Have been living here a year. Everything is old and outdated. Last time cabinets has been installed it was 1997. They have roaches. They will set you up for extermination but will continuously cancel. They never answer the phone either. You have to call a million times.

This apartment maintenance is very poor, my basement bathroom has be leaking water for a month and I have called the management they keep telling me that someone is coming to fix it, my gate was broken over 3 months I called the management they said they will send someone to fix it nobody never came I have to call my brothers inlaw to fix my gate, my water tank was leaking in the basement they came to fix it and they left the broken tank at the backyard, my apartment had mouse and rats they said I should put everything away and cover stuff up nobody never came, this apartment has a lot of stuff going and they are always busy to come fix things up. Dont get me wrong it a nice apartment if they take care of maintenance requirements.

Very awful place. When we initially moved in there was a mold issue that they took months to address; my brother has asthma so there was a concern there. Oven broke and maintenance once again took forever to address it. There was a mouse infestation as well. Bottom line, awful place and very happy to no longer live there.

Spoke to a lady to inquire about this apartment just now, she is super awesome, she gave good details she sound so professional and welcoming . I can’t wait to be a part of your community. I can’t remember her name though, she sure deserves a raise and am moving here because of you .

I saw that they had an apartment available for rent online. So I drove over there and I called the number and the lady told me where their leasing office was located and I drove to the office no one was in there. As I was walking to my car, I saw a lady parked in the employee parking smoking. She asked what did I want, and I told her I was interested in a apartment in skywae thats available on every apartment app. She told me they never have apartments available there and she needed to update it and rolled up her window.

I think her name was Megan but she was phenomenal. Give this woman a raise! :)

The workers are very good and respectful that is why l like shopping there

Our friends left because of issues with parking and upkeep.
