Front office staff has been amazing, but just got bought out by S2 Residential. S2 laid off all but one person in the office and took down the payment portal so w/ 12hrs notice we have to go get money orders and remember the correct amount to pay the new management company. Weve been here for almost 1.5 months but the pool has been broken the whole time, maybe b/c they knew they wouldnt be managing the property much longer? Last two times I lived in an apartment in Dallas and they had a new management team come in like this, they laid off the staff (check) and then ran the property into the ground...so...not overly optimistic since S2 has horrific reviews online. Wondered why this place wasnt as price gouged. Now we know sadly.
Ive lived here for a little over two months and its been awesome! Shawn at the front office has gone above and beyond from the time I first toured the apartments to now. He made sure all of my questions were answered and has made my transition here a positive one. Definitely feel like my roommate and I are in good hands, and thats not something I can say about previous apartment complexes Ive lived in.
Recently my moved in this summer and my family loves it here so far! The community is really nice, but management is the cherry on top. Shawn helped us lease and he’s always pleasant to work with. He definitely makes sure our needs are met, and most often with a smile on his face. Thanks guys!
When I moved in the apartment had not been cleaned. There was dust everywhere including the ceilings & ceiling fans. The floor was dirty & there was what looked to be urine stains on the floor so I’d assume the previous occupants had pets. The counter tops in the kitchen & the bathroom were not cleaned, there were power outlets broken etc the list goes on. Also a lot of these reviews are fake. They offer incentives for residents to leave good reviews.
I hate to leave reviews like this but I applied almost a week and a half ago and they “pre approved” me but never actually told me if I was approved or denied. Nobody answers the phone, I had my agent and me literally call back to back and nothing. I applied at a more modern, newly built complex and was approved within 3 days lol. Mind you I still haven’t heard anything. Your communication is everything and it reflects on your property, I hope this review helps them get on track because you are losing potential renters.
The moment I walked into Hyde Park Shawn B. was nothing but amazing. From the tour around the complex to him helping me get all set for my move in. Shawn went above and beyond. I asked to move in a day early due to my other apartments not willing to let me stay an extra night. Shawn put in a great word for me to the property manager. I got all moved in and I absolutely love my apartment. If you are looking to move here please ask for Shawn! He’s the BEST!!!
So far I’m loving this community, just moved in couple weeks ago, Shawn helped me throughout the whole process. Honest, easy going guy, very informative over the phone. The community itself is great, management seems great as well.
I have been living in this apartment community for, at least, 20 years. If I take the time to go to the office and inform the staff of an issue on the property, I believe they should fix the problem. The first time I called to alert the office about the breezeway light stated above, I was told to go online and fill out a work order! I have a job already! I didn’t know I was paying rent there to take care of your employee’s responsibilities. The problem is not even in my unit! It’s a liability for you guys because the area in front of the building is very dark. A week later the light is still not fixed! I went to the leasing office this time. I asked a manager to take care of the broken light. He apologized and said we will take care of it. Several days later I received an email telling me that my work request order was completed. The light is still out! When I went to request a lease renewal, I was told by a manager, “ Our community is a next level community.” I had been inquiring about why there was such a dramatic increase in rent compared to the apartment communities in this immediate area. To be a “ Next level” community, I think that you guys ought to at least provide average service! I should not have to beg your employees to do their jobs!
I renewed my lease here twice, loved the location, and I’m moving to a house now. Lovely people at the front office, always took care of us, even during the ice storm on February 2021. My building went out of power and they even let us stay on a clean empty apartment with hot water and power until we got our power fixed. It’s good to feel that somebody actually has your back on situations like those. I’ll for sure miss their Saturday’s breakfast and lots of activities. My pup for sure will miss her friends at the doggy park too. It’s been nothing but great to live here. Thank you!!!
Super cute and attractive location! Staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions. If it wasn’t for a job opportunity in another area we would’ve definitely stayed here.
