The staff greeted me with a smile and were very helpful to listen to my needs. I was needing a 2 bedroom for immediate move in and even though they didn’t have one available, the sales team still showed me a 1 bedroom so I could see the finish outs. The grounds and facilities were nicely kept. The workout room is a nice and is open 24//7 and the pool area very nice. I liked that it was close to restaurants and area was walkable. They didn’t have a unit available but will defiantly keep Camden Henderson as an option for the future.

All previous issues were addressed by regional management amicably.

Samantha made renewing my lease a breeze during the quarantine period this year, with everything going on (I was an essential worker), I had lost track that my renewal period was open. Samantha called me and let me know my dates and options. Then she followed up to let me know that everything was good to go! She is great to work with!

Great location. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Nice options for finishes and variety of Floorplans. The management team is wonderful!!

The management does very little to help prevent the theft/burglary that takes place. Door dings is a guarantee unless you pay extra each month for assigned parking. The only elevator in the building breaks down quite frequently.Upsides to the complex are location and unit size.

Lived at Camden Henderson for a few months. Fantastic experience so far! Have had to put in a few work orders, and they are always resolved quickly. This last one, Ramon Barrera, the technician, responded to our clogged sink work order within 12 hours and completed the job. Outstanding!

I love living at Camden Henderson. The location is great and walkable to parks, the Katy trail, fitness studios, restaurants, and bars. Camden Henderson is an amazing community. The hospitality is absolutely incredible. The grounds are neatly manicured. The apartments available are very clean and well kept. They were able to answer all of our questions. Weve never felt so welcome.

I was at Camden Henderson for just over two years and loved it. I enjoyed my dealings with the staff, especially the office. The community location is in the middle of a huge neighborhood redevelopment so there were always new shops and restaurants opening in the area. If youre looking for that Uptown feel without the Uptown foot traffic, this is definitely the place to be.

I’ve been here over two years now. I was able to transfer between units with ease thanks to the help of Amanda Black and Samantha MacLean. Amanda Trevino was a huge help in my transfer and requests like no other. Beautiful, safe, and relaxed community. Staff is great and maintenance (if any) is done immediately. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

I love this community! I have lived in Camden communities for a long time, and Camden Henderson is my favorite. Its in a great location, walking distance from great restaurants and pubs. My fiance and I love the technology package deal. . The internet is fast and paying it with rent makes it all with rent makes it even more worth it! Ive been here about 3 months now and have loved it so far. The location is perfect - I can walk to restaurants and bars and its a nice neighborhood. The facilities are nice and the staff is super friendly and often put on events for the residents.

The team at Camden Henderson is fantastic! They are always kind and greet you with a smile. My apartment at time of move in was nothing short of perfect. I worked with Samantha, who I would highly recommend. She was professional and responsive, quick to respond to any question I had. The maintenance staff deserves all of the praise! They are quick to respond to any service request and even let my dog out on out patio/yard while they are in the apartment.There are a number of perks at Henderson starting with the apartments. The first floor apartments have walk out yards, which are great for dogs! The finishes are modern and new, the quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances make my apartment feel like a home. We also have a stand up shower, which I prefer! Another huge perk is the coffee machine thats open 24/7. I grab a cup of joe every morning before I head off to work at Camden Victory Park right down the road. All in all, Camden Henderson is a 10 out of 10. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I looked here before actually choosing Camden Belmont, but was a tough choice! This property is just as gorgeous and the office was super sweet! Also even more persuasive is Jakes is right across the street within walking distance!!!
