Ambiance was very relaxing and m6 nail tech did a wonderful job! Price was fantastic for 2 repairs, shorten and a balance. Will definitely return!

This is one of the worst nail shops I had every been at in my 30years. I was looking for a different shop to go to so I try them. I wasnt going to get the gel polish but they talk me into it because they said it would last longer and it didnt it started to chip the first week and also one of my nails just fell off as if it was one of those glued on nails that you buy at the store. He was suppose to fix it and something came up with a family emergency my dad passing away ....when I ask if I can just come next week and just get the balance and he fix that one nail for free then he said no its not his problem and I would have to pay to get that one nail repair becauseI could not come today. Ladies please dont waste your money on this nail shop they charge you too much and do a awful job and it looks dirty in there. This will be my first and last time every going to them.

I LOVE this place I have never been disappointed and they fit me in last minute when I wasn’t expecting them to. I have been coming here on and off for the past 3-4 years and this is the only place I’m ever satisfied with!!!! They are so worth it you won’t regret it!

1 of the male nail tech that performed my gel manicure was asking his coworker for Instruction majority of my service. I did not think too much of it during the service because I was getting a simple gel polish.Once my nails were done, I realized 2 different shades of the color I selected were used. My right hand and my left hand had 2 different shades of polish. I mentioned that to the nail tech and it led to unprofessional discussion. I was told to come back the next day so they can fix it. I needed fix and done correctly the same day.

I have been going here for the past year and a half and they have been amazing every time.. I will never go anywhere else! Super kind, never in a hurry, and do a great job. Recommend to everyone!!!

Went there the first time today got a full set / nice subtle gel design, the guy did a great job. I live nearby, decided 2 hours after I left, to go back and get pedicure done. The woman did it this time . She was great too! They each took their time and were nice and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We came to this establishment from a different state and the nail technician messed up on my friends Cat eye gel manicure MANY TIMES. My friend was patient and didn’t give any issues. Once she was done we realized the colors were completely different. The owner would not give a refund for the mistake his nail technician made. He finally settled to refund $10 out of a $74 bill... horrible customer service and I would not recommend how the owner handled this situation.

So happy we found this place! The owners are the sweetest people. I tried several other places around town before finding them and the search is over. This is my go to for sure! You are not a strange from the first moment you walk in. They absolutely appreciate their clients as evident with their warm welcome back after the Covid-19 restrictions lifted.

Star nails was so clean and comfortable and the people were so nice! They even stayed open over an hour late for us!

Called them cuz I had a broken nail and my regular place couldn’t squeeze me in so I asked if they had someone available now, he said yes and yes asked when I’d be in (I told him 15). The man on the phone said I could come in right away. I waited a lil over 20 minutes and I had to go to work so I even told him I was running late with time and asked if it was possible. He said sure. I went in yesterday, got gel thats already chipping, the polish was dried with smudges and he missed a side of my nail. The nail that he “fixed” he didn’t even bring the fill to the tip or even try and even it out. He just threw a glob of the powder and called it fixed. I was going to go in today to have them entirely soak off my nails but they aren’t even open! Needless to say, severely not impressed.

Poor quality and the prices are too high. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more if the quality was great. I paid $107 for 2 pedicures and $50 for a full set of nails that looked horrible. My daughter got a full set of nails that looked like press on nails smh.

I live an hour away and have plenty of nail shops in my area but I choose to drive in every other week for my nail fix. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails! Crystal is fast and efficient and can literally do ANYTHING you want. Plus, she’s the sweetest. My favs for sure!

I had a flight to Vegas later in the afternoon and decided around 11am I would treat myself to a full set before heading to the airport around 3pm. the gentleman who did my nails was the rudest person I have EVER come in contact with at a salon-When I tried to explain to him that I would like a bit of bling on my 2 ring fingers he became very irritated with me and said-what do you want bling or glitter? and I said whatever is easiest for you(even though there was only one lady in the salon-who was not very happy with his attitude either) He said tell me now what you want and I said glitter is fine-he then begin to file the shape of my nails and he was hurting me and I said ouch and he filed harder...I bit my lip and let him finish the job because with my schedule Ihad to finish so I could pick up my luggage pay a few bills and catch my flight...however I left and I will NEVER return--worst nail experience in my life and I am 50....

Went to get my nails done the guy refused to listen to what I wanted! I had to arrange the rhinestones myself and he argued with me the whole time! He made my gel polish so thick and goopy. Very bad experience!

