This was my second visit. I came here after leaving my old shop of 15 years😪🤔. So im looking for a new shop. My nail tech was Mr. Long, both times and he did a great job! So far so good! 🤞🏾. The shop was busy both times, but they kept the flow going so the wait wasnt bad. They knew almost everyone by name and that tells me a lot about the service! I will return for a third visit.

This place has been my go to for years. I have had my nails done by all of them. Honestly there work is great. They have great prices, I came in at 6:30pm and they closed at 7 and he still took me even tho he would be there past closing. They do amazing work. I would definitely recommend going here. Im planning on taking my daughter with me next time I go. Ive seen them with other kids and they do a great job making the kids feel special. Check them out. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

Over scrub on pedicure, left sores ask 4 a fill on acrylic nails was charge as a full set with poor quality of nails, half nail shiny half nail dull, wont return

Everyone there is very welcoming, kind and funny! The nail techs are very good. The prices are reasonable unlike some other places. And I enjoy my experience everytime I go.

Refused to paint my nails too time consuming I was told to do it the way I wanted it I have pretty long natural nails so I said fine but I like the colors can we do something with those and was still told no. The ladies here are nice and can do your fake nails just fine but if you want your nails painted even if you want a pedicure and other stuff too dont bother because they wont do your nails.

This is my favorite nail salon!!! Ive been going here since 2014. The owners are fantastic also. They are very reasonably priced & offer the most up-to-date services & colors. I recommend them 110%!!!

Even when my daughter is only 7 they treat her with so much respect giving her her mini nail treatment. The facility is so clean and the technicians are also amazingly friendly. And even guys like me visit and get manicures and they do Amazing jobs.

It was a pretty ok place..Very busy though..But I guess thats because theyre good..I got a deluxe pedicure..The lady was very thorough..And very nice...Everyone really..Was funny and nice...I hadnt had my nails done in quite some time...And was fortunate enough to get my nails done..By the owner who was very quick but good!..I showed him a pic..And he did a pretty good job..My daughters experience wasnt quite as good..Which is why Im only giving 3 stars..lol...Her nails didnt last very long ..Three of em came off..But we found out that the young lady.....Was new.....She was very sweet though...So maybe shell be willing to give it another try..With a different tech for now..Ill most likely go back again..:-)

Got a full set last week...and they started falling off yesterday. And they didnt even hurt when they came off....

I hate complaining to people which was my fault but I gave her a reference image which the woman had no hesitation with, but still messed up. And I could deal with how far down my glossy tips were, if all of them were evenly straight across but they werent. She was very focused on other people that didnt acknowledged any mistakes or try to touch them up. All she wanted to do was fix one of the poor gel application jobs once my sister in law called her out. Funny thing was when she asked what was wrong, her first assumption was the poor job she did on my thumb. Indicating that already knew she let me walk away with mistakes that she didnt care to fix. My sister in law however recieved a nice set of nails from one of the males working there. So if you do go in there just make sure youre willing to talk about the mistakes being made.

My granddaughter, her friends and I have been going here for 5 months. My last visit 3 nails needed repaired the next day . When I went to get repairs done one of the nail techs raised his voice and was very sarcastic in front of the whole shop! I was so humiliated and embarrassed, I will never go back !!!!!!!

Absolutely love Haun and Jenny! I will go to no other nail salon. I have been to a lot of nail salons. I am super satisfied every time I leave here. Haun can do great designs and Jenny os super great at pedicures.

The older guy did a great job on my nails he saw I had some fungus growing on my nails and he had done a great job on cleaning my nails

They are good with prices. There is usually atleast an hour wait though, so if you are in a rush, this is not the place to go too. The lady at the desk to the left of the front door is awesome, her husband is also great too! The hour wait is always worth it!

Just got these done today in the picture. My nails were busted and Long fixed them up beautifully. The staff is super friendly, Ive known the owners for a few years now and they make sure you are happy before you leave.

Asked for the ones on the left, got the ones on the right 70$ later & they cut me, nor is it jel how I asked. Lazy

The Gentleman was very experianced and knowledgable of how to paint nails. I am a single father to a beautiful princess. In order to reward her for passing kindergarten.....we got her nails done. This will be a weekly thing.Also paid to have my gf at the times 💅 done....manni and peddi.... Very 👍. Will reccomend

I went here about a few months ago with my ex mother in law... to get a mani/pedi. The lady who did my toes was rough on my cuticles and now my big toe is bruised up and won’t go away! This is just terrible! I can only wear black on my toes now and I love French 😕

This is an amazing salon. I have never been in another nail salon with more friendly techs. Prices are compatible as any other shop but they cant beat the service here. Been going here for seven years and will continue to go there. Not to mention I was a nail tech for 5 years.

Pretty decent place. Friendly workers but due to covid they are doing things a little differently than they used to. My nails are sorta uneven but it could be worse.

Employees frequently make off color jokes about inappropriate things in front of customers. They do not maintain a professional discourse in a public setting.

