These are definitely not worth what they want. This is my water bill every month over hundred dollars, it’s ridiculous. I went out of town for two weeks n this was still my water bill. These are definitely not worth what there asking and it’s going to keep getting higher. I would say a big no these apartments.

Roaches in every complex. They like raising the rent on people. Never had mice but I’ve heard about people having mice and management is horrible, they don’t care about their residents. It’s not worth the price at all and the crime level is at an all time high. Don’t even waste your time.

I’ve been here for about 4 month and everything has honestly been pretty good until the last month because our basement keeps flooding!! Luckily it’s only been in the storage room area and maintenance has came in time for it not to get in the carpet part of the basement. But with that being said this is the 4th time it’s happened and the water has completely ruined my summer clothes I put in storage. They need to fix this problem for long term because it keeps happening.

The unit is nice and affordable, however getting anything from the landlord office is virtually impossible. There was a gas leak from the gas valve on the water heater in my unit that was discovered around 10 am today, and I have had to inquire 4 times (call twice and go to the office twice) to get it fixed so I can get my gas (heat and hot water) turned back on. It’s 25 degrees outside and my house is now at 45 degrees at 4:30 pm and no one has yet to come fix it. This has negatively impacted my work, as I cannot go in order to get this fixed, and my unit is currently too cold to live in. Letting your customers freeze is a bad look for any landlord.

Went to the office today and Nasr helped me set up for online payment. I am a truck driver so it is easier for me to pay online. I appreciate her very much

I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m bothered. My family moved here July 2020. We knew it was a large community when we first moved here, obviously. But the outsides looked well maintained, there were kids playing everywhere, as they should, regular everyday activity.Keana was great explaining everything and keeping In touch even after we moved in. Maintenance is always on top of things (so far). BUT! One thing no one mentioned to us was the fact that they have roaches!! Roaches everywhere!! We are very clean people, we sweep, mop, vacuum, bleach, everything! But since there are about 8 or so townhomes connected in a row, it’s hard to determine where the bugs are really coming from. Since day 1 we have had a issue. It took Bug patrol over a month to get out and spray.When I first mentioned the bugs they told me they were “water bugs”. That’s basically a roach! :( it’s been almost two months and bug patrol has sprayed twice. Still no improvement. We have traps set, 3 types of raid, bug repellent. Nothing is helping and it’s so embarrassing not even being dramatic, I kill AT LEAST 15-20 bugs daily. And that’s the ones that don’t get away! I’m not finding them in my microwave and dishwasher.I’ve called the office several time and asked if the manager could contact me. I haven’t heard from any manager yet. I’m sure the office staff is already overwhelmed with everyone complaining about the same thing and dealing with COVID. But something needs to be done. Nobody should ever have to live like this. It’s embarrassing to have company because you’re always on edge, waiting for a roach to run across the wall.I love the space that we have and if it wasn’t for the mass infestation of roaches I would be cool. But This is unacceptable for the price that we pay monthly. I could have stay in my roach-free tiny two bedroom apartment for this.

I have only lived here for about 8 months. I love the large and diverse community. My siblings play outside almost everyday and I have never had a problem with my neighbors. Most folks are quite and know how to mind their business☺️

I Applied after speaking with Keana and she had explained to me what was available and what they were working on. Second day she asked me for my identification documents, 3rd day I got approved. Im moving in today. She has been on top of things and Im very impressed with her work. My experience so far has been very good, thanks to Keana Martin. I will write another review after 3 months to share my experience as a resident

These townhomes are so nice . i went in for a tour with Nasro and she was so polite and helpfule. The apartments are so nice. Loved it. I applied the same day and I am already approved.

Nasro was very very helpful in renewing my lease . she taught me HOW to renew using my phone . now i dont have to come in thee office.

