First and foremost Karla Dixon hands down was the best leasing manager I have dealt with at any property I have lived in. Courteous, helpful, caring and most of all efficient. Was in and out with all the information I needed and walked out a new resident at 6500 South. Office was clean and the other employees were just as cheerful and eager to help. Five stars all around!!
Do not apply to these apartment!!!!!! Worst customer service ever. They really need to work on their communication skills. I applied for a small 1bed/1bath and was told the day before I move in that the apartment wasn’t going to be ready for another couple of days. Remind you no one sent an email nor call stating any of this information. So I had to take a larger 1bed/1bath. Now that my lease is up and I want to downsize to the apartment I originally applied for, I’m being told I can’t downsize only upsize. Never heard of that. Also these apartments are infested with roaches.
Ana did a good job of helping me when I had a service request that needed to be done. She made sure the guys got out here and called me with a follow up to double check that they came! I will be coming to Ana for all my needs from now on. She has great communication.
I visited the apartments and was greeted with a friendly smile from Karla Dixon and was told all of the information that asked I asked for. She went over and beyond with assisting me. And I definitely would tell my friends and family to go and see Karla Dixon if they ever needed an apartment!!!
DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS! the customer service is trash you can never reach anyone and when you go to the office everyone is sitting around talking while the phones are just ringing! When you do finally get in touch with someone, it’s like they don’t wanna be at work, you tell them the problem they just place you on hold it’s never okay i’m place you on a brief hold nothing unprofessional ! If you see the office and the outside of the apartments you’ll think it’s nice but OH NO its not ! I’ve had mold growing on my living room wall from the rain leaking into the wall, I’ve been addressing this issue since the beginning of July ! No one has done nothing about it, I’ve contacted the regional manager she sent someone out he told me some will be here Monday 8/9/2021 haven’t seen or heard from anyone !! Monday 8/16/2021 I called the office to report the burners on my stove has went out and about my living room wall! Here it is today Friday 8/20/2021 No one has called me with any updates or came by ! I’ve been having issue with my apartment since I first moved in. from the paint on my bath tub peeling, bathroom cabinets breaking, they are infested with roaches. I can not wait until my lease is up! Summer is practically OVER the pools has never been open! I HATE IT HERE ! PLEASE SAVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY 6500 SOUTH Is NOT IT!!!
I went to these apartments and did an application which never went through the lady Carla told me to bring my app fee and admin fee never once saying it was non refundable. When I get back she takes the money order for 315 an then tells me I’m denied but she will talk to her manager and get back with me Tuesday. Tuesday comes an still no manager she’s on vacation. Not to mention no one has a phone number nor a way to be reached an no one knows the cooperation office number but they all work there. The only reason I got the money orde is because she told me she would hold the apt and she wanted us to hurry because someone else was in line to get it. Then today Wednesday 9/8/21 still no manger an they are only talking through the ppl in the office. Which I have a problem with I sent in all my proper documentation still being told no I will see them in court I even said they can give me my 235 back an keep the 80 still no please consider anywhere but here they don’t do good business an you get the run around the day I was there it was another lady upset because her unit wasn’t ready an she was moving in next day I could of left then but I didn’t not in there show unit we saw roaches but we didn’t complain please go else where
These apartments are too pretty to have such rude management. Carla is the only one who tries to help and be more understandable. But as for management its horrible. My a/c is broke every week, my package got stolen and the manger still didn’t review the cameras with me as told! Even after told to file a police report. The manager was very rude answering questions that I didn’t ask about or was even speaking to her. They are unprofessional. They can post everything online except when they make payment changes now we’re stuck with a LATE FEE for misinformed last minute information. This will be my 1st & LAST staying here. I had a virtual tour with Jessie p. Schedule For 4pm. I was advised that I would receive a call at that time. By 4:15 no one called or emailed me. So when I called I spoke with a women who told me that Jessie was handling some computer issues and asked would I like to reschedule I told her that won’t work for me, then I received a call from Brian who advised me the same thing about Jessie and he asked the same question about rescheduling I told him that would t work he then offered to show me the model now, I asked him to see the real apt despite the paint not being done he agreed and said he would call me back once he reached the unit and never called me back when I called back an additional 45 minutes later no one answered the phone. Worst customer service experience ever. I wouldn’t be nearly as upset as I am if there weren’t so many false promises being made
I had the opportunity of touring with Miss Ana yesterday, I didnt call to make an appointment and she made sure to get me right in. She was so informative and explained the requirements and all to me step by step! She is so sweet and made me feel at home before even applying!
