I just moved in and it’s been a great experience. Beulah, the assistant property manager, put a ton of effort into finding the right unit for me and making sure I have everything I need. She’s been a joy to work with. The trash compactor is easily accessible and clean. The maintenance crew is timely, professional, and do good work. The building is secure and most of my neighbors are small families. Packages are accessible through newly-installed Amazon Hub lockers, which are awesome and easy to use. And the location can’t be beat - everything you could ever need is within a mile. I am living on my own for the first time, and I am very happy to have picked here.

I was at Sawmill Crossing for about a year and a half.Beulah was AWESOME. She helped make moving smooth during the COVID pandemic. Maintenance is really nice as well - s/o to Matthew. Its kind of a dorm style apartment complex -- living near the doorway isnt super ideal for the light sleeper, but the odds are slim that youre placed near a doorway.Great area to be at, at least -- Target is right around the corner. Whole Foods is across the street. A ton of restaurants off Sawmill, and easy access to 270 and 315.

Im at Sawmill Crossing for 10 months now. From the first month till now it has been a bad experience. Just during the first month, the needed repairs were not only ignored, but maintenance phoned to say they would not do repairs, not come over and hung up on me before I could say anything. The office help has become increasingly unprofessional, rude. It has taken then months to correct paperwork and ledger mistakes. They have refused to put me on a waiting list to rent a garage. They are currently charging me a $100 late fee even though I was not late in payment. They attempt to gouge you with extra cost and fees. They still have not voluntarily done repairs. They charge you an extra 1 month of rent after your lease is up and you have moved out. They charge you an extra 2 months if you wish to break you least early and get out of a bad situation. They do not honor their side of the lease. There least is over 30 pages long with more hidden clauses than any mortgage Ive had. The extra cost are increasing in price and numbers. The trash situation is out of control.I do NOT recommend. This is a good location, the buildings are pretty. The units are adequate but overpriced. The neighbors are mostly good. I have survived my time here by paying my rent in full and on time and attempting to have as little contact with bad office help and maintenance as possible. Even with that I currently have a $100 late fee even though I did not pay late and the manager is refusing to remove it. Repair did come over to fix bath tub leaked. (it leaking enough to overflow tub daily). LL does not care because they dont pay the water. After that the tub stilled leaked, but then no hot showers. Im stopping here. I suggest that you dont stop here.

I did have a few bad experiences living here with the previous management. However, near the end of my lease term the management staff had changed. I told them about my experience and they were very understanding and apologetic. They did what they could to make amends and it was very appreciated. I believe the new management will help the turn the corner and and start fresh.

The location is great. Unfortunately that’s the only really great thing I have to say. Early in our time at Sawmill Crossing we noticed an issue with birds being in our walls within vents. Yes, multiple walls. Now I’m not talking a quiet noise here and there. It quite literally sounded like they were in our apartment, chirping and moving about every day. So we reported the issue and included a video of what we were experiencing every day. You would think, this being a potential health hazard and all, we would have received a timely response. Unfortunately this was not the case. After 46 days of no follow up we reached out again, because at this point there was now a dead animal smell filling our entire unit. 2 days after our follow up and several phone calls later, maintenance came and said that they wouldn’t be able to do anything. An additional 9 days went by before a contractor came out to address the dead animal issue. We reached out to the office to get a follow up and ensure the issue had been taken care of and never received a response. We have opted to find other living arrangements and break our lease. Being the grand place they are, they are still making us pay them 2 additional months rent to break the lease because they did something about the issue... 58 days after first reported. Never mind the fact that our issue went unaddressed for a disturbingly long time and could potentially have an impact on our health. It really should not take a dead animal for a tenant to receive a response from the leasing company. I will not be recommending Sawmill Crossing to anyone in the future.

There are not enough parking spaces and so little can you add a garage. Its horrible Ive been with the same problem for 10 months. even people who have their disabled license do not park where it belongs. People like me who leave at 2:00 am and cant get parking must take action. Several times I have had to park in the tractor supply, which is not my job to use any of those parking spaces.

I lived here for 3 years too long. Overall it wasn’t bad. Maintenance keeps up with the property for the most part and the office handles packages. But for the price of this place, you’re better off finding something similar in cost with nicer amenities like a patio/balcony, upgraded interior and flooring or a location thats closer to a park or more suitable places to walk. Being close to so many businesses is nice especially if you’re someone who works at one of them, but it has its drawbacks as well. You’re on top of your neighbors. Everyone has pets and people don’t clean up after them like they should. The buildings get nasty sometimes. All of the bathrooms need upgraded. It’s a decent temporary spot.

