I absolutely adore the staff at One Oak, specifically Elizabeth! She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me all of the wonderful amenities that this community has to offer. I would absolutely recommend this apartment, especially if you have a pet!

We’ve enjoyed living at One Oak Grove very much. After some staff turnover issues shortly after we arrived, things have smoothed out, and we’re very happy with everyone here, especially Suwarni, Robert and Ray. Four months so far and couldn’t ask for a better rental experience in Uptown Dallas.

I have lived here since August 2020 and LOVE it! The facilities are great, I love to grill at the roof top! The management team is so friendly and helpful every time I need something. I also have a dog and the building is super dog friendly and walking distance from Mutts. I highly recommend living here!

It has been such a joy living here!! They are so helpful and kind, and communicate so well. I love going to get my mail to check in with them and say hi now! I feel welcomed and safe here, and that any concerns I have are being taken seriously. It also smells so clean in the shared spaces- so nice! And I always get my packages efficiently. Such a wonderful place to live! Not to mention, great location!

I have lived here for over a year and recently moved from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom within the One Oak Grove complex and not only was management helpful but they also were accommodating and made the move a breeze! Location is excellent, near restaurants and shops in west village. Along with that, the community at the complex and the amenities (pool, gym, & rooftop) are great. There is also a nightly security guard and after hours elevator access requires a key fob, making the building feel safe. Overall, a great place to call home.

I recently moved into the apartment, and so far, its been an incredible experience. Suwarni and Robert have been helpful and accommodating! The building is clean, safe, and well kept, and the units are beautiful. All of the residents Ive met have been friendly. The location is awesome, so close to the Katy Trail, shopping, restaurants, and 75. Units go quick for a reason, its a great place to live!

I moved into my apartment yesterday and must say from the time I walked into the complex and was greeted and helped by Suwarmi to all the pre-move in items with Robert and Ryan this place has been nothing short of phenomenal.You can tell from speaking to Robert hes extremely experienced and the level of service he provides to his community is fantastic. Very transparent, honest and does an incredible job of setting realistic expectations and timelines as well as a very prompt communicator. You can tell he runs a tight ship as the complex itself very clean and pristine. I would have moved here to have a community manager like him just in itself.Ryan was very sweet and did an excellent job of maintaining her poise even when I was throwing a little tantrum upon first showing up, shes very sweet and never once faulted on her stance.I love my apartment. For the price I cant imagine it gets better than this in this area. The amenities are in great condition and the finish is beautiful. Would highly recommend moving here and exploring the property.

ROBERT @ one oak grove Dallas apartments, BEST in Dallas!!!He is the face of the company and makes you feel like your his friend! What an experience!Robert has the ability to answer every question before you have time to ask it! I walked out of the building knowing exactly what type of furniture I needed to buy, beyond any expectation! I appreciated him so much, so rare to see now a days!

I love living at One Oak Grove! The apartment is very nice. Good size for the price, nice wood floors/granite/appliances, little noise (of course considering living in Dallas), and plenty of great places in walking distance! I feel quite safe considering the security features in place/security guard on-site. The management has also gone above and beyond I would say. They worked with me when I moved in to ensure a good-valued price, have been responsive to the few issues Ive had, and even responded after hours to ensure little things (my HelloFresh was delivered, my reserved parking spot was available, etc.).

The building is very clean, safe, and repairs are performed quickly. Good sense of community for people new to town and the pool is gorgeous. Great location in uptown, walking distance to west village shops and bars. Secure underground parking structure is a plus. The best part about OOG is the management. Robert and Suwari are very professional, accommodating and kind. I would recommend to anyone seeking a place in uptown Dallas.

Ive lived here for over two years now. The area of Uptown is great! At One Oak Grove, staff is friendly and helpful. I also enjoy their amenities such as the gym, pool and rooftop.

Our overall experience with One Oak Grove has been nothing short of delightful. After tons of research, my fiancé and I chose to live here without seeing it in person prior (as we were moving from out of state), and it was mostly because of how extremely helpful Suwarni was. She was so patient with all our questions and truly made us feel comfortable with our decision every step of the way. She welcomed us warmly when we arrived and our interactions with her and the other staff members continue to be equally pleasant. The apartment is lovely, and is in close proximity to everything we would ever need. We love living here!

