Solid building and location, pretty scammy though. Some black thing that is probably mold grows out of showers and bathrooms in every room. It isn’t clean when you get there first day but they still charge a cleaning fee when you leave. I requested a parking spot with plenty of time both years and arrived day one without one. They also nickel and dime you for fees like “Trash Out” and “Carpet patch” during move out charges without providing proof. $360 move out fee when my room was basically spotless.

I tried to take a lease over at this place, the leasing office was horrible. I submitted the required documents and never received any response. Very unprofessional. I then was emailed if I was still interested and I replied that I was in contact with the person I was taking the lease over from and said we are still working on it. I then get an email 10 minutes later saying that the lease has been filled... I then asked them what was going on and they said that the guy I was taking the lease from; his mom called to request them to find someone else which was not true at all. Dont rent from this place and save yourself from the headache. Brittney or whatever should look for a new job.

Enjoyed our tour of the Wellington and decided to lease an apartment with them for Fall 2021. Lance, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!! He provided a thorough review of the facilities and was able to answer all of our questions. In addition, he was extremely helpful in assisting us with the application process. Went smoothly! The staff at The Wellington are amazing. Emily, Kellen, Ped, and the rest of the gang are basically the A-team reincarnated. Every apartment has high-speed internet, HD cable, and beautiful furnishings.

The rooms in the Wellington are spacious and everything is brand new...it is such a nice place to live! I love the study rooms on my floor, it’s so convenient to have the option of switching things up without ever having to leave the building. Additionally, the location is perfect—right in the middle of campus, and right on High Street, so everything you need is not too far of a walk. Also love the the fact target is right below, so convenient when I need something last minute!!

The Wellington definitely exceeded my expectations by a landslide. It is right across from campus and I feel safe walking to and from my apartment at any time of the day. 10/10 recommend.

The Wellington is an awesome place to live and well worth the price for safety and location (+ some sweet amenities). Their staff is flexible, and worked well with me when I needed to make a quick move. I highly recommend working with Lauren H. She makes an effort to show how this complex can benefit you as an individual!

This is easily my favorite place of living to date. I have been nothing but pleased by the service that I have been provided throughout my stay here. Specifically the help of Lauren Howard, she was extremely pleasant and helpful. I cant cant recommend this spot enough!!

The Wellington is hands down the best place to live as a student! Right on high street conveniently with target and chick fil a right below. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. In the office, Lauren H is always super helpful and takes care of everything I need! 10/10 recommend

Could not have asked for a better place to live while at OSU! While the location is unbeatable (above target, Chick-fil-A, right on high street), the property and staff is even better. The amenities are high class, clean, and very enjoyable -- easy to take a break during the day. There are plenty of spaces to study and there is a 24/7 Starbucks coffee machine for free. Rooms are good in size, nicely furnished, and well kept up with. Lastly, the community managers (Rebecca and Kellen) are awesome! They are so helpful and will work with you to solve any problems/issues you may have. I could not have asked for a better community to ensure my safety and focus on my school work.

The best place to live. Location is perfect. Honestly the best location for an apartment on Ohio State campus. Most apartments I looked at before choosing the wellington (the view, high line etc) were very out of the way of campus and night life. The rooms, bathrooms and closets are HUGE. There is a gorgeous movie theatre, lounge and really cute outdoor areas to hangout with hammocks and tables. The gym isn’t HUGE but 100% has everything you need. I have actually no complaints about my experience touring and living here. Staff are friendly helpful and accessible. Maintenance responds ASAP and are rarely ever needed. 10/10!!!

Great place to live! The management and office team is excellent and is super helpful and supportive to their residents! Rooms and living area are awesome and there is plenty of space. Courtyards, gym, movie theater, and study spaces are all great perks too. The target below and location is also very convenient!

Do not live here, complete and total scam. Save your money! I even had to pay to not live here next year (without signing a lease for 2020-2021) and was asked by office staff to contact individuals on the waitlist to fill my vacant apartment.

Amazing apartments. Right in the middle of campus so it’s very convinient. Management gets back to me within the day about things I need fixed and other problems. Overall great experience living here the past two years. Matt Stuck is a great employee and helps me with all of my problems here.

When our window crack in the winter because of condensation, we immediately reported and they wanted to charge us the cost of the window as well as the labor for being the first unit to have window crack. They said we didnt have any video or photo evidence that its not on us (how is that possible?). However I saw a maintenance guy carried out a broken window from another unit before ours scheduled to get fixed. So we are not the only unit that has broken window then?

The team in the office is very professional and knowledgeable, especially Rebecca. She took the time to find out what my needs were and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this community just based off my interaction with her!

