The staff is also great and very accomodating. Jose´ in particular has helped me out a lot and definitely deserves to be shouted out for recognition!

I have lived in Camden Victory Park for about 6 months and do not have enough good things to say about them. First, their administrative team is helpful and incredibly responsive. I have had the pleasure of working with Jon Michael, Taylor, Jeannette, Jessica and Syndey and each of them was incredibly professional and helpful. In addition, the maintenance staff is unmatched in its speed, service, and quality. In most cases, I will have a maintenance request done the same day or the following day. Santiago has helped me several times and he is always excellent. Rick, the maintenance supervisor, has also been a great help to me. He is incredibly patient and willing to help you out on whatever issue you have.I have never lived in an apartment complex with such a stellar group of employees. I recommend Camden to any of my friends looking for a place to live!

We had a wonderful tour of the Camden at Victory Park Apartments with Samantha Stone. What a fantastic facility with all the latest in luxury apartment living in the heart of Dallas! We loved the property being located right next to the American Airlines Center making it convenient to see the Dallas Stars play and to hear awesome concerts. Within walking distance are so many restaurants and things to do to choose from making it a great place to consider living and working. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I highly recommend Camden at Victory Park.

I love it here! I’ve lived here for about a year now and just like any other apartment, there are things that can improve, but overall this place is great! The location is unmatched and Robert & the whole maintenance team are quick and efficient! Jose has made my experience here great from the day I toured! The entire team at Camden Victory Park has been nothing short of phenomenal!!! They exceeded all of my expectations, and then some. I would like to personally thank both Jose & Rachel for taking care of my parents throughout the entire move-in process and for treating them as if they were their own family. Just moved out of CVP after living there for over 3 years. Amazing staff in the office as well as the maintenance team that address your concerns very quickly. The pool and gym areas always kept clean. 10/10 if your looking to live near Victory Park or Uptown. Only frustrating times were when events at the AAC were starting or ending...as there was quite a bit of traffic on Houston St. or Victory Ave. that sometimes delayed you getting home.

I recently visited Camden Victory Park from Austin and I had a great experience! I love the pool area and the quality of the finishes in the apartments. Everyone in the leasing office was super helpful and informative, especially Samantha. It is in such a great location too! There is so much within walking distance. If I move to Dallas, I would choose to live here!

A friend and I toured Camden Victory Park for a move planned several months out. Even though we’re looking extremely early, and there was no way we’d be leasing an apartment that day, the staff was so so friendly and helpful! Our leasing agent, Taylor H. was phenomenal. As far as apartments goes, this may be one of the best places around Dallas. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. They host resident events every month, including breakfast at the gate, weekend brunch, happy hours, and resident appreciation days. Jose, Frank and Rachel are great and fun to be around at the events, they always have a smile on their face. Same with the maintenance staff, they fix home issues quickly and are always happy to help. When security was a problem, they added to it with guards and cameras. They all care about their residents and keep the place looking good. And the location of the apartment building on Katy Trail is perfect!

Camden Victory Park is extremely beautiful and is in the most convenient part of town. One thing that caught my eye is how clean the entire area around the community is as well such as the city streets and sidewalks. The hallways are very clean and it’s as if the apartment was soundproof because I couldn’t hear anyone! (This is a good thing) The apartments have subtle but game changing details all throughout like the lights underneath the cabinets and the ascetically pleasing shower hooks. I love that you’re only steps away from the Katy Trail! The parking garage is really nice and spacious too. Very awesome place!

I continue to have a great experience living at Camden@Victory and just renewed my lease for another year. All around a great place to live, location and amenities are excellent and the best part of the community is the staff. Jose is the leasing agent who signed me up 3 years ago and he has been such a pleasure to work with. He is always on target with processing my paperwork overall provides excellent customer service whenever I stop by the office. The maintenance team is excellent; Robert, Gerardo and Carlos are prompt with handling all my requests and always go above and beyond to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner. The staff here is so wonderful. When I was looking to move I needed a short lease, which is hard to find, and even though they do not do short leases at this property Jose still took the time out of his day to show me around the property and tell me how I could possibly transfer to another Camden or end my lease if I needed to. The maintenance is also wonderful. Any time I put in a request the task is usually done that same day or the next day. The community is always clean and well kept. I also have a little dog and she loves to go to the dog park here on property but we are also right across the street form Katy Trail so we can go on walks all the time. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a new home!!

