Wow!! I’ve been to this salon 3-4 times so far.. I had a slight hiccup with one of my gel manicures (no fault of my own) and it was fixed 4 days later with no issues at all! I was met with great integrity, AMAZING customer service, and no battle!! I always leave loving my gel pedicures and gel manicures! They have an Amazing polish color selection, they are very clean and the salon is super cozy! The staff is always super friendly! I definitely recommend this salon and will continue to return here myself! They always do an amazing job. I suggest scheduling an appointment as it can get pretty busy but i can definitely understand why, they do great work!! Love this salon and the staff!

I am VERY disappointed. I went to the shop Saturday morning and was there for 3 hours. I asked for a dip manicure with tips. The person repeatedly asked to do my natural nail instead as the store was busy. I ended up with gel polish on natural nails. He did not clean up the gel polish on my cuticles repeatedly got up to check other patrons out. To add insult to injury the polish chipped off within 24 hours! I paid $90 for this. I keep my nails done. This has NEVER happened to me before. I will not return to this shop. I decided to try them as they were convenient, big mistake.

Ive been in Charlotte for 6 years now an have been to many nail shops but none as good as this one. Dont get me wrong their all have a certain something an some techs are better then others. However this shoppe has it all. It has elegance, beauty its technology is up to date. Its order of business is superb an every tech is highly professional. The attitude is friendly an everyone is treated important when they walk thru the door. I just Love it an let me say this...The work that is done on me every time lasts long an always always PERFECT. Yesterday was my first time visiting Jasmine Nail Spa. I really enjoyed my experience there and love how my nails turned out! Being a creative myself, I enjoy allowing a nail tech to operate in their zone of genius. Well, David did just that! He was inspired by my color and when I asked for a nail design, I could see the wheels turning in his head. He “nailed” it! He was so sweet and I enjoyed getting my nails and feet serviced by him. I will definitely be back to visit for sure!

This nail place is so unorganized and has no time management. My mom and I were there for 3 hours and a half hours .They would get up and leave for long periods of time. P My mom had a 16 year old boy doing her toes and he cut one of her toes and then left to let someone else do them. They also messed up her color for her toes and nails. They are two completely different colors and we told them but they didn’t really try to fix it and was not apologetic at all. This is the first and last time coming to this nail salon. Disappointing for sure.

They were very kind at Jasmine Nail & Spa ! Especially David! When I showed them an inspiration picture, they did their best to recreate it. They work quickly while still providing great quality. They also offer a customer loyalty program which I really appreciate as well. Very laid back atmosphere, a great place to relax at. I definitely will be coming back soon and will be recommending to everyone ☺️

I’ve been here for over two years and I’ve never seen disappointed. The owner is very respectful and truly cares about the customer including Julie the nail tech. Julie pays attention to detail and is the best nail tech ever. You won’t regret the choice!

This is a very nice nail salon. They are friendly and know what theyre doing but most of all they have good hygiene...very clean. Only 1 complaint, the station where you sit to dry your nails...never saw anyone clean it...but Im definitely going back!

I called ahead and David happened to answer the phone. He said he could take me right away for a take-off and full set. I have been getting acrylic nails for over ten years. I’ve had hundreds of sets from nail salons all over Charlotte. THIS IS THE BEST FULL SET I HAVE EVER GOTTEN IN MY LIFE. And that is no exaggeration. He had a couple of pallets of designs he had done, ombré, marble, you name it - David can do it. If you need a fresh set, with impeccable shaping, attention to detail and precise work, come here and ask for David. If he’s busy WAIT for him or make an appointment. You’re welcome.

Great job by David the nail tech. He did a great job with my pedicure. If you ever have an issue with an ingrown toenail and are in need of a pedicure, ask for David. He did a great job getting rid of the situation.

I love being pampered. Devin gives the best foot massage while doing pedicure. Just remember to make an appointment or you will have a wait. But its worth it.

David did an amazing job on my nails! I showed him a picture and he made it come to life. He is a true nail artist. I will continue to go back to this location, not only because it is convenient to my home but because they provide quality work.

