This place always outdoes themselves. Everyone is very friendly and personable and I’ve never left unhappy about my nails. They are phenomenal at what they do. I’ve been going here for about 3 years now!

Im blown AWAY by this salon. Very clean, kind nail techs, and really took their time to make nails look nice. I got a pedicure and dip powder/SNS manicure with an ombre look. Sopha did my manicure. I absolutely LOVE it. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Apsara. Jessie did a beautiful job on my gel manicure. She was very precise and thorough and took a ton of care in making sure everything looked perfect. The salon is clean, with all of the proper COVID precautions in place. It’s a family-run business, and the team is very professional, kind and hard-working. Highly, highly recommend!

Philip outdid himself when he did my stiletto ombre nails. He was super careful, paid attention to detail, did them quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back here!

I went with someone and we were greeted with a smile upon entering. They check temperatures, wear masks,and gloves. Very clean business not a speck of dust or dirt in sight. The tools are clean and fresh out the pack. You get a chair back massage as well. Great conversation as well. This may be our new spot. Definitely will be returning and referring.

I loved how my nails turned out! I have tried other nail salons and by far this was the best. She was super sweet, always asked me if I like what she was doing throughout the process, my cuticles look perfect and the polish looks amazing! I will definitely return and have her do my nails again. Best place in Columbus!

There was a short wait time. Sopha did a fantastic job on my nails and brows. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Phillip is my nail tech and I LOVE him! He started doing my nails a little over a year ago when I was pregnant. I wanted to really start growing my natural nails out. Within a month under his care my nails were the longest and strongest they have ever been. I’m so amazed with how beautiful my natural nails are now. He cares so much about his clients and most importantly, he takes his time on my nails. I get compliments on my nails weekly and I am SO proud of them. This nail salon does appointments only and it’s so each tech can take the full time needed on each clients nail needs. Every person at this salon is knowledgeable on nail care and extremely good at what they do. So glad I found this salon and I cannot say enough good things about this small business.

This nail salon is wonderful! Very friendly staff . my nails last a long time and are beautiful! Iv always had a problem with salons not cleaning up my cuticles nor doing a good job of filling my nails before putting on my new nails but this place does it all ! They take their time and do a wonderful job. I never leave here thinking I over paid for the service I received. Also Id recommend the mood change nail polish LOL its pretty and fun to watch. ;)

Absolutely one of the best places I have been. I have had my nails done from WV, DC,NY,FL,OK and these have been the best. Jessie has a truly artistic touch when it comes to designs and customs! My stones have been on for days now and I am VERY hard on them. Pedicures are great.(pay extra for a longer massage) and they are some of the best nail techs I have met. Not the “oh that’s your finger” type. If they or you see a problem they fix it right there! I love the attention to detail and professionalism they have! I will be back!

Ive been here a few times and always great service. I find that they do prefer appointments because they want you to enjoy your day without the wait. Walk ins will usually have to wait. But they try to fit you in. They offer many spa services from nails to eyelash services. I love the paraffin wax at the end of my manicure. They do hair waxing as well. The prices are comparable to the surrounding nail salons.

Phillip is my nail tech and Jessie is my mom nail tech first time trying them and my nails are very beautiful and shaped just right.. i would advise anyone that wants to try them Please call and make an appointment.. I’m not disappointed at all very satisfied!!!

Great experience! The atmosphere of this salon is very elegant and relaxing. The setting is very upscale, nice, and clean! The staff is very welcoming and they play nice music. Sophia was excellent and her work was very satisfying. They really take their time with the client to ensure you get your money worth. They also have many colors to choose from which is a plus for me! Every client, that I seen, left satisfied. I will definitely be back again!

I’m visiting Columbus and walked in Apsara and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Jessie was amazing! She was so thorough and meticulous. I’m 100% satisfied with my manicure, AND I highly recommend the hand wax ! I can’t remember my hands ever being this soft! I’m sad this place and Jessie isn’t in Nashville :(

I went to the Apsara nail salon three times to do my nails. The owner was really nice politely asked questions to get to know the customer. It is such a nice salon and clean. I spent there 1,5 to get my nail done. The color selection is amazing! I would say if you would like to have a simple design on your nails I highly recommend Apsara nail salon, but if you want a bit fancier you might not get what you are looking for. Such a nice atmosphere and everyone kind! Also, make sure you have an appointment as well!

