Getting my nails done is my favorite form of self care. I get dip polish and reshaping done every 4 weeks. I’ve been coming to this salon for about 3 years and they always do a great job. If a nail breaks or I have an issue between appointments they always get me in and fix it, typically without charge. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. 5% off if you pay cash.

I get Dip nails and I would say is the best place in town. Both Ashley and Michael do fantastic job. I like the atmosphere. The workers are social and very easy to talk to. They will fix anything for you even if you don’t have appointment. I used to go the another nail shop but this is my new favorite place. Thank you 😊

I would 100% recommend. My nails look great, the prices are reasonable and I had a good experience. The salon is also clean and tidy and everyone is personable. If you’re looking for a good place to get your nails done, I would strongly recommend them!

They give 20% discount for good reviews. I’ve had acrylic and dip and gel, and all of them break after one week. And I’m very ginger with my nails. Go to Ree at VV nails in Reynoldsburg. They have better quality and better nail art.

The staff is so helpful and kind!I came in without an appointment after going to another salon and my nails were totally effed up. They reshaped and painted my nails FREE OF CHARGE just because they felt bad for my money being wasted on the other salon. Special thank you to them❤️

Everyone there was very polite and funny my mom and I were laughing and smiling the whole time. I called for two pedicures and a manicure and they fit us in by the time we got there and we were only ten minutes away. Will definitely be back when we visit columbus again

This place does good work but they be talking about you when they switch from English to their native tongue. But if you dont care about that and just want your nails done then go.

The prices are pretty high compared to similar salons in the area, however tthe quality of their work and friendliness of their staff are top notch. I came here for a fill with a terrible set from a different nail salon and Hai helped me so much! He fixed my messed up nails and talked me through the whole process of what he was doing and why! This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everyone there is so professional and they are held accountable for their work. If anything happens to your nails after you get them done (up to a week after I think) they will fix them, and it will be a learning experience for both you and the tech of how to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The owner is absolutely wonderful and he has an amazing attitude. All of the techs there are very talented, but Ashley is the best; I’ve never had my nails look so good!

Ive gotten my nails done at Elite Nails twice now. Both times I got the dip powder manicure, and both times Ive left very happy with my nails. The manicure stayed on my nails for 2-3 weeks, and I couldve left them longer. The only reason I got them done again was because they were grown out and I was ready for a color change. Their staff is super nice and friendly, too! I would definitely recommend Elite Nails to anyone looking for a good nail salon with competitive prices in Columbus. I will be continuing to go here for sure. If you can, bring cash to pay because theyll give you a discount if you can pay with cash instead of a card!!

The service was great and the staff was so nice and friendly. However, very over priced. They charged me adult prices for my 10 yr old daughter. Also, I got dip on my nails which has cracked on almost every nail the first week and all nails cracked with one off in week 2. My eyebrows look amazing and she did a good job here.

I’ve been coming here since March and I’ve really liked the work they’ve done. I regularly get compliments on my nails. Elite has a good color selection, they’re quick and have good prices. Acrylic balance is $25 and dip is $45, something hard to find in Grandview. Elite always has good availability as well, I don’t have issues with getting an appointment right when I want it. Its clean and quiet in here, you can’t beat it! Great quality for a great price ☺️

I moved to Columbus 10 months ago and I have been to a ton of nail salons here, always leaving disappointed. ELITE NAILS IS THE BEST NAIL SALON IN THE COLUMBUS AREA HANDS DOWN! The salon itself was very clean, sanitary, comfy chairs and cutely decorated. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. My nails werent rushed and she made sure my nails looked exactly how I wanted them to, I was actually relaxed while she was doing them! She even pushed my cuticles back before putting on the tips! I got a dip manicure and honestly its the best Ive ever had! My nails are 100% even in length and shape. She even ended the manicure with a mini hand massage and cracked my knuckles. This place is seriously impressive, totally worth the time and money! THANK YOU ELITE!

The technician cut into the sides of my nail beds - and so deeply they hurt. Even a week later they are still sore and numb. I verbalized the pain during the appointment, and the technician didn’t even apologize. I won’t be going back. There are plenty of other places out there.

Each time I visit I am more and more disappointed. A week after receiving a balance with gel polish FIVE, yes five, of my nails were broken or chipped. I’ve been having my nails done for years and have never had this issue with acrylic nails. When I went in to speak to the manager they had in the system that I received a gel manicure and that I was there a week ahead of when I actually was even after providing documentation that I was not even in Ohio on that day. They “fixed” only the broken ones and the 5 that were not fixed broke later that evening or the next day. I decided it wasn’t worth going back there to get them fixed again and took them off. Such a waste of money and time. I was also informed that the nails needed to come off as there were bubbles in them that could grow mold (the original technician told me nothing about this and just painted over them ignoring the bubble). Again, the manager also painted over them and ignored the issue after telling me how harmful it was.

Staff very professional. Salon is clean and they do great quality work. I always get a lot of compliments on how good my nails look.

I visited this place for the first time today. The guy did well on my nails and him and the other ladies were very very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. They are under new management now and newly renovated. When I first called they let me know that the menu that is available on Google photos is not there menu (the yellow one) so their prices are different. I would suggest calling.