My lease was supposed to be drafted from January 29th, 2021 to July 1st, 2021. A 5 month lease because of my contract with my job. I have emails to Ana and Monica saying my lease was wrong and Ana stating let me get with Ms. Monica to get it changed. I had a lease that said leaving August 28th and one saying July 28th. The lease should have said July 1st ending date. I will also attach the credit invoice I received from Ms. Monica and the leases she never changed. My daughter went to the office several times to talk about these issues and still nothing happened. Im 70 years old and I personally think they threw me to the wolves, until I said I was getting an attorney. This was the worst move in my life, and I took a specimen from that apartment, it was severely dangerous to live in there. I even emailed corporate several times on this complex and never got an answer. No one would give me the Regional Manager information, so I could report all what was happening. I received a refund from the corporate for $712 that was left over after everything was paid. Well I wasnt supposed to be charged rent for March, April, or May and was charged. I was also charged for July and I was gone before July 1st and the lease was never changed like it was supposed too.
Do not move here it’s Gnat infested the office do not car they don’t fix anything all they do is lie and complete work orders in the system but never really come … if you need help they will brush you off and tell you to wait they are on moving tenants in every single time i’m just wondering why they keep moving people in when they can’t handle who’s already here and let’s not forget very bad ant problem with them coming out the wall outlets and all rooms …… These people will not GAF about you. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE
Update-Monica, the property manger, called me and apologized for the inconvenience. I am glad that the manager is taking the initiative to reach out to unsatisfied clients. I hope that rest of the management team and the leasing agents follow her example so that they can provide the caring service to the future customers like Monica.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------When I visited the office to get the keys when I moved in, the apartment says Youre unit is not ready, and it will not be ready until next week. I had to stay in the office for four hours arguing and trying to get a unit that they promised. When they finally decided to give me a different unit, I saw paint marks everywhere and masking tapes everywhere. Basically not ready. I had to take it because my furniture were getting delivered on the next day. After living there for 3 months, I face the ant problems. I talked to the neighbors, and they told me this problem has been going on for years! When I asked for the pest control, the guy came in with the roach aid. Not ant spray or ant trap. The ROACH AID. He saw the ants and said they never told him this was the ant problem. Now, it has been a year since I moved out, and they just sent me a move out statement. A year later. I gave my forwarding address when I gave them the move out notice, and they told me the forwarding address in their system is the apartment that I was in during 6500 South. They sent a statement to the apartment that I moved out from even when I gave them the forwarding address. Now they are talking as if I messed up, and it was my fault for not receiving the statement. This is your warning. Stay away from this apartment. I mean it. It doesnt worth your time and money to fight with the poor management people.
The staff is amazing here and Employee Ms. Ana is very welcoming and sweet. Maintenance is always on point and they make sure all my stuff is up to date.This is a good first apartment and happy i made this place my home.
The only thing i can honestly say is the only thing that i loved about my experience is Karla Dixon, she is very professional and made me feel like i was her priority. Ms. Dixon worked thru a lot of mismanagement that was not on her but upper management from being switched units 5 times without any updates. thank you Karla I appreciate your professionalism! Hello. I’ve been living at the apartment complex for a few years. It’s been a pretty good stay until the winter storm. I have been without hot water for two months. The management continues to say a plumber is coming out but hasn’t shown up yet to fix the problem. I’ve started a complaint with code compliance. This is unbelievable. I’m sure everyone in the office is enjoying their hot water wherever they stay.
Do not move here. I paid all fees only to be told every time that someone else got the apartment I was inquiring about also the price went from $860-$1280. Everyone I called no one answered or gave me the run around. I figured Id go up there since no one was answering and ana was sitting right at her desk ignoring all my calls after she took my money. I feel like this is unethical. I dont feel like they took the initiative to put me in a unit since they already had my money. I will be going to the better business bureau to report the bad business this place is conducting.