I am so disappointed in this salon. I went there on Sunday jan.7,2018 to get a full set and it took 3 people to do my nails. They first had wait 20 minutes after they started so they could do another persons nails. Then the second person drilled my nails so hard, they stung when she put a liquid product over my nail and placed it near a space heater that was too hot. The third person was supposed to paint my nails, but she did a horrible job, the paint was not even and it was lumpy. I finally couldnt believe i had paid for this and asked her to remove the paint and just file the nail down. So they passed me off to the first nail tech who then filed my nails down and shaped them the way they should have been shaped. There is a dent in one of my nails. Another has already cracked off today.I honestly cant believe this. Ive only been there for gel on my natural nails before so I figured Id go back for a full set and never again. I spent $43 and a total of 2 and a half hours and my nails not even a week later are falling apart.

We just left. WORST manicure Ive ever had. Just look at the photo. It was the first time I was in PAIN throughout the process. Botched cuticles, scuffed/scratched up nails, hangnails a plenty, and I was even bleeding from my pinkie cuticle and you can see where it has started to scab. The guy they had working on nails had no business being there. He spent part of the time looking around the room instead of paying attention to what he was doing. I should have spoken up, but I didnt want to cause a scene in a room with other customers. So instead, even though my fiancee and I were scheduled to have pedicures afterwards, we got the heck out of there. The gentlemen in charge was very apologetic and offered to fix them even though I was in pain, but once bitten twice shy. We will avoid this place at all costs.

I went here for my first time a few days before thanksgiving in 2017. I wanted to get a full set French manicure & pedicure. I asked the prices on the gel mani. So I decided to just go with the French manicure & pedicure which should had ONLY costed me about 35.00 to 40.00 bucks I checked their website from Google and showed the girl. So long story short I went to go pay, she said 83.00 dollars I looked at her in disbelief an shock I ask her what did I get that would bump the price up 40.00!???!! She said you got French manicure which was true and I asked her what type of toes did I get? She said you got gel full set for pedicure I was so pissed and embarrassed I gave her $80 and walked out I will never ever ever ever go back to this place ever again in life Im not upset of how much it cost Im upset because I did not ask for that you gave me something I never asked for and I specifically told you what I wanted. You did not try to fix my issue for me all you did was ask for money from me this is wanna be professional establishment should be ashamed and embarrassed of their selves and they lost me as a customer who would have given them plenty of business. As Im a business owner myself. I pride myself in making sure my clients are happy and taken good care of period. They did the complete (OPPOSITE) the sad part about this all is even though when I was getting them done the pain level was extremely excruciating. Pointer for you guys for next time is start asking your clients if it hurts them because it shouldnt hurt getting your nails done ever.

Not a bad place. Was not busy and my appointment was honored on time.Service was fast and friendly. I dont usually get pedicures, so I am not sure how the price held up, so you may want to check on that first.

Used to have my pedicure done when the original owner was there. Last time when I visited Star Nail, the nail tech made fun of my toe nails and when I left him a tip for his service (> 20% ) he looked at me and spoke in an exaggerated tone “ is that for me?” I guess judging by the ugliness of my toe nails, he just assumed that I was too cheap to frequent nail salons to get them taken care of. Well, not everyone has the time/money to get pedicures done all the time and I always leave very good tips for nail services, anyways that was the last time I visited that nail salon and I have since found another nail salon with friendly staff

Update: Trina has moved to Nails on 5th1188 W 5th aveColumbus, oh 43212There has been a change of management and the only reason I started going to Star nails has officially left so I won’t be back. My first appointment I ever made was with Trina and I haven’t seen anyone else since. My nails have never looked better.She was one of the best they had, she’s sweet, engaging and makes you love your nails as much as she does. She’s a perfectionist with a touch of ocd but you know you are in the right hands whenever she’s doing your nails, toes or waxing.

Im extremely ocd and very particular about the length and shape of my stiletto acrylics I get. No one is ever really able to do mine as perfectly as LT does, there is also another girl that works here that does them just as well. Normally i leave salons and have to fix my nails when I get home because they dont match up and it drives me crazy. Never really have this problem here, I also like that they last so long bc I work as a dancer so I use my hands a lot and my nails break easy normally but whenever I get my nails done here they last way longer than I expect them to. Awesome place, great vibe and super friendly staff, they definitely know what theyre doing here 😊

I just left the salon!! I went in for a manicure and a pedicure! I made an appointment and was put in a pedi chair immediately! However, a new employee did my pedicure, horribly I might add! Literally made me bleed and polish was everywhere! The wrong polish was put on and unfortunately I didnt notice because at the same time an intern was working on my cuticles! Needless to say, that was done poorly too! I decided I wasnt staying for the manicure! They were understaffed and very busy! I wish I knew how to add photos to this review! Horrible experience! I paid for the pedicure even though the polish color was wrong because I didnt want to sit through another polish! However, no tip was left and I will go somewhere else for my manicure

Acrylic was very uneven, all my nails were a different shapes and my fingers literally hurt days after I got my nails done. Dont know why they have a 4.4 rating when its dirty looking and weird inside.