First of all, the place is stunning! Everywhere you look its state of the Art from the decor to the staff. He gave me a tour of the facility and told me how to make the most out of my search for the best apartment for the best price at Victory Park. Well his guidance paid off as I am now a very happy resident. When JOSE was out of the office FRANK AND FIDEL gave me awesome service as well. We have been tenants at Camden/Victory Park since the building opened and we couldnt be more pleased. We have just renewed our lease and are in our third year of residency. The building is great; the staff even better. Dolores, Rachel, Jose, Frank and Fidel are as friendly and helpful as anyone can be. It is great to live in a building where everything, from addressing maintenance issues to changing light bulbs is taken care of, expertly and efficiently. Robert, Santiago and Brent do a great job and Van is pure sunshine. We are blessed to be here and feel we are valued by everyone here.

The office staff is wonderful! Sami is AMAZING! Shes been so helpful through everything--from when I first came to look at apartments to actually moving in. She even helped me set up my AT&T stuff! John Michael was also very helpful and helped me move my mattress to my new apartment. Love this place and the friendly staff members!

I absolutely LOVE living here. The move in process was very easy, and we live on the third floor. It’s a very well kept and quiet property. Living so centralized makes getting to everything much easier, and you can pretty much walk/scooter everywhere. Having lived on the north east side of Dallas before I can say you are definitely getting to best bang for your buck, I feel very safe in this area. We have a dog too and we get to take him to Katy trail right across the street! We had one maitenance issue and Santiago came the very next morning and fixed the problem for us and made sure everything working before he left. Every time we have needed something/had a question the staff at the front office has been able to help, especially Jose and Rachel. Overall, having been in many different prior, this is by far the best I’ve lived in. Wonderful.

I’ve lived at Camden Victory Park for almost three years and I don’t plan on moving out anytime soon! The staff is attentive and kind, and maintenance is quick to fix any request. After recently transferring to work at another Camden community near by, I can honestly say Victory Park is one of the best. The amenities are consistently clean and working, making the dog park, pool, gym, fire pits, and grills a huge perk! If you are looking for a place to live, put Camden Victory Park at the top of your list!

I found out about Camden Victory Park online, and had no intention on checking it out until I drove past it and figured, why not? Taylor H. showed me a tour of the apartment complex, and was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The apartment that I was looking at wasn’t available until the following week, so I went to look again and Jose helped me out. He is very attentive and quick to find a solution to any questions/problems you may have. The apartment complex itself is clean, great location, and super nice.

Inevitably, issues will arise at apartment complexes. That is what makes the way the staff responds so important, and the folks at Camden Victory have been truly exceptional in this regard. Special thanks to Frank, who has done everything from stopping his workout short to bring us a spare key after-hours to helping us with trivial questions about paint. You guys are awesome.

I loved my first year here but I highly doubt Ill be renewing my lease for a second time. The building and grounds are nice and the maintenance staff is fantastic! However, the residents here are incredibly inconsiderate. People drive like maniacs in the parking garage, litter the property, fail to pick up after their pets, and have no respect for the neighbors around them (loud music). I pay a lot of money to live here and its no longer worth it.

Camden Victory Park has been my home for the last four years. As I’m moving soon to Miami, I felt the need to write this review as a belated thank you to this fantastic building management. Living here raise your standards so much that’s it would be so hard to find another building that comes close.I’ve moved to this building when It was still under construction, and after four years, it still smells like a new building thanks to the excellent maintenance team, especially Santiago and Robert, who always go the extra mile to keep residents happy. As for the leasing office, Jose Hernandez made lease signing very smooth, answered all my questions and questions that I didn’t ask and went above and beyond to make sure that I understand all my options and find the perfect unit for me (actually I had to change the unit four times, and he was always patient and happy to help) which is something that I miss so much in other leasing offices that I visit now. They all make you feel overwhelmed and not welcome. It’s tough for me to leave Camden victory Park because you get to use to this kind of convenience, luxury living, VIP treatment, and the spacious apartments with very high ceilings but what can I say, this’s life.