I would never recommend these apartments!!! They have only gotten worse and this new company wants to charge extra for maintenance, trash and etc that was already included in my rent. The pool is always closed or isnt open. The maintenance on the pool should be taken care of after hrs and be open on time for the next day when it suspose too and not at 2 pm. The trash is always broken and flooding with trash. They say the gym is open 24 hrs and it closed every evening when Im off. Stop charging extra not everyone can afford to pay more. 😒

The folks at Sawmill Crossing are totally UNETHICAL and practice FRAUDULENT business policy. I found their advertisement for 2 bed, 2 bath, with washer-dryer in unit. I contacted the leasing office and was told that multiple such units were available. I was even sent an email from them giving some info on such a unit and was quoted a rent. I scheduled a self guided tour the same day and braved a thunderstorm just to see the apartment. The leasing office assured us that at least 8 such units were available and our target move in date is also fine. The very next morning we called the leasing office and we were again assured that our target apartment is still available for our desired move in date, and was encouraged to apply. Just to make sure we get the apartment we applied literally within 10 minutes of the call and paid the non-refundable application fee. Suddenly right after our application we were informed that all such apartments have been rented out (magically within 10 minutes). We were given two options - either move in within 2 days or pay around $200 more per month for the same apartment. We felt cheated of both our time and money and we believe this is completely unethical. RUN AWAY FROM THIS LEASING COMPANY, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.*They removed/flagged my honest review from another website. I guess they flag/remove all unfavorable reviews.

My roommate and I have lived at Sawmill Crossing for the past two years. We enjoyed it up until a few months ago, when a new rental company took over. We went from having an attentive, responsive, helpful company to the complete opposite. Initially, I thought it was just poor timing — but it’s not.My biggest issue with the staff is lack of communication. They don’t check emails. Period. I once tried to get in touch to pick up a package. It was only after three or four emails and getting frustrated that I heard anything back. They claimed the issue was that they didn’t know how to contact me, as they only had my roommate’s information carry over from the previous company. They also like to post “announcements” by taping things to the front door, often a day or two before it goes into effect, such as changes to enforcing towing or that they will no longer accept packages at the office. This leads to my second issue: packages. There are so few employees that they became overwhelmed by the amount of packages delivered to the office. They decided their first solution would be to gather all these packages in the fitness room and leave it unlocked all day. When that became too difficult, they decided to stop accepting packages entirely at the office. The only notice we got was a piece of paper THE DAY BEFORE this went into effect. My third largest problem is parking. The lot is way too small for the amount of units. People used to park illegally, then the new company began enforcing towing. It is now impossible to get a spot after 8:00.

!!!!BEAWARE Of NEW Management!!!!!First of all let me tell you to filter review from most recent before you book a apartment here. I have stayed here for three years, broke lease because i was moving for work. Paid lease breakage. The management is trying to bill me for no fault of mine which is 5 times the rent. Despite reporting the issue earlier they are charging me in move out, the only fault i did was reported issue verbally and not through Their portal i thought they would not use it as a excuse. So even if you have no issues while staying they will try to extract a hell of money from you. so Think before you lease.

My wife and I lived here for about a year and a half. The experience was excellent. It was always easy to get in contact with someone at the office, the apartments are vary spacious for the price, and there is tons of space for pets.My only complaint would be the kitchen and bathrooms are smaller, and there is not a whole lot of storage in both rooms, but aside from that I loved living here. When I had to move due to situations outside my control the leasing office was easy to work with and gave me a good deal too.Its in a great spot of Columbus/Dublin. Youre right off Sawmill and minutes away from the bridge park area, while also being off the main road and having a forest/treeline surrounding most the buildings to eat up most of the city noise.I would recommend this place to people looking to get a good place to live, especially if you are a small family.