Shame on this business establishment. Shame on the owners for allowing their business to be ran, lack of I should say, the way that it is. My sister and I have tried to come to this shop 3 different times. The first time was good, went back for a balance and ended up walking out. We waited for over an hour, no one told us how long the wait would be and there were only 2 nail techs there. Today we arrived 15 mins. Early for an appointment we made yesterday, to only wait for 45 minutes and then walking out. Again, we waited, no wait info. And there were 2 nail techs. With 8 people waiting to get their nails done. On top of that when one of the nail techs was asked about our appointment, she said she didnt know who took the appointment and that we didnt have one. She also had a customer waiting while she was eating. This shop is not professional, there are more people in the break room, than nail techs needed, the customer service is none existant. Neither one of us will be returning, and I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. If they dont have the means to have more nail techs, or the audacity to let customers know wait times, or not even honor appointments they should close shop.

Wasnt practicing social distancing, seating way too close. None of the customers were wearing masks. I was waiting for quite some time and a customer walked in at least 30-40 minutes after I did and was taken right away even though no appointments were being accepted.

Normally i would give 5 stars cause i love this place.. But as of today not sure whom the new lady is but when i say Im beyond disappointed literally crying $40 and it looks like my 11 did my nails my hands hurt from her digging her nails in my hand she over drilled my one nail Im in pain and sad with thin nails that wont last a week😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 only go to han or long (yes i still tipped cause its only right)

Always do a great job

Sat there for 3 hours was supposed to be next but people kept going before me that signed in way after me! Always loved going there but after today NEVER AGAIN!!!! I had my mom sign me in the whole list was crossed out except my name and Hanh even told me I was next but then takes another person, talking about they waited since yesterday! Please such a joke! I been going there for over ten years and never been treated like that!!! And y’all knew you was wrong because Hanh husband said I would be next, but no you don’t deserve my money after that! Such a joke!!! And the people Hanh took before me I was there first they signed in after me and I also requested Hanh, really I think it’s a pick and choose thing! Favoritisms!!!

Very friendly and professional. The woman that sits in the corner is by far the best tech there. The others are good just dont always listen about specifics like the thickness of the nails but much better than most places. Try and not go on weekends they get busy. But are nice and will be honest about wait times

The staff is friendly and funny they do excellent nail art and are very quick so even if there is people ahead of you the wait is not to long. I have never had a nail come off or any problems between balances. The prices are very reasonable and the pedicures are awesome you sit in a massage chair while they do it and its relax time. I highly recommend getting all your nail services done here

This place is great. My nails look amazing every time!

I arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they were still nice enough to make time for my mani/pedi even though there was already a busy salon. My only complaint was the mom that looked like she forgot to bathe before she put on her filthy clothes, brought along her loud, obnoxious teenagers (boys and girls) who had no respect for the Salons property and peace and enjoyment and insisted on letting us know how ignorant they were raised. Mom just giggled along like it was cute.

Great place to relax! The work is fantastic. I have had my nails done for over 18 years. I have not found a salon who can do a better job. No broken nails in over 3 years. Good quality products. The staff is very friendly.

I would go in and sit while my step mom got her nails done and I have been doing this for over a year. It wasnt until I finally got a job and was able to pay for them myself that I went there to get them done. The tech that I went to see for my nails was very nice and he did a wonderful job on them. I tipped him extra because the design he did was absolutly beautiful and the prices were not expensive at all.

Due to a moody nail tech I was going to stop visiting this place because I didnt understand how he went from very nice and friendly, to moody and lost his level of detail, and I always tip! However I had the pleasure of Jenny doing my nails this evening and I love them. She is precise and very detailed just the way I am and the way I like things, she did an awesome job and she can have my business anytime! Thank you Jenny!

If I could give zero I would, horrible customer service and the lady lied and said a service was less than what they charged, then changed it up and said she told me the price in the beginning.. I got charged $60 for a service when she clearly said it would be $12. Take your money else where its definitely not worth the hassle, wont be returning ever again.

They do a decent job, but its definitely the hood. The place next door just had a minivan driven through it to steal an atm. Gives you an idea of what you are dealing with. I have seen them be very rude and kind of ghetto to other customers. I will keep going as long as they arent rude to ME, if they are Im gone.

Ive had my nails done at many nail salons in Columbus and this is by far my favorite. Han is the best, she does amazing nail art and is so funny and friendly. Since my first time coming here, I wont go anywhere else now and have been coming since 2010. By far the best in Columbus!

Ive come out of other nail salons bleeding from every other finger, and gotten a few fungus incidents from other locations not doing acrylics properly. Not a clean salon at all. There’s one nail tech that everyone goes to and the others rush to get you out. You’ll get knicked and your nails will have air bubbles. Terrible color selection. If you want a quick cheap job, this is the salon for you.Update* I went to another salon to get my nails done and the nail tech found that my nails were lifting so bad and advised me to get another set.