I put my application in on a Tuesday got a text saying they received that Wednesday got a text that Thursday saying I got approved I move in May 28th Claudia was very helpful and professional I thought it was a April Fools prank lol cause she told me it could take up to 72 hrs for it to be approved she worked with me and I appreciate her 💯💯👌🏾👌🏾

When I first spoke with Nasro W. My leasing agent, she was extremely professional and helped tailor my search based on what I was specifically looking for in an apartment. Nasro provided me with guidance and sense of urgency to make sure I don’t miss out on the current deals. she was there for me in every other tiny aspect. She always got right back to me. I can not make up what Me and my mom have gone through with these people and we’ve only lived here for 3 months. We can’t wait til our lease is over. There are roaches everywhere we’ve called several times about the roaches and whatever they fumigate with does not work ever. The girl named Katherine in the office told my mom we owe over $400 for something we have no idea what it is. Says we missed some of the rent which we’ve paid rent always. she said at first was 846 and then told my mom it was 886. Place is very dirty neighbors are loud. We can’t wait to move out!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These apartments have bed bugs, roaches and black mold.The residents are disrespectful and inconsiderate. Management is ran by a bunch of CON ARTISTS who lacks basic book keeping skills and integrity. Be prepared to fight their illegal business practices during and after your lease. I been waiting for these people to send my paper work with all my information and my money for almost four months. They been saying 30 days for 4 months like just give me my stuff. They dont answer the phone. I keep going up there so today I had to call a lawyer.

Literally the worst place to live. They bully you into paying hidden fees, terrorize you and threaten to kick you out if you don’t pay them fees even though you’d have receipts showing you dont owe them anything but would they sit down and go over these receipts with you? Good luck getting hold of them.

Every apartment complex is gonna have things people are gonna pick out its just a fact of life but this apartment complex is cheap, the staff is warm and welcoming, they send out inspections to make sure everything stays up to code the staff works with you and this place kept me from being homeless 5 stars

Had live there three years and first year was great. Second and third years was terrible with bad management. Mouse roach had spread and I had reported them and they didn’t do anything.

Have been living here for almost 7 years and I have had many ups and downs when it came to the management. I will say the current management has been a lot better then any of the rest.

Erica is so nice and cool. Makes the process easier even when a lot is going on. She handles complaints and concerns and actually acts like she cares!! That office is starting to get better now. Hope she stays!

Don’t waste your time. There is black mold and mice they don’t do anything. They don’t care that anything works in your apartment. They don’t fix anything. so if your in need of breaking your lease call the public health department. I can not live in these conditions with a new born on the way.

Trying to renew was a disaster, Keana did not communicate with me at all about what was going on. After talking to a lot of people I finally got to talk to the manager. She explained to me that my lease was signed and for the inconvenience she waived my late fee. At least someone in that office knows what she is doing. If you have any problems I would suggest only talking to the manager.

I would have given it no stars if that was an option. I have always paid the rent on time for this apartment. The office staff is difficult to reach. I am a nurse working 60-80 hours weekly, and do not have a lot of time to continue to call and go to the office. We are in a middle of a pandemic and they are giving moving notices. When speaking with the manager after trying for 2 weeks(calling and showing up at the office) he was rude and brought up experiences with my son from a past position he had as an apartment manager 3 years ago . This is irrelevant with this situation saying he has not even spoke with my son since the start of our lease.The manager told me on the phone that he would work with me, but called me two days later telling me the moving notice was back in effect due to rules that he never mentioned about my sons friend being allowed to visit, and Iwas told that the police was called, but I have called all police stations. They do not have a report filed or a call matching the address. The water bill is outrageous ranging from 120-150 monthly with no washer in the apartment. I have heard similar complaints from other tenants some Bills reaching 350 dollars for 1 month.

Been here for almost 1 year, yes you have problems but for me the good outweigh the bad. Too many kids around and you have to park your car the next street over. But managers work with you when your late on rent, big apt. and maintenance does a good job.

They cant be worked with if they dont nor will they ever answer their phones. Evidently they wont. Dealing with many problems over here. Had my vehicle towed without any notice. And none will answer me who authorized the tow. Thats in the past, yet still having problems with them. I hope this review catches their attention and answer their phone this time.However, maybe Im wrong. Maybe they have a bad system set up. Who knows. But having problems with them. They cant be worked with at all. Especially with the rentcafe app. That will get you in to so much debt. You best be ready when renting these apartments. Expensive and troublesome.

I think management has a lot of good ideas and there’s potential for change here, but there’s no action behind said ideas. The parking issue is something that is repeatedly discussed but I have yet to have the ability to park in front of my apartment. The other main issue is that parents in this area just take no interest in their children or their activities. There are kids running around outside until 3 and 4am during the week when they should be sleeping for school, and are always making noise, etc and they aren’t taught to pick up after themselves. Overall, I think I would rather move to an area where people respect their surroundings. Just because we don’t live in the best area, it doesn’t mean we as a community can’t respect our surroundings and make it better.

