Had the Opi Green Tea Pedicure done by Tracy. She took her time and I didn’t want my pedicure treatment to be done. Thank you for my pretty toe nails & the very much needed massage.

Ive been here twice. I got dip nails both times. The first time a nail broke off after 2 days - I didnt think much of it. The second time I went, a nail broke off the very next day. Also, my price was higher the second time, though, I had the same exact services done as before. The people that helped me were extremely nice, however, I felt I overpaid considering the quality of the nails. Very disappointed.

Got us in quick on a busy Saturday. Most salons nearby were fully booked...I think I know why now. We were seated quickly, the massage felt awesome with the standard pedicure but the results were disappointing. My nails weren’t shaped or filed and I had to ask my nail artist to get a spot they completely missed painting. The surrounding skin didn’t get cleaned off too well. Definitely could have had a bit more attention to the cuticles too. Lastly, my massage chair was stuck in a leaned backwards position so I had to use my jacket to prop up....Check out the pics for your assessment of the place and result... (please note dirty coffee lid from previous customer 🤷‍♀️) I hoped for more being pregnant and desperate for some pampering. Especially because I don’t go to salons too often. Just not worth the $40.

They were super nice and got me in for a balance on super short notice on a Thursday a little on the expensive side but very worth it

I’m big on a little pampering every now and then, so I’m a frequent flyer to new and fun nail salons. Recently moved into the area. Got a regular mani & pedi. My main issue was my tech specifically, who I still have yet to know her name after asking a few times. I did bleed and let her know she had hurt me a couple times during my pedi. I know regular polish doesn’t typically last that long... but a top coat applied correctly could’ve prevented me from only getting 2 days of polished finger nails. It’s a small establishment, things are tight and tech stations are small. I was concerned about airborne particles since techs that were using power tools had no system of mitigating this issue. It was a fast, but just ok experience. Need to look around more for a great Columbus location.

They were very nice and accommodating! Booked an appt over the phone really easily. When I came in for the appt, I was taken care of quickly and my nails turned out beautifully! Thank you for your care!

Lil out of my price range but good work

If i could give no stars i would, my nails dod not turn out the way i wanted them at all.. They didnt know how to do any design but they charged me for it. I will not be going back

Loved the decor. Music was spot on! Nails look fabulous! Only issue, the techs were talking in a language I didnt underatand. Sorta rude, in my opinion. Next time Ill bring a friend to talk to.

Ive been going to La Vie for around 8 years. Over the last year or 2, theyve gotten more and more busy, great for them, bad for me. Even though I call and schedule an appointment, I get put behind the walk - ins. I certainly do not want to discredit any of the nail technicians, they all do an excellent job. The problem is the owner/manager. She has a bad habit of over booking and being more concerned with quantity over quality. I would think she would want to keep her repeat customers happy. After 8 years and being put on the back burner multiple times, I will not be returning. So disappointed. I was forced to walk out today with unfinished nails after being started on and waiting for an hour. Learn to schedule properly La Vie!

This has to be the worst and most inconsiderate place I’ve ever been. I always schedule my appointments in advance and they are always running behind. I stopped going to La Vie because of that and just recently decided to give them another chance. It’s one hour past my nail appointment (My appointment was at 5:30pm and it’s now 6:36pm) and I’m still waiting. Oh, and I am not the only one. There were three other women waiting as well that were also booked at 5:30om. It doesn’t seem like they keep track of who they schedule and overbook people on purpose. Very inconsiderate of your time. Now I’m leaving without getting my nails done and very unhappy. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

This salon is amazing. It’s very relaxed prompt great prices and Elle was awesome. She did an amazing job and definitely will be back soon. Got me and my daughter in quickly and was very impressed with the service. Tried the dipping powder they look amazing. Wonderful salon great staff and prices are reasonable. Thanks

My daughter and I enjoyed our service. It was fast even though they were packed which was surprising. My nails were exactly how I wanted them. We will definitely be be returning, when you find something good you stick with it. They are booked and busy for a reason!

I went to La Vie for the first time last night and had the BEST experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. My nail tech was a perfectionist with my gel manicure, taking her time and making sure it was flawless. They also took care of me immediately after showing up 10 minutes early for my appointment and had me out the door in 50 minutes. I cant wait to go back!

I had a 10am appointment on a Sunday morning. I enjoyed a nice cup of complimentary tea while I received my nail service. The staff here are very honest & knowledgeable. And did my gel manicure just the way I wanted it. The atmosphere along with service is amazing at such a reasonable price! A super success - GO! GO HERE AND NOWHERE ELSE!

