Theyre always very professional and nice did a great job on my nails for my daughters wedding

They do excellent work. I just had Gel nail polish on my natural nails. Great through experience. They were professional a Good Price.

I was very disappointed in my last two trips to this nail salon. My first visit was for a scheduled acrylic set. I ended up waiting an hour even with an appointment with no type of discount offered for the time i sat waiting. I then received the set with no preparation including cuticle care or shaping before gluing the set on. While gluing my set on, my technician then traveled to another client to leave me waiting even longer. Then after a little over a week I returned to get my set removed. Typically with acrylic removal, filing and soaking are the two main steps taken to deal with removing the set from the thin nail that is underneath the plastic. After filing the gel polish off my nails, the technician then used the plastic nails that are typically glued for a new set, to wedge it underneath the acrylic on my nails. It was extremely painful and ended up ripping what had grown underneath completely off. After removing the remaining acrylic, nail trimmers were wedged under what was left to clip it off. I will never return to Q-nails for any manicures or pedicures and I definitely will not be recommending it to anyone else.

If I could give a zero, I would. Ann was verbally abusive to a client after she messed up a manicure and acrylic nail application. Have a recording of her yelling and using foul language while the client was trying to discuss rationally and still pay for pedicure that was done. This is not the first time service has been sub par but it will most certainly be the last time I or anyone I know will utilize this business.Plenty of other great nail salons in the area to use. Don’t go here.

Will never go back to this place again! I went in for a balance and a to get a nail fixed they didn’t have the right acrylic that I had used before nor did they have straight nails so they put a curve nail and it looks terrible!!! My nails were coffin shaped and none of them are coffin they are are bowed out on the side and oval on the top!!! I do not recommend going here!! Way over priced especially for the quality of work they do!!!

I have come here since 2016, and my last few experiences confirmed I won’t return. I treated myself to a gel manicure, and the man gave me the worst mani I’ve ever had. My cuticles are horrible, and my gel polish began to chip after 2 days. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to return until the weekend, and I was then assigned to the same angry man, who “fixed” my nails, but was rude and rough. I paid for a service and it was horrible twice. His station also wasn’t clean at all, and he was yelling and discussing customers. Customer beware.

I got a pedicure and acrylic powder dip nails. They removed my old acrylic nails and complained the whole time about how thick they were and how long it was taking and then put the thinnest acrylic nails on my fingers that Ive ever had. The guy who did them left me to dry my top coat and started on someone elses pedicure and left me for about 20 minutes and never put any cuticle oil or did any sort of hand massage. I had to go find him to ask if I was done because he never finished and never said I was done.My nails started breaking the next day but I was leaving for vacation out of the country so just had to deal with broken nails for my whole trip. Do not recommend.

This salon is amazing! My friends and I came here for our Christmas party and we got the cutest holiday nails! The ladies here are professional and friendly and they do amazing work! Super nice atmosphere in here! The have lovely decorations, and it’s an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend coming here!

Theyre ok but the guy in the front needs some customer service training. You cant use not speaking English as an excuse to be rude, rough and short with your customers. I would never go back to this man for anything. He did my moms nails and he was so rude and short with her when she had questions and due to him not being able to speak English he was just barking certain words at us and getting upset when he couldnt understand and couldnt do a certain style that over the phone they told me that they could do! Then he was so rough with her pulling and grabbing on her hands hard when she wanted to look at her nails. He was horrible. I had Vey on the other hand and she had great customer service. Its a decent place to go if you need a quick Pedi or mani, thats about it.

Went in today to get my nails done and Don did my gel manicure. I requested a glitter french manicure and most salons would of said they couldnt do it with just the glitter gel, but Don said yes and worked on my nails anyway. He was patient and took the time to make them look perfect for my event for later this week. This salon is great and theyve always taken good care of me. Thank you to Don and the great staff :)

Love coming here! Customers are treated like royalty here. I enjoy the quality of services, and the beautiful array of polishes you can pick from, to add color to your toes or hands. I especially love the owner Ann, she’s amazing and is extremely professional!