If I could give these apartments a zero I certainly would!!! I can’t wait until my lease is up and I am out of here!! First and foremost there is a DEFINITE ROACH PROBLEM! I am a very clean person and have never had a pest issue in my life, but they are for sure a problem here! How is it that I pay monthly for pest control yet I have pests! I called and requested to have my apartment sprayed and was told I would be placed on a list and they would come by on Thursday. First of all why is there a list? If we pay for pest control monthly why are you not spraying monthly! Also why is it that they didn’t come by to spray (I work from home) and I have had to call and request they come by my apartment at least 5 other times since! I was told today someone will by, but at this point I don’t believe it!The front office is a complete joke! When I first moved into this complex my apartment wasn’t even ready! While I’m unloading my UHAUL I didn’t even have the flooring fully installed. So I had to leave my stuff in a truck and stay with a friend! A month after being here I didn’t have a mailbox key because they didn’t know where it was? I got an eviction notice for partially paid rent even though the office manager gave me the amount to pay! It is so hard to get someone to answer the phone, but once you do, it highly likely they will not resolve your issue. The maintenance is terrible. The pool across from me has never been open because it is always green! Whenever I have put in requests to have things fixed and they just patch it together but not really resolve the issue or wait weeks to actually fix anything!! My bath tub has paint peeling and it needs to be resurfaced. I have called at least 5 times and have been told that someone will come and fix it, but it has never been done! I have even emailed pictures and spoke to the office manager and it had still not be done!If you can save yourself the headache I would highly recommend that you DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! It’s not worth the hassle if you ever encounter an issue. The first year was not the greatest but it I was in school and honestly had no choice. This last year had been absolutely dreadful and I most likely will be breaking my lease early.

I am writing this review for anyone who is interested in moving in, great apartments my lease just ended and I am going to continue to lease at this apartment, great staff especially a young lady name Crystal, she went out of her way to make sure I was approved for this apartment she helped me out through out the whole process!!! She checked up on me every here and there to make sure everything was smooth and okay for me! The apartments are also very spacious very affordable apartments ! friendly neighbors and they are also taking this pandemic very serious! very clean.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Ana today. She was very helpful and informative, gave me so much information. I’ve looked at plenty of apartments in this area and she is the only person who has actually helped me. I will be scheduling a tour here soon.
I would like to take out time and say Thank You to Karla (leasing manager) for making 6500 South a great living experience for me and my daughter. Karla have great customer service skills. Karla care about the people and that makes a difference to the people in the 6500 community itself. I had an issue with my AC, Karla made sure I completed a maintenance ticket and call the emergency line. Every issue I had (not many) Karla responded in a timely manner and sure all requests were completed. You dont fine people like Karla in the southern part of the apartment complexes in Dallas. A raise, promotion, or a day is needed. We love you Karla.

The staff is very helpful one of the staff by the name of Karla helped me review say something like she was sitting in her car eating lunch and still helped me she asked had I been helped no one else came to the door and she got my information and told me she would give me information once she comes from lunch now thats helpful and afterwards she walked me through the process.
Very disappointed I paid an app fee an administration fee an no one in that office has reached out to me to confirm or deny me.. everytime I call I get a different person that claims theyll personally call me back an yet still nothing...bad business....
Manuel with maintenance made sure my apartment was ready for move in. In addition, the turn around on maintenance request is fairly quickly. The maintenance staff Lalo and Fernando have also been very helpful too and efficient.
This place is great! I had a wonderful time getting a tour with the lady at the front, Crystal! Super friendly and very welcoming! She Answered all my questions! Made sure I was okay! Spacious apartments as well! Great prices!!

