The place is dirty. They rushed and didn’t do most of what is typically done in a standard pedicure at other salons. The people were nice. Will not return.

Online states pedicures are $25 - charge d $30 - not a big deal. Was okay - liked the opening of clean clippers. Not much of foot scrub - 👍

Very nice nail Tech, but one of my nails came off less than a week. And it shouldve never came off yet, it should at least last 3-4 weeks like it usually does. I will never be coming back here

EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience at Lucky Nails. It was my first time ever going and I had gotten recommendations from friends that get acrylic there. I went and got dip which chipped on THREE nails a mere TWO days later. Ive been regularly getting dip for about 2 years now and have NEVER had a single nail chip that soon, let alone 3. For $45, Im shocked at the results. If youre looking to pay upwards of 50 bucks (including tip) for dip thats going to crack and chip within 48hrs, this is the place!

Gina did an amazing job on my full set of acrylics that another nail salon had messed up. They were also all so friendly!

Great nails for a great price! We were the first appointment of the day so no wait for us although you could tell this place was going to get busy fast! Taking off a star because of lack of cleanliness (nail dust everywhere, stations not cleaned from the night before) and staff could have been friendlier.

Call ahead and make an appointment with Sandy for nails. Everyone else in there has been hit or miss. Theres one other person in there that I trust with my nails; I think her name is Gina but Im not sure. Sandy does a really good job and makes sure you leave happy.

Fully staffed so I was able to get right in without waiting more than 5 minutes and being juggled around with different people working on my nails like some nail salons do..and nails looked amazing!

They are very fast and friendly service and care abt all their customers.

I always got for just my eyebrows and today I decided to get a pedi and full set acrylic done with my daughters. The customer service was fine but the jog they did was horrible they painted over old polish on my daughter nails, and my full set had bubbles and wasn’t painted all the way nor was they shaped. They were sloppy.

Sandy does a great job and is fairly quick

There was a kid running around the entire time, the color I picked for my manicure was not the same color I got, and the employee could not answer questions I asked when I told her it was the wrong color. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I would give this place more stars if I could. Gina got me in shortly after my appointment time and did well on every part of my pedicure. They always do their absolute best to have you in and out and all the workers are very nice. They are all hardworking people with their own lives at home so be sure to tip them well. They definitely deserve it.

Phillip was wonderful! He talked, he showed options what i could do with my nails. Very fast and efficient! My friend and I walked in without an appointment and our nails were done in no time. Altogether everyone was very nice and the customer service deserves a 5 stars!

Loved my nails came out great but the phone rang at least 3 times and no one answered it some workers were playing in their phone. Overall they were nice to me and my grandma and did a good job on my nails.

Havent been in a while. Knew it would probably be busy. Called and they said about a 30-40 minute wait but we could come in, sign up, go get lunch and come back. Did that, sat down and they called two gals up before me and my friend. They did put us in the chairs, waited 10 minutes with no tech in sight. We left. Cmon Sandy and crew!

I have no clue if the nail service is any good or not. I made an appointment by phone, showed up 10 minutes early, and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen while people who came in after me were escorted back for services. No explanation was offered, even when I walked past the front desk person as I was leaving. All she did was give a very satisfied smile, as if to say, we didnt want your business anyway. Perfect. I will never bother you with my business again.

Always friendly and professional. They have recently added more designs, colors, and fresh ideas. I suggest going early in the morning or the day before it gets super busy. They get really busy after about noon

Unless I have a problem this is the only place that I go. They do a really good job, theyre inexpensive, and theyre very friendly.

They use to be best in town. My nails started to lift 3 days after getting a new set. I dont have time to go to nail salon to sit and wait for repairs every 3 days. I wont go back.

I come in just about every other week to get my nails touched up. Everyone is nice and they do a fantastic job. My only problem is I end up spending 30-45 min. waiting, whether there was an appointment made or not.

Let me start by saying that out of all 3 visits this had to be by far the worst which I’ve experienced. DO NOT use your credit/debit card here or they will STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. I went in on August10th with my daughter at 11:30am on Saturday & was not seen until 1:20pm due to there only being 4 workers. After receiving a rushed job which I still tipped $10 for, I was told that my total would be $93. The following morning after having checked my card transactions I had discovered these people charged an extra $20 to my card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I recommend you all go anywhere except Lucky Nails. This company and its workers are completely untrustworthy. I will NEVER grace these people w/ my presence as a customer again.

The lady who did my nails was very nice and did a great job! Although when I went to pay I asked if I could use a card to pay before I got my nails done and the answer was yes! So I went to go pay and everything was fine until it came to the tip! I asked if she could include the tip on my card and she said no! I felt bad to not tip at all and all I had was $1! I explained that I was so sorry and thought I could use my card! THE LADY WAS SO RUDE AND MADE ME FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE.. I was going to go back to my car and see if I get more cash but after the way she treated me I just left!

Great price for exemplary product. There wasnt a long wait at all. It was one of the best pedis Ive had. The massage was the epitome of stellar. Amazing experience. Will come back when in Columbia!

They do a very good job, but no matter when you go the wait is always crazy long, even when I just want my eyebrows waxed. Their customer service is okay, it just depends if they recognize your face or not. I hate that they dont allow you to tip on your debit/credit card anymore because I always forget cash!But if you can get in early enough with a minimal wait time or if you dont mind waiting, they definitely do the best work in Columbia.

