The staff here was always friendly and helpful. We lived here for a year. We unfortunately had TERRIBLE neighbors and we could never park anywhere near our building. So it sadly wasn’t a very pleaser or convenient place to live for the price. The apartment we moved in also had gunk stuck on the carpet, and wasn’t cleaned well on move in.

I spoke to someone last night about renting an apartment and the expected move in date could have been today. They said I could get the apartment for what I was quoted last night. I drive all the way up here before work just to find out they raised the price $300. When asked why it was different they said it was because there was an extra bathroom. Um no a bathroom does not cost $300. I asked why I couldnt get the one I was talking to someone about last night they said someone applied for it last night. I highly doubt that considering I was talking to someone late in the evening. Dont rent here they just want to lie and raise the price after youre in the process of trying to rent a place

We have had a very good experience here! The staff is so friendly and takes care of us so well! The maintenance is on top it, too. If we ever needed anything we always got an email with explanation of what to expect as far as timing or procedures to take of it. They are doing a lot to maintain a good atmosphere even when other residents aren’t doing their part.

Apartments are really nice and spacious. I had the two bedroom two bathroom. I loved the accent walls and the apartment was very up kept. The only issues were the walls are paper thin so you hear everything and no one cleans up after their dogs. I wouldn’t live there again for those reasons.

These people are horrible. After 6 months of me moving out they charged me for fridge and the carpet because they charge them after 4 users and I was the lucky one. They put me to collections for 1200 dollars on the pandemic because I don’t want to ruin my credit. Don’t rent at this place or you might regret it. The maintenance is also horrible and if you get something broken on the weekend or after hrs you’ll wait for forever.

What can I not say about living at Eastpointe Ridge. The Management and maintenance team is super and very courtesy. They know me not only by name but by address too. I am very impressed. The location here is near every store or fast food place you can walk to almost any where without needing a car. The upgrades and the steady improvements of the property have been great also. I love the look of the new carpet and the painted walls. When ever I need a service call the repairs are done fast and in a professional manner.

The staff are friendly and always willing to assist the tenants. They take their time to get to know you as an individual and care about any concerns a tenant might have. I enjoy the fact that there are many waking distance amenities near the complex such as grocery store, food restaurants, gas station, haircut places, and more....

Ive lived here a year and a half. 9/10 things have been great. The one thing was ants but they took care of them within 72 hrs. Maintenance is great fixed our toilet that seemed to have emotional issues for a bit there. Our community was just renovated. The office staff is great. I have the two bed two bath. When we had a problem with another resident they talked to her and even did translation so she would understand. They are great with maitance orders too.

I lived here twice. The first time I lived here things were great and well maintained. Im guessing this was back in 2012 to 2013. I moved to the Chicagoland area for 3 years before returning. Sight unseen but etched into my mind were property conditions when I left. When I returned and signed on the dotted line, things went downhill from there. A carpet I was assured had been just recently cleaned, left my white socks black underneath. Elevators often stank with pet odors. Front door, a security feature, often didnt work. Getting things fixed inside the suite are laughable at best. Grounds were dirty and grassy areas have pet mess in them. They just seemingly dont understand the meaning of HOME and what expectations exists when you dare to offer something called HOME.

Don’t recommend staying here overpriced for what you get . Very very inconsiderate people.

Ive been here for 2 years going on 3 and have not had a bad experience with the staff. For the apartments they have decent sized living room (had lived in both the 2 bdr and 1 bdr). The only I guess you could say con would be the dog weight limit should be lowed to small to med sized dogs; seeing the space for a large dog is none. Out side of that it has almost every fast food joint + kroger/giant eagle in walking distance.

We have lived here for the past 2 years. I will admit, the first year was OK, not great, but OK. We decided to renew our lease for the second year because of the location and it was an OK price for what we were getting. Before we renewed we told them that we would stay if there was a dog area going to be put in (fence). They accept pets but there is no place for them to run around. We have had every maintenance problem you could think of... drains, locks on doors, windows leaking, water coming through ceiling, roaches- the list goes on and on. They have been spraying our apartment every Friday for the last 3 months and still no change in the amount of bugs. They are on the walls, coming out of the outlets, in the main hallways and they arent even close to being gone. You tell the new girl in the office, Miranda, about the problems and she does NOTHING about it. She seems nice at first until you have a problem, then she has a huge attitude. Our lease is up in December and we tried to go month to month just to get out of moving in the winter and were told to go online for pricing/renewal. I chose month to month, was sent the lease agreement and then Miranda wouldnt sign it (she also wouldnt tell me it was declined until I called her out on it). She hit us with an extra $150 per month surcharge even though thats not what it was online(I took screenshots). We also had a great deal of black mold in our bathrooms and coming out of our vents. When I spoke to her about it she said black mold is rare and there is no way you could have it. Yet when we had our vents cleaned that was their main concern. If you frequently get mail to your house/packages dont bother coming here. They get dropped off at the leasing office (sometimes) and when you go to pick them up they closed early. We are constantly having to track our mail down or it gets lost/damaged. This property does not care about their tenants and instead of fixing the actual problem, they throw football parties. DO NOT LIVE HERE. people are walking away from signing because of their first impression of the buildings. WASTE OF ENERGY DEALING WITH THEM. No incentive to stay when we have all these problems and they are increasing rent.

The rent is completely over priced for what you’re getting, even if the apartments were in good condition (and they aren’t) and they increase it every year. You can get a better deal for a bigger better apartment in so many other places, don’t even bother with this place. This was my first apartment so I didn’t know better. The management will take months to fix anything. Had a leak in my bedroom ceiling that would drip dirty brown water on my bed whenever it rained. Got no response for 4 weeks when I called and emailed multiple times trying to get my roof fixed. Then they took a month to show up to do anything. After they finally fixed it I was still left with huge brown stains on my ceiling and walls. They said they would have them painted over but it never happened, so for the rest of my lease I had ugly dirty stains to look at every night.