My service was good until check out when I was charged 55.00 for plain gel polish w/ a full set. I brought to the woman’s attention my receipt said I was charged for ombré and she said it was the same price.I called after I left and ask how much a full set with gel was and I was told it was 50.00, which is still more than other places around. My pedicure was rushed and for 90.00 before tip, and being overcharged/charged for pink and white ombré, which is not what I got, I will definitely stick to my regular nail spa.

Every time I have visited this salon, I’ve left extremely pleased with my results. I can be a bit picky with my nails and have been to several salons in the area trying to find the right one. Here, they are always clean, friendly, and thorough with their work. David was my nail tech today. He was very informative and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend NOT to come here. For my first visit I came for a simple soak off and my feet polished ( no pedicure). I was charged 45.00 for low quality work. For my soak off the lady took a acrylic nail to pull off acrylic that was on my nails which hurt extremely bad . In the picture below you can see the blood from her ripping off the acrylic.I will never visit the place again. No wonder there were no customers there my entire visit.

I got sns on my natural nails they didn’t have my color and my nails wasn’t Done correctly all on my skin for my manicure. Pedicure was so so

I visited this location on a Tuesday evening in hopes of receiving great service as other reviews mentioned. I was undecided at first on whether I wanted to get SNS again on my natural nails or get tips added on with SNS. This location does not have many options for SNS color however they have a lot for gel polish. My nail tech was Tim, he was nice and patient with me as I decided on what I wanted. I went with a full set w/ gel polish and I asked for coffin/ballerina shape. After having my tips put on Tim began to cut them for the shape I wanted but I noticed they didn’t look as they should. After applying the acrylic I noticed they were not evenly shaped and Tim didn’t seem to try and correct this for me. He just said “my idea of coffin was completely different than yours” i asked if I could just cut them down but he said it was too late. He continued to file to try and make them look coffin but it was an epic FAIL. I thought maybe after he put the gel polish on them he would go back to clean up my nails but that didn’t happen. I do not like my nails and after spending 2 hours for what I received, i feel they should look better than they do now. I feel like I have different shapes on each nails. They look more like he was going for Stiletto instead of coffin. I will have to take this off and get them redone because of their error.

My toes look okay but after not even 2 weeks my paint started to peel off my fingers and I’ve NEVER experienced that before & she literally kinda pressed me about a design just for the diamonds to fall off a week after. First & last time ever coming here. Especially when i paid over $100 for a bad job. 5/5 for the customer service even though they know they need to improve on their work.

Went in for a fill in. She rushed and I asked for a nude on my nails before tips and she just did not listen. She didn’t even let my nails finish drying. My polish is lumpy. Very dissatisfied and upset with the way my nails look.

I have gave this company two chances. Every time I come they make me wait more than 30 minutes and I always make a appointment with the same person yet she is always busy when my appointment arise and never sees me. Bad customer service

This place was so nice and clean the people had there masks on and told us to put Sanitizer on before we sat down and they sanitized the seats and the tables highly recommend this place .😁😄This is from a 13-year-old’s perspective

I love this place!! Not only was the staff very professional and friendly but they are also very fair priced. Although they are thorough with what they do they are also quick. The atmosphere was great and I enjoyed my visit here very much. I just moved to the area and I am thankful I have found the perfect nail salon. AMAZING! My nails and toes look great!! Highly recommended! While here and talking with a few other customers I seen that not only have they been here for many years but they seem to have very good relationships with there customers! Not only referring to many of them by there first name but family members that were not even present. This to me is a great sign and this will be my go-to place from now on! Thanks ladies!