We love living at Camden Victory Park! Our dog loves it even more. The leasing office and maintenance staff are truly incredible - especially Jose. We’ve been working with him for over two years and he remains attentive and committed to ensuring we have a great experience living here.

Recently toured this apartment and loved everything about it. I worked with Rachel and she was very helpful and although I chose a different Camden location to be closer to friends, this one is right next to everything - including American Airlines (perfect for all of you concert goers)! The staff are exceedingly welcoming and the facilities and amenities are beautiful - no complaints!

Ive been a vendor for this property for over a year now and its always been one of my favorite stops. All the units are kept up with very well. The doors, keys, and elevator are always working. On a weekly basis this property has little to no request for pest control so my job is always easy here. One giant aspect of what makes this place great is the staff. I believe Camden has a superb hospitality training program because every staff member Ive had the pleasure to talking to has been so welcoming and helpful. Recently Ive stated how jealous I am of this work place after witnessing constant employee and residential events that Camden provides. If youre considering making this place your home, just remember there are just as amazing amenities inside the complex (ie beautiful pool, dog wash station, and full gym) as there are local attractions outside (American airlines center and the Katy trail). Feel free to call or stop by anytime. The leasing staff seem genuinely happy to help.

I have recently moved in to Camden. The community has an amazing location, walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and of course American Airlines Center. I toured the apartment with Greg, one of the leasing consultants who had transitioned to another community by the time I moved in, but Jose and Sami took great care of me during the move-in. Some items were missing from my unit when I moved in and shouldve been noted prior to my move-in, but as soon as I informed Jose, he made this a priority and got the missing items to me. The staff is really nice here and strive to provide excellent service. I look forward to having a positive experience living here!

I loved my apartment, and Jose was the best leasing agent hands down. Maintenance was also incredible. Unfortunately my car was broken into... the interior was badly damaged, knowing management would do nothing about it, I didnt even bother asking. I also had multiple packages stolen which cost me a couple hundred dollars. I learned my lesson and opened a PO Box.I did want to stay and downsize to a 1 bedroom, however there was some mis communication so I had to find an apartment in 2 days and was a few days late on my 60 day notice, which I now owe them $400+ for.You would think having been a resident of Camden properties for 3 years and the fact my car literally got broken into so bad I had to buy a new one with no help from insurance, they would help in anyway. I can assure you management will not work with you on most issues. Otherwise I’d say deal with Jose, get a PO Box, and take everything out of your car and you’ll have a great experience!

I had the best experience with Samantha at Camden Victory Park. This was the first place I went touring for my first ever apartment. She was so helpful with all of my questions! Even after I left and had so many more questions, she was more than willing to answer! She made the process so incredibly smooth. I couldn’t of asked for better assistance! I can’t wait to move into my new apartment at Camden!

I am fairly new to Camden Victory Park but Ive really enjoyed the experience so far. Jose, my leasing agent, definitely went above and beyond to assist me during the moving process and now as a resident. I think the property has great amenities, the management team has been responsive to my individual needs as well as community issues, and I personally havent had any issues with property crime, noise, etc. I cant speak to some of the previous reviews, but I will say that for people who are perhaps new to living in an urban area, there will always be some quality of life issues. Im very happy living here and would recommend to anyone looking for a close-in apartment solution in Dallas.

I recently moved into Camden Victory Park and couldnt be happier. I love the apartment and upgraded features. Their apartments come equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, internet, and trash pickup service--very convenient! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The gorgeous pool just opened and I cant wait to spend this weekend poolside. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. They are very pet-friendly. We enjoy taking our dog on walks on the Katy Trail and are looking forward to the dog park! If youre looking for a new place to live, Camden Victory Park should be your first and last stop.