Very new to the community but I enjoyed my tour with the leading manager Ms Karla the unit I was show was the unit I moved into and the service time for any issue or when I had a problem on the website for payments was handled quickly I want to make sure everyone knows how much of a hard worker and a person who listens to a certain individual (actually listens) and helps out to maintain a good mindset, I know its like having a friend here and during these times you need a friend not a robot..Im glad to be able to live here where someone cares and not be a number

I live there for 5 years very bad maintenance scheduling to get anything fixed management could never be found when they were called I dont think the one-star even counts I wouldnt even give it a star. That is the worst place to live at and used to be called the arborstone I dont know what it is called now but it was the worst experience of living there no parking spots drugs could be bought on the corner of your home at any time of the day I cant even count the times that Duncanville police would drive in there just to see what was going on with the area to say the least my apartment was broken into and that was the reason I moved out after my five years there and it was reported to the apartment complex as a did not approve of living so I broke my lease two months before it was due and they gave me a very bad rating on my credit report do not move there there is much better places I know their ways I now own my own home after that bad experience at this apartment complex I advise anyone to stay away
Ive been living here since 2014. When I first arrived the apartments were well taken care of, the front office staff was very helpful and professional. Any problems that arose were immediately taken care of. However, since the complex transferred ownership it has really gone down hill. Trash everywhere, bug/rodent problems, maintenance crew is lazy except for 2 of them, nothing gets fixed in a timely manner even pre-Covid, getting anyone to answer the phone in the office is like pulling teeth. The only reason why Im giving 6500 South a 5-star review is due to the assistant manager Ms. Lusk. She has been very helpful in accommodating my concerns and issues when no one else has, if it wasnt for Ms. Lusk I would have left long ago....
When I needed improvements to my unit,I had help from a nice and lovely lady named Karla she understood all my issues and helped me even when I wrote multiple orders,she made sure to have anything completed that was requested and thats what you need from any person here...someone to look out and get things done in a timely manner I hope she knows how much I appreciate her kindness and helpfulness to a tenants issue
The property is beautiful. I enjoy all the lighting they have here at night and all the security cameras they have in the property. It makes me feel safe. Beautiful pools and playground, soccer field and baskets ball court. Everything is so nice and well organized. Any time I move anywhere I have high expectations, from the beginning I advised I would need to move in pretty quickly with in a week and advised I would need my apartment upgraded and complete by then. Crystal the leasing agent was very on point with my requirements and understood what I needed. Everything was pulled together to have my apartment ready by the due date I provided and everything inside the apartment was great. We did struggle a little with some things not being completely done and we are honestly still dealing with a bit of a pest problem but I have called the office and advised them so they should be on it. And the minor problems I had with the apartment upon move in were fixed with no issue. Beautiful community, neighbors are nice, property is peaceful. I recommend.
With COVID going on, I have to say Crystal Juarez was the best help! She showed me the complexes with no hesitation! Thank you so much for all your help!

Theyre a little hard to reach on the phone, but when they do answer, theyre so professional, and friendly and answered all my very many questions. Im looking forward to working with them! Working with Cam in the office, he has been tremendously helpful in helping me find the specific unit that fit all my criteria. This place has always been my first choice!
I absolutely hate it here. I moved in May 2, 2020 and have had nothing but problem after problems. The manager Monica does not respond to calls or texts. She lies about everything. They never answer the phone. My neighbors are super noisy and they dont do anything. I have to keep calling for maintenance issues. My apartment balcony almost overflows when it rains, and no one came back to check it. This has been the worse apartment and move ever. I have never experienced anything like this before. When I complained about my noisy neighbors, I was told by Crystal they can make as much noise as they want until after 10 at night. Still waiting on someone to address the issue that was almost 2 weeks ago. I will never recommend anyone to mover here.
Such a great place! My boyfriend and I came to take a tour and the front desk lady, Crystal, was so nice!We took a tour of the complex and it is at the top of our list to move to after our lease is up in April.Friendly staff, roomy apartments, great pool, and all for a great price.

Management is unresponsive to everything you can/will need. Trying to move out, and they can’t even do that right. You’d do better living at the apartments next to this one or off 67.
The management at this apartment is SO poor. I can never get ahold of anyone. Answers to questions are very sketchy and shady. I am paying for a pest control service that does not happen. I also now have a ridiculously high water bill because a vacant apartment had a leak. Maintenance requests are not being respected or answered. I have not been able to contact anyone for the past week and a half about anything. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the way things are being managed and how residents needs and concerns are being disregarded at 6500 South.
While I was visiting the property from out of town, I noticed guys working on the landscape, met the maintenance manager and was able to ask him some questions and he was able to assist me with my concerns. I was happy about that. The staff was helpful and helped me to feel welcomed. I will be back in December after my lease contract is up to lease with them.