The new property managers have really taken the tenants concerns into consideration, They have put their dedication into making things easier for my mother and her kids, solving any issues or concerns we may have had. It’s incredicle how the crime rates decreased and I’m truly grateful for the new change and hope to see Havenwood become a safe living environment for future tenants.

These apartments are being well taken care of now days. They have improve a lot. My sister in law lives there and she called to get sinks unclogged and they where at her 🚪 less then 1hour. Also they are always spraying for bugs & have taken care of the mice inside and out. I have also seen that they painted front 🚪s & replace bad wood where needed. I always see the maintenance men, cleaning parking lots or the front doors of apartments. I have also seen crews of landscaping men cutting trees, bushes or the grass. I do believe these apartments are for the better today days. Please keep up your 👍 great job. 😉

Although Havenwood Townhomes has a previous bad reputation. I do have to honestly say there has a been a complete change since the new management has taken over. The staff in the leasing office, the managers, the maintenance crew, and the on site security have all been very great in ensuring all their current and future residents are taken care of. Cant wait to see the changes that are yet to come in the future for Havenwood!

Two issues with this apartment complex;1: The parking to this place sucks, people who don’t even reside at the complex park their cars here.2. That office number never gets picked up, even though people are in the office.

I was on the brink of homelessness until I walked inside Havenwood office. Erica and Staci went above and beyond to ensure I got the attention I needed for a quick move in. From application to lease signing, they never gave up as I had some things pending on the application. They made several phone calls on my behalf to resolve a issue and they clearly didn’t have to. I was moved to tears by their overwhelming concern...when i got my keys i cried and they gave me a welcome home hug not handshake lol!!! Not to mention my apartment is AMAZING!!!!!!! I LOVE MY NEW HOME❤️

Been a resident for over 6 years, I’ve watched people come in and out of the office, rules changed, likePaying rent online or WIPS, new pest control company seems to be helping my building a lot. I went in last week and needed to be added to the list as fast as can be. Felicia put me on the list the next day.

Office staff is nice but very hard to get ahold of, I get it is super busy but I would like to be able to call in instead of having to go in. That being said I went in about problems with my neighbors and too many cars being parked outside. Orlando and Felicia came out and talked to my neighbors and have been making sure too many cars aren’t in the Sherwood Forest area.

Great place to live in...

I have been a resident at havenwood for over 4 years. There has been a lot of craziness here but for the past 2 months I have realized everything has calmed down. The new management is very understanding and going beyond my expectations. They started to have security driving around and walking as well, I feel very safe to walk my dog.

The maintenance team is top notch and awesome, the front office though is a pain to deal with, they dont like to get back to you about anything. And there is a major roach infestation in the complex, they spray and often but it does nothing.

While it was a nice, quiet, peaceful place when I moved in back in 2009, it became a bad neighborhood within the past couple years. There were at least a couple times where a few of my possessions were stolen and the rental office and insurance company they suggested refused to help with replacing it, even after security took my info to for an insurance claim. The security was also lacking in physical capability, making apprehending the thieves impossible. The rental office needs to also be much more strict on who they lease out to, due to a previous tenant using a knife to carry out that terror attack at OSU. Im somewhat glad to have moved out, because its not a safe place to live anymore. Not to even mention the numerous issues w/ pests and mold.

Pretty peaceful place to live. Spacious apartments. But the rent is expensive and they will drown you with late fees if not on time. Making it impossible to catch up. Luckily they cut me a break and are working with me. TY Havenwood. I do love the apartment.

Went in to speak with a manager about my account because they were charging me for something I didn’t understand, the lady showed me why I owed money and let me know I had until the rest of the month to pay it. It’s super busy every time you go in but they help you as fast as they can.

Old,crooked floors, always have mice and cockroaches. Section 8 is their priority. High crime area with no sidewalks to walk on. Slow maintenance response. Over $1000 for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. They dont reward tenants who have been here a long time..they raise your rent. Cheap cabinets and carpeting, sloppy painting done to the interiors. Grafetti now sprayed on to the outside walls. There are at least 6 layers of paint on the wall. Basements flood. We have had black mold, mice, roaches, just to name a few problems.

They will steal your money! My application has been in limbo for a month with no word from these people. If you email they won’t write back, if you call they will not call back. I just want my holding fee back and to forget this roach infested place!

