Avoid if at all possible. I was delivering a split load with two stops. I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment and called ahead as per instructions from this location. But it took them so many hours to unload me I missed the second appointment and had to sit and wait for over a day waiting for the second stop to work me in, forcing me to cancel the load I had planned afterwards. This location has no respect for you, your job, or your time.

Its great when they are caught up but there d.c in pdx, needs to get a bigger place for the amount of products that are called there isnt enough room for storage. I know it cause I heard it from the warehouse management. Was even offered a position as a driver there.. Even to keep returning.. That is cool..

This place deserves negative 10 stars! Over 4 hours waiting to get in a door now and still nothing, everywhere signs for No Truck Parking this business should really be closed by ODOT and business bureau! Where is DOT inspectors? Why arent they here inspecting and questioning whats taking this receiver so long to unload trucks and who will be paying drivers for their time and parking tickets? Bathrooms maybe? No?

UNBELIEVABLE! Checked in at 10:05pm for a 10pm appointment. They took the paperwork and said they will call me when they have door. Called them back 7am the next day and they apologized about not having a door yet. Now is 2pm - 14h later and they are blaming me for being 5 minutes late... UNBELIEVABLE! Also they will tell you to park and wait on the road that has no parking signs allover

DO NOT PULL UP TO GATE!PARK ON STREET AND WALK TO FRONT OFFICE FIRST! Be prepared—you may have to park pretty far away from the check-in office.I recommend, BEFORE turning onto N Harborgate St, look down the street and see if there is space for you to park; if there isnt you may have to turn the other way on N Harborgate St and park on the other side of the intersection.That said, this place seems to load/unload pretty fast. Backing up to the dock is a little tight, but not really all that bad. Ive definitely seen worse.

Very poor service checked in at 8pm for delivery and got empty next day around 2pm. had to leave for eating somewhere 6 to 8 miles no food around ... expect that kind of service and dont try booking other load if you have delivery... will wasta all of your time

Truckers try to avoid at all cost load to this place, super stressful and time consuming, long history short if u book a load to here make sure at least not be cheaper less than 6$ a mile. To cover your day being wasted in here for unloading.

Park on road before circle. Call in to number outside gate for check in instructions. Showed up 4hrs early, they worked me into a dock 2hrs early. Originally a 5 star review because dock worker said Id be out in 20 mins.I was released over 3.5hrs later after a shift change. Instructions everywhere say remain in your truck, nowhere to contact anyone I finally got a gentleman in the yard who went in and inquired for me then returned to tell me they were almost done before shift change and I should be out right after their 15 minute meeting. That was still an hour before I had my paperwork, despite telling them I had a shipper literally holding employees over just to load me 2hrs after they closed. Very unpleasant experience and I will not be booking a load with this companys name on it again

If I could give this place negative review I would first time coming here and this will be my last time ever 3:30 appointment showed up at 3:15 told to back into door but not break seal almost 6pm and still not even started ill never take a load Here again worst place ever not to mention I have another delivery in the am bye 7am and I still gotta take a break oh well if Im late Ill blame it on this location

I had a 13:30 apt: I get there they say 15:30. I wait along side the road until 16:30 still no dock. Been here since 10:30. I went back inside got my paper work and left.. They did not get there French fries..This place should shut down, also it sucks.

Reviews are true. Tight. Unload times ridiculous. Been here since 9pm. It is now 5:30am. Not one pallet touched.

Seven hours of waiting even with no signs of getting a dock door,this is the worst facility to deliver aload,just keep off from them,you will burn all your drive time hours.

Been here before, great experience until today. Posted phone number does not work. No parking available for check in. Dock worker was very rude expecting everyone knows exactly what he wants. Had to question him, which made him more indignant.

Do not bring load for this company if you have already booked the Lord to pick up Im here since 12:30 my appointment was for 3 and now its 11 p.m still here havent opened the door yet

This trip here went much better than my last time. Even though they were several hours late getting to me because they took care of their own trailers first and someone decided a mandatory staff meeting during appointment time was a good idea. Maybe someday things will get better here.

My load was given to me late so I arrived late, that was a BIG mistake! They made me wait on the street for 22 hours and I had to do everything possible to get inside and dock! DON’T show up late!!!!!!

The young lady in the office was fast and friendly. The people on the dock are another story. I felt like Rodney Dangerfield. No respect. All in all, not bad.

Showed up an hour and half early and they let me in which i thought was awesome backed up to door and waited.. The driver with the appointment before mine showed up we both backed into our doors he is in and out with 20mins.. Ive now been sitting here for two hours havent even been touched.. Avoid if you can you will be waiting.

Wait and wait and wait. They’ll give you a door a couple of hours late, take two pallets off then go load one of their own trucks. Take two more pallets off and do the same thing again...

Quick unloading. Make sure you call before you arrive. Dock assignment is done over the phone.

Same old union run warehouse 3 h to get 8 pallet loaded on.

This used to be a good place when it was gsf. You used to call the number, they would give u a door, u back in they come out get ppwrk and unload you with in 30mins or less. Now that martin Brower took over they make you park which it clearly says no parking on the street, and the bsns around will call the cops on you. Walk in the building now to check in. They give u a door but you wait forever to be unloaded. The new procedure is horrible and a waste of time. What they need to do is Let you call in, get a door, then we can bring ppwrk in. And unloading needs to get back the way it used to be. Ill refuse this load everytime now thats how messed up it is now. And they will only take you an hour early. Which is not horrible but they used to take when they opened first thing. Again there is no parking. You have to park across the intersection, be careful they drive crazy down that street.
