My nails are on point. I m so in love with them. Idk how to spell my mail techs name but it is pronounced Chin. He is very talented. I like that he didnt just stick my finger into the dip color. I will be back to see him.

We went yesterday everyone was nice and the price was reasonable. Everyone was good with my little girl. Only bad thing I gotta say is the lady that did my toes is rushed on my feet. A guy started on my friends feet 15 minutes before the lady started on mine and I was still done first. My feet are rougher then when we started.

Paul was absolutely amazing! The shape, level, and design was exactly what I wanted! He is perfect. He makes a stranger feel like a friend and the atmosphere is like being at home!

Best pedicure ever! Seriously! I was in town only for the day and decided on Envy Nails based on location and reviews. I was so happy I chose them! I’m sad that I didn’t get my technician’s name but oh my goodness! She had a firm hand and took time to do it right! I will most certainly be back every time I’m in town!

Oh my Envy Nails is the place to go in Hot Springs if youre looking for that you time you so desperately need! The work is beautiful and totally worth the price and wait if there is one. Chim took care of the foundation and his lovely wife Li En took care of my beautiful art work. While I was being pampered I paid some attention, ok yes I was being nosey, I was in a new environment with new people, but I noticed, all the other women around me recieving services were regulars. When I say the clients were treated like family, I mean the atmosphere was amazing, friendly, light and as if you were surrounded by people who have known each other their whole lives. You wont be disappointed here, you may just find a new home like my sister and I did.

Depends on the technician. My tech was fantastic and did an amazing job. My friends technician left rough spots on her feet. They were super busy and let the water over flow as well.

Peter was my nail technician today and not only listened to what i wanted but put his own creative spin on it. I will be back! Very clean place as well.

I’m not from Arkansas so when I first moved here a few years ago I couldn’t find anyone I truly liked to go to for good nails but I started going to Envy a few months ago and chinh n Leeann have been the best in my opinion in hot springs so far!! I love their work they’re disappoint me! Whenever I show a picture I get exactly what I want. They even stay late to squeeze me in sometimes because I don’t get off until 6. If your looking for great nail service ENVY is the place to go!

Staff is super friendly and attentive. I must say I have found my favorite nails salon...I really like their color selection so many different types for choose. Great salon !!!

Would never go anywhere else in Hot Springs. They are all artists and value their work. All lovely people, great atmosphere. For those concerned about the pandemic, masks and sanitization go above and beyond. As for their art, my nails are stunning!!! Leann was my artist. They can do it all. This is the best nail salon Ive been to.

Went and got a pedicure from Cristy, she was very friendly and paid attention to details. Im diabetic so my feet need to be taken care of carefully. Cristy was very attentive and knew what she was doing. I would definitely go back, and ask for Cristy. Great Job.

Ive had acrylic, gel/shellac and dipped nails applied, Ive tried all the wonderful pedicures from regular to super deluxe ... its all good, every time! Five star service, friendly and talented technicians, beautiful results consistently. Doesnt get any better than Envy Nails!

I have lived in Hot Springs all my life and never went to this place till this past Saturday everyone was so busy in town we went to envy as our last result and they were so nice the place was so clean the even fixed my crooked nail without ever taking the nail off I highly recommend this place.... make an appointment if possible will be back

I spent $100 here for two sets of nails. They look great in photos, but up close mine looks like they already need a fill. Also the color is very uneven and the clear coat gives off purple streaks in dim light. I asked for short coffin nails and she said they couldn’t do them short, but their page has coffin nails in the exact length I asked for. Not to mention she slipped upwards and cut my sisters finger. Overall I was not pleased with the service that I paid for me and my sister. The salon looks great and I was excited to go because of all the good reviews and their portfolio photos, but unfortunately I did not receive the same care as others have. I just got these yesterday and am already contemplating soaking them off. I’ve already started shortening them myself and thinning them out because they were a hassle at work.