My daughter is moving back to Dallas from Houston so we went to visit apartments downtown. Camden Victory Park was amazing. Jose was the leasing agent and he was professional and was enthusiastic about the property. He showed us around the complex and made it easy for her to make her choice. The property was clean and beautiful.

My family has been living in this apartment for less than a year, and in the last few months there has been a false fire alarm 6 times (4 times after midnight). Today (Sunday morning) it happened again. I pay for my lease and want to relax on the weekend and sleep at night. It looks like nobody is investigating why this is happening. Not once in this time was it a real fire. I think that this is a malfunction in the alarm. Today during this I went to the leasing offices and they rudely answered that this is for our safety. I want to note that with each such false alarm, less and less residents are being evacuated to the street and the next time if a real fire happens in these apartments many people can die.

I have lived at Camden Victory Park for over a year now and absolutely love it! Jose is awesome and is always happy to help us in any way we need. He continuously makes sure we are having a great experience while living at Camden.

We just moved into the Camden Victory Park last week and couldnt be happier! We love the Harwood District/Victory Park area and were happy to find this complex. Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. One thing that has impressed us the most is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff to include not only the front office personnel but housekeeping and maintenance as well. The welcome home gift basket waiting for us upon move-in was a nice touch, especially the card signed by all the leasing consultants!

Ive lived here for over a year now. Ive had a few things happen after office hours that I needed assistance with. Camden has been SO helpful each and every time. Tonight, I accidentally dropped my keys in the trash chute. I called the after hours number and was connected to Nestor. He promptly met me at the property and was able to find my keys in no time!!! I was shocked. He was so kind and willing to help. Its exceptional service like this that makes me appreciate living in this community. THANK YOU, Nestor from the Maintenance Team here at Camden VP!

We just signed a lease yesterday and I couldnt be more excited! Originally we live in NY and we are moving here for work relocation so it was a hard move. Jose was nothing but helpful and gave us constant reassurance. He took hours out of his day to answer anything we asked and to show us anything we wanted to see. We cant wait to move here in January:)

I’ve lived at Camden for 1.5 years, and have really enjoyed it. The facilities are great (pool, gym, lounge, courtyard), and I love living on Katy Trail. The only bad thing is if you get caught in AAC traffic after a game or event (but this doesn’t happen to us too often). I would recommend living here to anyone, and wouldn’t be surprised if we renewed our lease for a third time.

Jose was great! Very smart. He shared everything about the property and set me up for success. I will be a very happy resident.

Im a 6 year resident of Victory Park and have lived at The Cirque, Vista, SkyHouse and now Camden. So far I love everything about it. The leasing staff is A1. The maintenance staff is best in class. The apartments are really nice. So far my favorite community. And again, thats in direct comparison to the other properties Ive lived in in the area.

I dont normally post anything online but felt it was important to review our building Camden Victory Park. We have been tenants here since the building opened and just renewed our lease for the third year. Being a Mom of post college age 20 somethings, we have toured dozens of buildings since our kids had their first apartments in college. The most important feature of any building is the Management and the property owners. Many apartments these days have the sole intent of getting full occupancy and then selling the building. That means new management and no accountability. Camden stood out to us from the beginning as having strong long term Management and building operations. Delores, Rachel, Frank, Jose and Fidel are very professional and always go out of their way to address any needs or concerns that we have. Van, Robert, Santiago and Brent are exceptional as well and are a pleasure to deal with. The market is full of available apartments but we choose to continue live at Camden Victory Park.

Ive been apartment hunting for 3/4 months - apartment hunting can be stressful! The second I walking into Camden Victory Park, I knew this was where I wanted to sign. Jose at Camden Victory Park has been AMAZING at helping me figure out which unit would fit my needs/wants along with sticking within my budget. The application process was easy and I had the lease details sent within 24 hours of me applying. Once I move in, I will submit an updated review!Update: Moving is was such a breeze! The elevators took a while but once they were put into service mode, this helped speed up the process.