Horrible management team! Called them months ago about how my deposits were deducted and they said that most of them were used to pay my final bills which is fine. But then today I received an email from the electricity company saying that I didnt pay my electricity final bill. After checking the websites of the electricity company and the water company, I was astonished to find that both final bills were not paid. I then called the leasing office asking why they were not paid, and they refused to give me answer. Instead, they just repeated these non-sense that I should pay the bills by moner order or check by dropping off at the leasing office, which was not an answer to my question. I then asked them how my deposits were deducted for explanation of this inconsistency of information, they refused to answer again by repeating the above non-senses. Since the bills only include water and electricity, they definitely lied about the deposits at first just to get through. This is to get a sense of the horribleness of the management.I have been constantly bothered by the management when living here but didnt drop a bad reply simply because I didnt bother to. But this issue happening today, especially the attitude of the team, triggers me to be honest to whoever is considering this apartment. Do not be fooled by the google map score which is due to the former teams. As soon as AMC was in charge, everything ran down a hill of horribleness. The package receiving policies were changed back and forth several times, causing huge inconvenience. Some changes just last 2-3 days. And their final solution was to not receive them at all by promising setting up some lockers, which was still not done after I moved out. In the last two months I lived here, the package receiving was super painful. Other horrible things include never reply your emails, and garbage all around the place near the dumpsters. They definitely saw your email because, rarely, some of them, which are critically importannt, got replied. They just didnt bother to notice your request because they dont care about you.

I was a resident of Sawmill Crossings for 2 years. They used to take great care of the complex and offer resident events. They would even leave a birthday gift. However once new management took over early this year it has been a disaster which led to me moving out. They were very unresponsive during the initial take over which resulted in me almost being late on rent because they did not inform residents how to access the new portal. Along with this the apartment became completely unkempt, there were animal feces inside and outside of the apartment. The elevator license was missing for weeks along with spilled paint all over the floor. Oddly parking became very limited and the lack of communication continued up until I moved out. I would not recommend living here under the current management.

Ive lived here for two years now. Everything was great up until a few months ago when we switched companies. I thought it was just bad luck that they got in during COVID timing, but they have been just terrible about everything. On the phone, they are the sweetest people. Through actions, theyre not quite great.I cannot receive any emails from them. Ive called them multiple times about this and still no change for months now. They say they sent it to IT to fix but four months later still no change. I cannot set up an account to pay bills because I cannot get any confirmation through email. Again, staff over the phone was helpful and one REALLY big thing is that they didnt charge me for paying late, but to go months without being able to do anything is quite frustrating.I also had to call them to schedule an appointment with maintenance. They were very helpful over the phone, but I specifically said on Monday that I wanted to have them come in on a Tuesday at four so I can be there. Tuesday morning I go to clear the way for the maintenance and I noticed that things have already been changed! No not of entry, no call saying it was completed. Nothing. I called them and apparently they did the maintenance on Monday while I was at work. While I appreciate the speediness of fixing the issue, but it felt very bad to find out this way and for the scheduled appointment to be disregard with no notice of entry or of what got fixed.I also had packages sent to my complex from Amazon, one being a thermometer for work. The complex went from accepting packages to storing them in the fitness center (which but the way my neighbor got his package stolen this way with no help from the complex even though there are cameras theres), to all of a sudden stating that they will no longer be accepting packages. No two week warning, nothing about accepting packages only on route, just decided one day no more packages. I went to the front desk and begged them to please accept my package tomorrow as it is a thermometer, and the front desk said sure, only for me to see on Amazon that it was rejected and returned to sender. I know during covid this is very difficult, but this was not handled in the best way.I enjoyed living here before, but once my lease is up I have no intentions to stay unless rent is very cheap. Its just not worth it.

One star for the one employee, Beulah, who is the only one with any customer service skills and sympathy. Found a roach in our apartment, we reported it, and sawmill crossing said they would have our apartment treated. Company never showed up first round. Rescheduling was a nightmare with a work from home schedule, little communication with office on what days worked best, twice having to call the exterminators ourselves. The day we finally agree on, no one shows. Elyse never apologized once for all the inconveniences they put on us. She should move her desk closer to Beulah’s. Also maintenance requests don’t get fulfilled until about the 4th time you ask, no matter who you talk to.

This’s my second year living at this place and I never had an issue with maintenance whenever I needed something until now with the new management. I suggest future resident to look at the recent review instead of the over all ratings. Most of the good ratings are provided for the previous management.I recently moved out after staying in this apartment for 3 years. The previous management is much far better that the new management which took over recently.During moveout, first of all they charged $480 for the carpet replacement which already exceeded its life. They removed the charge when I questioned but added floor sealing charges $250 to eliminate the bad odor which I dont know what it is and why I should I pay for these kind of charges. They charged for cleaning $100 and blind replacement $70 which I agreed.I did all the effort to paint about 70-80% of the walls which no tenant does usually. But, I was charged as i used paint with semi-gloss texture which is suppose to matte texture. But, I purchased the paint as per the sample paint provided by the leasing management. Infact, I still have the sample touch paint with me. But they said they dont have records that I received sample paint. Its not my problem if you dont have records due to management change. Finally, I decided to pay whatever charged as I dont like to continue my argument if someone does listen at all and I have other priorities to focus on. With the entire world struggling to recover from COVID-19 these kind of charges puts additional pressure and stress to our lives.