I showed up as a walk in and got helped right away. I got the dip gel and love it so much. They did a very nice job and the woman really seemed to take her time making sure it was perfect regardless of having a couple of new customers walk in the door.

This salon lacks professional, appropriate Customer Service....I m here from out of town, was here for The Premiere Columbus Beauty show. I was in desperate need of a fill... so even though I am not from here..I was trying my best to get my nails repaired..so I was willing to try La Vie.. but as soon as I walked in the ... Apparently I was INVISIBLE because NO ONE acknowledged my other stylist or myself ! THE ONLY person who helped us was the other client waitingto her HER nails done .... NOT a Good Look!!!

Love this nail salon! Very clean and very efficient with time. They honor appointments unlike some salons where you make an appointment but are treated like a walk-in. The pedicure chairs are divine!!! So comfortable. My nails also last for 3 weeks every time. And they always look good!!! A very large selection of colors too. Literally hundreds of colors from which to choose. This salon is very conveniently located with lots of parking. I love La Vie and so will you!

This is my second time here at La Vie Nail Spa. The employees are polite and dont do a lot of gossiping among themselves. Very clean, very comfortable chairs. I literally could not be more happy with my nails! They can do the coolest stuff with your nails too.

This place is amazing and they do such a good job. The staff is quick to answer the phone to take appointments and they also put a lot of work and effort into your nails. I come here to get gel manicures and sometimes gel acrylic and each time they have done an outstanding job.

I started going to La Vie about 6 weeks ago. Very pleased with the services I have received. This will definitely be my new permanent salon here. I get the dip nails and gel toes, and they last so much longer than any other salon I have been to. Every tech here has done a great job for me. Would absolutely recommend!

Had an absolutely amazing experience here! My toes and fingernails were cleaned beautifully. The music is relaxing and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this spa to anyone that is looking for natural nail care :).

Have finally found what I needed to at this nail shop. They were such a quick and precise. They lasted up a long time for 2. 5 weeks. SO AMAZING!

The staff is nice, however the last couple of times Ive gone for service they tell me its a 2 plus hour wait! I dont always have time for an appointment. As nice as they are, I wont be going back.

I had the most beautiful dip manicure ombré, exactly what I asked for. I showed her which two colors I was stuck between and she helped me timely! Their customer service is impeccable. Ill be back and hope I get the same service!

Ive been there once for a pedicure and plan to return. Very comfortable and the service was great. Vickie was wonderful and I left feeling pampered :) Very relaxing and my feet felt brand new! Made an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes after I signed in. The whole staff was very friendly.

Just went to La Vie for the 2nd time and was not disappointed. My first time there, I was coming home from a roadtrip and had my dogs with me, running late for a wedding and they did an amazing job while also letting my bring my dogs (tiny little lap dogs, but still!) Into the salon with me. This time around, I had gotten a gel mani in a different salon 2 days prior and within 24 hours they were already starting to shrink and peel away from my nails. I came in, they redid my nails and now my nails look better than they ever have and I paid less than half of what I did for the original manicure! Do yourself a favor and stop by La Vie if you want great customer service, fun music, and an awesome manicure/pedicure!

Panda is my go to every time I’m in town! She does amazing and makes sure you like what you get. She thanks me for telling her if I don’t like something and is great to talk to. Ask for her!!

I enjoyed the services Ive received, but they do not respect appointments at all. It was quite disappointing, as they were not even apologetic about the extended wait and their inability to service me in a timely fashion. I am very particular about my nails and appreciate my nail tech. I have not decided if I will return, but if I do it will be their last opportunity to solidify me as customer.

This place does fantastic nails. They are so good that they are always busy and turn away business which I think is better than getting bad reviews by people complaining about waiting along time to be serviced. You dont go to your hair salon without an appointment if your stylist is good so dont walk in here make an appointment, you wont be disappointed. Its worth it!!!!

Very convenient to work but I will only give them one more chance. I get the powder nails and 6 of my nails have creases or dents they couldnt buff out for some reason. After 3 attempts and almost 2 hours, they still arent fixed. No apology and no discount was offered. Im going to try to not look at my nails and forget about it.