Ive been living in One Oak Grove for 7 months. First of all, Suwarni is the best leasing associate ever. She is very professional, responsive and patient, let me tour 6,7 units multiple times until I found the unit I like.The location is awesome, Bread Winner is cross the street, walking distance to Katy trail, west village, whole foods and many restaurants on McKinney Ave.Several cons about this building:- The living room lighting is a little too orange and dim- Hot water can not fill the full bath tub.- Fire alarm occasionally went off after mid night, called the maintenance but on one answered the phone.

We moved into One Oak Grove four months ago and have absolutely loved our time here. We got a 2 bed 2 bath that’s about 1200 sqft. Can’t say enough good things about it. Favorite part about our apt is the floor to ceiling windows in our kitchen/living room. We get a ton of natural light during the day, which really make your day better, especially when you have to work from home. Also the bathrooms and closets are pretty spacious, which we also love. Last but not least, management is awesome. Robert and Suwarni are the best. They do everything they can to make life easy on their residents. Plus, we got a pretty good deal on rent. Overall, highly recommend!

Robert and Suwarni were very welcoming when I first moved down to Dallas. They made the move in so much easier than I was expecting. The are very responsive to messages. The community has been great and accessible to many places. I am so thankful I found One Oak Grove!

Nice and cozy apartment.

I’ve been at One Oak for about 6 months. I love the management at this property—Suwarni and Robert in the leasing office are fantastic. I’ve had no problems living here.A/C went out one time and it was fixed within the hour. Maintenance man, Miguel Vasquez was awesome.

The management here has been really kind, quick to respond, and attentive. Suwarni has been especially welcoming and helpful since the beginning. The residents here are respectful and quiet. Definitely recommend for a nice place to stay, close to lots of food and shops!

My roommate and I moved from out of state and felt like One Oak Grove answered all our questions and even did virtual tours for us. Suwarni and Jonathan are always prompt and responsive! Even after hours, Suwarni gave me her own fob so I would have one that worked for the weekend. They go above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of.In regard to the apartment, it is very spacious, bright, and has nice finishes. The location is amazing! We were a little concerned about parking, but we have always had a spot and the gated entrance makes it feel safe.

Suwarni has taken great care and has accommodated everything I have needed. Fast responses. Clean unit upon move in. Great location. The property is very pet friendly and is sound proof from neighbors. Very happy with my experience here.

I found this apartment by accident. I’m so glad that I walked in and did a tour that day. Suwarni has been very helpful,answered all my questions and gave me a good deal. I’ve been living here since July and I’m pretty satisfied. Everything is clean and it’s safe. Location is also good, it’s close to the Katy trail and west village. And if I have any questions, I always reach out to Suwarni and she responds very quickly. She’s the best associate I’ve seen. The only one issue I had is parking. If I come home late like 11 pm, it’s kinda hard to find a parking spot,but this only happened once. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment

I moved into this complex in May of 2020 and have overall been very happy with my experience. Suwarni in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to help ensure all my requests and concerns are taken care of. Its a very quiet building and people keep to themselves, and the location is excellent for walkability. Ive had a few issues with crowded parking, my AC unit, washer & dryer... but theyve all been fairly quickly resolved and Ive been very happy with this apartment community.

Oak Grove is in an ideal location. It’s close to, Bread Winners, a great brunch spot, and West Village, making it the perfect, centralized location. The apartments are very nice with great skyline view of Dallas, high ceilings, wash and dryer included, and great amenities. Parking is secure in a garage with a gate and security. Parking passes are available, and for an additional fee you can reserve a spot but 99% of the time there is an available parking space. The staff is friendly and welcoming; they always have treats and free Starbucks coffee in the lobby. They’re always helpful and take care of issues promptly. Maintenance is great, timely and always helpful. I love the packaging center that allows me to access my packages 24 hours a day. I have never had an issue with a missing package. The Apartment is also quiet at night and I’ve never had an issue with noise or disturbances. Overall, I feel safe, happy, and comfortable at this beautiful apartment complex!

