Im confused...none of these pics belong to this actual complex...😕 These pics belong to a DIFFERENT Rosemont property and most of them are still waaaay outdated. This is just wrong to falsifying info....

Martha was nice but that was the only thing about my tour.I toured the apartments on Thursday 9/24/2020. Based on the surrounding I already knew that tour would be interesting. The apartments were nice when they were initially built-I’m sure but after years of irresponsible tenets and below par management, the apartment current condition is what you get.When I initially arrived, my first thought was to turn around but I didn’t-instant regret. Martha conducted my tour of a 2 bd/1.5 bath she stated the apartment was ready for move-in. As we arrived in the unit, one of the maintenance men was leaving the apartment so I was confident but my hopes were quickly dashed.When I entered the unit it had a mild odor my guess was from the carpet not being cleaned properly after the last tenet that smoked in the unit.Martha allowed me to self-tour the apartment and I discovered the most disgusting thing-I’ve seen on an apartment tour thus far.I went into one of the rooms and on the carpet was burnt blunt ends (black n mild roaches), smoke burns on the carpet and get this a: EMPTY CONDOM wrapper. I was so beside myself and was completely unable to fix my mouth to tell Martha what I discovered. I quickly ended my tour. I am not making this up I took pictures of EVERYTHING.Then when Martha and I got back to the office the Manager(she was the Property Manager-I think she’s in the office opposite of Martha’s desk) had the nerve to ask if I “liked” the apartment (GTFOH).Hopefully someone brought this to the front office attention since apparently no one walks the units they showcase for tours.

I been staying in my apartment since 04/03/2020 when I moved Martha gave me a paper to fill out about what was damaged in the apartment. My front door was the biggest problem 🗣 it looked like it’s been kicked in. My door is loose and the top lock doesn’t work. I been putting work orders in since I moved in about it still haven’t came to fix it. Both of my tub peeling been telling them about that. They response whenever the property get sold than they will fix it.

The maintenance guys, work to keep these apartments clean. I havent been here long. If you enjoy peace dont move out here. If you enjoy cleanliness, dont move out here. Take your voucher else where to live. Its always drama! Ive been having a problem with my neighbor. She has been harassing me since April I told the office they did nothing. Just a heads up dont waste your time you will be disappointed!!

Its sad how people are treated in a community full of brown people. I do understand that some people are difficult to deal with but thats true for all groups. We tend to always get the short end of the stick. You can only pay your rent online through a checking account. Why are you forcing people to use the same institutions that will keep them broke? I understand not taking cash for safety reasons, but you dont accept money orders? Thats unheard of. I couldnt be a tenant. The apartments are great for the price. Thats the only benefit Ive seen.

Wish it was a zero star they give you the run around mainly Martha the so called manager made me wait she approved me then denied weeks later now I believe the reviews they are sorry its not worth living here at all because when you drive thru you see nothing but ghetto people all out they just make it sound good but its not worth it at all they are very unprofessional

Its crazy that I havent even moved into the apartments yet and Im having an issue with the office assistant already... Been calling since last week trying to speak to someone in management and I get placed on hold everytime.... when I filled out my paperwork the young lady by the name of shanelle was so nice and professional this new assistant is very very very rude... Instead of helping you with your issues she takes offense and gets an attitude and goes back and forth with you.... at this point I dont know if I want to move in if this is the type of treatment Ill be receiving.... I literally have been calling for 2 weeks now for an issue that may take 30 minutes to resolve.... this is sssssoo irritating and very unacceptable....Currently on hold waiting to speak to managment as I type this review

So far my stay here at Rosemont of Meadow Ln has been great, the office staff were kind and courteous Raymund Patrick did a great job getting me and my family settled. Great sense of humor very funny!!!!😀