Came in with my mom and a friend. My nails are very mediocre. The lady doing my nails was very nice but the nails are not great. Some of the tips of my acrylics are slanted and my matt nail polish is streaky. The nails are also very blobby and lumpy.I noticed while sitting there that they were not polite to one nail technician in particular, I believe her name was El, who most of people who had appointments were asking for. The main technician told my mother that she would need to wait two hours before the nails being completely dry, as she had not cured them like my tech did. My mother had been sitting with me and my friend while we got pedicures, for about an hour, and could still barely touch her nails without peeing them up. Very unprofessional and very expensive for mediocre quality.I came in again and got my nails done once again just to give them one more chance and she gave me streaky chunky nails.

La Vie is hands down the BEST nail salon in Columbus!!! I will only go there for both my nails & pedi’s, I recommend them to everyone I get compliments from, NO WHERE ELSE COMPARES!

Went there twice. First time was fine but nails were mediocre and price was $5 more than most places. Went there on a Saturday right when they opened. My friend and I were sat immediately. Then they made me get up and wait because some one with an appointment came in and they forgot. So I sat with my friend getting a pedi, no problem I thought. Well my friend gets her entire pedi done, multiple people who came in after me get sat before me. Finally my friend said something. No apologizes, just tried to make up excuses. I don’t get anything complicated that a normal nail technician couldn’t do. I left with 0 apologies or any type of attempt to right the extremely poor customer service

I get Lee when I go and she is hands down the best! I am so satisfied!! I cant wait to go back!

Ive been here approximately once every 1-2 months for the better part of a year. I called this afternoon and made an appointment (I always make an appointment). The conversation went exactly like thisMe: Id like to make an appointment for a pedicure for this evening.Them: What time you like to come in?Me: 4:30Them Okay. Your name?Me: ChristinaThem: Christina. Okay Ill see you at 4:30When I got there, I signed in and then I mentioned that I had an appointment and asked how long before I would be seen (The place was packed, and had a few people waiting). They said 30 minutes, upon which I asked what was the point of me making an appointment. They then acted all clueless about my appointment, and when I showed them the call log on my phone, the owner (who I apparently spoke with to make the appt.) said, I didnt make an appointment. That I called to make an appointment, asked the price and then said, no thank you. She then walks off. Such a bold faced lie! Why would I ask the price for a place I go to fairly regularly?I left and let them know that while that was not my first time there, it would certainly be my last.I have gladly made an appointment at Riverland Nail Spa, and will spend my money there from now on. What a joke!

2nd Time coming to shop. First time ask to have my nails done a certain way(got photo off their website)but no one could it. Leaving La Vie now after being asked to wait, 20 mins later asked to come back because theres appointments coming in, remind you I left work early to get nails done and coming from Bexley. Wont return.

HORRIBLE! A few weeks ago, I went to get dip nails and a basic pedi. They overcharged me, but I wrote it off as a mistake. Note: prices are not listed on a website or anywhere posted in the salon. This evening I arrived at 6:25 (without an appointment) to have the dip polish changed. I was told 40 minutes, so I decided to run out and get a drink and come back after choosing a color. The lady then said they could start me right away. I was sat at a station for over 20 minutes until someone came over and soaked the nails. I sat soaking them for so long (probably 50 minutes) my skin started to hurt. I kept looking around like “anyone?” I finally took off the foils and rinsed my burning fingers. Someone finally came and started filing, but roughly and then walked away again. 20 minutes later, another tech noticed me shifting in my seated and called someone over. At that point I asked her to please just finish removing them and forget the polish or manicure.In summary: walked in at 6:25, walked out at 7:50 and nothing would have even been started if I hadn’t caught someone’s attention. Oh, and they still charged me for the craptastic removal. They could have just told me they were full and I would have come back another time. Instead, I’m never going back. There’s plenty of nail salons in town. Choose one of them.

Every staff member was quote friendly. And the environment very comfortable. Peter was my go to guy and did a top knotch job every single time. You much visit and i can say with all certainty you will go nowhere else.

I had a horrible experience. I would not recommend this nail shop at all. Their customer service is terrible as well. I asked for one service and received something completely different. Paid twice as much and was dissatisfied. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that I picked the wrong service and it was my fault. The nail tech also was either on her phone the entire time or speaking with other employees rather than focusing on what she was doing. Don’t waste your time or money going here!!!!!!!!!