Happy 1st time customer. I made an appointment & first step into the shop the staff acknowledged that someone had entered the salon. Many times thats an issue when you visit nail salons. Professional and clean environment. Denna was awesome. He took his time and made sure to ask throughout was everything up to my expectations. I will definitely return!

Apsara nails was really a great place. Clean, spacious with a modern ambience, has a different feel than typical nail salons. Very nice staff, I actually enjoyed my manicure and pedicure and they did an awesome job. They have a wide range of colors and dont rush you while you are choosing colors. If you are looking for a nail salon, this is it.

I had heard such good things about this place so I decided to try them. Walked in on a Sunday a little after they opened to get my brows done. I was turned away because they said they were booked. There were only 2 people being serviced at that time and no one else waiting. Not a great move for a new business. I will never return and wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

Wow! I stopped into town for weekend got my nails done- excellent job! The prices are very reasonable, clean place and excellent customer service. I had Sofra do my nails she did fantastic job. There are so many gel nail colors to choose from . They use a new brand - DND excellent wear 5 days later.Gel nails still looking great!

One of the best gel manicures I’ve ever received. Wait was about 30 minutes with a reservation but we were in a group of 4 on a Saturday. Very nice employees.

My friend and I came for pedicures. My friend had an appointment, but it never occurred to me to get one (all places I have been to have been mostly walk-in service). They told me I would have to wait a little, but they would get me in. I was able to sit by my friend until it was my turn. I have seen reviews that people were upset that they were turned away for not having an appointment. Although, I see the inconvenience, it is actually kind of nice. This was the first place I have been that I didnt feel my pedicure was rushed through to get to the next customer. It was a very nice, relaxing experience. I highly recommend this salon, but will be making appointments from here on out!

I went in to get a full set today for the first time, but the lady sitting in the front turned me away. She says that the person that does full sets isnt here. She was doing someones nails while she was talking to me. I politely left and went somewhere else. I cant understand how you could possibly have a nail salon with only one person doing nails, but I see other customers getting their nails done!. I will never go back there.

Hands down the best nail salon I have been to in the Columbus Phenix city area! Made an appointment for my self and 2 best friend and got right in for a pedis and a full set! All Done by the most professional and bad ass nail techs!! I have gone to 100s of nail salons and always leave felling like they didnt get my nails right! But at this salon they make sure you leave the happiest customer!! Prices are very reasonable and regular priced! I will be coming back!! The only salon I will be going to!!

The male owner is super nice and does my nails very well but my last time coming there someone new did my gel manicure and two days later the polish peeled right off of 3 of my nails. Very disappointing.

Such a wonderful little place. They take such care to giving you exactly what you want. I got a regular mani-pedi but added french tips. The girl who did my nails took the time to cut a perfect lime for the tip and even re-did one that I messed up for free. Great atmosphere too. I love family businesses!

Walked in at 11:45 to get a full set and a pedicure. Was told OK and given the swatches after standing around awkwardly for a few minutes, the guy came over to tell me it would be a while because he had a pedicure coming in at 3 o’clock. I didn’t realize it took three hours to do something and that you could make an appointment if somebody was coming in. Not worth the drive all the way out to the other side of Columbus. They only had three teChe working on a Saturday. The door says walk-ins welcome but apparently if you want to go to this someone you have to make an appointment. Will not be coming back.

Attempted to do a walk in on Saturday a lil bit before 2pm. I planned on getting a pedicure and a full set. I was turned around and told, we are booked for the day. Yes we do walk-ins but we are booked. I have never been turned around when attempting to get my nails done even when a salon was super busy. I guess what really caught me off guard was the out of place look everyone have me from customers to workers. I dont what it was but I felt really uncomfortable and not welcomed.