Maintenance is slow. I have been waiting over a month to get my shower fixed and they came in to do little things like fix the dishwasher two days after I put in the request but not fix the shower. I have put in multiple maintenance requests for the shower before then and each time they claim its fixed but the water still is either scolding hot or freezing cold. The floors above us are paper thin. You can hear every little step they make. I cannot wait till my lease is up
These apartments are probably THE WORST. They are infested with roaches for once. I sent them emails, called, and even left a message on their “community wall” with no response. Then they sent someone from maintenance and even though I said call first he comes in without any call. They have done that atleast 3 times now.
Been living here for over a year. Maintnance sucks they don’t fix nothing. Manager is never at the office only her employees are there but the manager is needed for most problems but she is never there. Good luck finding parking if u li e on the inner apartments.
Im not sure where the negative comments are coming from but Ive been a resident for 5 years and Ive enjoyed my apartments (3 ) and the friendly staff. Im not concerned about what cars people drive or where they live, Im more concerned with how Im being treated and the condition of my apartment and the community. I know all of them on first name basis and have been treated with respect. Ive even referred several other residents to the property. Ive driven a Mercedes, Expedition, and several other vehicles and never been broken into. When I do have a situation with something inside my home Im never pushed off or turned away. Being in Corporate America as a Bank Manager and also Entrepreneur Im very hard to please and wouldnt waste my time with turnover, bad customer service, an unsafe environment. Im currently in process to renew my lease and will continue to refer new residents. With that being said, you cant rate an establishment based on an encounter with one person or take your frustration with life out on a place and people. Thank you to the entire staff for helping to make my apartment a home!

The management is terrible, they never answer the phone and when they finally do answer they always say they don’t know about anything . The manger is never available (they claim) .
I moved into 6500 south in April 2019 and I feel hoodwinked. I had to pay for my own exterminator for huge water bugs. I have had rat traps in my apartment for 2 months and job rat has been caught but its eating food in my kitchen. Management wont answer the phone. Water leak for 2 days told it was fixed I had to suggest taking a look at the apartment above me. I pay almost 1,000 a month to love with a rat. This is hell, dont move here the only.thing thats true about the apartment you are allowed to view is the layout of your apartment. Everything else is not true from time of move it
I’ve lived at 6500 South for 4 years and for the first time we have a manager that is professional, listens, knows what she is doing and treats the residents with kind and respect. She keeps the property clean and constantly adds and maintains the communities amenities. I went to the pool for the first time this year and couldn’t believe what I saw..they installed a beautiful build in BBQ grill and an life size outdoor checker board for my kids to play on...
I stayed here 3 years ago and I recently contacted Arborstone to assist me with an issue from my residency with them. I was so delighted and happy to see that the customer service is still AWESOME!!! I was handled by Ms. Erica, who was the same beautiful smile and personality that I 1st encountered at Arborstone. As always I was taken care of with my request even though I no longer stay there, they were just as sweet and helpful as they were 3 years ago. I would definitely recommend Arborstone if you want to feel like family!!! P.S. Jasmine L. says Erica, Arlene and Shantel deserve raises!!!

I had originally given this apartments a 2 but now if I could give them a -10 I would. My air conditioner has been going on off for 2 weeks now my light bill came to 190 dollars because of that after calling everyday for the past week and getting lies about them coming to fix it they finally came to tell me theyll look at it they left and never came back. Have been calling all morning and guess who is not answering.They sent me a letter I had to vacate in 3 days because I did not have renters insurance which yes I do.I was lied to on multiple occasions about my carpet being washed before moving in. Ive spent at least $200 in carpet powders my vacuum mest up because of all the powders already. Please please do not rent here. and for all the residents that do and they fail to at least fix you air call Dallas city 311 until they resolve our issues

Beware & asks lot of questions before signing the lease because them people at the office all say different things & you dont know which one to believe. Get your stories straight people please&&thank you. & please dont tell me to contact yall because yall dont answer them phones if it could save yall lives...& thats real talk. The outside lights on the apartment buildings and the entrance lights when you first come in the complex dont come on until 8:30pm(when its already dark out) so I have to walk in the dark to get to my apartment which is not safe, I have to use my phone light to see where to put the key in to open my door. What happens if something were to happen or I get robbed in darkness, NOT SAFE AT ALL. And also they dont have screens in the apartment windows which is stupid, I have never heard of apartments not having screens in windows, thats something that should come with an apartment. They just tell you we dont have screens
Wow! I used to live here with my ma and I stopped by to see a friend and it has all changed. The new office is soooo cool and now when you lease a apartment, it’s all new inside. When my apartment lease is up, I’m moving here. Check it out, you will love the new look.
