I just found Andrews yesterday and I will not be going anywhere else. I love my haircut. They were so sweet. Made me feel like I had been going there for years and the manicure is great. So personable and professional. Thank you both ❤️.

Andrew has been cutting my hair for the last 15 years. He always does a great job and he is so nice. He is also an amazing colorist. Trendy place in Columbus charge at least twice what he does for a full head of color and I dont think they do as good of a job. Hes the only person I would trust to bleach my very delicate hair.

Fantastic salon and owner! Andrew has reasonable prices and spends the time to do whatever you want done with your hair. His wife Kim does amazing nails and their rates are the best around!

Based on good reviews I took my son here for haircuts. Today was our third time. Since we were regular customer, I trusted him . My son sit quietly and had his hair cut. But when I got home I saw the cuts on his neck. Very unprofessional. Andrew didn’t even mentioned or apologized for what he did.I don’t trust him and will not take my kid there anymore.I would not recommend anyone either.

I have been a customer of Andy (the owner) for the past 8 years and I absolutely love this place. The service has always been friendly and professional. Every time I go, it is more like visiting a friend with whom you can relax and have a friendly chat, and more importantly, you will get a great haircut which makes you smile and look good! I read the very few negative reviews about this place and I just want to say that we are all human beings and as a small business owner by myself I know how hard it is to run it with limited resources you have and sometimes it becomes impossible to keep every customer happy. However, I can assure you that from all the salons I tried in town during the past years, this place is the best you can get and they do care a LOT of their customers.

I was a walk-in on a slow Monday afternoon. My hair was in awful shape! I got a great cut for which I would have paid more than twice the price somewhere else. There really is a difference in the quality of a cut and style performed by someone with experience and expertise. I’ll definitely come back!

I went in for a partial (blonde) highlights and a trim but got so much more! Usually i go to the big name salons but havent been feeling like i get what im paying for so i decided to give this salon a try. I was a little nervous because it started to seem like a mostly nail salon but i still went for it. Upon walking in i was greeted by Andrews wife and was seated in the salon chair immediately. Andy came out and introduced himself and asked me what i wanted. I always ask whoever is styling my hair for a cooler toned bright blonde and almost always leave with golden (but still pretty) highlights. I realize now that its maybe a time issue at the bigger salons because this was the longest hair appointment i have ever had. Which made me kind of nervous tbh. But i do a have A LOT of hair so i trusted his plan. After a head full of foil, great conversation and many many laughs, it was time for shampoo (i thought). He shampooed me and then came back with a bowl of toner. I never get toned and now i see that this may b why i never get the blonde i ask for. He had a vision and time wasnt an issue. He then trimmed and blow dried my hair which is no easy task, but he made me feel like a piece of artwork! He definitely gave me the blonde i was after! I will go to him from now on because not only did he do a fantastic job, he made me feel like a made a new friend. Thank you Andy for putting a girl back in the game ;) and i will see u in 8 weeks! Anyone wondering if you should give this place a try...YES! ~AB~

The owner does a great job of cutting and doing special hair color. He has always been very kind to me and always open to new ideas.His cuts are always great.

I was really excited to get a hair cut at this location especially after seeing all the amazing reviews. So I decided to give them a call and schedule an appointment. I called in the middle of the day and no one answered so I left a message with my return number. I waited a couple days and heard nothing so I decided to Send them a message on their site but sadly once again I never got a response. I’m honestly wondering if they are still in business because it seems so odd. Sadly, since they didn’t feel like returning my calls and message I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Will never go anywhere else. I have tried other salons, this place is by far the best all around. Great nails, very friendly and professional staff, and fair price. Super glad I found this place!

Fantastic! I was going to go to Posh Nails, and they were so rude and snobby over the phone, that I decided to give Andrew M Salon a try instead. Not only did they get me in right away, but it was a fantastic atmosphere. Kim is great to chat with, and did an amazing job on my gel nails. I will be a long term customer, and will be back to have Andrew color my hair! Also, the price was great. Best salon in town!!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE Andrew! Hes an amazing stylist, fun to interact with, and very professional. They do a great job on nails here too, and its a family owned and operated business. I have been faithfully coming here for probably a couple years now, and always look forward to my next cut.

I called this salon to ask about them to remove adhesive hair extensions out of the back of my hair as I can not do it myself and have nobody to help me, the owner of this place gets on the phone with me and I explained that I am willing to pay whatever I need to do bu t I need help getting these out of my hair, he was rude to me and told me to try oil soap and water I then again explained to him that I tried but I am getting them out to have them re dyed and re taped in and I am willing to pay for the removal, he then rudely asked why I can not have someone take them out I said I live alone and literally so not have anyone to help. He started talking more rude to e and I told him never mind I will call else where and take my money elsewhere. It is not a hard task I would think for any salon to do esp when someone is willing to pay the money it takes to do it. I took over half of them out myself I just can not see the back of my own head. I am placing this on my Facebook page for my surrounding friends to see this bad telephone experience. Such a shame. I also have the phone conversation recorded for posting.

He is a good guy with nice attitude. He is very professional and keep genuine interest in his customers. Does exactly what you ask for and do not try to push you for additional services which i like most.

Andy & Kim are so great! I actually walked in here without an appointment and needed to get my hair cut and my nails done...they were able to fit me in for both! Ive been going back to them ever since!

You cant find a better haircut in the Columbus area. Not only that but Andrew charges $15 to give the most precise, meticulous haircut Ive ever had a barber give me. Andrew runs a true mom and pop shop and really puts his all into giving each person the best haircut he can. Ive never had a bad conversation while sitting in his chair or walked out disappointed.Lastly, Ill say that Ive tried many of the more expensive barbers and hair salons in the Columbus area including but not limited to: Roosters, Old Familiar, and Blue Star. Ive paid up to 2-3x the price ($50-$60) for a barber/hairstylist only to have them care half as much and not give me 100% what I asked for. Cant say enough about this place and the pride Andrew puts into his work. Keep it up Andrew!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR OMBRE HAIR.. or maybe even color period!!! I normally would never bash a place like this, but I am seriously so disgusted with the terrible attitude and unprofessionalism I experienced here recently. I have been going to Andrew M. Salon for about 5 months on and off to get my nails done and hair trims.Kim is wonderful, very fun and I loved getting my nails done with her. But now I will never go back to this salon I loved going to because Andrew completely butchered my ombre job and INSISTED it was correct. Well, getting it fixed at Salon Lofts cost $125 ($55 more than he originally charged me!) He was extremely sloppy and too fast paced for such a delicate and time involving coloring technique. I cant tell you how many times the girl at Salon Lofts laughed and shook her head and the patchy, terribly colored streaks and errors ALL OVER MY HEAD. I would seriously be embarrased to put my name on what he did to me. Maybe he is better with men or something. All I know is that he destroyed my hair by having to bleach it all over again to fix the first time he messed it up. Girls, PLEASE dont go here for ombre - he absolutely does not know what he is doing. Thank god I got my money back.You have lost a loyal client. A client who not only told all her friends about how great I thought this salon was, but also all the free advertisment you were getting through the company I work for. Do the world the favor and take some updated coloring classes, because that WAS NOT OMBRE!!!

I went in as a walk in and they have a 2 hour way. Wow! I stepped on some type of cap right when i opened the door. Has 2 dogs running around the shop. Not have professional and or convenient for a saturday.