Loved my experience touring today all thanks to the wonderful guy Branger! He was very helpful and very polite and was able to answer all questions that my girlfriend and I had. The entire moving process has been a whirlwind but people like him make it seem do able after all! :)
Leasing staff was great the entire process. All of my questions were answered and the apartment looked great for move in. Nidia was great through the entire process and was very helpful. She had everything ready for move-in day and made me feel welcome all while being fast and efficient as I had a furniture delivery scheduled. Great team great atmosphere great experience!!
These are my favorite apartments I have lived in, Nidia from the front office even convinced me to get a car garage and it comes in useful and it is worth it. I love that they look modern. I highly recommended living here!

Branger has gone above and beyond with every concern I’ve brought to his attention! The property is very nice and well maintained but his customer service has definitely exceeded my expectations.
I had the pleasure of coming in as a walk-in and instantly being attended. Front concierge was friendly and nice. It was about noon-ish and it had seem like no one was around but Shawn volunteered before going to lunch. He took his time, very knowledgeable, charismatic, and he did not rush at all which I loved. I ended up not renting here but this is the guy to see thank you for an awesome experience.

Nice interiors. A lot more space than you’d get at other area apartments for the same cost. Quick maintenance. Responsive management. You can expect typical apartment “issues” of thin walls/floors/ceilings. (You will hear your neighbors. Even on the third floor, the squirrels will run rampant and you’ll hear every squeak and scratch.) Overall I would recommend living here!

It seems to me a misleading advertisement the apartments look totally different !! They look beautiful on the internet because everything is a photo shop but really when I went on a tour I was disappointed to see how they looked they didnt look like on the website so Sad 😞

Today I really felt the need to leave an awesome review for the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Our heater went out last night in the middle of this record-setting cold weather and the temperature in my apt was dropping FAST! The cold woke me and my 7yr old up and I immediately called our maintenance line! I not only got a call back within 10 minutes, but he was at my apt in less than an hour and had the heater fixed in less than 30 min! This is just one example of what really makes this complex stand out and truly special! The service and care we have received here goes beyond and above any of my expectations! All I can say is THANK YOU to all the Hyde Park Team! You guys are the real MVPs!!!

I love the location of these apartments. They have 4 awesome clean pools throughout the community. The office is always decorated nicely for Holidays. The staff is friendly. Cindy the property manager is super helpful and understanding. They always have events and or food, cookies, beverages in the front office. I’ve never had issues with missing packages. Overall, it has been a great experience! As a previous leasing professional and someone with good taste I’d say this is a great place to live! Staff is very helpful and always remembers my name and apartment number and the maintenance is on point and quick to help. Thank you Hyde park! It’s nice to call you home

I would like to thank Cindy for being so welcoming and informative with any information that I needed to firmly decide to renew my lease. Its very hard transitioning from one city to another. But since my husband and I have lived at Hyde Park we have really enjoyed our apartment and the location. Cindy is one of the sweetest young ladies in the office and that really helps with a dominant person as myself. It is very refreshing to have her here at Hyde Park and I am almost certain she is one of the biggest reasons why other residents love it here as much as I do. PROS: Pretty from the outside. Decent on the inside. Maintenance requests are followed up on fairly quickly. Trash vallet can be nice. Many parking spots available. You can pay rent online.CONS: Walls and floors are very thin. I was promised 1st floor yet there is a floor under me. Trash vallet only Sun-Thu so Fri&Sat you have trash bags in your home rotting/smelling. We are notified if trash cannot be picked up very short notice due to holiday or inclimate weather. Paying rent online has high fees.
I have lived in this complex for 8 years in two different apartments. Its one of the few mid-range apartments in the area. At first, the staff seemed to change pretty frequently but it has been stable for the last 5 years or so. The property is very clean. We have a ton of pools. The best part about the complex is that it is super dog-friendly. On top of the 2 Dog Parks, we are also right next to White Rock Creek. there is a great rocky beach where a lot of us take our dogs to swim (it is right behind the Phase2 Dog Park). All of the office staff are incredibly friendly and I have never had a problem with anyone (this is pretty uncommon in my renting experience. Cindy is especially awesome. She always goes out of her way to make sure any issues i report get resolved. The apartments themselves are great. We have wood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances and the best of all....we have garden tubs. The parking has significantly improved over the last 5 years. my guests rarely have a problem parking.