I just renewed my lease and they installed brand new Black Appliances. My family came over for dinner on Sunday and could not believe how nice they looked. Thank you 6500 South for making my home even better.
They do not answer their phones, at all . You have to call literally 10 times before a person picks up or you have to go up there, what’s the point in having phones if you don’t answer, it’s very frustrating. I understand they are busy, but Atleast take the time to return the phone call when they are available.
Worst apartment complex ever! They never have your apartment ready on your move in date nor do they communicate! Very unprofessional and word has it that maintenance and office manager are friends so they barely do any work!
When the old owners were here, maintenance issues were immediately fixed. Since the new owners took over getting anything fixed takes an act of Congress. My A/C has been broken off and on for 3 weeks. When I went back in today (outside temp 108) I was treated as if I was whining and didnt have valid concerns. I let the staff member know that the inside of my apt was 85 degrees and I have a 9 year old and basically were burning up. I basically was told Im not the only one with A/C issues and Im not the only one with a child. My daughter and I were even sick this morning from being so hot. Its really ridiculous. I wish our old owners were still here.
Omg, Erica is awesome! She was extremely helpful and walked me through the process quickly and efficiently! This was by far the best experience and I am excited to start my new life in these apartments with the amazing staff!
I had some issues with the apartment, which the manager was all ears to. She sounded amiable, and seems to care about the tenants and their situation. My other issues were solved, a new electric stove was also promised for my apartment to replace the one I had; fingers crossed. I also liked that security has been improved on, which makes this place safer. The playing ground area looks nice, and the environment is always kept clean.NB: When tenants have issues, it doesnt take much to have them solved, because this is not only going to make the apartment more conducive for the tenants, but it is also boosting the image of the apartment, it maintains the apartment and gives the apartment a better view to outsiders. I hope the manager keeps up the good work.
Ive been here for almost a year, and so far Ive had a pretty nice experience. The office staff is nice and respectable. Ive had no problems with roaches or any other pests. No break-ins, no loud neighbors. My only complaint is that in order to get a work order done, you have to go to the office over and over. The only problem Ive had so far is a problem with wasp nests being formed on my patio and later getting inside of my living room. The maintenance team eventually came out and handled it. No more wasps since then. Overall, Arborstone would be a great choice.
Never answer the phone or give you any callbacks never update you on anything you need to be informed about the apartment or application process always an excuse for why the process is taking so long or why It can’t be done. never give you feedback or follow-ups never provide the full information that you need. They wait very last minute to get back with you. And nobody’s never in the office when you need them.
Horrible service - incompetent maintenance staff.If youre smart youll stay away. If youre dumb enough to rent here, make sure your AC works properly. If it doesnt dont expect it to get fixed. Been fighting with them over mine for 2 years. Thankfully my lease is up next month. Its funny because theyll replace the system when I move out.
Called apartment complex set up a tour date and Crystal was very helpful can’t wait to tour on Monday!!!
These are the worst apartments I have ever stayed in my whole entire life of living... The office employees all have terrible customer Service, my sink has been leaking for months and the maintenance “fixed” it five time. At the time of move in it was no apartments available for view but when I got my keys they put me in the back of the apartments in the basement while I was 8 months pregnant. The lights are always out when I stay near the Woods which is very creepy. My lease was supposed to be up February 1 and tried to call and put a 30 day notice and was told that’s not going to happen I need to put a 60 day notice and if I don’t stay the extra 30 days I’m going to have a eviction. They never answer their phone. Tried to charge me late fees on the 3rd when the lease agreement said the 4th. I got charged 10 for trash and the trash and the trash is ALWAYS flooded and all of the apartments.. I get charged 6 dollars a month for pest control and they have never sprayed my apartment. And I have to say this again THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE VERY VERY RUDE !!!!!
Been here for a while best thing is the manager but she is leaving soon. The staff is very rude and break ins are getting worse. Cameras to protect their property not yours. Courtesy officer is never on duty. Parking system is not effective especially when manager is one of the ones in violation. Rent is to high for what you receive. No screens provided for patios. Just not the place for a peaceful living.