Do not apply here. I applied and was denied, which is fine however it’s been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my deposit back. Half of the time when I call the phone hangs up and when they answer they give me the run around. No one knows anything and you can’t ever get in contact with the leasing agent on site. My finance and I have since found better housing. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

If i could give it zero stars i would. Lived out here with my mom while i was home for college during the summer and during the holidays. First off the apartment is super nice inside. All was good until it started to approach the winter months. My mother had mice. MULTIPLE. And they literally did nothing. She had to buy her own traps. Then the roaches. They would come and treat and the roaches would come right back. JUST DONT DO IT. Unless you don’t mind mice and roaches.

Working with Ibet was great! Anytime we had questions or concerns, we could for sure count on her. She was very friendly and patient with us. Calling in to the office has been a bit of a hassle, but they explained to us that the phones have been down, but if you leave a voicemail, theyre sure to get back with you.

I am living here since last two year or so, community around is not bad but there are few Somali who are really problematic. The Administration is non cooperative and you will never get response for any of your call. In the office you will have to wait for hours for nothing problems. They don’t care what kind of problem you have just they want you to pay your rent on time, that’s it..

Looking for a place hasnt been easy for me, Ive looked at 9 different places before I came into Havenwood. Im very picky and the littlest things make me not like a place. But after coming into Havenwood Ive viewed the pictures online and I loved how the townhomes looked decide on giving it another try. When I walked in the agents were very kind, I mentioned to her I didnt want to see the model and wanted to see an actual unit so the apartment looked just like the pictures, very clean and smelled really nice. So I decide on applying right away. I cant wait to actually move in

I would just like to double his sentiment and add that all the positive reviews on this aRe made by accounts with generic names and only have a history of one review and it’s a 5 star for havenwood. There are bugs. They will not help you. A majority of these positive reviews are from fake accounts likely from people working in the leasing office. Buyer beware big time. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

Good and friendly staff overall. Maintenance can be slow to respond, but they usually do an okay job. I’ve lived here for 8 years and the neighborhood has gotten better, but there are always a few bad apples and occasional disturbances from partying or people just being loud.

I’ve lived here for two years and my kitchen ceiling was never fixed and looked so ugly. Office seem to never care about my issue. And i was ready to move out.But I can tell that the new staff is making a change!They got it fixed within no time and it looks amazing.Thank you John and Orlando!

Do NOT move here. They will allow you to move in, knowing that your apartment is invested with bed bugs and roaches. They will want to bomb your house twice a week, so you need to call off work and get your family and pets out for 3 hours at a time. If you do not allow them entry because you CANT call of work, they fine you fifty dollars.They leave you with the option of calling off twice a week, or get charged 100 dollars a week. They wont alow you to schedule, and they give you the notice less than 24 hours before. Sometimes its the morning of.Worst experience ever. They raise the rent randomly.Stay away!!!!

I lived here for 6 years and I’ve never had issues with people coming in my apartment, I got a letter from the exterminators for them to spray. I went to the office and spoke with the leasing manager and she came and looked at my apartment and took me off the list, she really respected my privacy.

Havenwood Townhomes is the worst. A lot of broken promises and no follow through. I have complained about the mice infestation since 11/2018. I have been a resident since 2015. This management company has been horrible. I have dealt with Orlando and Felicia. I have came in every month. I have reached out to corporate several of times. I have furniture destroyed and they refuse to replace it. I have given Orlando and Felicia pictures and videos of the mice and dropping. I am a single mom of 4. We shouldnt have had to live in these conditions. I have pleaded with them to please get this under control. They have yet to do so. Here I am about to move and probably going to take them with me DONT MOVE HERE!

Youll be sorry, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The apartment itself, was an upgrade from the dump I left in Lancaster however the area is horrible. The apartments were cheaply remodeled, lots of issues including trash everywhere, insufficient parking for everyone, no assigned spaces per unit, security was somewhere- I think, police presence due to issues was constant, my apartment was vandalized and robbed twice, my car & bike once each, I did approach the management office and was told feel free to install additional locks for your doors and windows as you need, we assume no liability, what I did instead was buy out my lease, get separate receipts for the rent and lease buyout to cma and get out of there quick, I wish anyone who decides to live there good luck.