I didnt have a good experience the lady put my acrylic on super thick and then had a problem failing it off and I was telling her she was doing it that it was not going to work out it was very disappointed and the owner overcharged me for the services that I was getting but I went ahead and left the tip because obviously they mustnt need it

I got a fill with gel polish from Tim at Jasmine Nails and Spa today and I’M IMPRESSED!!! My nails are PERFECT! He listened to what I wanted and he delivered. Reasonable prices and comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

This is a lovely nail spa. The facility is pretty and glamorous. Many chairs for pedicures... even a private area for a group of ladies getting pedicures together. The quality of work is top-notch. Ive been getting my nails done for many, many years and this was one of the best manicures Ive ever had. Thank you Julie for such a beautiful set of nails. They make me feel so pretty!😊

Honestly the best nail salon experience ever. Was really busy but was seen to within a few minutes, clear communication all around from everyone, and the lady who did my nails did an amazing job. Best gel manicure Ive ever had. She was precise and really took her time to get it right. All the technicians were friendly and chatted with me and the ladies around me. First time visit on 11/30/18 @ 6:55pm. Conveniently located, beautiful & relaxing atmosphere. Staff personable and professional. Nails looked great; received many compliments! My only qualms is my gel started peeling & nails chipped after 2 days. Now at day 5 and they look a mess. Still waiting to hear back about a resolution. I wear gloves when washing dishes & cleaning so this is inexcusable. I think its because they didnt let them set long enough less than 1 min each hand. Idk. Im not happy about this but overall good value.

Tammie did a great job. However; I sat in the chair for about 15 minutes. Another customer came in a while after me(walk-in as well) and sat down and the young started on her immediately while I was still waiting. So I felt that someone should have talked to me to let me know what was going on but nothing. Eventually Tammie came and she did an awesome job. Would I go back not sure right now, since that are about 4 other nail shops in a 2-3 mile radius.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. They took me fairly quickly considering they were very busy for a Monday afternoon. Another lady came minutes after me, was put in to soak. She wanted a pedicure, the same service I had gone in for. The gentleman started on me and the other lady asked how much longer it would be? He told her about 20 more minutes. She left because she had already been there for 45 minutes. Well the man scrubbed my toes so hard they bled! One on each foot! He didn’t even apologize or offer a discount! After I dried and was checking out, I told him I was still bleeding, he said “really?” That’s it, that’s all! I told him I hoped his tools were sterile. It’s finally healing a week later and I can wear closed toed shoes without bandaids now, but I just thought I should warn you.

I have had a great experience every time I have been here. They are detailed, reasonably priced, and its a happy environment! I have done designs on my nails here and they take time to make sure it is exactly how I want it.

Been here 2 times to get my nails done.First impressions was great but after getting home the first time I got my nails done I noticed one of my nails were very crooked with a hair in the polish.I went back and had that one redone, they were nice about it.I came back this Wednesday 1/16, got a fill in and gel polish. Not even a day later the gel polish started pealing on my index finger.So I yet again came back got that nail fixed from there Friday 1/18. Saturday 1/19 my thumbs started pealing just like the other one so I decided to come in one last time to have all my polish removed and get a refund.I was told it would be $5 to have it removed. Ridiculous. I was told to come in the next day to speak to the manager so I could get my refund, but does ANYONE have time to go to a nail salon 3 TIMES in 1 WEEK to have their nail fixed when it should just last 2 weeks? I think not.Still going in Tuesday for my refund for not only my nails but the $5 to have the polish taken off. I might update my review if they handle it accordingly. HOWEVER still shouldn’t have to go through several hoops just to get decent nails. I’m glad I live close by, imagine if you didn’t.All in all they are nice ... you have a few issues, Might have to come back a few times to get your moneys worth, gel polish maybe old or are using a bad base coat so be aware.

I only paid 36 for amazing perfect full set!!! I will be definitely coming back and miss Debbie is one to go for a great full set!!! LOVE THEM!! Everybody there are so nice and kind and the salon looks amazing beside the great customer service!! ❤️❤️❤️

After being disappointed by lack of service from 2 different nail spas in the area, my daughter and I decided to try Jasmine. They immediately got to work on my daughters nails and did an excellent job with her. It was a peaceful atmosphere and great service.

Salon is really cute and new. Wish I could like the experience here but unfortunately no I cannot. Received a pedicure and the tech was so uninterested she would focus on any step well on my right foot and by the time she got to the left it was a sloppy motion with no care or effort to actually push cuticles, clip or clean up! Also, she cut my toe nails down and left them incredibly uneven and crooked. Last straw was the messiest paint application I’ve experienced in a long time. Definitely disappointed with the service and won’t be back.

