Such a nice apartment complex. One of my friends live here, and now has me considering moving in. The gym there is AWESOME!

I walked into the manager, Taylor de Leons office today, and she was very attentive and helpful towards my issue...She is helping me find a home for a stray cat. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism.Venterra is lucky to have such an asset on their team.

I recommend this complex due to the office staff. Every time I go in the office, they are always so welcoming. The manager Taylor always has a smiling face and is very understanding. I havent had the best experience in the past so this was a big plus for me. The complex is in a desired location with tons of fun things to do. If you are looking for an apartment, this is the place to go!

What a beautiful complex! I toured the community yesterday and the whole staff was just so nice and friendly. I’ve been visiting a lot of places lately and this was by far the best one. How the team treated me made all of the difference.

I have had the BEST experience here. The on-site manager is amazing, and the entire team is absolutely wonderful. This includes the leasing and office team, as well as the maintenance and janitorial team.The complex is very large, has great amenities, a fabulous gym, mailrooms with touch-free smart package lockers for package deliveries available 24/7 and a multi-level parking garage. Lastly, they are very dog friendly and all the dog owners here have been very responsible and sweet.Downstairs has a ton of restaurants and shopping, I still havent tried and explored everything as there are so many options.

Beautiful community in the middle of Dallas. Close to everything you might need. The service is amazing; from the manager to the service team. Everyone always smiles and greats you when coming by the office. My sister moved in just not to long ago and I’m a frequent guest. The amenities and the community are beautiful !

I have been living in the Cedar Springs Apartments for a few months! The staff has been nothing but helpful! There was an issue with my apartment when I first moved in, but the maintenance crew came as quickly as they could! I have not had a problem since! AND I love the socials the management throws!

I have to brag on the Housekeeper, Angelica! Ive lived here for many years and I must say she is one of the hardest working employees that Ive ever seen. Every single time I see her she is non-stop cleaning something. The hallways, elevators, and amenities are ALWAYS clean. Keep up the great work Angelica!

Moving later this summer and called for basic information. Spoke with Casey and found him friendly, professional, and able to answer all my questions. It was a great first impression! I will definitely be following up.

Rae Kim has been AMAZING to work with in helping me to find my apartment home. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and responsive. She has really gone the extra mile as my move has been a little more complicated than a typical move. But she has been there with me every step of the way and has helped me to find solutions to every potential moving obstacle that I was facing. Living at 4123 Cedar Springs has been wonderful! I recently moved to Dallas for work and Rae made the transition as smooth as possible! I hit a bit of a snag in the application process and she never gave up on getting me in. A Rae of sunshine is how I would describe her personality the best! She’s always so kind and helps me with whatever I need. I definitely recommend asking for her when starting the application process. Moving is stressful and her bright and happy self really helps during that difficult time. Go, Rae! :)

Have lived here for a few months now and the staff has been extremely helpful. The property is well maintained—The staff is very friendly, and in particular Casey, they have been very helpful and prompt in their responses! Although the property is next to a very busy/loud street, I have had a very quiet experience and can very rarely, if at all, hear any noise.

I have lived at 4123 for a few years and I absolutely love it. The office staff and maintenance staff are great! Shout out to Mariana and Cinthia for always going above and beyond! It really is the human component that makes all the difference! :)

I came into the property today to visit my sister, Tory, who lives here. I was very impressed by the amenities, multi-level parking garage, and my sisters floor-plan. I was hesitant about her living in the middle of all of the Dallas action, but I have to say, I feel better now that Ive seen where she lives. I met the staff today they were celebrating someones birthday and they were all so nice. My sister had her first maintenance work order done recently by Willie and she said he was polite and did a great job! I give this place a five star!

Do you enjoy apartment complexes that change things like parking with little to no notice to residents? Do you then enjoy where it was free parking for all visitors, being told that you may now have 20 total validations per month? If your guest is there over 24 hours, do you enjoy paying $6 per every 12 hours the visitor stays over that timeframe? Do you enjoy $140 per month price increases in a year while in the midst of an insane parking changeover? Do you enjoy THEN also being told you may only have 10 guest passes now? But at least you only have to pay 25% of the total fine and it will be billed to your apartment instead of the visitor??? Because if so, this is the place for you!AKA, run for the hills.

I came to 4123 to visit a friend and stay for a couple of nights and I love this property the staff Is amazing I was home when a maintenance man named Pablo came over to fix the water heater we had no hot water and he was very knowledgeable he fixed it right away he explained everything he did for us so I wanted to say thank you.

Living here at 4123 has been a really great experience it’s going on 2 years now and I couldn’t be any happier the office staff is amazing especially the maintenance staff Pablo has been taking care of my work orders every time I had any I wanted to congratulate him on becoming the mew maintenance manager here he really deserves it.

