What a gem! This is my new favorite pedicure stop for sure. My girl Mai was so friendly and amazing. I’m leaving here feeling refreshed and ready for the day. They accommodated our 6 lady group and we all had great conversations with the other technicians. This place is 100% a winning find.

I came and got SNS on Friday, 9/11. As you can see, 3 of my nails already chipped and as of Sunday morning 9/13. I DID NOT HIT THEM IN ANY WAY. 1 of them literally broke when I was taking clothes out of a plastic laundry basket, and then as I was driving to church I noticed 2 more chipped. The layer is so thin, and the shape is so crooked and incosistent across. Especially my ring finger R hand. A whole joke. Then I returned Sunday to have them simply remove them (no need to repair given the poor quality of their product for them to chip again tomorrow). The owner didn’t even acknowledge my statement that I was here to get them soaked off due to them cracking as I was just here Friday. All he kept repeating was “sorry long wait” “sorry very long wait.” He did not look up at me ONCE, nor did he even inspect my nails or offer any type of inconvenience. $55 for this?! A basic set of SNS that barely lasted 36 hours. I’ll be seeking out someone else to just pay for the removal today because this is downright embarrassing. They were initially pleasant on Friday when receiving money, but then when an issue needs to be resolved can’t even make eye contact. Do better

I absolutely love this place! Mindy has done my nails a couple of times doing an acrylic fill in and gel polish. She’s amazing. My nail shape was perfect and they were just beautiful. My mother went with me last time I went. She gets dip powder on her natural nails. She’s been going to the same place up the road in Charlotte for years. Sandra at Concord Nail Spa did her nails this time and my mom said they looked better than they ever have. Everyone is so nice and professional. They have made a loyal customer out of me for sure!

When we arrived first thing I noticed is how clean and pretty it was. Televisions on the wall with relaxing music and enjoyable things to watch. We were offered drinks, many different types available from alcohol to soda. I had Kim do my SNS nails and she did a great job. It was done for my daughters wedding so I wanted everything perfect. I had so many compliments! My other daughter also joined me and her nails were beautiful as well. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience here on my first time. I got a CBD pedicure with the manager Mai, she was amazing. So kind and informative on what she was doing during every step of the pedicure. The salon was also very clean and everyone was nice. I’ll definitely be back!

I was referred by my daughter. I went in today and got really lucky. Jason did my nais and he was very professional and fiendly. He was very in formative about upkeep and nail care. Mai did my pedicure and she was really sweet. She did a great job getting out my ingrown toe nails with care. It was a very clean and organized environment. They worked like a well oiled machine getting everyone seen. It was nice to see employees of different nationalities. I will be recommending this shop to my family and friends.

Absolutely Beautiful Place!!The employees are very sweet and attentive and do excellent work. Fantastic sugar scrubs and massages for pedicures. Very comfortable chairs, stunning interior design, and a drink bar for those who may not know! As long as you are specific about what you want, the ladies do a phenomenal job. Tops every other nail place I have been to.

3 pedicures all turned out good, with one taking a very long time (over an hr). I got acrylic nails and felt Jason rushed and the nails didn’t meet my expectations for the amount they cost ($50) & the two simple manicures took a long time as well! My mom’s manicure took over an hr to do & she got basic nail polish! Also, when we came in, no one greeted us or told us what to do to sign in, we were just left to figure it out!

I like the customer service I couldnt tell how my nails look until I got in the car because of the lighting but the Polish is on too thick and my nails Have Wrinkles in them and I spent $85 but the employees was nice I just should have paid more attention to my nails

This place use to be my go to salon but not anymore. I visited Saturday, Sept. 4 and the service was horrible. My pedicure was mediocre, my nails were not smooth and the technician did nothing with my cuticles. I requested Jason but he pushed me off onto new staff members. The new staff needs additional training, not only on the process but also on customer service. They were dressed unprofessionally and kept talking about getting off on time and their desire to get off definitely showed in their work. Guess I will be trying Viva nails next time.

Tre gave me the best Gel pedicure I have ever had. She listened to what I wanted and the outcome was perfect. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I have finally found a nail tech that listens and understands exactly what I want. I wont be going anywhere else.

Even though some times the wait may be a bit long, I still wouldn’t have anybody else do my nails & toes. Mai is always on point with my feet & relaxes my legs that hurt quiet often. And Jason, he is the best I’ve ever had to do my nails. I’m rough with my nails and he knows that & gives my hands much love. He’s the real MVP. He lets me pick out colors & brings me down a little with what’s more suitable for me😂😂. I love having ideas and him smiling saying OK but then in return saying we are doing this ok?! 😂😂 Great place (very clean, relaxing and open bar) and amazing people that I really enjoy talking to.

I am the type to not wear nails but after taking Kim advice Im very happy. Bush is very nice and professional as well he gave the best deluxe pedicure. My husband and I went to Concord Nail Spa for date night and had a phenomenal experience! We recently moved to Charlotte and have been trying to find a nail salon that we liked. We’re happy to say that our search is over! Everything from the atmosphere to the service options exceeded our expectations. Mai and Cindy are extraordinary and the spa pedicures are the absolute best! Well worth the money and the trip to Concord. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very polite, although they were short handed the Owner and Mai managed to take care of me and Chelsey in a timely manner. Mai handled my service she did an amazing job and recommended i try a different Pedicure i definitely do not regret paying the difference for my feet and hands. if you go request Mai she does a great job. will be going back again soon

Would not recommend. I was charged $35 for a very basic gel manicure. No polish had to be removed. Just standard manicure. The hand massage was very short, and the poor girl had such rough skin that it actually hurt. I was told 5 minutes when I walked in and ended up waiting 25 minutes before I got in a chair. During the process the girl stopped to answer the phone 3 times and got up twice to deal with customers that walked in. I felt like my nails were rushed. I had to file a couple corners when I got home because they were still sharp. By far the worst manicure ever and I was overcharged. I still gave a very good tip but I had to write a review because I am so tired of paying for below par service and being overcharged. I heard another girl tell a lady a manicure was $15.... Just dont go here.

