Horrible management. Property seem like it was really nice at one point but they do not take care of this property. Everything that’s wrong with it they try to make it your issue or try to belittle the issue. And they lie LIE everything’s been a lie since the beginning. They never have the same staff and they don’t communicate well with one another because it’s always a different response from person to person. They really give Valiant a bad rep with their unprofessional customer service.

This Complex is beautiful and feel like home ! The office staff is friendly and professional, Chris explained and answered all my questions as well communicated any changes or issues. Not only is this complex conveniently near a Walmart but also Target and many other establishments! LOVE my new home !

I’ve been touring so many communities today and honestly none of them gave me a good sense of comfort. This one was by far one of the most nicest properties I’ve toured. Not only was the customer service amazing, the property was just beautiful. I for sure recommend this property!!

Have been trying desperately to get in contact with someone from the office, as a resident, to no avail. Literally leaving a bad review as a last ditch effort for some minuscule version of assistance. Not a fan of this office and their lack of communication.

The people in the office are so helpful and a professional management team, also the property is soo beautiful!! I loved every bit of it when i toured the property not only that you are only few minutes away from downtown and close to 75! This property has it all!!!

I lived at Cross Creek for a year and the location was amazing. Super close to restaurants,downtown, and to grocery stores. The price for the apartments are very affordable especially for the location. The reason for my review is because it’s a little hard to reach the office & management at times which can be a bit frustrating . The gates are ALWAYS broken and need to be replaced immediately. The laundry rooms are so dirty and poorly maintenance. I had a few issues with noisy neighbors on occasion. I felt safe in the community as I live alone but it’s not the best up-kept complex around. I would recommend this apartment to those on a budget and want to be close to everything. With that being said I couldn’t wait till my lease was over to get into something that was well maintained. Thank you Cross Creek for making my living and move out experience great (even though moving in was a issue within itself). This was my first apartment ever and won’t forget it!

I called 6 times before getting a response. Just because you’re nice, doesn’t mean you know what you’re doing. I’ve worked in customer service for 16 years so I know you’re supposed to answer the phone before the 2nd or 3rd ring. I’m ashamed to be apart of this community because the apartments across the street would never.

Very professional and prompt management team. Anytime I’ve had a issue in my apartment maintenance was sent to my door ready to fix the problem. The apartments are very well kept and the pricing is great for the location.

Management is doing a great job updating people on covid. Supplying food trucks every once in awhile for a nice treat. They are very friendly and try to help out as much as they can. This is a nice place to live. My neighbors were friendly and they have two dog parks which was great.

I have lived at Cross Creek Apartments for over 3 years and to sum up my experience I would say, you get what you pay for. The best part of the apartments is definitely the location. You are so close to 75 and only a few minutes away from downtown. Pretty much anything you need is relatively close by. The layout of the lofted apartments provides a lot of space for the price tag (in the area) and they look significantly better than their standard one bedroom apartment. However, if you decide to rent a lofted apartment prepare for spikes in your electric bill in the summer and winter to keep your apartment cool or heated. In the 3 years, management has changed quite a bit of times - each time getting better and worse in different areas. I would say the amenities are not great but definitely better than nothing. For example the gym has old equipment, and when they have purchased new machines they downgrade for the sake of price. Perfect example, is the 2 treadmills on site, they once had great quality machines and then began to experience issues and finally threw in the towel and purchased some cheap treadmills that dont feel as safe as the old ones when exercising. The washing machines always need servicing, its also the responsibility of the tenant to report issues with the washing/drying machines in the laundry room to a third party that services the machines. I have reported the machines on several occasions and they continue to remain out of service for weeks/months. The gates, ugh! They are more times than not out of service. And they remain broken for weeks and even months at a time. Would I recommend this apartment complex? Um, not really, but if it works for your budget and you enjoy the area then its not the worst place to be. I look forward to moving out at the end of my lease.