Sometimes even with an appointment the wait is long, but generally good service, and $25 for a pedi like they give is a great deal.

Only get a good pedicure once a year before beach. Only painted one coat and no top coat. Little disappointed

Had a great experience here. First time getting my nails done ever too. Got pointed tips, black matte finish with shiny black tips. Reasonable prices, attentive staff, short wait time (when I came in) and realistic wait times given to those who came in during busier times.I see a lot of reviews that talk about deliberate neglect and long wait times. These reviews come from people who are impatient, critical and needy. This is a legit business with a hard working staff with their own experiences that have their own opinions and recommendations on what may be good or bad looks. Bring in pictures of what you want, ask questions and deliberate the details before you commit that way there are no issues or room for misinterpretation.

Service and quality has drastically gone down. My color doesnt last long at all. We waited for 1.5 hours to get our nails done because they took others before us. We were one of the first here and werent in the chair until 2nd to last. Will be finding a new salon.

They do a good job, however, customer service has been terrible for me. The wait to get started on my nails is usually long so I decided to make an appointment. My first appointment was fine--I got right in since I was the first appointment on a Saturday morning. Today I made another appointment at 4:30 and it did NOT work out. The women let two ladies with 5:00 appointments go ahead of me then after waiting until 5:15 and asking about my appointment someone was helped before me that walked in 10 minutes after I did with no appointment. It made me extremely mad that I spend so much money there and was not treated that way. Lucky nails does a good job at nails but the customer service makes me not want to go back.

This used to be my go to salon....until.....I started waiting way too long. That was strike one. THEN I went in for a simple eyebrow wax and they burned my brows!!! Im sorry but if my eyes are crying they hurt so bad maybe you should ask me if they are burning! I have permanent red marks now above my brows. Service and quality has just gone down hill. There are better salons in Columbia. Oh and they water down their polish.

I love the artistry of Sandy’s eyebrow waxing; however, when she isn’t there, the staff have the tendency to be rude.

Ive been here twice since March and have had poor experiences both times. The first time, I waited for over an hour and a half to get my nails done for a formal that I had coming up. The technician did not like the idea that I wanted me acrylics cut down to be fairly short and refused to listen to what I wanted. The second time, my wait (once again) was over an hour. I had my acrylics removed because they were put on horribly and they charged me way too much to remove for something that they messed up. I had them put the no chip polish on instead because the appearance of my nails post-acrylic was heinous. The technician was screaming across the salon to other technicians and neglected me several times. And to top it all off, the no chip polish chipped within 4 days! Do not spend your money or time here. Columbia has several other GOOD nail salons to go to and they are worth the price unlike this place.

The lady filed my nails, right on top of my cuticles, until they bled. There was no apology or anything. Now even after self treating my cuticle for a week it has turned into a horrible infection that required medical care and antibiotics, I will never recommend this salon to anyone.

I am a long time customer and have been coming to Lucky nails for years but Ive finally had enough. Where do I begin. The quality of their work has continued to deteriorate. I usually only have the owner, Sandy, touch my nails but shes always leaving the country and when shes gone the place goes downhill even more. Ive had trouble with both Noy and Jenny with their workmanship. They just dont seem to care if the acrylic nail is crooked. Many times while sitting at their chair Ive had to pick up the nail file to straighten the nail after asking them to but they dont seem to care. The salon isnt hygienic. This has always bothered me. They only have two nail brushes to use at the sink. REALLY? So everyone who comes thru has to use one of these two nail brushes. Once your thru cleaning, you just drop it back into the antiseptic solution. Most nail salons will make you discard your cleaning brush after you use it and have fresh ones for everyone. Is that even legal? I am not sure but I think I got a nail fungus from here and Ive been struggling with it for years and its always bothered me that I am using these brushes and wonder if Ive spread my nail fungus to others by sharing brushes. Lets talk about appointments.... Dont expect them to honor any appointment. Youll wait just like if you never had one. And they dont pay attention to appointments. Sometimes Ive waited an hour and a half with an appointment. Bottom line this place is going downhill fast, they dont have enough nail technicians so expect a LONG wait.....and the ones they do have, dont care at all if your satisfied with their work. Youre just like cattle, herding in and out. Dont expect them to give a flying &$@=!!. about you.

I was very disappointed with my service at Lucky nails. I arrived at 4:30pm as a walk-in knowing I had a meeting to attend at 6pm (1 mile away). The estimated time given was 20-30 minutes. An hour is plenty of time to get a new set. I was called to a seat at 5:05 and left with my nails soaking until 5:40. No one checked in on me. I stood up to wash my hands and was told someone could help in a few minutes, but I couldn’t be late for my meeting. I left with uneven nails, dry skin from my hands/nails soaking so long, and no desire to ever go back to this business.

Long Lines, Made an appointment for a wedding Party at 5:30 didnt get started until 6:30 and Party was there until 8. Also, Dirty Towels on table, unsanitary implements, double dipping the wax stick at the wax station and didnt properly cleanse pedicure tubs which require medical grade sanitizer to be run through the jets for 10 mins in between guests to be thoroughly clean. I know this because I work in the industry. Also, violate Missouri State Law that requires guests not have Metal Files/Graters used on feet, the sign is posted on the front door but they clearly do not adhere to it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. BEWARE.

Got my eyebrows done here today, when I came home the area around my brows were swollen and I broke out in the area around them as well . Ive gone before to get them done but today it was rushed and now I have swollen brows . Wouldnt recommend to anyone
