Amazing experience. The staff were super nice luckily they could do my hands and feet at the same time because I was in a time crunch. Prices were great. Will be back for sure.

Ive not been disappointed by Bella Nails. I ventured to other local nail salons, never as good or personable. This family owned and operated salon is the best.

Took my daughter here for her 12th birthday because my 16 year old niece uses them and we always admire her nails... we are both very unhappy with ending results. Ben does not seem to care about how peoples nails look. They are crooked very very thick uneven and dont even come all the way to the cutical. 130 for 2 full sets. Not happy. My niece couldnt believe how bad they look...

I went to Bella Nails for the first time today. Im very happy, my technician did a wonderful job on my pedicure and manicure, I wish Id taken a before picture of my finger nails as they we a mess and now they look great.Lovely, friendly staff and very nice facility. Thank you, Ill be back.

I was charged $20 for a $15 eyebrow wax. I called the place after it happened and I asked how much they charge and they said $15! I said well I just got an eyebrow wax and she charged me $20! Ive never paid that much for an eyebrow wax, and he said well I dont do the eyebrows so its $20. They definitely price gouged me! Call and ask for prices ahead of time so they dont rip you off! The only reason Im leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the girl did a nice job on my eyebrows. Not worth $20 tho!!

Very safe environment considering out current pandemic. More importantly, the quality is worth the money. I couldnt be more pleased with the excellent service I received.

Updating my previous review...Ive been going here for over a year now. I usually always have great experience. My best friend and I went this past Sunday and although I had a good experience, my best friend did not. The next day her toe was SO red and sore from the girl digging at her toe(mind you, this was AFTER telling the nail tech that her toe was fine). She kept digging at it. Perhaps searching for gold?? 3 days later and her toe is still very inflamed and hurts like heck. We have never had an issue before, but these techs need to pay more attention to their clients requests.

I never leave reviews- ever- but I have to for this place. Best pedicure I have ever had! I always try new places hoping to find someone who will really take care of my feet and truly scrub to smooth them out and Im never fully satisfied and feel as though I need another pedicure a week later. They were amazing here and didnt stop scrubbing until they felt that my foot was smooth all over. Beautiful place, very nice and professional and I will absolutely be back- on a regular basis!!

The place was very clean and I took my sisters there and they gave us beautiful nails we had asked for the restroom and it was beautiful the place was very clean and the nails came out amazing we are definitely coming back here again

I have been going to this place for almost 2 years, today I went and got a new full set put on with gel polish. Once home, I realize how much I didn’t like the color I had chosen. So I have called back in to see how much it would be for me to come in and just have them remove it and painted a different color, the man who owns the business told me $25! That’s almost as much money as I pay to get my nails refilled at the same location. To say the absolute least, I will not be returning to the salon ever again. And an area has saturated as polaris is, I would think that you would want to put your customers first rather than charging me more than half of what it actually cost to get a full set.

I love this place and have been happy every visit. They strive hard to please and they do wonders with my feet and hands. Nice atmosphere, friendly owners and wonderful Techs!

We made an appointment for my daughter and friends to get the powder dip nail treatment and were told $35 each per child.....guess what the price was once we arrived.....it increased to $45! Dishonest is all I can say. Any business that plays this game with customers wont get my $$$.

I was in need of a pedi and was in the area. The salon was quiet, relaxed, and friendly. The tech completed a thorough and comfortable experience. I highly recommend them!

Thought I would check this place out, because it was priced ok for a basic gel manicure. The customer service was extremely lacking. Not very friendly at all. Nail tech took a personal call in the middle of my basic manicure. He did not ask me how I wanted my nails round or square then proceeded to round them. I told him I like them to be to the top of my fingers not over, way too short. Any shorter and we would be into the quick. I went to wash my hands and he placed my purse unattended on the couch in the waiting area, so his next client could take a seat. Definitely wont go back quality of the nail job is pretty bad.

Great job! We love our nails and apparently my feet were worse than I thought but she was wonderful about it.

I feel compelled to review...I was looking for their hours to know what time I could get in for a mani(gel)/pedi(regular). I was shocked to see all of the negative comments, like I said, I feel compelled to review. I have nothing but good things to say about Bella Nails & Spa, as well as Adam- my favorite nail tech. Ever. The prices are fair and comparable to any other place in the area. I feel like every one has been very friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for any of their services (but now I make sure to make appointments so I am always with Adam). The place is very clean and bright (well lit, so you know your colors are real before getting into the sun). My nails have never, in my entire life, been this healthy, long, and strong. I always get so many compliments on the look and polish...seriously if you gave less than 3.5 stars, give them another try (and ask for Adam)!!! If you are on the fence, well hop right off and head on over to Bella. Treat yo self!

Took my daughter there and they kept changing the price. Extra for length, extra for polish. I would like to go into a place tell them what I want and get a price for everything before they start.

This salon has terrible customer service. The staff is rude and not professional. I have been in this salon several times and have noticed that they do not properly clean the pedicure stations. The tubs are rinsed out without using any type of disinfectant. The tools that are used are in no way sterile, and Im guessing they are not even cleaned between customers. I would not recommend this salon. There are much cleaner salons less than a mile away.

Nail tech insisted on doing the polish first then putting on my sandals. When she put my sandal on she messed up the fresh polish on my big toe. She shrugged her shoulder and said, its ok.

I am not one to write bad reviews but this was a waste of time and money. The nail tech doing my nails didnt even get close to the edge of my nails when applying gel polish, so it looks like i already have a weeks worth of regrowth. Then got up and changed the polish color without asking me. I was getting a very deep almost black polished with heavy green glitter in it and she changed it to pure black polish, i didnt notice until we were done because they were both dark colors. So mad.

Diem hands down gives the BEST pedicures! Im hesitant to type this knowing its going to be harder to get in with her!! Friendly staff! Incentive card helps!! Ive been a customer for over 4 yrs.!!

I was not a fan. I wanted my gel nails removed and decided to get the basic manicure. I was told it would be $27. They did a horrible job removing the gel, my nails are still extremely rough, they took a long time, and painted my nails with the color left from someone else. I didnt say anything because I can go home to remove it but I couldnt understand the additional $3 charge so I gave up and paid $30 plus tax then left. Not going back!

Some of the technicians don’t understand english very well which means they didn’t understand my specific requests I had. In turn, my skin lifted and was very red after a wax. will never return and advise no one to trust them with waxing.