This place sucks. It’s ridiculously over priced for the area. Office people are so rude and they changed my lease dates without my consent. They completely messed up my lease and The little blond headed manager that speaks Spanish is so rude and she has no idea what she’s talking about. Don’t move here. You will regret it.

They ask too much for rent luckily I haven’t seen any bugs but all my neighbors has had to deal with bugs and exterminators I don’t mind the groundhogs as much time in the manager office not answering at any time to fix anything you have to personally go in and talk to someone because no one answers and they just aren’t taking section 8 so I get to spend 1100 a month these guys should spend eight dollars a month this place is a joke

It’s been 2 months since I applied to Havenwood. I received my denial within 48 hours and still have no received my $100 deposit back. I have called, sent emails and still no one has an answer. Today I finally spoke to someone who is helping me. But this company is untruthful and they will steal from you. Had I not be adamant about this issue they would’ve just taken my money. I still have not had this issue resolved but I will not give up until I get my funds or at least an answer to why that is not possible. Do not apply here.

Great location, I have live here for 10 years and under 3 different managements. Havenwood being the current one. I have nothing but good things to say about them..

Just moved in yesterday, the blonde lady was really nice, she helped me sign the lease and made sure I was taken care of.

This place is so great . When i had problems they worked with me and helped me threw it. They are inder new managment and since i moved in there has been extensive changes with property. Very nice place to be . Managment is very friendly and give personalized care. Pricing i feel is a very good value for the size.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I cant put negative or 0! We have lived here since 2016 and ever since they changed management this place is terrible! We have dealt with a roach and mice infestation and they approved us moving to another unit but when it came down to it we couldnt get anyone to respond to multiple phone calls and emails as well as personal visits to the office. So our only option was to stop paying rent to get their attention and take it up in court. After court we were assured we would be moved to a unit that was treated thoroughly but we still see bugs and had to take matters in our own hands! Not to mention we have been to court 3-4 times because of non-communication since they dont respond to calls,emails,visits,etc! And they actually expected us to pay attorney fees for their faults! When we went to pay Aprils rent they told us our check from DECEMBER didnt clear and they wouldnt file an eviction because it was poor communication on their end and that we would set up a payment plan to get caught up...couple days later eviction court papers! So at court we set up a payment plan and we did/paid everything we were suppose to...well they kept coming to our unit saying it was suppose to be empty and then more eviction court papers! And because of that they wouldnt accept anymore rent. When we went to court the judge ruled in our favor but that same day they brought a 3 day notice for the rent that was still owed (that they didnt accept prior to court) so we paid that within the 3 days (which they signed off on and dated) but what do you know we got MORE eviction court papers today to go to court 8/14! WTF?! And lastly, as long as this review is its not even half of the issues! 1 more issue is maintenence came to fix a plumbing problem in the bathroom andain the process stained our bathtub purple and broke off the faucet to the tub which they said would be painted and fixed the next day but 4 wks later and multiple maintence requests...still nothing! And they can take this post down or respond in some fake sympathetic way but I have copied and saved it and will post it every couple of days!

I left 4 days after living there month to month. Because I didn’t leave on the 31st they think it’s ok to charge me almost $3,000. They are nuts. My husband and I left that townhouse in immaculate condition. Now I need to get a lawyer. The neighborhood is ghetto and filthy. Hundreds of unsupervised children running and yelling in the parking lots at all hours of the night. Cops are there daily. The walls are paper thin (I could hear my neighbors conversation word for word in the bathroom). I didn’t get a good nights slee the whole year I lived there.The leasing agents are nice but the manager is a mess.

The community looks alot cleaner and i can actually get someone on the phone when i call. The lady in that helped me fix my account was really nice.

I was a little worried about moving in after all the reviews but i have to seayi LOVE my apartment, for the price it is spacious.

