I think this is the best nail salon in the area. Excellent customer service, very clean, quality service, and quality work. I felt valued as a customer here. My nails look amazing (they actually fixed what another local place screwed up), and Im grateful. I think Ive found my fave nail spot!

I love going to K-Nails. My nails & toes look totally awesome when I leave. There is no other nail salon that you should be going too. Call & make an appointment.

I came twice get my nails done. The first time I walked in I was told they would not have to do my nails that day. There was not many customers in there. I went back again and was told that they were not going to be able to do my nails. It was 5:05 and there were only one or two customers in there, one worker asked when her appointment was, said 5:30. They could have helped me 25 minutes was plenty of time to get started on me, then when her 5:30 appointment came, they could have someone finish my nails. The one time I was helped was when I needed !y eyebrows waxed. I believe I am being discriminated against because I am a large black woman. These workers are racsist and I will never come here again. Its ok, I took my business to Nail Centra.

I definitely would never go back here. I asked if they knew how to apply acrylic on toes and they told me yes. The lady ended up putting the actual acrylic application on top of my real toenail which caused the nail to be stuck onto my real nail and also causedserious damage to my toenail. I had to keep the toenail on for three months before it could actually be separated and removed from my nail bed.

I really was hoping to make this my go-to salon, however, after getting an acrylic set that keeps easily breaking, I just can’t. I went to this salon a little less than a week ago and have broken three nails doing everyday tasks, and doing so carefully. I’ve been told by multiple people that the acrylic is too thin for the length and that is why they keep breaking. The first nail broke literally a day after me getting my nails done, and I had to pay for them to fix it. Now I have two more broken ones, but I refuse to keep paying to fix something that’s mainly due to the quality of their service. Now, I’m having to remove them on my own so that I can get them properly done somewhere else. Though all of the employees and my experience were nice, it just doesn’t financially make sense to go somewhere where you have to keep paying to get the work fixed. I will not be back.

The owner Darren is the sweetest funniest person in the world! All the women who work here are kind, talented, and really wonderful! You are paying for a high quality nail technician who you will make a wonderful bond with! I will NEVER go anywhere else! I love them so much!

This is by far the best place for a pedicure in Concord North Carolina. You should make an appointment but it is worth the wait and absolutely worth every penny plus a generous tip. The luxurious message chairs are awesome for a sore back while you get your feet pampered. You deserve to check this place out if you have toe nails that need attention. The staff is great and top shelf management is obvious.

My friend sent me to the salon recently and it is the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. First I would like to say that I love the diversity of the employees there. It makes the environment really relatable. It’s a pretty low-key place and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I am one of those people that are very particular about their nails so I often just do them myself because I also feel guilty asking people to fix tiny little details when I know they might perceive it as me being an annoying customer. That being said, yesterday I got SNS done by Britney and I cannot stop staring at my nails! They look so natural it is the best my nails have ever looked before! She took her time and was extremely considerate about my particularities! On top of the fact that she was extremely fun to talk to! Normally sns can tend to look chunky and obviously fake but these look amazing. I would definitely recommend this salon to everybody! Their pricing is very reasonable as well! I had my nails done many times over the years, at many different places. I recently went to one where the services was not good. I went to K nails and they did a fantastic job. The staff was also friendly. This is my new salon. I highly recommend it.

Came here in the hopes of getting a paraffin wax with my pedicure. Ive previously gotten this done in the past at this salon. However i was told during this visit they dont do them anymore. They stated that you have to have an appointment and they do not accept walk-ins. I could have easily gone somewhere closer to my house to get the same service at the same price without an appointment. Making an appointment is not that serious nor really needed.

They were very welcoming and very polite to me and my daughter. We got a pedicure and manicure and it was a pleasant experience for both of us. Would recommend.

Very pleased. This was our first time here and we looked up places that still offered paraffin pedicures. My mom and I got the deluxe pedicures, with hot stones, mask, scrub, and paraffin dip. Very affordable and relaxing, even complimentary glass of wine. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come back! There were 4.5 stars on google, but this place actually earned theirs (we all know sometimes 4.5 stars isnt what you thought it would be lol)!The lady that did my pedicure was Nana, and her sister (equally as great) did my mothers:)

I have been coming to this nail spa since they opened their doors YEARS ago! They are always so very friendly to me and whomever else walks in the door. Im very picky with how short I like my nails and they always get it right, no matter if Im getting fake nails, gel or just painted. Darren is the best at Eyebrows!

I cant say enough good things! Im new to the area and had gotten my nails done at a different place, and they were HORRID. She fixed them and they looked JUST DONE, and perfect! Will never use another place, again. Staff friendly, extra clean, just great.

They are not friendly nor welcoming. Came twice at 6pm ( while hour before closing) and they refused services saying they don’t have tint. Why have the doors open if you don’t have time. Unprofessional and need some basic customer service training to be considered anything above 1 star