Great maintenance emergency experience. We came home and the house was hot. AC was dropped down to 68 in hopes of cooling down quickly. Well two hours later and the temp in apt was still 90 degrees and we live on third floor. We have a little girl and it’s like almost midnight. The crew came out and was very nice. He attempted multiple times to fix it but couldn’t at that time and it had to be addressed the next day. He gave us a key to a fully furnished suite the apartment has on the property. It was like a Airbnb setup. Clean sheets folded on bed, coffee machine, towels, and TV etc. We all cuddled in a queen size bed very grateful to be able to be cool and not hot. Thank you maintenance team for helping us out and getting it fixed the next day. We are very appreciative and thank you front office for always being so kind. I love being here!
I usually dont write Google reviews but living at Hyde Park has been such an awesome experience. The apartments models have a nice luxurious design, maintenance crew do an outstanding job in completing requests quickly, theres various events (including breakfast on Saturdays! ), and an amazing neighborhood location in walking distance to all the hot spots in Addison. But what makes living in Hyde Park so enjoyable has been the staff! One name in particular I want to mention is Cindy! She does exceptional work in going out of her way to help with issues/requests as well as being highly informative to any questions you have. I cant count the number of times shes been a tremendous help but Ill never forget the time when she was helping me set up my online account and she advised I set up an e-check payment method instead of by credit card to avoid a service charge. Thats what so great about Cindy, shell go the extra mile to provide you a better customer service experience than expected. She is such an asset to Hyde Park, thank you Cindy! I highly recommend checking out Hyde Park!
Thanks Hyde Park for being a great place to live. Im living in this complex about 6 month already, and I have to say, I couldnt find a better place to stay than Hyde Park. Property staff...amazing, my communication with them has been the best always, very attentive and helpful. I want to give a special recognition to Cindy, she has been very helpful for my stay here in the apartments. She is a super charismatic person and willing to help with whatever is needed. Thanks to all the staff and thanks again to Hyde Park apartments.
My family and I have lived here at Hydepark for 2years now, so far we’re love it here. Great place to live and quiet and safe. The office staff always nice and really helpful. The maintenance team also great they fast and nice. Cindy is one of the staff she had always go beyond amazing and help me with any questions and problems I have. So stop by and ask for Cindy she will help you. Definitely recommended this apartment.
Love living here, there are a lot of things to do nearby and also close to some major highways. The office has breakfast for us almost every Saturday and are consistently doing some kind of event of the residents. Also every time I’ve done a maintenance request they take care of it pretty quickly.
Been here for 2 years and can’t really complaints. When I renewed rent didn’t go up much.Dog friendly and quiet. Good place for the price. No issues with parking that I’ve had over my years here. Visitor parking is limited and they do tow.Staff is very friendly and it’s obvious they care for the property they manage. Daned has been the one that helped me since I moved in and he makes it a pleasant experience.Most likely will renew a 3rd year.
Hyde Park is home since last 2 years and i couldnt have been more happier about staying here! Apartments are nice, spacious with all modern amenities. Loads of trees around in the complex and the swimming pools are fun! I feel quite safe here and there is security watch sometimes too. I had an issue earlier of not being able to get parking on weekends but after the new rule came in, parking is ample and you do not need to worry about it. The management does an excellent job at maintenance, i literally mean the best! You have a problem in the apt today night and it gets fixed first thing in the morning! The maintenance guys are so good!! They handle all my packages well, i never had a complain. Everyone at the front office e are so polite, friendly and helpful! I love my home here and so continue to chose it to be the one post my wedding! Thank you for all you do to make homes happier for people like me! I have in the past and would gladly do it again to encourage people looking out for homes in the neighborhood to consider staying at hyde park!

I have been a resident at Hyde Park for the past 3 years and have truly enjoyed the place. The amenities including the club house, gym, pools and hot tub etc. have been great and enhanced my overall experience staying in this community. Couldnt have asked for a better location as its closeby to most things. The management and front office (particularly Cindy!) have been amazing and make sure service requests are resolved ASAP. Would highly recommend as reasonably priced apartments in the North Dallas area.
