I went there my first time the receptionist greeted me and got me right in, and then a man did the best set of oval Acrylic nails I’ve ever had in life 💜he was super nice, asked me exactly what I wanted checked his work through the whole process, I definitely will be going back, I’m so happy with my nails 😁

Cute little place. Mani-pedi 35 dollars which is decent. Polish could of been better, but hey you get what you pay for. Overall okay customer service. Just didnt like the fact the man said pay me now. Rude and unprofessional. Should of said it in a different manner. I get pay before you get polish and dry, but still. But in all okay experience. Would I recommend. About 6/10 chance.

Great manicures and pedicures. Sit in a massage chairs while getting your pedicure. Prices are good and employees ROCK! I have been going to Sara for over 10 years and love her. Sammie the owner is always updating the shop and making it beautiful! I would highly recommend.

I live across town but my sister introduced me to it and I do like it very well I get my feet done pedicure My Hand by my feet. My hands done I recently just had polish and then I had it in a different way and Im very pleased with it and Im pleased with my feet getting. Theyre all my eyebrows I forgot to get my eyebrows done too so its pretty good and hes pretty good

I really like this nail/toe place better than I have found outside of California! It’s clean, comfortable and friendly. They are Asian but speak English instead of another language and make you wonder if they are talking about you! They have probably several hundred colors of polish and keep them in order of color so it’s easy to find the one you want. They do a base, two color then top coats and they are quick and prices are right‼️ thank you

The staff here is super friendly. My husband even goes with me for pedicures. I had to force him the first time because he felt like it was only for women however they made him so comfortable he is generally the one asking me to go back.

Great place

Went to a different nail place before and the nails kept popping off. The tech told me it was my nails. Went here and the tech went through all the steps and my nails have stayed on super well. My nails look great, too. The guy that did my nails was extremely nice and the lady that did my friends nails did amazing as well! Cant beat the price either.

Super nice people and great prices, but my polish was all chipped three days later. I know, that’s what I get for not going with gel, but my regular, cheap nail polish at home lasts longer than that. So I was a little disappointed. If you go here, get gel!

The man i spoke to via phone was very pleasant, this lead me to their facility.Unfortunately awful service, the manicurist i had acted as though she was doing me a favor by doing my nails (she seem to have forgotten I paid for service). She was very impatient, curt and made me uncomfortable. She had such a sour mood which in turn made me reluctant to instruct her on what I wanted done. Both my acrylic nails and feet nail polish was done messy. I do not recommend.

I will never go back to this place again. My nails looked horrible, i had to ask the nail technician to borrow her nail file so that i could file my own nails after she did. My design was nice....or maybe that was only because i got french tips. The place is quiet and clean which is a plus.

Great prices but the last 2 times I went my acrylics were on my cuticle ripping them off, and the lady didnt even polish them all over on the sides. My friend who also got acrylics left the salon with bubbly nail polish because it was too thick. You get what you pay for.

The girl who did my nails was nice I felt the nails were a little too thick just a little the other thing that bothered me is that she didnt push back the cuticles which where Im from in Florida they do so the other thing was they dont put a design on gel nails only on regular which was disappointing but other than that good place to go

Amazing work! I have super sensitive nails but the are really genital. They take a long time but its fine with care. I also work with my hands alot and I have yet to damage any of my nails

Have you ever had a pedi take15 minutes? I havent either, until today. My daughter could have done it better. It was hardly more than painting my nails. Very disappointed.

I get acrylics every two weeks. My acrylics from illusion nails were breaking and looked terrible within the first week. Upon going to a different nail salon at two weeks and soaking the broken ones left off, I pulled my hands out of the acetone and the acrylic was dripping down long in a goo, instead of flaking off like regular acrylic. I was informed by one of the nail technicians at the new place that illusion nails had used illegal acrylic on my fingers! Acrylic that was banned due to its poor quality and unknown side effects. I can surely say I will not be returning here.

I am still trying to get the nails off 2 months later. I went here and 2 days later my nails started breaking off one by one. They did not want to fix them so I ended up getting a fill at the mall. My real nails are rotting. Do not go here. My nails are turning brown because of this place!!!!

I have been going to Sami at Illusion nails for years. She is the most meticulous nail technician I always get great service and terrific results on my solar nails, and people compliment me all the time. She also does amazing nail art and painted beautiful fireworks on my toes for the 4th of July.The entire staff is friendly and courteous, and Sonny gives great foot and leg massages with my pedicure. I always walk out feeling happy and satisfied. I highly recommend Illusion nails

I use to go here every two weeks . But I had called to make a appointment after having one of the worst weeks ever. I arrive a few minutes before my appointment they act like they had no clue of what was going on nobody greeted or told me they were running behind. All I got was the nail tech I go to every two weeks mumbling a rude comment under her breath then sat two more people at her station. So I Left And Went To Q NAILS in Graceland which was busy as well but greeted me Ill never spend a dime with them again

They have a super open schedule. I came in at 6:59/7. Told me they were closed but I had called early and quoted him saying I could walk in any time before 7. Explained in detail which top coats for gel would show through and gave me suggestions. The problem is when he applied the gel, there were huge gaps. It looked like I had gotten them done a week ago. He explained he couldnt go all the way to the cuticle or it would look messy. Have never heard that any other salon... he demonstrated by randomly painting onto my finger about ten minutes into the process. He goes, See? I was kinda like um, what the hell... I had a million questions, and he acted slightly irritated. I even acknowledged how annoying I was, and he ignored me. It comes with the territory that some customers are exhausting or not meant to be your best friend. He made me feel uncomfortable. I can be overly sensitive sometimes though. Also, he wanted so much more for a manicure, so my nails ended up looking sloppy bc I couldnt afford it. I paid 24.99 for the set. After tax, I tipped him $5, which is 20%. Thats standard, I thought, and necessary, even though I was extremely disappointed in the results. Im also poor, and probably should have bought eggs and laundry detergent instead of wasting my $ on a half-ass job. He did not thank me for the tip, but instead asked me in an abrasive tone, what the total said, implying my handwriting was a wreck (which it is). He didnt punch me in the face or tell me I was ugly, he was just rude and short. I will go back to city nails across from centennial next time where they do a much superior job and treat you like a human. I am aware that if you are willing to spend your money on a complete set includin, manicure, solar/acrylic, AND a gel top coat, the results are supposed to be more promising. I dont have that kind of money, or find the entire process necessary. Im giving 2 stars instead of one because he wasnt outright mean, and responded as best he could to 90% of my questions. I also keep in mind that if someone had had a bad day, it can affect their performance or personality. The quality was of an amateur, and damaged much easier. I just will not return, which is too bad bc the location is much closer.