Lived here since Jan 2019, have gone to office multiple times a month about a bug infestation of an extreme magnitude of cockroaches. Have pleaded with the staff and I have multiple recorded conversations with staff about the issue and as of today my wife went down to talk about the bug issue where she was confronted by a sad excuse of a man named “Terrance Hopewell”. When asked to see a manager “Terrance Hopewell” screams at my 5 month pregnant wife and gets in her face and says he “doesn’t care she’s five months pregnant he doesn’t need to get out of her face” My wife literally had to call the police because she was actually scared of this man who was not so brave when she wasn’t alone. I really am disgusted by this business and how they handled things so much so I’m buying out of my lease today and fowarding all the documentation and recordings I have to their corporate office and the Ohio department of health. No tenant should be afraid to approach their leasing office and no pregnant persons should ever be put through such emotional distress and confrontation. Don’t move in here unless you want to deal with constant roach infestation that they will derelict all responsibility from and literally threaten you when you ask for a manager. The manager “Orlando Rodriguez” claimed no knowledge of any bug issues on the property at all despite me explaining that I had video-graphic and recorded conversations with his staff going back to January with multiple workers in the office claiming that they have told the property manager. He showed no interest in seeing any of it insisting that the bug problem was a result of sanitation.Tl;Dr: Don’t move in here. A lot of bugs and they will literally do nothing about it and I will be more than happy to standby any of what I’m saying and will show anyone who contacts me even if it’s just a “possible future resident” and you want to see please email me and I willshow you why you should not live here.

I made an account specifically to post this review because I don’t want anyone to fall for this place the way I did. This place is full of crime, roaches, and the homes are poorly built.My roommates and I saw this place and it looked great! Nice clubhouse, a townhome with wood floors and ample space in the living room and bedroom. It seemed perfect!After moving in, we were enamored, but quizkly realized that the homes-while looking nice-were cheaply built and renovated and not meant to stand. Our walls, ceilings, and floors began ti peel and crack at the foundation. We called maintenance and they just spackled a bit, but it’s already beginning to crack again. Also, we’ve watched 3 apartments go up in flames in the 8 months we’ve been here. That’s such a high occurrence that it makes me believe that these buildings aren’t very safe.We read the reviews that said it was infested with roaches and mice, but we brushed it off and thought it wouldn’t happen to us. Please do not be us. Look at the number of reviews that say it’s infested with these pests and do not buy! We’ve been treated 5 times for it; they still appear. They don’t treat the other units where this problem is coming from. The roaches always return.This place is full of crime-police here almost every night, kids yelling and breaking into cars, and there was a murder on the street next to us a couple months ago. I will never come back to this place. Please do not move here if you value your quality of life. Do not brush off these reviews like I did. There are much cheaper apartments with all these problems.

Bad service I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone to move here that’s why everyone is moving away from here because off the bad service and the rent is high. If I could give zero star I would.

I moved in this apartment on the 25th of October 2017 from New York. Payed 1500 deposit and the rest of the day left on that month to end,I was always on time with my rent. I stayed there for a year, and I decided to move out before of reaches and rats. I turned in my 60 days move out notice on the 31st of August 2018, Because I was working, I couldn’t go to the office I called to inform them of my moving, so the staff gave me her email address, to email the 60 days notice to her. So I did just that. But it’s been 7 weeks now since I moved out, and there don’t want to give my 1500 hard earned money.. so watch out for your deposits . I have all my records. And I will surely get my money back in sha Allah.

Horrible! They refuse to give us back our security Deposit. Ive asked several times, we left our place clean. I turned back in my swimming pool/ gym key, they still refuse to return my $50.00. They accused wrongfully and when found out they were wrong they never apologized. They allowed outsiders to park in front of our homes and we paid over 1,000 amonth, signs in front of every opening about trespassers they never never enforced it. People sold dope out in the open. It was not worth $1020.00 absolutely horrible.

Ive lived here for 2 years just because I had to, and Im not the least bit impressed. The only good thing is the apartments are very spacious, outside of that, its way overpriced for the neighborhood, every Friday around 12-3 traffic gets jammed up, the whole complex is riddled with bed bugs, I had to have my apartment sprayed and when they came to do mine I seen then at every other door for the next couple weeks. The ground is covered in litter, Im paying 1,025 per month for a 2 bed and 1 and a half bath and my half bath hasnt worked since the day I moved in. Maintenance has come several times to fix it and havent actually fixed anything, they switch management all the time, every few months it seems, and no one ever has any answers, our dishwasher didnt work for 2 months before maintenance finally came to replace it, they recently introduced a water bill when it used to be included and last month they told me I could pay it seperately, today when I went to pay my rent they told me I couldnt pay rent unless I paid them for the water bill too, so nothing is ever consistant, especially the way they make you pay rent. It went from money order, to cashiers check, to online, then they couldnt get their online app to work properly and had to change to a new one. I wanted to get a key fob to get into the gym and they kept telling me for about 4 months that they couldnt give me one because something was wrong with them and everytime I came back to ask about it i got a different answer... Its just chaos here. Would not recommend.