Update: I really like the new management! They have been doing a lot to get the residents engaged such as fun social media contests, free happy hours, and events. I truly feel part of a community. They also implemented visitor parking and I haven’t had any issues finding a spot to park now. This is the best place I’ve ever lived!I’ve been living here for a little over 2 years. The staff are extremely friendly/caring, multiple pools, the grounds are well kept, and I love that it’s dog friendly with 2 dog parks. The maintenance team is amazing!!! They get things fixed the next day! Love them. That’s why I just signed my 3rd lease. :) If you can, get a creek view! I love my patio and quiet view.

I moved to Texas 6 months ago, and I dont regret choosing Hyde part at Montfort over several other apartments for the place for me to live. All of maintenance requests have been taken care of very well within 1-2 days, Atilio is a knowledgeable and nice guy in the maintenance team. On top of all these, Cindy is the nicest person Ive met so far in Texas. Not only being nice, but also she really listens to your concerns/questions on your units and does her best to take care of those. Her welcoming and brightest smiles that youll see you walk in will make your day.
Ive lived here for several years now. My general opinion is very positive. The front desk staff as well as the assistant manager Diana are approachable and helpful. The Saturday breakfasts and other summer events are really well done.One concern is that the ceilings are very noisy. Every footstep from your upstairs neighbors will be heard.Recently though, some of the newer residents dont seem to follow safe speed limit within the complex.
I can’t rave enough about not only the stunning quality of the apartments, but also the staff at the leasing office. I can safely say that this is the absolute smoothest getting settled into a new lease and new apartment has ever gone in my renting history. Big thank you to Branger at the office especially. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and overall pleasant to work with.
I’ve lived here for just a few months, and I’m not going to renew my lease. This place is a pain. The most recent annoyance: they will hold packages at the front office, but they won’t notify you if you get a package, and they will send them back after 3 days. Even worse: you have to show them a delivery confirmation before they will give you your package. I don’t always have tracking information, and if you don’t notify me that I have a package, how am I supposed to pick it up within 3 days?Some of the stuff are friendly about it and will check anyway, but some of them are really rude about it. This morning the person at the front desk didn’t want to check to see if I had any packages. Very frustrating.About the only good thing I can say about this place is that the maintenance is prompt. Otherwise, I’m not impressed. If it didn’t cost so much to break my lease, I would move sooner.
Absolutely love our apartment here! Vanessa has been amazing from day 1 and always answers any questions I have throughout the application and moving process.I’ve yet to meet anyone on the staff or in the complex that isn’t friendly. The apartments are beautiful, safe, and close to everything! So thankful to be living here, especially with a newborn! I know that we are safe and secure in our apartment.
Im not one to go on and leave reviews... however this mornings experience set me off. I have lived here with my wife for the past 6 months, and Ive never had a problem with the parking. When I came down this morning, I noticed my car was gone... so we went to the front desk to see what had happened. They said it was probably towed?I never had any notice that I wasnt allowed to park where I live? Never any emails? or stickers? and I wasnt in a carport? So Why now?She responded with Its just the luck of the draw What does that even mean? Ive had several conversations with the security guards at night, and Ive never had any issues or warnings? I wouldve been more than willing to register my car, had I known it was a requirement...even for parking in an available open space. But no... because of the luck of the draw I have to wake up, try to find my car, and pay $200 to get it out of towing storage. What about friends and family coming to visit? Where are they supposed to park in the future? If I had any constructive criticism for this, Id say maybe invest in a better warning system for things like Parking to increase customer service! Rather than The luck of the draw So Thank you! We will definitely not be renewing our lease!

Ive lived at Hyde Park for 6 years or so. The staff has always been friendly and fixes issues promptly. The apartments are well designed and are located close to shops and great places to eat. This is one of the nicer complexes in the Addison area. And the staff even takes great care of my pet cat when I go on business trips.