Worst apartment complex ever! Many reasons as to why Sawmill crossing apartments should be avoided. One is that they cannot guarantee you a parking spot after you come home from work after a long day. Another is the communication the workers in the office have with the residents. They are extremely rude and do not offer assistance with any issues you may have. I was issued a fee for a noise complaint for our TV being too loud. I was not even warned about this and they lied to us and said the police showed up and they were knocking on my door. Not once did anyone or a police officer for that matter show up at our door and we were here all evening/night. It was also mentioned from the lady who works at the office that she stood outside our door for some time listening in for how loud our TV was. First of all that is not okay to just listen in and stand outside our door! It is extremely rude and weird. On top of this the fire alarm system in the whole entire apartment complex has been going on and off for the past 3 weeks now with no answers as to why and seems it cannot be fixed. I have a small dog that is easily frightened by this loud noise. It is annoying to get out of bed at 11:00pm to go outside and wait for the firemen to show up to turn it off. To me it seems the office workers do not care about this matter and will not seem to look into it and fix the issue. I cannot wait till my lease is up!! Oh and they wanted to increase our rent to resign our lease with them! What a joke! Just save your time and money and look elsewhere.Sincerely, an honest (not for much longer) resident.

With the exception of some tile flooring and nice door handles, the quality of construction is dirt cheap. My hot water heater half-sized, and in winter, runs out very quickly. The walls are so thin you can literally hear the neighbors stir their coffee. Management turnover is high. There is not nearly enough parking. The security door is usually broken. On the bright side, I have had no issues with insects or rodents at all, and sometimes the trash in the hall is cleaned up.

I live in a 1BR, and its a lot of space for one person. Sawmill Crossing is one of the cheapest properties to rent along the Sawmill strip/Dublin area.I really like the location, because its close to everything I need shopping wise, and there are ample dining options. The community is well kept, and I like that the entry ways and hallways are frequently cleaned to get the smell of cigarette smoke and weed out from the carpets. The keypad entry is nice, but the numbers have never changed, which means once someone knows the code, they can get in any time. Sometimes you really need to punch the numbers hard to get it to even operate... a key card controlled entry would be so much better. The utilities arent bad, but be advised that WOW doesnt service this location which sucks. My water and electric runs up to just over $100 total. This apartment is a good first apartment to move in too, but its not a place Id recommend staying long term. Several families live here, and kids run around in the parking lot, in the hallways, and up and down the stairs. The apartment walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything. Ive had several problems in the past with my upstairs neighbor stomping too loudly and children running around at late hours. There is minimal parking at this community, which is really frustrating at times, and some lots are just absolutely terrible to park in, because it guarantees that your car is going to get damaged at some point. The additional traffic from Burlington Coat Factory doesnt help either.Management is great - Randi has always helped me with my problems, and I love going into the office just to have a conversation with her. Shes really pleasant and is working hard to turn this complex in the right direction.Update 1/3/2017Subleased my 1BR and upgraded to a 2BR with roomates, and everything is pretty much the same...however,I would rather rate down to two stars at this point because rent raises are too much, management has already turned over, and the grounds are no longer kept; not to mention that the power ran out for the entirety of the complex with no emergency lighting - it lasted for over 12 hours without explanation. We will not be renewing our lease. Our biggest frustrations were that the entry locks would not function 7/10 times, other tenants are VERY loud, and they also drive very poorly through the community! Trash compactors are always full, or crowded with furniture and bags, and pet pick up areas are never picked up. Finally, I feel as though the management doesnt provide the same kind of time and care as previous like how Randi and Seth did. These frustrations werent a make it, or break it for our lease, but it certainly put us on the fence a number of times. When we received renewal increase notices though, we knew it was time to go.

