I decided to try it out. I loved the atmosphere and the great customer service. They make you feel like you’re at home. I also had the pleasure of meeting Erin and got to know her. She is a real down to earth sweet heart. I had the citrus pedicure which i loved. That jelly substance that i soaked in felt good to my feet. She took her time and explained everything that she was doing. She wasn’t ruff nor rude. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much Erin!!

THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER GONE TO GET A PEDICURE!! Everyone knows I LOVE getting pedicures done, so I am very picky on who I touch my feet. Erin is THE BEST IN TOWN hands down!! She took her time in educating me for my health of my skin and my toes. She even makes it easy leaving a tip for her, because she always earns it and deserves it! 10/5 stars!

Amazing service by Banisha. She took her time and the atmosphere is always cozy. I love the appointment only to get a more one on one and not fast paced.I’d also say Erin is amazing as well. She painted my toes two weeks ago and they’re still looking amazing and fresh!❤️

Erin is amazing I just love her work she’s been doing my pedicure for over a year. I tried the milk and honey pedicure, which included wax and hot stones. The atmosphere was great listening to gospel music and relaxing. I will most definitely be back but I will try the citrus pedicure. I love being able to book an appointment as well.

From the customer service, to the atmosphere, to the hospitality....everything at The Pedicure Lounge was perfect! Im a girl who doesnt care to have her nails done but I went to the pedicure lounge for the first time & they welcomed me with opened arms so that has now changed. (Posting for my mother, Twanda Tate )Shoutout to Banisha Medlock at The Pedicure Lounge in Columbus, MS!!My hubby and I had our pedicures after a long week of standing and doing the event at Catfish in the Alley on yesterday. I have an issue with skin buildup on my big toes from pressure. My feet were hurting so bad even to touch the big toes. I received instant relief after the removal of the buildup. I had a pedicure done at the first of the month but the buildup has returned quickly. I was in so much pain until Bonisha ( my Dr. Foot) did her thing. I don’t have any pain now. My hubby is feeling relieved from standing also. If you want the foot work, please check out Dr. Foot, Bonisha! You will not be disappointed. Erin does an excellent job also. These ladies are Beasts with your feet!! The facility is beautiful, clean, warming and relaxing. She is so caring and she has a passion for her job. She also does nail too. I have had my feet done by other technicians but Bonisha is the Best!! Thank you, Bonisha (my Dr Foot), I’m pain free today💐💐💐