The apartments are conveniently located around restaurants, freeways and stores. They are well maintained by the staff and have good amenities. Cindy is wonderful, anytime I need assistance or maintenance issues she is there and take cares of my request promptly.
I’ve lived here 2 years. This has been a very pleasant journey. Anytime I put an order in for something to be fixed they came immediately. The apartments also have monthly gatherings so you can get to know staff and neighbors. I really have enjoyed my time here. I’m in the process of purchasing a home so my time with Hyde Park is coming to an end. I’m thankful to the staff for their kindness. The neighborhood was also amazing. Everything you need literally in walking distance!
My bf is currently in the process of moving came home at lunch Thursday and this guy named Jeremy was squatting in the apartment. Freely picked the lock and was staying there who knows how long. He has been sleeping in the breezeways in peoples storage closets I now know also for yrs now and garages. This is not a place to live. The only good reviews about this place are blind people and fake as hell.
Lousy management! and very rude when it comes to solving a problem. . my boyfriend is currently living there and I have witnessed how rude the staff working for Hyde Park have been!
My friend lives in this apartment. Last night my friend Called me around 1 am in the morning because of an emergency. I came to visit them and parked my car in the designated reserved spot for visitors. (Because it was an emergency, my friend forgot to mention about registering the car online)When I returned back to my car around 4:00 after attending the emergency, my car was missing.I called friend about it and they mentioned about towing policy and your car might have been towed.This morning, I called leasing office to check if they can do anything about it. Instead of being empathetic towards customers, they were rude and started to blame saying that, it is your fault.Of course, it is! We are reaching out to see if anything can be done because you are the one who allowed them to tow in the first place, and every one knows that apartment owners collude with towing company for money.#Don’t be rude towards customers. It sucks. They were not even ready to hear your story about.
We are very happy and grateful to the family in general!!! because Hyde park opened its doors to give us a home full of harmony, safety, tranquility, respect and everything that is asked to live happily so we recommend it with closed eyes I assure you that you will feel super well in all aspects to which reference is the good of all staff especially Mr. Daned who has been the person who guided us and gave us a special treatment so I invite you to approach Hyde park and know their facilities I assure you that you will not regret happy nights
I have been a resident of Hyde Park for 5 years. I natural setting the apartments nestle in and the class of the apartments themselves. I also find the staff to most a accommodating and professional. Especially Diana! She had helped me with issues beyond the normal tenant needs with understanding and grace. I will probably be her another 10 years
I lived at Hyde Park for two years, and recently moved due to work, but I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking in the north Dallas area! The location is great and convenient to many things close by, and the complex feels very safe with a nice scenery and security on site every night. Management was also great for the entire two years that I lived there, and they were always very quick to respond and friendly to work with anytime I needed something. I would highly recommend checking out Hyde Park if youre looking for apartments in the area!

The management at this apartment complex is the first reason you should continue to look elsewhere. I have never had a “good” experience with any of the women at the leasing office, with the most recent issue being they towed my husband’s car without notice and it was not even parked in reserved spot.Speaking of parking spots, they will be taken up by unauthorized trucks (UHaul’s) or occupied by 12 ft long plywood FOR DAYS. You may purchase a “carport” for $35 a month if you’d like to park close to your apartment and have a guaranteed spot.Should you need to submit a service request, just know I’m laughing with you. The maintenance crew is a joke and you will need to submit several requests with no follow up. May the odds ever be in your favor.The list goes on but hopefully by now you’re getting the point; Please do not move-in here. PLEASE read the reviews and common complaints. I wish I had kept looking but the apartments looked nice and it was close to work. I’ve had friends speak highly of Saxony, I’m sure they’re at least worth taking a look.
While looking at potential places to move, I found this place online and decide to take look in person. I came in and like every other place they asked for my license to take a tour. I gave the lady my license and told her I also had the paper copy since I was waiting for my new one to come in the mail. She said she couldnt accept it because it was expired. Lady, Im not trying to buy beer. I havent had any issues with any of the wonderful leasing agents anywhere recently that have shown me other options because they totally understand how this works. Didnt offer any explanation. Waste of time. They must not want to get their property occupied. On to the next.