I’m fairly new to the area and I have been looking for a good nail salon. After reading several good reviews about Concord Nail Spa I gave them a try and I wasn’t disappointed. I was lucky enough to walk in and get a pedicure buy Mai and it’s by far the best pedicure I’ve had since I’ve started getting pedicures. I also got my eyebrows done by Kim and I highly recommend. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else for my pedicures and eyebrow waxes. Everything was done to my satisfaction and nothing was rushed!!!!

Very nice place. However, the nail tech did a rush job on my nails. She completely forgot the details I asked for; and when i reminded her - she said I’ll just take down the price. I asked her politely to please do the design (as I had an event to attend and wanted my nails done nicely). So she did the design but completely rushed and left lumps on some of the nails. Needless to say I won’t be returning. Hopefully others have a better experience!

Tried this place yesterday for a pedicure and it was lovely. My tech was very nice and good, however it took forever for a basic service and I was on a time schedule.

I’ve been here several times and each time the staff is amazing. I love the look of the salon and how professional yet personable everyone is. Mai has serviced me twice and if possible I will continue to request her because she’s amazing!!! She’s sweet funny, and has no problem fulfilling your requests while providing your service. I HIGHLY recommend Mai and the entire staff at Concord Nails Spa!! Giving them 5 stars was EASY!!

Me and my 3 daughters got a combination of manicures and pedicures. Its been years since Ive had the time to go to a nail salon. Mai made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained all of the different services, gel vs polish, and what would work best for each of us. I got the works for my pedicure. Amazing. They also offer soda for the kids and drinks and wine for adults. I will definitely be coming back.

I had Mai, Let me tell you something. I have been to a number of salons and all have been really rough with my feet. She was an absolute dream with my feet I will definitely be back and hope everyone will go as well.

I had visited this shop over 2 years ago and the people were not friendly and everything was rushed. There is a new owner now and the ambience is amazing I loved my 2 technicians Mai and Kim they did a great job and were very friendly and outgoing enjoyed my visit

Mai is amazing! I go see her every two weeks for my pedicures and she never disappoints. Her attention to detail has me super confident rocking my toes. Jason also does a great job. This place was clean before COVID but they really stepped up the cleanliness after opening back up. Everyone is professional and I will definitely continue to go here as long as I live in the area.

Jason was friendly, honest, and done a fantastic job on my nails he gave me exactly what I asked for not only that he gave me a dope nail design. We had a great conversation while I was getting serviced, this salon feels so warm and comfortable and they accommodate all your needs, Jason didn’t rush he took his time with me making sure I got what I wanted. I went when they first opened. The owner was wonderful. The place was very clean and clamming. I showed him what I wanted off of a Pinterest picture. We were having a nice conversation. He made sure I was comfortable and was liking the way my nails were turning out the whole time I was there. My nails are wonderful they turned out better then the picture. I would most definitely go back.

I received a 10%off coupon by text 10 days before my birthday. When I tried to apply it to my pedicure 6 days after my birthday they would not honor it saying it was to old. Not about the money! If your going to send out a birthday coupon it should be valid for that month. Or, at least a week after.

I went in to Concord Nails Spa after work today and had such a great experience. Everyone seemed very friendly. I loved the atmosphere and the look of the place. I was also helped immediately. Ryan did an amazing job on my nails! Ive been to quiet a few salons and Ive never gotten anyone to shape them right, but he did awesome! I was so satisfied and will definitely be going back to see Ryan from now on.

I have never been here before and Ive been looking for a permanent nail salon for pedicures. Salo my artist was very kind and professional. Just based on personality and salon atmosphere i would come back but my pedicure looks SO GREAT. . I love it, shape color and everything is just like I like it Ill definitely be back and Ill ask for Salo .

I was really feeling this salon until they charged me an extra $20.00 just because I got gel polish. Which came to a grand total of $60.00 for a pedicure idts. It was nice but I’m not pay $60.00 for a damn pedicure.

I travel nearly two hours every two weeks, because the service is so great

I usually do my own but decided to treat myself today. I got the Concord Nails Special pedicure and it did NOT disappoint. Hot stones, Paraffin, exfoliating, massage...I’m often disappointed when I decide to treat myself to a pedicure because I can do just as good a job, and if you’re not going to do a great massage and make it special it feels like a waste. The pedicure implements are all sterilized and the salon is clean. I’ll definitely go get my pedicure there again.

Nail popped off without barely doing much of anything after TWO DAYS.I was gonna wait a few weeks before deciding to leave a review or not but the Nail Tech who did my sister’s nails was extremely RUDE. I tried to brush it off because our nails looked so nice but now that my nails are ALSO popping off I will NEVER come back to this salon. Concord Mills Mall Nail Salon treats people way better and your nails won’t pop off. Not worth the 135 dollars I spent.

The tools used for mani/pedi were clean. The social distancing was good as well. I had the signature spa pedicure and it was so nice!!!

This place was recommended to my wife for having good quality nails but after the first day her nail broke even after being really careful with everything. I understand accidents happen but when I returned to the location to get it fixed, I waited over an hour. Customers kept coming in after me and were being assisted since they were not making any money from me. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this place.