One Oak Grove is an awesome complex. I’ve lived here for over seven months now and really enjoy it. Suwarni is always kind and accommodating and she was very helpful when we were apartment hunting during Covid which is why we chose One Oak Grove. The apartments are new and clean and although I see other people complaining on here about noise my apartment has been very quiet. I like to use the gym and have taken advantage of the downstairs printers several times. There is also laundry service, a community room, rooftop and pool with grills. The pool is on the small side if that’s your major concern but I don’t care about that much personally and all the other amenities make up for it. The apartment is also very dog friendly and has several bathroom areas for dogs outside as well as being right down the street from Mutts. One of the biggest selling points is probably location, this apartment is right next to some awesome restaurants like Breadwinners, Velvet Taco, The Rustic and Primos and I also enjoy the five minute walk to West Village where you can shop, eat, drink and participate in any type of workout class you desire. This is one of the best areas of Dallas to live in and I’m happy to live at One Oak Grove Apartments.

I was shopping for a new apartment during the COVID-19 quarantine, so you can imagine how difficult it was to actually get a good feel for each complex/unit with virtual tour. One Oak Grove pleasantly surprised me with going over and under to make sure I had as many details as I needed to make an educated decision at this time. Suwarni from the front office was absolutely perfect in her approach. She personally took videos of each apartment unit I was interested in and even left them open for me to look inside them to get a feel for the space, without actually resorting to face-to-face communication. The whole complex smelled like Clorox, so you know theyve been doing their due diligence with cleaning.Their prices went down a lot with this situation and are in a VERY competitive range for the location. And thats on top of their modern design and amenities. I particularly like their Tide Cleaners stations, fully decked lounge and huge garden tubs inside the units.I do have to admit, I went with a different complex, simply because I work downtown and wanted an apartment that allowed me to walk to work. But had a really hard time making that decision because this apartment was a really good bang for your buck option.

This has been, hands down, the best living experience Ive had in the Metroplex since moving here 15 years ago. The location is amazing. You have, literally, almost anything you can possibly need within walking distance, from dog parks to Doctors. The building is still very new and well kept. The culture here is great for young professionals as well. By the end of the summer almost our entire floor, as well as people from a few others, had bonded and still hang out together. As for the management, Ive never had a more caring, friendly and responsive staff then them. The really do make us feel like family. I would definitely recommend this place, and have, as one of my best friends will be moving in next month!

We love living at One Oak Grove! The amenities, design, size, the list goes on. Suwarni is absolutely fantastic and has been so accommodating, helpful, and on her A-game with follow-up and answering our questions. The location is prime in walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, parks, and the beloved Katy Trail. There is also an overnight security guard which makes us feel much safer living in the city. We could not ask for more!It’s unfortunate there are sh*tty people living here who steal locked bikes in the (also) locked bike room, inside the (also) locked garage. This place still gets 5 stars, though the addition of a WORKING camera in the bike room would be ideal. One Oak did everything in their power to make this right - just a very frustrating situation to deal with in general.

I am absolutely in love with OOG & their management/leasing team! I started my apartment “hunting” right when Covid started & I was able to do a self-guided tour. Suwarni (leasing agent) has been nothing but helpful since I first moved in. You can tell that they really care about their tenants and make sure that they are well taken care of.

As my wife and I relocated for work to Dallas, we found in One Oak Grove a great place and community to be a part. We loved the location, the amenities, the friendly management team, and while always some opportunities, we always felt heard when we had a comment. We highly recommend it. Unfortunately for us, we relocated again and our stay was shorter than expected. Enjoy Dallas!