I have been living at CVP for almost one year now and have just re-signed to extend my stay! Besides the great location, this property has great amenities (pool,workout,bike storage, game room, office). The entire staff from maintenance to the leasing consultants have great communication with and provide great service to us tenants. Rachel in the office has been very helpful with all of my questions here....go in and see her for a great experience in looking for a new apartment!

I am about to move out in a week and my wife and I are sad to be leaving. We lived here for a year after moving here from Plano. Yes Camden victory park is pretty expensive, but for victory park their prices are very competitive. The units are new and the finishes are modern but still very homey and comfortable. Whoever designed this place killed it, its so elegant and classy. For you coffee lovers, there is free coffee from a machine in the lobby that grinds whole beans to make your fresh cup of coffee; I got my coffee from here every day. The management is very friendly and any complaints that the residents had were addressed immediately. Camden victory park is truely upscale living, dont hesitate to lease here, it was a great experience for my wife, myself, and newborn baby. The property is well maintained and the maintenance people are top notch. I had two dryers die on me and they were replaced without hesitation. Also, the units are well insulated and you wont hear much from your neighbors. Most of your neighbors are adults and working professionals so there is hardly any partying or shenanigans. There are very few negatives about this place, although parking can be a pain and you may not be able to park on your floor if you arrive after 10 PM and traffic can be annoying when there are events at the AAC. Highly recommend Camden victory park, we enjoyed coming home every day.

Ive really enjoyed living here for the past two years and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. I had actually signed my lease without seeing the apartment in person and I am so happy I did.The maintenance staff here alone make it completely worth it. They are always so happy to help and you can tell they really care about their residents. Regardless of time of day, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and the apartment is well kept. I believe that stems from great management (shoutout to Jon Cude who is amazing), who on every occasion have put a huge smile on my face. A genuine experience everytime and I am so grateful to all of them. I promise you will not find a better team than the one at Camden VP, so check them out :)

I moved in last summer, and i have had zero complaints so far. The apartment is amazing, and I love it. Jose was so great in helping me get settled in. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience the staff is awesome and so helpful especially Jose and Fiedel!!

Pretty fed up with this place. IT IS VERY STRICT. I cant even throw my 7 year old a birthday party at the pool. EVERY place I have ever lived has allowed me to have a pool party for her. They will not work with you, nor do they care to even try. The apartments are very very nice so I will give them a rate of a 3 due to that, but other than that, I am not having a great experience living here. I understand apartments have rules but this one enforces every single one.

Wow, its been a long wait, but I am finally moving in. I knew I made the right choice from day one. Lisa was so totally awesome and made me feel like I really belong at CVP. Its obvious customer service is Camden top priority, because Jose stepped in place of Lisa and the awesomeness just keep on rolling. Met Don and he did a great job making my new space beautiful.. At home at last!!!

The property has great amenities and the units are nice. Very helpful staff. Frank was my leasing agent and he answered every question that I had.

POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWAREHi would highly recommend not moving into this complex. Personally I have had issues with my cable/internet service which is a mandatory service thats added on to your rent. When I had issues with this service the office was unwilling to even make calls on my behalf to get my service fixed. I have had packages stolen from my front door. Ive once ask the front office to pick up my passport because I didnt want anyone to steal it while out of town and they refused. I have my car vandalize multiple times and I have had my car broken into and window busted. Lastly in the middle of the night I have had someone try to enter my apartment.There are other community issues as well. Dog feces/urine everywhere, elevator is always broken, landscaping looks dead, the grill is never cleaned and one is missing a door, hallways have small pieces of trash that will lay there for a entire week . Just shabby complex but with poor office management the rent here is not cheap so you would think it would be run better.These are my personal experiences that have been reported to the leasing office. We also get an email weekly of apartment as well as cars being broken into. I fear for my safety daily. My anxiety is through the roof and Im stuck till my lease is upIve ask the office if I could break my lease without penalty because of all the problems Ive experienced as well as all the problems with into complex. They advise me I would have to break the lease and pay all the fees yet I have spoken to handle full of people that were able to break their lease with just a 30 day notice. Im not sure how fair/just this it but they sure Accommodate who they want when they wantInstead of giving excuses or always saying did you call the police they need to sit back and give tangible solutions. No one wants to pay high rent and have high anxiety because they are scared of apartment/car theft will happen. I am just thankful that I travel a lot for work. I couldnt imagine living here full time.

