Maintenance at this property is excellent! They are always busy working hard to keep things running smoothly. Management is very friendly and attentive and many units are constantly getting nice upgrades like wood plank floors etc. I give it 4 stars because there are no laundry connections in the units but overall it is a very good deal and in an excellent location just across the street from Parkland Hospital and Parkland and Inwood Station. Oh, and there is a massive swimming pool and grilling areas.

We love to live here. Management is great, very secure place, very affordable, and very all around clean complex. We love living here so much and our neighbors are great! Feels like home

It is a nice place, and the manger is super nice and professional. It is a great price to find such a good place to live. I have been living here for two years. When I found a job and tried to sublease my room, it is very easy and no additional cost was put on me. The only cons are that the facilities are old, but with the price of the rent it is reasonable.

I have not received my security deposit back. It has been 4+ months and still nothing.

I would give it a 5* if it had more visitors parking spaces, and if it included washer and dryer in the apartment. Also it would be nice if parking spaces not covered would not be assigned rather open to first come first serve kinda deal. Maintenace services are great so far, that is definitely a plus. Friendly staff. Safe and secure place to live. I enjoy living here. Love my garden space, my little backyard space.

To be honest, this Apartment is really good one which I have stayed. Low price and good services. Easy to move in and out with low deposit fee. The best one is their management is quite good and the service is very well. Office worker always try his best to help people live in here like home. Rayn is a real good man who worked this Apartment for 20-30 years. He help me a lot and give me more free time when I was going to move to another city. Moreover, they repaired things very effectively. And after you move out the deposit will return to you. (I had a bed experience in another Apartment call Inwood Apartment which charged me 468$ after we move out. ) This Apartment didnt charge any fee after we move out.

I live here for three years. The female manager is very nice and helpful except some roach. But right now, the new manager and the old male manager are very disgusting. They always break their promise after your moving in....Take care.

This used to be 5 stars. However, they seem unable to repair or replace the laundry equipment (which they do not own, but lease from a company called MacGray or CSC Service works). Neither the laundry company nor the management seem to care that there are residents who cannot take their laundry down the street to a laundromat. This makes life here almost unbearable.

This is the worst place Ive stayed if youre thinking about living here at the very least please have it inspected before you sign the lease I really mean that, the place is infested there is way too many cockroaches and Ive seen mice and a possum on the property if you want to move in here at the very least have it inspected first the fact that they have exterminators come so many times in a month should tell you something should be 0 stars.