Where to start... I have lived in this property for exactly one year and here are all my comments.-Changed managers 3 times in one year. (Easy to blame the previous managers)-Elevator broken at least once a month (A whole month once and sometimes the 2 at the same time)-Mold in the apartment for 2 months. (Multiple apartments got it at the same time)-Those apartments are pretty new and in one year we had: Broken AC unit, broken sink hose, balcony railing tied up with half of the needed screws, toilet was leaking and bathroom door broken when we entered.-Current Manager very rude. He even hangs up on me over the phone.-Very insecure place. Lot of homeless was trying to get it.-Took them months to repair the entrance door lock. (It would stay open overnight)-Got car with broken glasses and building door broken by thieves.-Not enough parking spot for everybody so their solution is you to payed for a reserved spot.-Kept one of my parcels for 5 months. I had to wait for the 3rd management company to get it.-Technician entering the apartments without knocking at the door.-Very noisy apartments. Lot of constructions starting at 7 am Monday to Saturday.-They accepted my renewal only if I would remove my first bad review on them.-At the end they will argue everything they can to not reimburse your deposit. (And they will do it late)So yes, the area is very nice but for such service you should just go somewhere else. They are expensive and extremely incompetent. Every time you’ll need something you’ll have to argue with them.The manager told me that they have over 25 apartments vacant which actually doesnt surprise me.If you still want to go there I would advise you to ask for 2 months free and no application fee. They are so desperate to rent that they will do it for you.

Suwarni at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful during my search and during my move in process amidst COVID-19. Management has been great and responsive for the few items I’ve needed repairing. The apartment itself is in great shape and was very clean upon move in. The halls and elevators are cleaned almost daily so you’re never living in anyone else’s mess. I’ve read reviews about elevators being broken but never experienced that in the 2 months I’ve lived here, so maybe they’ve improved things since. The staff as a whole has been great and polite. The location is wonderful, I can walk to everything I need to. Covered and gated parking. I do wish there were security fobs at each level of the stair case, but I’ve never felt unsafe here. Tide cleaners lockers are a great bonus too.

Elevators are always broken (this is a frequent occurrence, not a one-time thing as the property’s below response would lead one to believe), needed repairs go weeks without getting fixed, packages are frequently lost, and business center amenities are never functional. In less than a year of living here, weve gone through three different management companies, and the quality keeps deteriorating. The current front desk staff is not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and disrespectful. Two stars for good location.

Jadden King is the shinning jewel of One Oak Grove. Since I moved in he’s been nothing but amazing.From coordinating full filled events to handling tuff leasing issues he’s always there to find creative and effective solutions to any problem I may have. He’s even there for Fantasy Football advice as well!I love my home here at Oak Oak Grove and Jadden is a HUGE reason why. He’s the heart beat of our community! I’m so happy to have him here at our community and to call him my friend!

I moved to Dallas in late 2017. Location was everything & this midrise is in the middle of it all. I can walk to West Village, the Arts District & Katy Trail. My concern about living in an apartment was that it would be loud but I don’t hear anyone at One Oak; there are so many community events residents feel more like neighbors so we’re all very respectful of each other. Jenny, Jonathan & Pedro are quick to address concerns & always greet you with a smile. I also love the gated parking, Saturday breakfasts & dog washing station - it’s super convenient and saves me money at the groomer. All in all, One Oak Grove just feels like home.

I wrote a positive review a couple years ago and now after new management took over in 2018 everything went down hill and so I’m changing my review to a one star vs a five star given before. This property doesn’t seem to be as safe, secure and clean as it used to be. There are automobile break in’s all the time, they Airbnb some of the apartments (to people who don’t tend to care about the property) and they don’t clean the property well. Overall I would not suggest anyone moving here.

Great location, friendly staff, nice views of uptown and downtown. Walking to distance to restaurants, nightlife and Katy Trail.

My Fiancé and I recently moved here from Las Colinas and this is by far the best experience we have ever had in an apartment. I work in the apartment industry and I know how hard this team works to care for their residents. The hallways and elevators are always clean. You are always greeted with a smile. They know everyones pets by name. I could go on and on, but I will say this: I have not ever encountered a more professional staff in all my years in property management. We love One Oak Grove, and would recommend leasing here to anyone. I promise you will not find a better value anywhere else in Dallas.
