Lab tech lacks professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills.

Supposed to close at 3:30pm but when I arrived at 2:25pm they were closed and gone.

Understanding staff for people with fears or fainting spells.Their lunch is 11:30 to 12:30.

They need to get someone there 15 before opening
