I pay $38 monthly for as many washes as I want. Great deal as I like to keep my beautiful Challenger clean. At 1st it was great they have something scrub a little, you drive through the auto wash then they hand dry and do tires was always bright and shining. The last 2 times I went.. not so much. Still dirty around the tag, the front bumper ect. They better step it up or Im stepping it out!

This place was good, now it’s trash. I paid $17 for this. Biggest rip off. I will not be going back. A $5 Mobil gas station wash could have done better. They were a full service location but I guess because of COVID they don’t do interiors now. And apparently prevents them from getting the exterior of your car clean too.

I thought they’d at least vacuum the floor properly. They vacuumed my front seats but barely touched the back floor and they didn’t vacuum the seats. Also the inside of the windows in the back seat weren’t even touched 😐. It’s still dirty. I could’ve paid the less elsewhere for a better job. Terrible car wash. 🗑 would highly not recommend.

I used to come here all the time and they did a great job. Now it’s trash. Employee are rude, every time I get my truck back the rims are dirty, the tailgate doesn’t even look like they touched it. The tire shine is unevenly applied. And the windows are just smeared not even cleaned. If you want to better car wash go to Walden Lakes car wash or the new one by Lowes

This used to be a good car wash, the only one we used. It’s terrible now. You ride through, no one cleans bugs off anymore, and they half way dry the car. I just went through, when I got home and saw how the truck looked, I re-washed it at home myself. Whatever tire shine they use will sling all over your car too.

I have been an eleven year customer. That ends today! Worst wash job ever. Bugs still on windshield and dirt still on hood and all surfaces. Rain does a better job. Octopus car wash is truly not doing a car wash.

Really surprised how this location has changed. Usually going more self service is a negative thing, but here it gave me a chance to better detail my truck, and for the first time my windows were not streaked.

Octopus Car Wash offers more than just a car wash. Their employees are welcoming and attentive. After my car was washed I returned and asked about improving the luster on parts of the exterior hard plastic flushing that ran at the bottom and length of the car. One of the managers, Jay, was quick to look at my car and add some special attention to the car that gave it a fresh and detailed look.Thank you Jay and the Octopus crew.

Didn’t vacuum or clean the inside. Said they don’t do that for $20.00 ... guess I am to old to expect a job well done. Rude people there. It’s not about a grown man to do it right ... it’s about a man grown. Big difference...nobody seems to want to take care of the widows any more. If I was able to do my own car cleaning I would . Never againWhat is more important is that nobody at this Business will step up and take ownership of a customer’s problem and resolve it. It seems it gets passed down 10 times until you get a dial tone. So happy that I was raised better and when I was in customer service I solved 99% of my customers issues. I am very proud of my service to properly help people for 43 years.

She is very friendly and has always had a good spirit and never let anyone down. Hadnt been in a while got the best wash, thinking that 20 dollars they would vacum and wash the car but it was all automated and you have to vacum yourself only thing that they do is hand dry the car

I visit here frequently and they usually do a pretty good job washing my car. When paying the cashiers have always just told me the total and to have a good day. I went last week and Manuela was the cashier. She went above and beyond. She is the best cashier they have ever had! I was asking her questions about products that they had for sell and she was very knowledgeable. She was also friendly and engaging in conversation.

I have been going to Octopus Car Wash for 10 plus years. It keeps getting better every year. From the updating of equipment and services offered to the package pricing like the monthly car wash service. Not to mention the staff is friendly and do a very nice job. I particularly like their express car wash option. I highly recommend Octopus Car Wash in Plant City.

Okay I didnt hate it, but I have been paying for an outside and inside wash. They are shut down to outside wash only. I went from about $40 a month to a whoopee $30 a month with no vacuuming no interior cleaning at all. Im not happy with it. I can squirt down my car with my own hose.