I love staying here, I have been here since 2012 and I dont see my self going any where soon, the staff especially the manager and Cindy they so professional and just wonderful their public relations is super 100%, the manager is very help no matter what problem you have she will help, since I have been here I have had no problems with insecurity it feels safe for me to stay here. The maintenance also are great they so quick to any problem you put in. Thank you faiz. Oh the surroundings are clean the pool by my apt is clean

Large, well-priced, extremely quiet apartments. Maintenance and security is super responsive. When its not COVID, Hyde Park hosts get togethers for residents (and even during COVId they still held games and contests online on Fridays). My only complaint about the apartment is that I hear the people above me and below me. But really, its great and the best deal in the area.
Love it here, the ladies are awesome! Diana has helped me as well as the young lady at the concierge (I don’t remember her name) lol sorry 😐 but I have had a few things come up and they have helped me tremendously. The maintenance guys are ALWAYS 1 Or 2 days max if not it’s the same day.It’s quite and safe here. I’ve never had any problems besides the parking can be a little much but I got a carport which works out perfectly.Great location, near belt line which has tons of restaurants, Walmart, and freeway access it’s gated and It’s also affordable! Keep it up Hyde Park👌🏽
I have lived here for what seems like forever because it feels like home. Apartment living is apartment living ... but apartment living feeling like home is special. It took a while to make it home, but with the help and response of the staff and management, I am content and happy. Hyde Park has everything you need and more than likely, most of what you want to make your home! Obviously I recommend Hyde Park Montfort for you.
I have lived in hyde park since 2017, the apartment is top notch, maintenance is the best and the leasing office administrators are doing wonderful jobs!! I recommend this place.
I have lived here for quite a while and find it to be perfect for my needs. The location is great for accessing almost any part of town and is most convenient to stores, malls, post office, tollway, etc. The staff is most accommodating and the maintenance staff is excellent. They are very thorough and respond immediately to requests and are helpful in explaining maintenance issues.
This is a Beautiful Place to Live!! The pools are gorgeous with lovely scenery. The Leasing staff is very accommodating. Diana Bean is absolutely phenomenal to work with if there is ever any sort of issue ever. This will be our second year to live here and we love the location.
I love my apartment and the people that work here are great. I really appreciate Cindy white she is a great employee & such a lovely person & is always very helpful she is so nice & great with my daughter Naomi. she loves her we make special trips jus to go vist Cindy❤❤❤
So far 😊 so good. Haven’t moved in yet to experience the living but from what I’ve experienced so far I’m looking forward to my new home. Lydia was able to keep up with me and got me approved within 48hrs. I should mention I was prepared with all my docs. They all were very friendly. Will update after living a few months.
They have been absolutely outstanding. I admit I am some what high maintenance and they have gone out of their way to accommodate my requests. BIG Thanks to the office and especially the maintenance staff!!!
I have been a resident at Hyde Park since 2014. This is a very large property with the best of both worlds regarding location to all Dallas has to offer. The wonderful trees and greenbelt areas are great to come home to. I dont feel like I live in a concrete jungle. The site team is always willing to listen to resident concerns and they give 100% in trying to resolve all matters.The pricing is competitive and the interiors are beautiful. Definitely worth stopping by for a visit.
I have lived at Hyde Park since September, 2003. I love living here. The apartment is up to date with all the new amenities currently in other apartments in the metroplex. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are completed as promised. It is worth looking at Hyde Park to see if this could be your future home.