We were met at the gate by the entire team at Cross Creek with a muffin, water bottle and napkin at 6:30 AM! All the staff were there, smiling and wishing us a great day!! I have NEVER lived anywhere where this happened. Thank you staff at Cross Creek. We are never disappointed with the great people who help manage and maintain our community!

ROACHES!!Truly one of the most abhorrent experiences to live here. Their parent company is no better. Do NOT move here if you value your peace of mind. Neglect. Depravity. This is what you can hope to find in this deplorable excuse of an apartment complex. If you’re fine with being railroaded, gaslit, and then never spoken to again I say go ahead. Move into a wasteland that couldn’t give two cents about your comfort.

Cross creek apartments hmmm.... where doI begin??? My overall experience with cross creek was rated a 5 star. My other half and I rented a loft apartment and it had all the needs that we could ask for. It was cozy but spacious with the perfect layout “This is coming from someone who grew up in the country with no neighbors to living in the city with everyone around but yet I still felt like I had my privacy” the gated community feel and security offered make you feel a little more at ease. The overall convenience of this location is undeniable. They go above and beyond for their residents and are always willing to help out when things seem a little sideways. Yeah they may have had a lot of new management but even in the mix and miscommunication they are still willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Where I come from your word is your word and that’s what you go by. NATALIE is amazing and is always there to help any issues you may come across to be resolved and is always willing to go the extra mile. Just saying cross creek......give this beautiful woman a raise she needs it especially after all she has endured. The spacious living with the cozy neighborhood, dog park, trash pick up at the door, cheap bills, cheap rent especially for the location, apartment layouts, luxury feel, gated community, what else could you ask forAgain cross creek give NATALIE a raise....just sayinThank youJoshua SmithP.s. y’all are amazing

The staff is very professional and friendly. You can find staff just as good but youre not going to find any staff anywhere any better in this price range, in my opinion. Use the online portal for requesting repairs but also try sending an email letting the staff know you made an online request at the same time if youre having communication issues. I think youll find it helps.

I have really liked living at Cross Creek so far. The pool area is beautiful, it is almost completely surrounded by trees. The fitness center is nice too! There have been many improvements to the appearance since March 2014. The property is very pet friendly, & there are a lot of really cute dogs there! At night it is really quiet, I was pleasantly surprised.Susan (Manager) is so caring and knowledgeable. She will go out of her way to accommodate any and all requests that a resident may have, if it is within her power to do so.Felicia is helpful and friendly, and reliable.Monica is an excellent leasing agent. She is very sweet and helpful. :)

I almost have a year here and I honestly felt at home since the beginning the staff is very polite and are there to answer any questions. I havent had ANY roach problems, I honestly believe its the way you live that will bring problems like roaches towards you. I like the apartments ALOT its gated and comfortable dont have to worrie about crime they have constant security. The apartments are literally close to everything walmart is down the street northpark mall is across the freeway. These apartments are well kept up, Im staying here another year 👍

Honestly Couldnt ask for a better, safer place to live. The staff is in the process of updating the rest property and the renovated pool looks excellent. The prices are great and so close to North Park Mall, US 75, and 635!! Love it

Susan and Kelly are the best! No matter what the issue, maintenance fixes things almost immediately, they accommodate you with the utmost professionalism by being available in the office or by phone, and they even have a great relationship with the DPD so that I feel safe in my apartment by letting us know right away when there is something going on in the area. If not for personal reasons, I would stay here and extend my lease without hesitation. From consistent bug spraying to remembering your face to complex events at the pool, this place gets 10 stars from me (if it were possible).

Cross Creek staff could not be more accommodating and helpful. I recently moved into a unit and unfortunately a handful of issues surfaced. I brought my concerns to management attention and they were quick to serve and find a solution. You might see the initial issues as a deterrent but I easily was able to look beyond the unit problems because of the way management meet my needs. Cross Creek is an older complex but for an educator on a tight budget I have found it as a safe and welcoming apartment community.