The location is great, the rooms are nice, it has some cool amenities that youll never use anyways but hey theyre there. Anyways rent is 1200 a month and the office staff is rude at times. The residents arent great either. The noise on weekends is a huge problem to the point that I need to use earplugs to sleep. This can be both a general problem and a problem with certain units. But the office staff leaves at 7 and can only issue noise complaints when they can verify the noise personally so basically they will do nothing about the noise at night. Oh and also they say that noise complaints can only be made after hours (without ever saying specifically what after hours includes) so if after hours begins after 7 then I guess they never address noise problems. Although theres nothing about the after hours thing in my lease or the community guidelines which makes me think theyre making that rule up. In fact I notice Im not the first reviewer to mention noise, and that the building owner responded to that review *without* addressing the noise problem so do the math. Anyways for rent so high the quality of living is not great. I guess if you want to party every weekend and not focus on school this could be the place for you but if youll want to ever stay in on a night then youll be best served living somewhere else and probably save a lot of money in the process. Ultimately it was an easy decision not to renew my lease for next year.

My son lives here. These aprtments are set on top of the Target store right on High Street, basically on campus! They are upscale with scan in entry for safety. He has his own bathroom and a huge walk in closet. The kitchen has granite counters and upscale appliances. The unit also has a stack washer and dryer in the unit. Negative is someone stole both tires off of his bike while parked in the secure garage. There are no cameras in the garage. I do think that should change not only for bikes, but for human safety of the tenants. He plans to live here for the next several years while completing his undergrad and graduate degrees.

Awesome place to live, wouldn’t be as special if it wasn’t for one dedicated worker, named CJ Trudell. Always makes my day better by giving me positive motivation in the morning to tackle the tough school day. Great friend, great worker with a bright future, excited to see where he could go. There’s too much to say about him, all I can say is this place would crumble without him. He’s resembles the fun and sense of community this place strives to be like, except he’s not just mastered it, he demonstrates it like he’s playing a video game. The kid is special, be looking for his name on your televisions in a couple years.

The Wellington is at a great location close to campus. The building is brand new and has great amenities like a movie theatre and a fitness center. I also love that there is a parking garage underneath the building. The staff have always been friendly and helpful from the time I started the leasing process. I would highly recommend The Wellington!

Where to even start about The Wellington. I love living here! The amenities are always kept clean and the leasing staff always tries their hardest to meet each and every residents needs. If you call the emergency phone someone always answers and helps right away. I loved it so much I renewed for another year. I recommend the building to everyone.

The Wellington is an amazing place to live off campus! The location is perfect, and the staff is wonderful. I called in looking for housing and Aleesha was so helpful. They were full at the Wellington for Fall 2020, but Aleesha was able to guide me in the right direction when it came to other options. I highly recommend living here.

Ive lived at two major apartment buildings on high street for OSU students, and I would definitely recommend the Wellington!! The customer service is so much better than my last apartment. Whether its for questions, maintenance, or concerns, the team is always receptive, helpful, and friendly. They host a ton of events for residents and you cant beat the location. They have great common areas to hang out and a much of study rooms. Overall, I really enjoyed living here thanks to the awesome staff!

The wellington is super convenient especially for someone whos not from Ohio. It comes with all essential furniture making it easier to settle in. Target is right downstairs for any additional needs. you can make it to almost any class within 10 min. The staff are also very welcoming and always willing to help with any apartment issue you have. I strongly recommend the Wellington.

Dont let those pretty pictures fool you. The Wellington is an incredibly overpriced establishment. Upon move-in, unfinished paint was scattered throughout the apartment. The couches provided look great! Ha! try sitting on it for more than 30 minutes and you can tell they spent approximately $1 on furniture. The bed frames provided are abnormally high and unstable. The desk provided feels like it was made by a preschooler and overall -- rent here if you want to waste your money. Also, good luck sleeping Thursday-Saturday night with all the commotion within the area. They do have a nice coffee machine though!

This place should be renamed to the fire alarm. They really love in testing fire alarm. You know how bad it is to get shocked by that loud alarm sound?(The time I wrote this review was almost 7pm and they were still playing with the fire alarm without any early notification .) Elevator is slow, sometimes out of service. Internet sometimes disconnected. And all of above cost me $1200+ per month. I hope I can give a 2.5 stars but looks like theres no such an option.

Office staff was very helpful and welcoming, apartments came fully furnished which was nice and the study rooms on each floor are a great place to study. It does get loud on the weekends but that is to be expected as the apartment is part of a college campus, on high street and the apartments which face inside to the courtyards or face east arent too bad. The location is great, just a short walk to greek row, the bars, campus, and bus stops for COTA and CABS

The place is a well decorated, welcoming, and accommodating luxury living apartment. Including staff that genuinely cares and amenities that you actually want in Ohio. On top of that youll never meet a better group of residents then the ones living here(including myself).