I really appreciate Cindys positive customer service and attention to details. Always delightful. And the young man that serviced my apartment was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
The office staff are nice and I love the maintenance crew!... The parking situation here sucks!! I literally drove around for 35 minutes looking for a spot. I went through the whole complex 4 times! Unacceptable. And the spots are tight so people ding up your car. All of these covered spots are not necessary. Its like they try to bully you into paying for extra stuff. Smh Also, they make you give a 60 day notice but only give you a 75 day notice of rent increase. Thats not a lot of time to make a decision. My air conditioning didnt work for all of summer. They came to repair/check on it every few weeks but it still didnt work. My apartment temperature was about 84 every day on the hot days. They let residents smoke on their patios and it just blows into your unit. They did offer me a deal after I complained so many times but I dont understand why they just didnt have the lady stop smoking. It would smell like she was smoking directly in my unit. Lastly, I live by the creek on the top floor and I get more bugs than I have ever had my whole life. I dont know how because its the third floor. :-/ Im talking spiders, water bugs, wasps, stinkbugs, and things I dont even know the name of...
I would like to thank Cindy and Daned for being so welcoming and informative with any information that I needed to firmly decide to renew my lease. Its very hard transitioning from Tulsa to Dallas, TX. Me and my wife stayed here for almost a year now. The apartment complex is very safe, clean, maintenance people are prompt, professional, and adjust to flexible time slots per your schedule.The mail and parcel delivery are recorded and done in a professional way. Daned is super nice in showing the apartment complex and never hesitated to answer and follow up your questions. He ensures a smooth paper work transition is done during renewal. Cindy is one of the sweetest young ladies in the office and that really helps with a dominant person as myself. It is very refreshing to have her here at Hyde Park and I am almost certain she is one of the biggest reasons why other residents love here as much as we do. The apartments are fantastic. Maintenance is quick to respond. Everything can be handled one. The only thing that has bothered me is, they dont let you know if you have a package delivered to you at the office. Im hoping they will be trying to add that to the resident portal.
DO NOT RENT HERE PLEASE!!! Had a very bad experience! They hire a towing company that is always looking for unregistered cars to tow!!! “By the way they have signs everywhere any visitors must register to park” even if you park for 30 minutes!!! Not to mention bunch of random and sketchy people always walking around! Awful experience.
The apartment itself is nice. I’ve lived here for 4 months give or take and it’s nice. It’s green, gated, & I can’t complain about parking on my side.BUT when it comes to management, they absolutely suck at communicating and accommodating the residents that pay thousands of dollars a month just to live here. DIANA CANNOT do her job as the “financial manager” & the staff up front, Hope? Can’t even look at her, can’t provide superb customer service. Never in my 4+ years of renting have I wanted to throw my hands at this complexes management. Seriously. Next time there’s an issue and they can’t provide some leniency or a better solution besides “I’m sorry.” I’m making sure these peoples names are dragged to the ground. Hire better staff or go to some seminar. I love my apartment but shoooot. Y’all trash. Except that new guy in the front. He actually smiled and actually looked like he wanted to help. And the maintenance staff is great too.
Great Community. We walked in with just a 6 days to move into a new place and Andrew took care of us. He show us around the complex and even gave us a really good deal. We really liked the 4 different pool and the fitness center. Cant wait to get all moved it!
This is a very good apartment with all amenities to stay at Addison.We are staying here since long time, planning to stay some more time. For sure recommend anyone for this apartment.Loved the inside area with lot of trees, and it’s very calm.Lot of car spaces which never disappoints for your car parking. They have reserved Car Port, garages, and Open parking.Gym,Pools and Weekend Brunch is something will enjoy more here.Hydepark is very big with 2 phases, we enjoy going for walk inside apartment sometime..it’s cool.Thrash picking on time in front of our door and it works from Sunday to Thursday.Regarding Service requests for any complaints, it’s always folks are very quick and they fixed any issues within less amount of time.Leasing office folks are great and friendly to get things done quickly.I would say staying since long time,I don’t have anything to complain.Kudos to Hydepark!!!!👌👌
This is a great place to live, super pet friendly and multiple dog parks for my Pup to run around. I have had some issues like with all apartments but the maintenance people have always been on top of everything.
All the staff are very friendly and very helpful, very prompt at taking care of any needs you may have. I’ve been here for two years and have loved my stay at Hyde Park!
Its a beautiful property and management provides fun activities for its guests. Security helped me with a loud, middle-of-the night tenant and Ive been happy ever since. I also wanted to thank the maintenance team. They obviously take pride in what they do and are very friendly and considerate.