The management staff was always incredibly friendly and welcoming during my stay here. Randi was always willing to help and usually eager to chat when I came into the office to pick up packages. Although the gym is super small, I loved being able to access the treadmills and weights each day after work. The only downside to these apartments is that they are located in a really un-scenic location. Its basically like living in a shoebox in the middle of a parking lot, so for the price Im not really sure it was a value. However, if you only plan on living in the area short-term and like the convenience of four+ grocery stores within two miles, definitely choose Sawmill! :)

I just moved in the beginning of last week. Everyone seems super nice. Been greeted about 3 times in my building alone, walls dont seem to thin, the only noise we heard was in the hall way. But not to bad at all. Has a elevator in every building and new security upgrades, pincoded doors and video cameras and garage is perfect size for a sport car and a Motorcycle.Pet friendly!Michael at the office is a awesome dude and helped make moving super easy and as less stressful as possible! The Workout Gym is really nice, great for you and a work out partnerPool super clean and upkept(not heated i dont believe)They have a stone grill outside for resident use, they supply the propane and they also have cornhole at the pool!So far so good!

Sawmill Crossings is just ok. The location is perfect. I feel like the tiny neighborhood is safe. I love the free gym/pool. I like the coded buildings- except you have to break your fingers to get the key pad to work. I like the layout of the two bedroom apartments. Very spacious, especially the bathrooms and master bed. Oh.. And the mailman is the best, ever.However.. the master bath has a very small shower while the main bath has a large tub/shower- should be switched. And while on the bath topic- there is mold/mildew seeping out from behind the tub walls. This can be seen on the bottom walls of the tub and falls from behind the walls while showering. Maintenance was called for this issue and they said no mold/mildew found. All they had to do was look at the bottom of the shower and see what I was claiming. I took photos, showed office staff, they said they would have maintenance come again.. Weeks later and no maintenance. The only solution would be to renovate (wont happen) but the least they could do is re caulk the tub so the mold stays behind the walls. Did I mention I am mildly allergic to mold Anyways... The parking is rough- cramped and not enough spots. Taking out trash is a pain- only two dumpsters and they arent placed conveniently for all buildings to use. And the water bill was $20 the first month and triple the next. The water is split evenly amongst the entire building-- unfortunate.Overall.. The mold is the dealbreaker. Its disappointing to know they dont care about their tenants health. I would recommend this complex if it wasnt for the mold. I would say check the apartment before committing but its impossible to see behind the shower walls.

My significant other and I moved in a few months ago! Molly had made the process of moving and paperwork very easy! The community is clean, friendly, and safe! We live on the 2nd floor and can’t hear anyone above or below us! With being 10 mins from downtown and the ability to be at one end of town to the other in 20 mins is very nice! So far we are very happy with the community and the staff!

When this property was sold to AMC it has deteriorated unbelievably quick! Management will not, does not respond to requests, maintenance is non existence, garbage is over flowing and piled to the point you are not able to throw it out. Compactor was removed and noe theres a 30 foot roll off uncoverdd with raccoons in it nightly, the compactor has garbage piled within two days after puck up, there is no over flow parking, not enough handicap parking and that parking does not provide access to the doors as most have steps, curbs or barriers, our elevator was out of service for over two months. A sign for the blind was removed and placed against a tree over three months ago, a request to have it reinstalled has yet to be honored.STAY AWAY!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This place is absolutely terrible. The management is terrible. My boyfriend, who is also on my lease, got his papers for deployment (he is in the navy), and is required to leave in a month. I immediately went into the leasing office and told them we would be leaving. I cannot afford this apartment alone. They told us regardless of military papers, they require sixty days. They basically told us to go screw ourselves. Uhh...HELLO?!? He could have been sent tomorrow.... They were very very very RUDE!! Also, about a week ago our apartment was broken into. There was no forced entry, so someone had a key. They stole all of our money we had saved up for our vacation. We called them to ask if we could get our locks changed and they told us they needed our police report (which still isnt up) and that it wasnt considered an emergency so they had 72 hours to get a matienence man up here. That is just ridiculous to me. Someone who has a key to apartment has unlimited access and until we get our locks changed, they could come in and take anything!! They never have enough doggy bags to clean up after your pets, forcing people to leave dog poop. The trash can for the dog poop is always full. The dumpsters are always over flowing. The walls are paper thin. The list just goes on!!DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!