In ALL honesty, please read this before making a decision to move here. This just may be the best review youve read. I moved in over a year ago. Before moving here I read reviews just like you are right now and I saw more bad reviews than anything. However, I chose to move in anyway because people will always have something bad to say ANYWHERE. Plus, sorry, but this is the hood. So you get what you put yourself in. Okay, anyway, I moved in. It was a breeze. They were VERY helpful and understanding. The landlord, Ms. Chasity (spell-check) is a character yet stern if she has to be. She doesnt show favoritism towards clients and the way she is set is that you have to communicate. Right. Upon our first day of move-in, we spotted a roach. I had read reviews before about water bugs or roaches but I thought to myself maybe its just how that particular person is living. Not so. The apartments indeed are infested with roaches. Its the walls mainly. Even if you keep your home clean, theyll find somewhere to go nonetheless (meaning in your cabinet corners, your bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, pantry corner). Ill share pictures so hope you looked. You can get pest control but you literally have to let them know WEEKLY that you want it. Why is that? That is a clear sign that they are aware of the infestation. Having an infestation is a hazard to any family, right? Besides all of that, if you choose to stay in the front of the complex you are in for a treat. It is usually quiet over in the front and Chasity has been getting people out who dont belong. As far as the back of the complex, DONT move back there. I would say bad children but it starts with the parents. Children only do what parents instill in them and allow. Well leave that there. So the complex has its ups and downs. They have events for the children during the summer, summer camp, watch meets, etc. After school programs too and information on things like electricity and education. So its like a bittersweet living. The inside of the lofts and town homes are freaking GORGEOUS. Huge kitchens and bathrooms. Rooms are fairly small but whatever. The homes are really nice. Rent doesnt go up. It stays the same. Parking is NEVER a problem. Just the area isnt attractive and the roach infestation isnt either. Other than that, take this review and make your decision based on it. Its as truthful as it gets.

Dont be fooled. I lived there 2 years. My door was kicked in 4 times by bad kids. its security but they stay at the front and do no paroling. I paid a 450 deposit and they are refusing to refund it. The office management has changed 3 times. The new group is just plain confused. I dont know what they do, every time i call the blame shift and give penicle number. i have called it over 20 times never got 1 answer. ill never moved to one of these property again. DONT BE FOOLED.....

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone in the office. And when you do, youre placed on a 10+ minute hold.

Lived there 2 years building 8. Bitter sweet, drug dealers, apartment cleans the grounds every morning and I watch people throw trash right back on the ground by the dumpster! Roaches? Lets just say bomb every 2 months, combat gel and anything else I even spray outdoor bug spray in the bushes LORD! I kept to myself but you will definitely see crime by allllllllll ages! Office can only do so much to control adults that dont control their kids nor watch them. So sad because is a beautiful complex but the photos dont show the police cars, helicopters, stray very large dogs, people breaking mailboxes, breaking into cars, door jamming, etc. Why have a parking pass on your car and dont restrict visitors from parking under carports??? Help me understand then tow for no sticker at whos discretion idk. Makes no sense. Chasity is a lovely lady with hella patience but no for the BS. Move in at your own risk and not the back, you may not make it

Raymun Patrick is a very good leasing consultant, he was very friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns I may of had.His communication is a plus as well, he will keep intouch and keep you updated until you have officially moved in ...He gets 10 stars in my book ...Thanks for making me feel important..cause some leasing agents make it clear they only want your money

I would never tell anyone to move over here far the worst apartments I have ever stayed in

No matter how great you think the price is, stay away from this complex! only the manager and the maintenance guys are nice. They call tow truck on you for expired tenant sticker even though they did not inform you the the sticker they gave you was just for a year. No reminder that your sticker is about to expire. All they want is cause you a bad day while laughing at you. I have to pay to get the car back and miss a day at work. The safety is ZERO. Children rings your doorbell for fun and run away, while youre trying to get some rest after long day of working. Anything you leave on your porch is for the thieves. Weirdos will be asking you if you have a dollar to give them or if they can use your WiFi ( THEY EVEN KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR AS IF YOU KNOW THEM). Seriously no peace of mind when it comes to safety. Teenagers doing drug and smoking weed even during the day. I think the security is even scare of them. STAY AWAY. IS NOT WORTH IT. By the way that water fountain you see in picture does not exist. It serves now as mosquitos house.

Unfortunately me and my 3 children were robbed. No, it wasnt by a random individual and no my door wasnt kicked in nor my windows broken or unlocked. Our things were taken by staff. A trusted employee abused his postion to gain access into my home. I already suspected it was internal because after my home was burglarized the thief locked the door. Im a single mother of three living paycheck to paycheck. I had just purchased all new clothes for my children because they have outgrown their others and the season has changed. It was literally all that they had. My home was comletely ransacked. Multiple items were taken including my purse which contained me and my childrens social. I called the police and made a report and then went to the office where management showed no concern. I then went from neighbor to neighbor to see if anyone witnessed anything and by Gods grace, one did. She said she seen the porter who works for the company make a couple of trips in and out of my home carrying me and my childrens things. To make matters worst the regional manger made me feel horrible as if i were the criminal and not the victim. I am completely distraught about this very traumatic experience and pray this doesnt happen to anyone else