I have been going here for a couple of years, and have had more good experiences than bad. Nancy was always the best!Unfortunately today was a failure. I had made an appointment ahead of time, informing them that we were on a fairly tight timeline (isnt that why you make an appt, when you dont have time to wait??), and had discussed with them the struggles I had encountered with service my last couple of visits. Went in today with my daughter for my appt and they werent ready for us. 15 minutes after our appt they set us up to soak our feet, 15 minutes later they still didnt have anybody freed up to take care of us. We ended up drying off our feet and explaining that we would have to leave. They tried to get us to stay, but couldnt provide anybody to actually work with us. We are so disappointed, as we were looking forward to the Mother/Daughter time and having pretty toes!!!Sadly, this will be our last visit there, too many issues to continue. :(

I am highly irritated with this place I made an appointment with Andy at 6pm for today 11/29/18. I got off work from Easton and drove straight here and he was not here. I wasnt notified or called VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The nail techs was looking at me like they didnt understand English and was confused. If you are a sista stay way from this place they cater to people the same skin tone as them!!!!!!! PERIODT.... Hardly ever any people of color Im never going back....

Ive been coming to La Vie for years and Im always impressed with their care. Although they are always busy, that speaks to the service. Make an appointment and they will make sure youre seen.

Excellent service! I made a reservation for pedi and had no wait and excellent massage and color experience.

Been coming here for years and think they do a great job. HOWEVER ... I keep getting turned away because they are on a 40+ min wait. Im told this after waiting 10-20 min each time. Theyve suggested I should come back later or make an appointment. Either way, I still end up waiting ~40 min or getting turned away again (even with an appointment). Im not sure if Im more disappointed with their lack of time management/staffing or in their disinterest in loosing a long time customer with such little regard.

They do a decent job at the manicures but they charge top dollar.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I called ahead to swing in for dip nails. While they did get me in within a few minutes, my nails look awful! The dip is so thick, the tips are uneven and my nail beds are humped up over my finger. As these grow they will look absolutely awful. I asked for the technician to buff/drill the nails more and I did not want clear polish on top. He continued painting the clear coat on top even though I requested he stop twice. The technician next to him asked if I wanted them thinner and I asked how do I just get them off?! They look horrible. He took my card, didn’t even tell me the cost and charged my card. I had to leave so I called the manager from my car and asked how I can remove the masses of material on my nails and she said soak them off, or wait a few days and get used to them - but they wouldn’t refund as “the receipt says no refund.” I live 100 miles away and cannot make it back for them to attempt to fix my nails, nor do I want to. I’ll have to pay another salon to fix the mess that is my nails now. I expressed to the manager that now I’ll have to go somewhere else and pay to have them fixed or removed and her response was “okay.” I would not recommend this place. Ever.

I scheduled appointments so my friend and I could get pedicures together. When we arrived the waiting area was full of people as were most of the stations. I told one of the staff I had an appointment, and sat down. We waited for 15 minutes before approaching the same staff member, to remind her of our appointment. She motioned to 2 pedicure stations that were sitting with water in their bowls, and then sat down to continue the manicure she had just started. There was not enough staff to cover everyone seeking service, despite our arriving on time for an appoontment.The temperature was uncomfortable, there were toenail clipping on the floor near our pedicure station from previous clients, and because we had no idea how long we would be waiting, we took our business elsewhere.

It was my first time and I would go back. This place is cute and clean! We had a group of 6 getting manis & pedis so I called ahead two days and made an appt on a Saturday. They were able to accommodate all of us on time and got us out within a reasonable time. The techs worked quickly but made sure quality was first. It may be one of the best pedi/manis Ive received! Very professional. Everybody was pleased with the quality and service we received at Le Vie Nail Spa.

If I could give less stars I would.I went to this salon because my normal was closed, and decided to go with a gel mani for the first time. After a couple of days the polish began to lift on the edges, causing it to catch on litetally everything and slowly chip and peel away. This was my first gel manicure so I didnt realize how wrong this was. Over the next week or two I noticed that, as the polish had chipped off from catching on everything because of the lifting, it had also taken away layers of my nail with it, which inevitably caused MANY of my nails to break. From normal activity one nail even broke half way down right at the weak area where it was still connected and caused my nail to bleed and bruise, suspending a lot of my activity with my hand for a whole additional week. I will NEVER return to this salon and I would not recommend it to anyone. You would think that after she took an hour and a half to do the manicure that it would have been done correctly... but instead caused what could almost be described as a medical issue.

I would give it a zero star if I could. They usually overbook my appointments and I have to wait over and hour after I get, even if I have an appointment set up. Last time I visited I had to leave without getting my nails done because I couldn’t wait anymore. So disappointing.

The lady that did my nails was very uncomfortable doing my nails and her behavior made me feel uncomfortable being there at all. She kept looking up from my nails to talk to other customers and everyone coming inside. I got nikked once because of it! I will never be coming back here again