I started using Envy Nails after my regular nail salon-didn’t get to open back up after covid 19 hit- I was referred to them and I must say they did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure - they were exactly how I needed them to be since I’m in the hair business and they never lifted once. Also they were extremely concerned with protecting their clients from the covid epidemic!!

I messaged to set up an appointment with them after 9:00 p.m. and a Fri night and they responded very quickly from messenger on FB! And they are taking GREAT precautions in keeping the place safe & clean and spacws out the best they can and going that extra mile to keep the public safe due to the COVID-19 !! And they do great work and the staff is VERY nice and do excellent pedicures and Nail work!:)

Had the fastest job on my nails done here! Hands and feet and it was less than 1 1/2 hrs. And my nails were beautiful! Week later and they still look great!

The people are really nice, and the customer service is good but I got gel acrylics done, and they’ve all fell off pretty quickly. One fell off as I was simply just putting my shoe on, and another fell off because I barely touched my steering wheel. The rest just popped off so easily on their own, all in one day. I will never be going there again. My money has been wasted. Nails are not supposed to come off so easily like that and I will never be going there again.

One of the best deluxe pedicures Ive ever had. The chairs are very nice and have extra features. The technician took extra time and did a fabulous message on my feet. She got the polish super close to the cuticle, which I love because they dont look grown out too soon. This will be my go to-place when Im in Hot Springs!

Went in and asked for Galaxy coffin acrylic set. Tony did an awesome job with what I wanted! Super pleased. They are always quick but do a great work at the same time. Thank you Tony!

I made an appointment for my sister, daughter and myself and got in right away. We had 3 chairs in a row waiting on us. They are so friendly and dont rush. I know some people like to get it and out but, they took their time and made sure we were nice and relaxed along with a quality pedicure. Also, their massage chairs are AMAZING!

They really care about customer service at this establishment and truly want you to leave happy. I was beyond pleased with my service today and I will be back! Thank you to both owners for being so kind and understanding.

The woman that did my nails was very rude. She did a poor quality on the painting there was uneven brush strokes she left large amount of acrylic under my nail and within the first week the jewels had came off of my nail. Will not be going back.

Went in with my mom while on vacation, we had an appointment and waited 30 minutes and finally asked how much longer. Within 10 minutes I started to get my manicure (new set) the guy completely rushed the whole thing, said he didn’t have time to do the design I asked for and my mom never even got her nails done. I was finished with mine before anyone looked at her. Very unpleased considering we had an appointment. Nails are not what I was wanting and you can tell it was rushed. Overall bad experience.

Dont go if the girls arent there. Ive always gotten great service but last time there were just the 3 guys there and my manicure was awful. It peeled off the next morning in the shower and they were really rough with my cuticles. And it wasnt clean. Im so disappointed to have to find a new salon.

BEST mani & pedi I have EVER had!! Super nice staff. Was treated like a VIP. One of the young ladies even put a pillow behind my pack during my Mani to keep me comfortable. As far as the massage chairs - OH. MY. GOSH! I didnt want to leave! I will never go anywhere else when traveling to Hot Springs. So totally impressed. Ask for Kevin!!

They do a great job on nails. But when it came to foot massage, it was very rough and hurt more than anything was not relaxing at all.

Heres an update of this place I learned to love so much.Ive gotten my gel manicure done here about idk 6 times now and happy every single time. I love it here so much. Everyones professional and so sweet. My pedicure I had gotten here lasted me more than a month and still looked so good. Just got my gel mani done almost two weeks ago and still look brand new.I love this place!Come to Envy Nails and try it out!

Staff very unprofessional, wouldnt do my wifes nails was told didnt have time after we set there 30 minutes waiting.

So sad! I spent 65$ on the acrylic chrome set and one of my nails have already popped off..... But, if you ever have this problem, they will fix the nail(s) for free!!!

I went there with my sister two days ago, had my nails done by a guy when I was getting in my car one nail got messed up so I went back they “fixed it” but the next day the nail polish starting to come off and the shape is not even good so terrible serviceUpdated: I got contacted by the owners and they made me an appointment the next day and fixed them, they were lovely and very professional thank you
