We love our home and the quiet neighborhood of Turtle Creek. The staff is always so friendly and the hallways and lounge are spotless!! Love all the new additions and yoga studio. We plan on staying for many years to come.

Recently moved to Rienzi at Turtle Creek and from the start, Hilda (Assistant Manager) made this the most effortless move ever! Rienzis location is ideal, apartments are extremely quiet and the apartment make ready was hands down, better than any other I have come across! Rienzi amenities are outstanding - reserved garage parking (designated guest parking garage too), new fitness and business center - tasteful lobby and beautiful new resident lounge, as well as an efficient and courteous 24/7 Concierge group and top notch maintenance team! Well thought out security with plenty of working cameras and even a FOB required to operate the elevators to resident floors or community areas! Rienzi also has beautiful outdoor space which includes a multi level courtyard area with pool, hot tub, grilling space and soothing walls of water! The apartment homes are tasteful with plenty of windows, hardwood/tile and Berber flooring and high end appliances! Oh ... friendly residents of all ages too! Feels great to be HOME!

Ritz Carlton like home styles in a park setting in the middle of uptown Dallas. The amenities of the Rienzi arent comparable to other rentals expect for condominiums listed for lease, which is why I have enjoyed living here for three years, and have no desire to move anytime soon. The homes are beautifully and meticulously finished with true luxury custom features, and the management is outstanding. The manager and her assistant: Debra and Hilda are some of the kindest and most professional people I have ever met. They make you feel like a valued family member here, and not just a resident. The dog park, pools and high quality fitness center are always clean and never crowded. The Rienzi is a best kept secret in Dallas.

I love Rienzi! My absolute favorite complex. I am so excited for the new upgraded amenities. The floor plans are spacious and so beautiful. This place truly feels like home from the moment you walk in the door. The entire office staff does a great job making it feel like cozy. I plan on being here for many years to come.

Excellent location nestled in the heart of Turtle Creek, in downtown Dallas but just off the beaten path where there is no traffic and city noise. This place really is the “Ritz Carlton” of apartment living and I love how the concierge helps with day to day tasks 24/7. The office staff and Jake are very friendly and attentive. Absolutely love our home and all the amenities Rienzi has to offer.

Very satisfied with The Rienzi at Turtle Creek. Based on what I can tell, this building was originally built to be condominiums, and it shows. It is very solid and quiet. The location is amazing...tucked away but right on Turtle Creek and easy to get anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, 5 stars.

We have lived at Rienzi for two plus years and have an excellent experience with the staff. They’re very responsive to any and all of your needs. The apartment complex is located in a premium location and fosters a serene environment. Update.....After two years incident free, my bike was stolen on the Rienzi supplied bike rack in the secure basement parking lot. I moved here from Chicago and had an industrial strength lock and 1/2 steel cable to secure my bike to the rack. I was offered a sorry from management. If you decide to live here, I would rethink storing any valuables or bikes on premises.

Great place so far, no complaints. There going through a remodel so I cant wait for how its going to look in the end. Overall a nice place to stay with good management behind it.

Service by management and the leasing office, maintenance, and the concierge is exceptional. The building atmosphere is quiet. The location provides proximity to the Katy Trail, Turtle Creek green space, and the Arts District.

RENTER BEWARE! Staff (led by Debrah) is not friendly or helpful. There are much better options out there! Hire a realtor and evaluate other alternatives before falling into this trap.

Horrible place to work. I was a concierge throught Texas Concierge back on August 2016 and was a horrible experience to me, because this residential building terminated meviolated my disability rights. The property manager Mr. Scott dont care about his employee.

Run by Fairfield Residential and that is all one needs to say.