Called to set up an appointment and view. I was emailing with soneone previously and they were unresponsive so I called. The young lady was pretty rude and dismissive. She continued to rush me off the phone. Won’t get my business.

This review is a bit long but needed to be thorough PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!I applied here on Oct 1st online after being given false information. I was sent an email stating my app had been accepted and to call the office. I was told they couldnt accept my app and I would receive a FULL refund! App fee and deposit totaling $135. I am STILL waiting for the redund!! Its been 2 months!! Ive called numerous times just to be told someone will call me back and have gotten nothing!! I went into the office asking to speak to a leasing manager and explained what was going on, after waiting 15 minutes I was told the office was closing for some meeting and I would get a call back. Needless to say its December 4th and have heard NOTHING!! They lie and put you off on other people. I ask to speak to someone in charge I get a supposed office manage (I specifically asked are you a manager who is in charge and can help? Her reply yes I am. How can I help?) who can help me just to be sent to someone else (supposedly an assistant manager although if youre a MANAGER why would the ASSISTANT MANAGER be able to help when you cant?!) whom also cant help me!! This place is a mess!! I have had a few people say they were going to apply here and was OH SO HAPPY to share my experience and deter them from doing so. They have since found other more suitable housing and are happy with their choice. I have also found a VERY nice townhome for much less money, less lying and much more professional office staff.The supposed Office Managers who I dealt with are Felicia (spoke to her about 4 times plus had a face to face conversation), Chris (spoke to him once) and had a face to face today with Orlando just to be told, AGAIN, Ill look into it and call you. Apparently switching management companies is the problem. Smh...yea ok. Sure.

If I could give this complex a 0 I would. I have been here less than a year and I am ready to go already. My apartment has been sprayed numerous times for roaches which keep coming back although I am an advent user of Clorox. I made dinner and placed it in the oven for about 30mins. When I opened the oven, their were mice eating the food. Smh. This will be my 4th time calling about the vermin problems. I overpaid with my rent and deposit and was told that I could not get the extra back. Smh. The rental office does NOT return phone calls. And the call center will not give out corporate number. I would not suggest anyone move into these town homes.

PLEASE READ ALL!!!!!! ALL IS TRUE...So where do I start. I know DONT MOVE HERE. Infested,infested, infested. When i first moved here i had to wait for a month to get my ac fixed. Formula was getting messed up. My 5 month old was sooo hot nothing was working to cool her off. Horrible paint job, thought we had wallpaper peeling. IT WAS PAINT. Cracks all around the cabinets. Horrible, threw together apartmentsDid i say theyre infested? It would be different if i was the cause of the bug issue here. But, Im not, so i shouldnt have to live with them. Im paying over 1,000 dollars to have roaches as my roommates. A roach was on my phone in my bed. NO SIR.....Since Ive been here (lease up in June) my place has been sprayed 5-6 times. Its so bad to the point i have my utensils in a container. I have to look in the kitchen on the counter to make sure no roaches are in there before i go in. I had to throw away my microwave because they got inside inside my microwave. Was that replace NOPE.They will charge you if youre not prepped for treatments. Get your apartment mixed up with others. I received a shut off notice and it was for another apartment. If you want something fixed and have to pay to get it fixed. They will not let you pay your rent until you pay it.I understand were under new management AGAIN. And, it sucks that they have to pick up where the other company left off. But, its not worth moving here at all. The floor in the 1/2 bath is caving in after someone already came to put another board underneath it.Just please dont move here. Ive been ready to move since 1-2 months into my lease. Please try to find something else more safe, and pest free. I cant wait until i move.

The staff are great and so is the layout of the apartments. However when the winter came SO DID THE MICE AND ROACHES . I am terified of both. I hate it i cant sleep at night the mice are very aggressive and smelly. They are leaving my house with a strong sent and my kids hate it. I love the schools out here but i cant take it anymore.. Im sorry that i have to leave a review like this because the place is beautiful and the staff try their best to fix the problem but its NOT working out! This going on my second year staying here i was going to stay but here comes the winter again and im ready to move. Side note: it is currently 1:50am i have to be up in the morning and get my kids ready for school but yet im up sitting on my bed watch three mice have a ball running around.. How fun is that😤