There are not enough parking spots for visitors (maybe around 12 for the whole apartment complex)!! And residents are free to park there without even moving their cars for months, even though there are plenty of parking spots available for them. If you, as a visitor, come there after 7 p.m., possibly there is no parking spot for you. It seems like the apartment complex even tried to get rid of more visitor parking spots. And their towing companies work really hard to make sure that they get more money from your or your friends pocket.Dog poops are also everywhere. And yeah, they are huge. Dog owners aint really care about cleaning up after their dogs! So watch your step!

If I could this community at minus 5 I would. This has been the second time Ive visited the community and no one is available. I have called to set a time to meet with a leasing agent, but I was told it is not necessary (but is obviously necessary). I have visited their office during their earliest hours and no one is ever there. The UPS truck driver even sat outside with me for 15 minutes and asked is anyone coming to the door (pitiful). I guess third time is a charm and this community is not the one for me. If this is their service now I cant imagine what the service would have been like I had I signed the lease. I hope this helps.

Its a very quiet, nice place to live, complex is a little bit older so its not like some of the luxury complexes in the surrounding area but also alot cheaper. If you want a decent place to live I recommend it.

This is the worst place to live. I will never recommend anyone to live here. The office manager is very rude and disrespectful. They will not fix anything that needs to be repaired, and lack of customer service. Roaches in the units. I hate this place. I lived here for 1 year. I cleaned the unit before I left and they kept my 400.00 deposit. This place is horrible.

After being here for a couple weeks Ive come to realize that this place is not up to par. There are roaches, rats, raccoons, etc.. when you put in a work order no one really abides by it. The staff are lazy thats probably why they cant keep anyone. All they do is play around and talk crap about there residents all the time even there vendors told me they dont do anything which is ashamed. I wouldnt recommend these apts to anyone unless your ok with critters and not being assisted when you need it.

You cant beat the staff here! Susan and Felicia go above and beyond to take care of anything that may go wrong. The price is great given the shape of the shape, age, and residents. The area north is a bit rough, but to the south (across Northwest Highway) is the Village. There is an awesome walking/jogging trail there if you want to sneak away. I have two complaints. First, the fact that the gate to my side of the complex has been broken more than it has worked is slightly unacceptable. Secondly, VERY FEW of the residents pick up after their dogs. A fixed gate that works more than it is broke and some residents being held accountable for their pet waste would knock this rating up another star.One other thing to be warned about...vehicle door dings. However, keep in mind, this is an apartment and not the most up-scale. I have accumulated three dings in my truck in six months. I now drive my smaller car and keep my truck elsewhere. Comes with any apartment living, in my opinion.

IVE BEEN LIVING IN STRAIGHT HEAT UNTIL I ABLE TO GIVE THEM THEIR PAYMENT. THEIR GATES NEVER WORK IVE HAVE NOT YET KNOWN A GATE CODE SINCE IVE LIVED HERE. THEY ARE VERY PET FRIENDLY BUT SOME OF THEIR DOG OWNERS ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIBLE.FAR AS THEIR STAFF IS BYFAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IVE EVER HAD DEALTE WITH. THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND CROSS CREEK NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!!!!!

Staffs in the leasing office here override agreements whimsically, and are miles away from the concept of “trustworthy.” They will be such pain in your throats.

The manager Susan is a pathological liar. The leasing office are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Instead of fixing the problems in the apartment complex, she just ignores them and lies about it. The gates are constantly broken, holes in the dog park fence, trash everywhere, and abandoned resident cars take up all the visitor parking spots. Since the residents take up the visitor spots and leave their cars their for over a month without management doing anything about it, you cannot have visitors over or their vehicle with get towed. I would not pay money to live in this dump.

Hiked their prices up like crazy. emailed 4 times rock schedule a tour and never got a reply.

I went to want to grab an apartment and at first they gave me a price and then the next day the next day those who work aint take the job seriously 😐 if they plan to grab an apartment ai find out well the name of the one who assisted me is Maria, a lady from lenses and then they did not want to return the application? That I gave 100 dollars and it was nothing more than 50 dollars, I wasted my time, I lost money para and it doesnt make them think about it if they are going to take an apartment