Great management, anytime we needed to any kind of work done it was done the next day.. the staff is amazing and great living experience. Thank you so much for all the great work guys

I previously write a review the first week I was in this apartments, it was the only way to get her attention on the issue I had in the apartment I was renting, it was a hole in the bathroom celling and dirty water come out every time my neighbor upstairs to a shower. I keep calling and living messages and no one show up until I put the review and then the manager contact me. She specifically tell me to take out the review because this kind of reviews damage their reputation and if I took it out she will waive the deposit on a dog (Chihuahua) that I had. Well I did took the review off .Unfortunaly the problem with the celling continue and also other additional problems including the heater etc…., I keep calling and they keep showing up, they keep putting patches on the celling that last at least 3 or 4 days and then the leak come back again. I got frustrated calling them and the manager got frustrated with me calling her, so she decide to go to my apartment herself and acting all upset tell me I had to get my dog out or pay the deposit after she waived in the first place She also said she will charge me a least $800..00 at the end of my lease to replace the carpet. Because my dog messed it up. I got frustrated with all this and just left, is not worth my time and my money to live like this and dealing with people that does not have any idea how their actions affect people life. I move out because my dog is not just a “thing” that you can get ride off. My neighbors had dogs to and their deposit was waived too. I took pictures of the carpet and the apartment before I left so I have something to show if she likes to said what she pleases ., now she is calling me stating that she is going to send me to collections etc… I took pictures after I left so a least I have something to defend myself with,. Also for the record I did contact the headquarters and left a message for the regional Manager asking for help. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK EITHER.
I think that these apts or great. Great service from the Maintance crew Mannie and Isreal did a great job cleaning my carpet. The Asst MGR is always great to work with and always willing to help.
I am not sure where the negative reviews are coming from.. I have been here for 7 years and I dont experience the issues I see in some of these ridiculous reviews. I also know for a fact that some people will complain for anything. For those being locked out, pay your rent.. Meet your contractual obligations. For those with roaches... Even if, pest control continue to treat your unit, if you dont do your part, unwanted pest will return. Some of my fellow tenants/neighbors are the main cause of majority of these complaints.. Not management or office staff!!Come on people.. Take ownership and accountability for your grown selves!!! Some of you sound silly and childish!
Moving is always challenging; on this day I was out done, and Ms. Lusk gave me a different outlook. Her approach and the atmosphere was very inviting. She was able to go over what was to be expected, and very knowable of all procedures. I must say; Customer services was truly displayed during my visit. Chantell, you and your staff rock!
I absolutely rate this a 5 star my family and friends who have lived there would not hesitate to reside there again. Management and or personnel are very nice and friendly Ericka is my favorite

I Dont understand why they NEVER picks up the phone. I literally have to blow their phone up and yet they still dont answer. This is starting to get irritating and makes me want to reconsider on moving in even though my move in date is today, February 6th, and yet they havent called me or even picked up the phone to tell me if my apartment was ready or not.
It took them a bit to remodel my new apartment, but I moved in this weekend absolutely love it!

I lived in a 2/2 in Arborstone for about 4 years...moved into a large 1/1 for about 3 years and now Im back in a 2/2! I love living in Arborstone the STAFF are THE BEST (Erica is my FAV)...when I call she makes me feel like Im her #1 priority!!! Thanks Arborstone for being a GREAT COMMUNITY!!!
TOO MANY people have complained about management for it not to be true- I cant believe the renters havent contacted the Better Business Bureau. As a renter YOU have rights, look them up and STOP allowing shady property managers/owners to get away with breaking the law! I find it very difficult to find a apartment reading review like the ones posted about Arborstone Apartments! what a disappointment because the photos arent bad. I guess I will continue my search.
On my first time renting an apartment, I went to Arborstone Apts, as I walked in and I was greeted by Chantell, and she made us feel right at home. Erica Ortega answered all my leasing questions that we had, and explained every detail to the paperwork process. Upon showing us the property, the community looked very clean and sparkling and organized. The staff was very kind and friendly and made me and my husband feel very welcomed. We are very excited to be moving in next month, I give my experience 2 thumbs up and 5 Stars!!