I have been living at Camden Victory Park for a little over 9 months, and while I enjoy the proximity to AAC and VP’s restaurants, the spacious rooms, high ceilings, well-appointed finishes and amenities inside my apartment and the responsive maintenance team, I am truly concerned about the lack of security at CVP and would caution anyone considering moving here.We had packages being stolen for months and even today packages delivered go missing and residents post on the community wall looking for their items. In this day and age of Amazon Prime, it is hard to imagine a lifestyle where one cannot order things online only because the “CVP thief” will get to them before you do.Currently, cars are being broken into.Third ongoing problem is we constantly have event parking inside CVP garage and IMO the office seem to be promoting that by not towing cars without the Camden green sticker. By ignoring this behavior for months, we are only letting strangers into our gated building (which by the way is a huge joke - CVP is no way a gated community with the lack of security we have here).My concerns constantly fall on deaf ears and we never get specific action from management other than let’s talk about this directly. This community has so much potential but the lack of surveillance and security makes us an easy target for a lot of nuisance and thefts.

Beautiful complex and well maintained. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had greg jones give us a tour and he did an excellent job.

Camden at victory park made my apartment searching process so easy! Fidel was friendly and helpful and they even have their own patented smell!

Would NEVER recommend this place! I’ve lived in lots of different luxury apartments And this is by far the worst!!! We’ve have roaches for 4 months now with them coming to spray every 2 weeks but just “can’t seem to find where they’re coming from”. Our kitchen sink has backed up, leaked pipes, etc. Not to mention I’m pregnant and due any day now! Management has been nice and tried to help us however the apartment itself is not what I call “luxury” and def not worth the money!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else or go somewhere and actually get your moneys worth!!!!

Its a wonderful place to be everything is up to par the staff are absolutely incredible they welcome you with a smile along with great assistance If anyone looking for a place to call home Camden Victory Park is the place to be 😊

The apartment complex itself is nice, and looks great on the outside and inside. However, Ive lived here for two months and there have been 8 car break ins, not including one apartment break in.Ive lived at the Camden Lamar Heights previously, that had a gate system that opened vertically - rolls up, and rolls down - immediately after every vehicle. The width of the gate was perfectly tight to allow one vehicle in at a time, and It was the most efficient thing Id ever seen in my life. It wasnt downtown and rent wasnt nearly as high, but it was extremely safe and comforting. We never had reports of a car break in at any point in my time living there.The issue with this property is that the rent is EXTREMELY high given the area, were right next to 35, and the gate is extremely faulty. For the amount of rent werent paying, youd think theyd be able to peovide a gate that doesnt welcome break-ins. Wrong. The gate open horizontally, at .034 miles per hour and takes ten years to close. It open the width of a three parking spaces, allowing almost anyone from any direction to enter and exit as they please. Another thing, the security officers sit in their car all night on the first floor as patrol for the garage. Ive never once seen them on foot, or waking around or driving from floor to floor to manage the apartment garage interaction.Not to mention, the apartment installed speed bumps recently that nearly tore the entire lining off the bottom of my car. I assume the entire community complained, because the contractors came back a week later to shave them down.As a company, Camden is selling broken dreams and false advertisement with the efficiency and security of this location. As long as the gate stays the same and the break ins continue to increase, I would not recommend this apartment complex to any young woman, or person who genuinely cares about the safety of their lives or the security of their vehicle. With the success rate burglars are having in our garage, I imagine theyll continue to be sky rocket.No tangible protective action has been taken on the apartments end, especially when security guards are sitting in their car all-night, practically welcoming the burglars as they arrive, and waving them goodbye as they leave.Until issues are alleviated - this place is not worth the risk, time or money.
