The process was smooth, however, the evening before closing, I was informed that the title company (Executive) hadnt realized there was a special assessment to include in the mortgage, so instead of rolling it in, I was asked to write a check for $1300.00. Slightly annoyed, then a few days later I receive a msg that the earnest money was not received. (I was told to hold off wiring the funds due to Covid). This was after closing. I had almost 4K of unexpected expenses. The process of signing was easy, sadly the ball was dropped, a very expensive ball on 2 occasions within 4 days. Not a fan

I feel Executive title, went above and beyond, what I expected (very smooth) everything was taken care of in a very timely fashion, with all my questions answered. Everyone I came in contact with from the second I stepped foot in their door, was so very sweet and on top of things. Thank you!

This company puts their own policy ahead of their customers. In many cases thats no issue but it was in mine. What they insisted on doing will lock away our money for up to 5 weeks and cost us between $400 and $3000 in extra fees, depending on how things turn our on our end.

Had a change of closers which was not expected but ok. Still Mollie was to take care of disbursements after the 3 days. The mandatory ones were done as required but a disbursement to me I had to call on the following business day. Not seeing $xx,xxx in my bank account as expected was concerning. This is not right and I had no call let me know. Tried to leave to leave Mollie a voicemail but her box was full. Finally got a hold of someone and then someone in the accounting dept.called me to say it was done. Never got a call from Mollie to explain or apologize. Not professional, thus the poor review. Disappointing!

I closed on the sale of my home and they were very accommodating. I was not in town on the closing day, but they allowed me to pre sign beforehand and took care of everything at closing for me.

I close all of my personal transactions with Executive. They are great!

STAY AWAY!!!These people dont have a clue what they are doing!! I wouldnt recommend anyone use them. THEY ARE CROOKS!!