Got my nails painted, normal polish. Did the $30 manicure. Boyfriend also came and got a no-polish manicure, his first one! He enjoyed it quite a lot. Cuticles be gone!

This is one of my favorite nail stores! Staff here is very friendly and accommodating.If they mess up your nails, they will fix it for you and they usually have spots for walk-ins, but I recommend getting an appointment.They do dip nails and waxing also!My nail tech always listens to what I want and they provide a huge selection of colors and gels.Their equipment and area is clean and really nice. I love coming here and getting my nails done, my hands always feel and look amazing afterward.As for the bad reviews, just check your quality and if your nails are dry, before you leave and also make sure you get the name of the tech because I know the owner deserves better reviews and praise.

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon!!! I made an appointment, I needed a balance (I had coffin nails) and asked to have them cut done and OVAL shape! I walked out with square shaped nails that were SUPER thick and uneven!! They are already lifting after a day. I do not recommend this salon!

I came here to get a quick manicure before an event. I walked in on a Saturday shortly after they opened, and they were able to get me in right away. I was pleasantly surprised by their price list, as it was only $15 for one of the best polish manicures Ive ever had! My manicurist was quick, but paid attention to details such as ensuring that there was no extra paint around my cuticles. As my nails were drying, I didnt feel like anyone was rushing me to get done and get the next customer in. I also noticed a wide selection of gel, acrylic, and dip powder colors available in the salon. There was plenty of room to social distance in the salon and everyone had on masks. The next time I need a manicure, Ill definitely back.

Absolutely horrible. I’ve gone here once a month for the past 3 years and I’ve never had an issue until recently. I got a full set put back on and this guy literally cut almost every single one of my fingers. My thumb hurt so bad I made him stop. There all the wrong shape, and different lengths. I will never be back.

Went to Q Nails to pamper myself and clean up my toes and nails. The nail tech did an amazing job. Best pedicure I’ve ever had. I left feeling relaxed and my nails looked great. I didn’t feel like I was rushed along and charged a million dollars.

I love this place! They work so hard and are so accomodating as well as professional. Im a regular and just had a mani/pedi and it always looks fantastic. The shape of my nails, the polishing, and the spa care are to die for. I also have my eyebrows waxed here. Ann is the eyebrow specialist and she does such a good job that I dont ever let anyone else touch my brows. I highly recommend Q Nails; everyone that I have encouraged to try them have become a repeat customer like me.

I went to this place because it was close to my job(not wanting to go all the way to Easton/ Cheaper for right now) Should of went to Easton not only was the price higher but the quality is cheap looking and my nails lasted a week before it started to pill and get cracks in it and fade (Never in my life have I experienced this maybe because it was a rush job because they booked 2 parties at the same time so the rushed through us who were already there) Never going back I’ll keep my money in Easton...Staff was very friendly though

I asked him not to use the drill on my natural nails. He still tried. Then I had to keep asking him to fill in spots on my nails that he kept leaving out with the nail polish. Then he kept hurting me while cutting my cuticles down. Then he told me he wouldn’t give me a third coat of nail polish because “it takes too long to dry”. I won’t be going back.

They normally do an excellent job but it was Valentines day and they were all in a hurry. Not happy with the way she didnt cut my cuticles or painted my nails enough.

I went in for a simple gel polish change on my toes. Not a full pedicure and they charged me $40! I questioned the price and they said yes that’s correct. I’ve never paid $40 for a polish change. Maybe for a full pedicure but that’s not what I got! Polish on my toes look nice though lol. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

Disclaimer: Ive only done gel manicures and non gel pedicures here so I cant speak to acrylic or dip options.The receptionist is super friendly and greets you immediately. Gel manicures cost about $37 with tax, and I think this includes old gel polish removal as well since they always have to get rid of whats left on my nails. The polish has never chipped or peeled off with any of the gel manicures Ive gotten here. There are three options for pedicures, the most expensive is $60 for regular polish which includes foot/leg scrubs and hot towels with lotion. The staff is friendly and will chat if you want to or just get to business if youd rather just watch whatever home makeover show theyve got on the tv.