Ive been here now a year-and-a-half and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The complex is very nice and the Staff has been great. Tina used to manage, but want to give her credit anyway as she was wonderfully kind to me. Pablo oversees Maintenance and has always done everything he can to make sure things are fixed up fast and well. Casey gets the balance of my appreciation for the staff since hes been there since I moved in, with me at initial lease and now an internal transfer. Hes been a great help and support throughout. Things that I enjoy in particular other than the great staff:-interiors are modern and theyve done a good job with upkeep-amenities are very nice and the common area is modern looking and sleek-enjoy having the SmartHome devices on the door lock and the HVAC-location is stellar being on the strip with nightlife and restaurants all aroundThis is the last place I will live before I buy, so I consider it home and will be for some time...true that nothing is perfect, but after years of moving all over Dallas every 2 years on average, thats definitely saying something about the fact that Im pretty happy to be here--so I definitely recommend!

4123 cedar springs has to be byfar the nicest property i have visited here in dallas im new here and came to visit a friend the amenities are beautiful and the vibes are what i love about it here. If i finally decide to take the next step in my life i will be looking into 4123 for my new home I especially wanted to thank a young man named Pablo he assisted me with some bags I couldnt carry inside and he gave me some info about the property and the area which was very nice of him.

My process moving into 4123 Cedar Springs Was interesting but I am sure, not unique. I was still living in Austin and everything was done through phone conference (video). Casey Beach helped me each and every step of the way. He emailed me back numerous floor plans and assisted me with virtual walkthroughs to show me what my future home would look like. The application process was very simple and smooth.Now that I am all moved in I couldn’t be more happy. I love it here. Everyone is so friendly and I am in short walking distance from everything. The nightlife is spectacular and lively. Thank you to the entire 4123 Cedar Springs team. Casey, thank you for taking the time to answer my bazillion questions I had and you were definitely the reason I chose Cedar Springs over the other apartments in Dallas.

I love living at 4123 Cedar Springs. Casey and Cinthia always take great care of me. The apartments have an amazing pool and is conveniently located in the heart of Oaklawn. Also, Tina the property manager is really good at keeping things in order. And shout out to Pablo who always helps keep things working. 👍🏼

This was my 1st place in Dallas and i stayed for only a short time due to having to move to a house when i brought my kids down. This was the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE EVER!! The amenities are off the chart but the staff is amazing and so friendly. Everyone there is attentive and caring. The tenants are the same! The location is perfect for everything you could want from food to beauty needs to the bank! They are always making improvements and they communicate extremely well when there are inspections or anything else that a tenant would need to know. They make it easy to keep informed by sending texts as well as emails. Overall I give this place all the stars I could and if they had 3/4 bed rooms I would have gladly moved my entire family there instead of moving! They are even Dog friendly! Received my deposit within a week or 2 and I never had any issues with maintenance or bills. Security was great, you couldnt get in without being with someone who lived there or you lived there yourself which was very comforting! I stayed for 7 months and loved every bit of it!

My service animal got out who I need and love deeply. Called the office to see if anyone seen him. Casey in the Front office offered to help me look and i told him Id call back if I couldnt find him. Walked out side and see Casey walking around searching for him. We did find him but I had to to leave a review becauseIve never seen a complex as helpful as this one. They truly care about the people and animals who live here.

This will be the 4th time I have moved in to this building. I was an original tenant when the property was first built - moved out when I transferred to Houston - moved back in when I moved back to Dallas - moved out when previous management started to decline - moved back in when Venterra took over - moved out when I had issues with management and now I will be moving back at the end of the month.Why move back in with Venterra still managing the property? Simple - because the issues I had with management are trivial when compared to what I have seen when searching for my latest move. Venterra does a respectable job overall with what I saw looking around.The building is one of the better designed and soundly constructed properties in which I have lived. I never had issues with noise from neighbors (yes you will hear some noise because - guess what - you live in an apartment complex!). The amenities are pretty good (garage parking, nice pool/spa area, decent fitness center, tanning bed access included, updated flooring and smart home items included to name a few). The location is convenient to many things (shopping, tollway, highways, downtown, uptown). The management team were respectful and helpful when I came in to decide if I wanted to move back.As far as disadvantages - those can be subjective to each person. The only one I have ever really been annoyed by was the changing of flooring in the complex hallways from carpeted to laminate/vinyl/tiling - whatever you would call it. The lack of carpeting removes the sound absorption and now you have tunnels of sound as I call it. This means that you can hear the people walking/talking/laughing/dancing/yelling up an down the hallway (if you have a suite where the bedroom is near the front door then that can be very annoying when you are trying to sleep). I understand the some of the reasoning behind the carpet removal (i.e. residents who do not curb the pets properly and allow them to use the restroom in the hallways - and also fail to clean up after their pets when this happens). I think the decision on this could have been taken in a different direction so the carpet could have been kept - but I dont own the building - LOL!With all that said - I am happy to be moving back in an I would recommend this property to anyone looking to live in the area.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were very quick in assisting me for an apartment tour! Everyone in the office was so nice and their customer service skills were 10/10. The lobby, hallways, and amenities were very clean and taken care of. The unit I looked at was nice and modern. Im totally putting this complex at the top of my list when I move. I absolutely love living here. My boyfriend and I have been here for a month now and we love it. Our neighbors are nice, the office management is awesome, ESPECIALLY Olivia. She is the sweetest! Any time Ive needed anything theyve been quick to respond. I highly recommend. I love their happy hour events. The wine had me toasted lol/.