The place was run by professionals who were 110% client-centered and quite formidable at it. Sadly, Fall 2016 it underwent new management and the people running it now have quite different goals, and creating genuine customer loyalty is not one of them. The place has started to go downhill pretty fast, theres black mold in the apartment, pet droppings everywhere (current community is not very responsible either), their customer service skills are lacking, and such a terrible lease break policy:You are responsible for your rent through the terms that are stated in your lease agreement. If breaking a lease agreement is necessary, Champion still requires a 60 day notice (which you are financially responsible for), plus an additional two months of rent (for a total of 4 months), plus a $1,000 lease break fee, plus paying back any rent concessions that were given upon move in. You must live in your community for at least 6 months to be able to exercise our lease break policy. Residents may also try to find a sub-leaser for their apartment to avoid incurring these charges. All sub-leasers must fill out an application through Champion so that they may be properly screened and approved by our office.Maybe its not as terrible as other places can be, but its definitely not as excellent as they advertise.

They guided me wrongly when i was reserving the apartment where manager said its 60days notice and 2 months buy out for breaking lease. after 1 week when i called them he said its 60days notice+ 2months rent + 1000. I felt it is not fair. When i asked them cancel the reservation they are not at all ready to return half of the money back :-(

It’s so funny how my original review was removed for being honest!I lived in the apartment for a little over a year and I can tell you I hated that apartment. First off the walls are paper thin. I got a noise complaint simply talking to my boyfriend in our BATHROOM! Yes! For talking in the bathroom! People are allowed pets but seldom clean up after them to the point I wouldn’t even walk around the grounds with my 2 kids. There was hardly ever any parking spots after 6 PM. Completely not enough parking spaces for apartments and no assigned parking. I had to literally on numerous occasions park in Burlington parking lot in the dark and walk over to my apartment with my 2 small children. Maintenances was not quick to respond and some fixes were not sufficient. The biggest issue was the staff. They appeared friendly at first but when we had a dilemma with out rent there was no sympathy or help. We were basically told by a certain date if we did not have rent they would evict. By that date they did not follow through and took and additional week to file on us. Curiously my boyfriend went in to see why and to offer the rent in full with the fees and was told by the staff that they tried to call BOTH of our phones in order to give a chance before filing yet official phone records from BOTH cell companies shows no calls except for the one call after they filed in court. Even then, in court their lawyer states in OPEN COURT in front of the judge our arrangement and the fact we had the money was more than reasonable and that the property manager would have to agree. We went to the office to speak to her and she looked us dead in the face and refused to accept the terms of the agreement despite the fact I came into a substantial amount of money. She was the rudest person I had ever met and even went as far as yelling and threatening to call the police in front of our children after looking at us with our kids and denying the agreement, even though she supposedly reached out initially to help us stay. A complete liar and hypocrite. Not to mention she practically pushed us out of the office and slammed the door in our faces. I wrote a review and their lawyer sent me TWO letters accusing me of slander and to remove my review.Management by far was the WORST I’ve ever seen to date. Even called corporate and left messages and they did nothing about the situation nor did they reprimand their employee. The ONLY thing I liked was that it was close to all the stores on sawmill. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. They’ll probably remove this review as well seeing as how they removed the first.Response to apartments comment:There was no “multiple opportunities” you did not reach out at all. There was never a phone call (which I can verify with phone records), no additional notices or notes on the door or our apartment which was literally one building over and we came in TWICE to make payment. Not to mention you REFUSED TWICE at court proceedings to take the rent and settle on other agreements. How is that offering multiple ways to resolve the issue. And yes there is a balance becaue YOU didn’t want to cooperate even at the advice and with your lawyer saying in open court the offer was fair and reasonable.

I have awful experience in Swamill Crossing Apartment. We stayed in 3rd floor with my 2 years old kid. A family staying in 2nd exactly down our appartment complained of running of my son in his own house. According to them they are getting distrubed of the sound of 2 year old kid foot step. The leasing office guys also accusing us. Gradually their complain become to serious that we were forced to vacate the flat before our lease got over. There is no place for kids to play out, people out there care much for pets rather than kids. Leasing office guys are horribly insensitive, though they will pretend to be very sensible before you actually move in to the place and leasing terms are very complicated, mended such a way that you have to pay 7-10k dollars if vacating before leasing term is over. This is not a place for family with kids. Never ever think to be there if you have a kid. Floors are so thin that if a kid run one room to another windows and walls start vibrating, but instead of taking care of that they can blame child, that is a very easy option for them. No humanity, only business. They force you to move out and at the same time claim 7k dollar for lease break.

We got there with some of our boxes and found out they had given us keys and a lease to someone elses dwelling. After scrambling, they found another vacant apartment for us to live in. They are so terribly disorganized. Also, if you like being charge $200 for cleaning after moving out, then enjoy. Ive never not gotten a security deposit back until living here. Ridiculous!