They do the best job in the city. Sometimes I go to The W because of the convenience, but I will always prefer Elite. Theyre fast, friendly, and affordable.Edit: unfortunately, the service here has gone downhill. The last time I went, the lady was aggressive with the cuticle pusher, and went too far with the electric file when prepping my nail, and I ended up with a clear indentation on my nail after they started growing out and they were paper thin. Its also more than a little uncomfortable when, at the end of the manicure, the tech grabs my hand to look me in the face to offer waxing or threading services somewhat forcefully.I havent been back here since February.

Terrible. They cut my finger at the very beginning, and didn’t apologize. What is even more ridiculous is that, the worker told me don’t take it to your heart🤷‍♀️Also，they cant do styles. Such a small store charges such a high price with a poor service. Friends, if you want an unforgettable experience and a bad mood, definitely should come.

They do an amazing job with SNS/Dip Powder and I have been looking everywhere to find someone that files/drills the nail after it’s dipped- every where else just dips the powder and barely files it leaving it thick and bumpy. Ashley did an amazing job I will be a regular here!!

I had an awesome experience at Elite Nails.I called in for an appointment for 2 gel manicures for a friend and I and they had an opening at the time that I wanted. Although they did not make a confirmation call the day of, I walked in and they seated us right away and finished in under 45 minutes! The manicure is gorgeous and they really listened to how I wanted it to look. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality gel manicure in a short time and not a ton of money.

My first visit to the salon was for a pedicure and dip manicure. A few days later, my dip started to pop off my nails. When I called to confirm their 7 day guarantee, they asked me to come in that day. Katie was extremely apologetic and suggested a different manicure because my nails were weakened by extended wear. She gave me a completely new service. This is how you build customer loyalty. No one is perfect, so choose a business that has the integrity to make it right. I will go back and I will request Katie.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!I called in early to ask about prices, closing times, and appointments. They close at 7 never mentioned you needed an appointment. Got there at 5:45 and they YELLED at me! Said I never made an appointment and that they dont take any more people! Infront of the entire store. The man kept interrupting me and used a terrible tone. Im a very easy going person and even this got to me! The coworkers were snickering and talking in the background. Where I come from that is very rude and Impolite. Terrible Customer Service!

I frequent LaVie nail and when they were booked on a Saturday I tried Elite Nails. The pedicure was great but my dip manicure has been horrible. In one week, I had a chip on the day after I had it done, 2 more nails have chipped and 1 nail has split. My dip from LaVie always lasts 2-3 weeks and I have never had a nail break. I will not be returning and am frustrated I wasted my money.

While I have never experienced the service at Elite Nails (although Im told I should), I personally know many who have over the last 6+ years. I have purchased MANY gift cards for friends, family and the team at Payex and have never heard a complaint. I recommend you ask for Vone. Shes the owner and the preferred Nail tech among friends. I loved my gel manicure. I felt it was reasonably priced, it didnt take terribly long, came out looking fabulous and the staff was so friendly.

I have thought about posting this review for a few days. I went to Elite Nails for the first time on December 18th around 5pm because it is close to my job and I wanted to try out a new place. I decided to get the dip powder gel since that is what I typically get and Asked for them to be matte as well. The lady who took care of me was very nice but not only was she working with my but she was also helping the lady next to me at well multiple times and had to keep stopping and going with my services. The business got busier the longer I was there. I wasnt completely satisfied with my nails when I left and when I looked at them more I couldn’t get myself to like the length she cut them down to (I was not offered a length they were just cut), I didn’t like the shape, some of them weren’t painted fully on the side side. I called and scheduled to have them redone but couldn’t have them done due to a work conflict so I was just going to wait till it was time agin to get them done on a few weeks...by Christmas a few days later my top coat was starting to peel around the top tip area of my nails. I called on 12/26 and was able to get an appointment for 11:30am. I went in and had the same person and she was still very nice. I ended up liking the new shape a little better and was able to get matte this time (last time she did glossy even after I asked for matte). By the next day 7 of my nails starting peeling again. I called and spoke with the lady that did my nails and she blamed it on the matte but they did the same when they were glossy. I asked if I could come in after work at 4:45pm and have hen fixed and asked if we could start hem over and just do polish this time instead of the powder because they keep peeling. I was told that I would have to pay for soak off and for the gel polish. I had already paid $58 dollars the first time I was there and now I was told I would have to pay $27 for the gel polish and I forget the amount to soak off. I was soo frustrated because something is clearly wrong with the product of way it is being applied and now I had to not only pay more. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told the manager was not there and I was also told that when I was there in 12/6. I was soo irritated that I did not go in after work and just went home to my kids. I feel like at this point they should have reimbursed me so that I could get them fixed elsewhere closer to home where I have been before.

The employees are unwelcoming and rude. I called about an hour before they closed and asked the price of a removal and their closing time, which was 7PM. I drove 30 minutes only to walk in to employees who seemed irritated and that did not want to do their job, since there was about 3 or 4 just sitting around doing absolutely nothing. A nail technician currently doing another customers nails even mumbled under her breath Im not doing that when another nail technician asked what service I needed done. I was completely shocked at how rude she was and why such unprofessionalism was allowed in front of customers. I was told were pretty much done for the night even though it was not 7PM and their open sign was still on. What is the point in having a closing time if they do not accept customers while they are still open? I wasted time and money driving there only to be refused service. I will never visit this salon again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I went to the Elite nail salon and they cut my finger open while filing my nail . so I asked them for a discount and I asked the manager could she take five dollars off and she got an attitude and told me “no Only two dollar “ horrible customer service !!! I have an infection now from the cut on my finger ! They’re very rude I would not recommend this place to anyone.