Pedicures are always rushed. The last balance I had I loved them when I left the shop. The following day the top coat of gel polish peeled off 2 nails. Im not sure if the tech used the wrong top coat or they were not buffed long enough. $55 and didnt last more than 2 days..

Horrible experience with a manager. Q Nails offered a coupon my daughter called twice to make sure they were accepting the coupon. They said yes. When I got theRe the manager refused the coupon. My daughter talked to her on the phone and she put my daughter on speakerphone so two black women could hear conversation and who entered Into the conversation. This was truly a bait and switch. So very unprofessional.will never step foot in there again nor will I give them a good recommendation. The most childish situation ever. If I could give a mi us star rating I would. Buyer beware.

Me and my husband were actually just walking around to see what businesses were in the shopping center and I noticed this nail salon and was just talking about how I needed to find a new place to go. We went in and I was greeted and sat down immediately and the girl did an amazing job on my nails, the color I originally picked was too thin and so she suggested another color in the same family which wasnt as translucent and they came out great. The 1 minute manicure stuff was amazing, I need that at home just to have, my hands were so soft. I found my new nail salon 😁

They tell you a pedicure is like $35 then they charge $55, they tell you a full set is like $35 then charge $75 and get mad wishing you ill fate because you complain about the poor job and get even more upset when you ask them to redo the color, I went here for years, they will no longer get my $400 a month, for that price I can go to an exclusive salon and get served wine and treated much better

Nails look good but was not satisfied with what I told them I said no gel nails and when I got done I had them and paid an extra $20 which I did not have I was not a happy camper would not go back there when is its time to recap them I will go somewhere else they do not listen they do not understand

I went with my girlfriend for the first time getting nails done and it wasnt bad. They have a real nice facility and seems clean. Everybody there was extremely friendly and nice. They got us in and out of there in like no time at all while making sure the experience was good and not rushed. Not sure on pricing compared to others but for two pedicures it was 63 something.

Love this place. I have been going there for over 5 years now. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. Fast services and reasonable prices. Plenty of colors to choose from. They have gel polish, regular polish and powder dips. I adore Ms. Ann and Don. The staff is awesome.

Poor customer service, cheap products! Spent $88 dollars on a gel manicure and pedicure, for the gel to start cracking on 8 of my nails and began to peel on the remaining 2! I called first and Ann (nail tech) pretend as if the phone was breaking up! I went to the shop for rudeness and attitude because I wanted my nails repaired! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to patronize with this shop.

Im coming to this plays for a Years know. Always left with a smile and good customers services! Never wait,sited on time! Everybody get busy day by day but this place always found time to get me happy on time and look Good on the end! Love come after work to relax and have some my time!

The nail tech I had was awesome and understanding what I wanted my finished full set to look like, and when the tips were finished I was really pleased. However the acrylic job he did was very sub par. I got my full set on Sunday, and by Wednesday it looks like I need a balance already. He did not treat my cuticles and was more interested in watching the NFL game playing behind him than doing my nails. The service felt rushed and I feel like I need to go somewhere else to get this set fixed. Only an extra star because they got me in fast and discussed exactly what I wanted done.

I have been here at least 10 times now and have never had a bad experience. I love their customer service and they always do an excellant job!

Ive always had excellent customer service here. The last time I got a pedicure, I also got a manicure. When I was finished with the manicure I went to go over to dry my nails and I bumped my big toe on the desk. The paint got all messed up and the woman who did my nails brought me back over to the pedicure station and redid my whole toe. It was so sweet and I greatly appreciated her fixing my dumb mistake.

I love them ! Everyone who works there seems to have a family vibe. They joke around and definitely have a strong culture which I also appreciate. Its a great and affordable place. Im always happy and I never feel surcharged.

They dont let your feet soak long enough. After the guy polished my toes he didnt even direct me to the table to dry my nails. He walked to the front of the salon to do something else. I sat down and noone even turned the lamp onAfter further inspecting my feet, theyre still rough!!