Updated review - they now have a monthly car wash service for a reasonable price. I have 2 issues preventing the 5 star rating.The first issue is just me being picky, but its my vehicle so i retain that right. They must put a sticker on your windshield to become a monthly user - and thats all well and good, but the manager MUST be the one that puts it on - i pleaded for the right to put my own sticker on my windshield because if it was messed up, Id have to look at it daily. Naturally, the manager put the sticker on my windshield VERY crooked - and it is now something that angers me when i see it... mind you, i am very picky about my truck - so this may not be an issue to everyone.Second reason i did not give 5 stars - they have 3 monthly packages to choose from all ranging in price - i picked the highest tier because i thought it was the best deal. I only get the highest tier was performed once out of every 3 or 4 washes - the system is not automatic and an employee must select your wash with no knowledge of what package you purchased. I have spoke with a manager about it multiple times and they blame it on another employee and move on.So - perfect 4 star performance - i highly recommend selecting the lowest tier monthly car was because that is most likely what youll get anyways - no need to waste money.

I take my big ole suburban and they were about five times a week they get the whole thing clean every time wipe down take extra time in the love bugs I appreciate that great people therefore I gave them five stars

Octopus Car Wash always does a great job on my truck! From the moment, I pull in they make me feel like they know me. Their sitting area is comfortable as well with plenty of seating and TV in case you want to catch up on the news while you wait. Typically they turn cars around very quickly based on my experiences from other car washes. I really appreciate that one of the supervisors personally inspects the vehicles prior to raising their hand that the truck or car is complete. The folks do a great job, but it’s easy to miss a spot here and there and the detailed eye of the supervisors normally catches those items. Very rarely do I find my truck not meeting my expectations and on the rare occasions where it might not be quite right, they go above and beyond to address whatever the issue. Recently, I brought my truck in after making my way through some of the road construction in rain. My truck looked like I’d been driving in the mountains. Despite their efforts, the supervisor noticed that some of the residue didn’t come off completely at the bottom of my truck. I honestly hadn’t even noticed it when they called me over and I went to get into my truck, but she quickly stopped me and let me know she needed a few more minutes to get it all wiped down. It was a bit worse than I imagined as it took her a bit of time to have it clean enough to meet her expectations. She apologized and comped me for my next car wash. I really appreciate her taking the time like that because although I didn’t notice it initially, I’m sure I would have as soon as I got it to my next stop or got it home. Her attention to detail made me feel very valued. You don’t find that kind of customer service in a drive in car wash and it really demonstrates that Octopus Car Wash is a step above the rest. I’ve been bringing my truck to them for years and will continue to be a loyal customer.

My truck is over five years old. Every time I get it wash with their ultimate and travel back to my home city, all of my friends and family asked did I buy a new truck. There professionalism is one of of the beat in the business.

Extremely dissatisfied! Got my truck hand washed, detailed, and waxed. Paid $188, and they wouldnt even wash the backside of my rims! Water marks all over the windows, and wax streaks everywhere! Still had dirt inside the truck! I will never bring my vehicles back, and will tell everyone to find somewhere else to go! Not worth a dollar!

For a DIY car wash, this is my new favorite place!! Simple to use with a debit/credit card and it doesnt rip you off on time...I went through the entire spray process and foam brush...cost me $6! This is my new weekly stop!

I am a frequent user of Octopus Car Wash in Plant City but had a terrible experience today. I went in specifically to get the love bugs washed off of the front of my car and windshield, but came out of the wash with carcasses still attached to the front of my car! I had never had a terrible experience until today. Love bugs are a known pest here...machinery should be able to get the dead bodies off! Taking my business down to Oasis next week for my next wash.

We have been coming to this car wash for years and they do a great job detailing. If you use the self service car wash dont waste your money buying the 20$ wash, it gives you the wrong wash about half the time. Other than that the employees are great and try to make it right.

Decent wash machine. Car comes out pretty clean. They hand dry your car too! They also offer a $20/month unlimited wash plan, which pays for itself if you need to wash your car frequently.

I wont go anywhere else to get my truck washed. Everytime i pull in Im immediately greeted with smiles, everyone is so friendly. Ricky and Charles are extremely helpful and really go the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly. I do the unlimited monthly plan, its 100% worth the money.

I spent $39.50 including tax. I very unsatisfied on the job that was done. I expected my interior to be cleaned better then it was. There are spots that were missed all over my car. It is very noticeable. My cup holder was completely missed. I had to ask one of the employees to wipe down a spot on the trunk because it was completely missed. I watched the guy skip that part. There is still dust in my interior.I went during my lunch break by the way.