Management doesn’t know what’s going on it’s all over the place they are rude and very unprofessional had multiple incidents with my car and etc the lack of urgency and attentiveness was not there they didn’t care then asked to transfer and the manger told me I couldn’t even though I had an accurate reason with a police report later...the manger Tina told me I could transfer and the unit I chose and walked with a leasing consultant she told me it was ready for move in and it was and they then offered me another unit and then quoted me one price and when everything was ready to go the price was not as we discussed then call their regional Stephany was very helpful but not sure if she really understood what was going on then asked to transfer to their sister property and the property manager at the other location didn’t really seem interested in helping as if I didn’t matter and I was problematic to them so i’m very disgusted by the way the treated me that’s why so many tenants are moving out and not renewing their leases I don’t blame them since i’m so problematic I no longer want to live in anything that is managed my Venttera living and I will be contacting the better business bureau and etc..to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else I felt like I’ve been treated unfair and their professionalism is honestly disgusting my car has been vandalized several times they took no action then I had an issue where I felt like I wasn’t safe they had no remorse nor did they care and the gates are always open security sucks they are always lounging around smoking marijuana on the rooftop and etc disgusted I could go on and on but I’ve never been treated like this and every year it’s a different team turnover is horrible.

Ive lived here for quite sometime. I can honestly say that this property is amazing. It works like a well oiled machine. The staff is prompt and polite. Its like living at a resort. Im very happy to live here.

Finally starting to enjoy living here. It’s really pretty but nothing used to get fixed and no one cared. I stopped going to the office for help but the new property manager, Justin, reached out to me about my last request. He was really nice and had an vivid personality. The pool area is nice again with the new tile and the property seems to be turning around. The office staff seems to have a different atmosphere around them and it’s nice going in there now. The only thing is that I get off from work late and the parking garage is super dark. We really need the new lights in here too. But aside from that; BIG improvement. Thank you Justin for making sure that I’m living comfortably!

July 3rd, update to the final edit:The move out was a nightmare but thanks to the staff, it didnt end up even worse. My car caught on fire in the parking garage & my movers didnt show up on time. The staff was very caring & helpful during this crisis. Thank you again.June 2017 final edit:Decided not to renew my lease & deal with the hassle of moving even though I hate moving, I like my neighborhood & my apartment. It just wasnt worth it when I can spend the same or less, be very close by, & not deal with not getting all of what I paid for each month.Dec 2016 edit:The new management company has been tasked with several improvements including new paint, fitness equipment, carpet, fixtures, and more. I know theyre busy, but that doesnt excuse outright lies. They arent open during posted business hours. Packages cant be delivered because of this. They say that available paid parking belongs to someone else so they can use it without paying. They say they will give notice before attempting to enter your apartment but dont even knock on the door, much less tell you which day they will arrive.Original review April 2016:If you dont like modern, spacious apartments with tons of amenities, friendly, helpful staff all in a neighborhood that offers just about everything at your doorstep, then you wont like this place because it has all of that and more.

If you have small children, dogs, or just value your hearing ability. Do not live here. Every month the fire alarm goes off at least twice. The world around me can be a blazing inferno and i wouldnt care, because i have been so desensitized to the screeching ring traveling through the hallway. It is currently 4am and i am writing this review with one hand as i attempt to cover my ears for the past hour (Ive become very efficient in this technique). Is it a false alarm again? Is the system malfunctioning? Is there a fire in the parking lot again? Or in the trash can again? The building is pretty to look at.The staff is friendly, the community and all the amenities it provides are beautiful and amazing. Yet my stay here has been very unpleasant. For the amount of money you spend in rent here you would think you would be able to afford a nights rest. Keep your money and live under a rock at least your eardrums wont be ruptured in the middle of the night. AGAIN.