Horrible nail salon. They don’t even greet you when you walk in there. Then, I look around and notice that every customer in there was white. Say no more. I walked out. And it smells like MMA in there. So, for all of you ..... people who think you are paying top dollar to get safer products, think again. They are cheating you.

Place is very clean and thats why I am giving them one star. This was the worst pedicure. I just paid $35 for someone to rub lotion on my legs (not even my feet) and paint my toes. She didnt scrub my feet at all, she literally touched the pumas to my feet and that was it. I have dry skin on the heels and sides of my feet. Waste of time and money

Im a loyal customer since discovering this nail salon. Bright, clean, modern environment, welcoming staff that has become like family, and an excellent selection in Gel & SNS colors. Great pedi chairs, highly recommend the deluxe paraffin wax spa. All staff are fantastic, but my regular favorites that I make appointments with most are Julie, Debbie . BONUS: Complimentary glass of wine while you are pampered

I was told to pick a pedi chair and wait. I got comfortable for a short wait, but then a gal comes and asked me to move to the next seat over. The gal rushed through a basic mani pedi. Cold water for the pedicure. She did the manicure while I was in the pedicure chair and I had to reach and twist so she could work. At one point she was looking away while she was cutting my cuticles. Twice I was asked what color polish...I didnt want poish. Manicure water bowl wascold water with no soap. She didnt even push my cuticles back from my nails. In the end I got one small pump of lotion for each hand and arm Terrible job. Not relaxing. Very dissatisfied for $55 and it still looks like I need to get a mani pedi. This was my 2nd time giving then a chance. I will not go back! Clearly they are not in business to give a relaxing and high quality experience, so I wont waste my time or money here again.

I waited about 30 minutes when i was told it was 10 min to wait. I was told one price and was charged another. I only had enough on my card for that one transaction. I had money on the other card . I was paying for my daughter. I told them to just deduct the Money from my daughters and the gentleman told me he voided it out . Which the money didn’t go back on my card i was sitting on the pedicure chair. I was told I needed another form of payment which I only had enough to get done what i needed. I explained that if they did what I said there would be no issues. I was sitting there trying to move money around and I was frustrated because the money didn’t instantly go back on my card and took 5 days!As I’m getting up to pay and stand at the register to pay I get yelled at by the gentlemen where am I going as he thought i was going to leave with out paying which i got very insulted After sitting there for about 15 minutes trying to move money around and then messing up my card and my payment information I was very frustrated as it is I did not get an apology for what happened it is very unfortunate because I loved going to this place I enjoyed getting my nails done there and they came out beautiful

Im gonna just say this during the first three months of a grand opening the nail techs were busy and expedient and generally friendly. Now that they have been open a while I got a sloppy pedicure and sns nail dip from the same tech whom usually does a good job. The whole time I was there the shop was empty. They started to get busy as I was coming in, then she started rushing. Then the manager started rushing me to pay. They used to be so kind. Their shop seats many and would seem like A really nice place although it is inconsistently so.

Costs too much for me. Only got my daughter gel nail polish. It was nice but too expensive if you ask me.

**edit for a week later. The gel top coat that was applied to my SNS manicure began peeling off 2 days. Save your money and go somewhere else for SNS nails. I also dont think a base coat was applied to my natural nail.I wanted to like this place so much because its close to home... but I really dont. I gave it two shots. The first time a friend of mine and I went and her SNS chipped within 4 days. I just returned from a less than ideal visit. I had to tell the tech to fix a crooked filing job on my nails and had a terrible finish. I requested the bubbled nail to be redone (which they did no questions asked) but was still left with a subpar $40 manicure. Quick, convenient, but either their products are low quality or the tech was not experienced enough to do an SNS manicure

The worst! I relied on the all reviews, but the technician did not pay attention on her job; texting and taking photo her fedi while waiting my pre sns nail melt. She did not use sanitized nail clipper and not cleaned bumper. She did not realized she cut my skin even I kept looking at my nail. I did not tell anything because I am not going back this place. Jasmine nail. I wonder who gave this place 5 stars.