It may take a while in busy season (up to half an hour)if you do full service, but they do a pretty good job and are friendly

The Octopus car wash in Plant City, Fl is okay. Ive brought my two cars here for washes and waxes in the past and theyre great. They really know how to make the car shine. However, in a more recent experience, I paid $200 for the full gamut and what I got was the quality of what my 8 year old could provide in terms of detailing. They detailed the car with a high-gloss detailer that left my interior slick and overly-uniform. Almost like they detailed with Tire Wet or something. Not only did I have to re-detail the car myself with my own materials, I am now left with 2 close-up spray markings on my dash. I called today to speak with someone and they told me to bring the car in. Which is cool. Unfortunately am out to work before they open and do not get out of work until they close and I have to commute to Orlando. The lady I spoke with took my name and number and said the manager will contact me. Well see if they do. Ill update with pics and more comments after the manager reaches out to me.

I use to think this place was okay, but since they added the express lane if you go through the other lanes, which you have to to get the bugs off your car, you have to get at least the 20.00 car wash. They use to do it before for the 10.00 car wash. So I paid the 20.00 to get the bugs off and all that is done is the outside of the car, just like the express lane and they didnt even get them all off. I didnt care as much about the front as I did the windshield. Will not be returning. Better off spending same amount for a hand car wash.

Today 9.29.2019 I got the basic wash. This is a $19 service that wipes off interior dash, vacuums floors and wipes down car after express drive thru. The staff was arguing when it was really busy.

The price was right the service was great this is the type of place you want to bring your vehicle for top of the line interior and exterior cleaning! I keep trying to go back to them because it’s convenient to my work location and they are quick but I’m always disappointed. I went today and got the “full wash” and it was barely that. I wish I could post pictures. My center console wasn’t cleaned at all, my main console still has dust and fingerprints all over it, my door jams and my tires are not clean. Keep in mind this is a 2018 car so it’s not beat up. Not happy at all.

I like this car wash, but if you get a quick wash they seem to not pay too much attention to drying the outside.However their equipment is fairly now so the machines do a great job.

This was my first time here and Im very disappointed. It cost about $18-19 and when I came out when they were finished I immediately noticed debris still on the exterior of my car and the interior was worse. They vacuumed the mats but did not wipe them and they did not vacuum the center console at all. There were very obvious crumbs and dust on the console. I am upset and feel it was a waste of money. I do not recommend anyone bringing their car here.

I have taken our vehicles to Octopus Car Wash on 3 occasions. I paid for the express detail package twice and the express detail and wheel special once. The first 2 times I had to bring the vehicles back. Window cleaning spray was applied, but not wiped, the interior was smugged with black residue, parts of the interior hadnt been cleaned, the wheels had not been touched when I paid extra for the wheel special, no scent was placed in the vehicle and several points of the body were not cleaned because the machines could not reach them. My third visit was no better. I checked everything before leaving and called out all of the mistakes to the staff. I got a lot of dirty looks and even worse a half@ss effort to correct the problems. I approached what I was told was the manager. He apologized said we are trying and walked away. Each of these services have a price in excess of $50. I consider this a premium price and I expect a premium service.

Very happy with the job done on my old truck. They clean seats,carpets and came out better than I tough, I believe Yolly was the person working on my truck. I can say job well done,will come back,thanks.

Very disappointed. After I left I noticed my car was not properly cleaned. I was told they would vacuum the inside and the trunk. The trunk was never touched any inside whats not clean thoroughly. I will return tomorrow to see if they will complete the job that I paid $31 for.

I took my car there today and after the wash was finished, I noticed that I had a few crumbs still in my cup holders. A nice man came back and pretty much detailed the remainder of my car . I would definitely recommend this place!

I paid $39.99 to have their supposibly exceptional cleaning done to my car. There were only 2 other customers there besides myself. They told me my car was done and when I opened it they did a worse vacuuming than a 5 year old. They did not wipe down the doors and the mats had literal dirt and rocks on them. They argued that they cleaned it and then I got the manager who had they fix it. It was slightly better but as the employees made faces and talked about me as I was approaching my car I decided to call the $39.99 plus tax I paid a loss and leave .First time and last time I will go there .Lazy staff and management with low quality service expectations .