I went in for a basic manicure with clear polish just to clean up my cuticles and shape my nails. I have never had a professional manicure before and I would hardly call my experience professional. The guy who did my nails was really short with me, and even though I had explained that I had never had manicure before he was very unhelpful.The only thing he said to me was you can pay me now when I say back down after washing my hands, he had not applied a clear base coat at this time so I was pretty confused. I handed him my debit card and tipped him (even though my service was not complete which I feel like is kind of inappropriate in itself). After my payment was accepted he then applied the clear coat and advised me to be careful when he was done and gestured to the LED table. Again, I was super confused and did not really understand if he was done and I should leave or what. I sat at the table with my nails under the light for probably 10 minutes, during which no one checked on me to ask how I was doing. No one even acknowledged I was still there. I had to ask if I could leave because I had not received a have a nice day or anything indicting that my manicure was done. Bare in mind, I have never been to a nail salon so I did not know what to expect but I definitely expected more for something you were paying $15 plus for someone else to do. I could have done everything the technician did at home, I was just really baffled.

Everyone is always SO nice and they always do an amazing job.

I have been to this nail salon about 5 times out of sheer convenience at how close it is to my house. Every time i get my eyebrows done..it is a different price. There is no hanging price list in the salon so whomever is doing your service can charge you whatever they want. There more often then not is a wait. and more often than not they are skipping regulars to the front of the line for a bigger tip. I do not recommend this place.

I was very pleased with my gel full set I recieved on Friday. I had gone to my usual nail salon down the street but they had a long wait. I was able to walk right in to Q Nails and get seated immediately. My whole set only took about an hour which made me very happy. That night was my prom and while talking with my tech he helped me pick a great color to go with my dress. He then added jewels at no cost which made my nails pop even more. The prices were just around the same as my other salon but Q Nails honestly did q better job and was really clean and friendly. I love my nails so much and will definitely be coming back!

Ive been going to Q nails for years. Love it but lately the quilty has gone down. My last 2 visits have been up to the standard I know they can offer.

This is the only place I will get my nails done at. Ive been going since they opened and have grown very found of both Ann and Don. They are the sweetest people and as always do phenomenal work. I feel more like a friend coming to visit rather than a returning customer. I recommend Q NAILS to everyone I know and I will continue to do so through all the compliments I get as a product of their amazing work and service. I love you guys!

I have been to many nail salons and QNails is the best. Very pretty salon and the staff is wonderful. I do Gel Nails and it lasts for there to four weeks. Very pleasant experience. And I love the Aquarium.

I am so happy with my nails and overall experience. Everyone was very nice and my nail technician did a fabulous job. Normally when I get my nails done it hurts very badly but she was gentle and they came out great. Will be coming back next time I want my nails done.

Kim was great and I enjoyed her. However I went back for my nails and they were horrible! And the manager knew the guy was horrible then she upcharged me for removing the old polish on a dip that she did. I have no idea what the conversation was about, but I know Ill never go back

January 19, 2019. I called several days in advance to make appointments for six people, my daughter-in-law (who is pregnant), her mom (who was in town for a baby shower I was giving her daughter), my daughter (newly engaged to be married), her best friend, and another friend. We arrived fifteen minutes early so we could pick out nail colors together, and were forcibly escorted to separate areas of the salon all the while being yelled at to Sit down!. We protested saying we wanted to pick our colors together. One manicurist actually grabbed my daughters arm to drag her to her chair! I asked that we be seated by each other. There were several openings. However, I was seated across the room, not next to anyone in my party. Additionally, two of us had our nails cut way too short. As we were waiting for the last person to pay, the woman running the front area literally opened the door and bade farewell. It was cold and raining outside! So we waited for our last person to pay outside! Very rude and impolite behavior. All in all, a disappointing and embarrassing experience, especially since I was the one who set up the appointments for us. Wont happen again.

This was my first pedicure and it was great. Staff was friendly, accepted me as a walk-in, and answered all my questions. I got to relax in a massage chair throughout the appointment (which might be standard pedicure procedure but, like I said, Im a bean). My feet look and feel better than they have in years and Ill definitely be going back.

This place is best nail place in Columbus! Ive gone here for years, everyone that works here very nice and friendly, do great job, and the prices are reasonable!
