Terrible just terrible. I work in the mall and have come in everyday for a nail repair. Or even a full set. Their owner said walk in only. So I do walk in. I walk in today and they are fully booked how can you be booked when you dont take appointments. Lies!! Terrible service avoid at all costs!! 🤬

The worst nail salon I ever went to. Wanted cute valentine nails and showed them a picture. My nails looked nothing like the picture and worst nail design ever. I had to cut off my nails when i got home what a shame i paid $65 just to come home and cut my nails. ALSO NOT TO MENTION HE FILED SO ROUGHLY IT GAVE ME A HUGE CUT UNDER MY NAIL AND HE DIDNT STOP FILING AT THAT POINT EITHER even though I was bleeding. If youre expecting a professional manicure this isnt the place for you... find someone else. Never going back to this place ever again

I was a fervent fan of their Oakland location. Glad to have them near work. Ill be back as they are thorough and detailed.

They were really gentle, quick and fair priced. The nail idea I wanted didnt quite match what I got but it came out decent.

Never go there, the staff was rude. We tried calling in an appointment and were advised no need they have plenty of staff. Get there only to be told its an half an hour wait waited for an hour and was told a little bit longer. I told them forget it and they got mad at me because they could have had more customers. I told them you told me you had room an didnt need an appointment mind you I was being polite after waiting and they had the odacity to tell me its my fault that they lost business

Never go! Had my false nails removed and the lady ripped off half of my real nail. And I still had to pay for the cleaning she didn’t care and made three other nails bleed.

Love this place. They are quick and have reasonable prices.

Just ok. Pedicure starting at $28 very basic. Plus charged $8 to take off polish from previous pedicure. Sat under uv light 15 min. Nobody came to check on me. And saw my polish rubbed off before I left. Customer service not too good.

Came in 30 mins before close but the tech wanted to go home so they turned me away. We all wanna go home sometimes, but life doesn’t work that way. I’ll just give my money to another salon. I tried.

My fill-in was the poorest quality Ive ever had. My thumb broke the next day( not even 24 hours later) after I got them done. The owner reluctantly fixed it free of charge after saying it was my fault and not his problem & he made it clear I would not be comped in the future. Two days later my pinky & index finger were broken. I wont go back & I suggest you dont waste your money either.

Priorities all mixed up. The man who did my nails was was rough, leaving my nails sensitive, and hurt. Never going back.again.

I went in for a quick mani pedi, my polish stayed on for a week!

Got my nails done and not even a week later one fell off. They wanted to charge me $5 for 1 nail.

The biggest challenge I have with this place is that there is only one woman who does facials and they frequently screw up her scheduling. There is also a language barrier, as they speak broken English.

The WORST fill I have ever received, and they changed me $45 for a FILL... terrible terrible terrible.
