Great customer service, unfortunately Lakeland has a contract with Advanced Disposable. Would much prefer deep south. Ive heard amazing things about this company.

I have used deep south for two years. Their customer service is top notch. They care about their customers and made every interaction a good one. The only reason Im not using them anymore is because Im moving out of the state. Thank you Deep South.

I called to set up service and the person who helped me was so nice, I don’t remember the last time I had great customer service like that. I called a second time to ask a question and they were on the other line and she called me back! Without me even leaving a message. Already happy from the start, thank you!

First off I do love this trash company. They pickup constantly and dont have lazy drivers. Their polite and flexible customer service is stellar. My one and only complaint and reason for a 4 star is the lack of flexibility with their dump site. No bags and usually have to pay extra. Which i dont understand considering I already pay a subscription. Im not trying to dispose of had waste, just extra waste from spring cleaning. Again I love the company just this one issue and continue to suggest them to others.

I highly recommend Deep South Sanitation Company. Never will there be debris left in the street after they empty your cans. They spray our cans with a lavender scented spray after each pick up and take any extra yard trimmings for a very reasonable fee. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!

Deep South is the best sanitation company by far. They are so professional, from the lady who signed me up for the service right to my curb with the people who empty my cans. They are the friendliest company and very personable. I even get my can sprayed with a deodorizer. I really recommend with going with them first, you won’t be disappointed. This is my second company and I wish I would have just started with them to begin with.

We can always learn something from others. I posted a not so good review and I learned the value of patience and communication with a family small business. Ive been with Deep South since the beginning. Im a veteran like the owner. I have no words for the amazing customer service and treatment I have received. Youre not just a number, they remember you. I have very bad knees and i put the garbage can beside where i park at and they always leave it in the way. I have to move it back to the place where it is picked up at. I called and asked them to put it back but they wanted me to put it on the other side of my house. Said their employees are tired at the end of the day. Customers should be important. My knees are in bad shape from all the HARD work i did when i was young.Very unsatisfied

Worst service i have ever had. Very unprofessional.. Employees are lazy and dont want to do thier job.. They are sneaky and never do what they say they will.. Owner is most unmotivated employee in the company.. I would not recomend them to anyone. Terrible and i mean terrible service!!!!
