I am from out of town visiting my brother in law. I decided that I wanted to get my nails done today. I found this place while shopping. I just wanted French tips with a cute designs on the ring fingers. My nails look super thick ( which I hate) and the shaping is wrong. I have brittle nails so I asked the man to be a little easier while filing my nails (which he was still rough). I have cuts around my nails from the nailing file. Plus I asked for a design and this place could only offer stars. They lasted about 2 hours and while I was washing dishes my stars fell off. I don’t think I will be coming back to this place.

Love the experience... I hope he dont retire without keeping shop open.... I would love to return when i travel down here to get my nails done.....

Came to the salon only because my daughter gave me a gift card. The older dark haired lady did my pedicure and manicure. She was a bit rough and ended up cutting me on both feet with the cuticle clippers. The cut on my left foot bleed for quite awhile and continued bleeding on and off all evening. The cuticle cuts on my 2nd toe are red and a bit puffy and very sore. Have been using an antibiotic cream on it for 3 days. She also had cut me on one of my fingers but not as bad as the toes. Would not recommend using her again. Also, had a 30.00 gift certificate but she ran the total bill in full and then suggested I use the certificate another day. NO. Made the manager refund the 30.00 in cash. I will not be returning.

I was almost scared away from the bad reviews and lack of decor, but please don’t listen! I just had a wonderful appointment and experience with Thomas! At first I was put off because they did not greet me at the door, but upon receiving my service I realized that was to ensure they were paying full attention to their current client/appointment. I had the best pedicure massage I have ever received and great conversation too! I am just said I am in town visiting and can’t make an appointment with Thomas regularly. Great price, great attention to detail, great location!!!

I love coming to Donna Nails even though a slough of nail salons popping up in the Northeast area.You can relax without getting high off the chemicals!!!Friendly staff and great service

I took my daughter in for her very first pedicure for her 7th birthday. I wish they had kids chairs, because the poor thing couldnt reach the water, but totally not a big deal. They let me sit right next to her, and soak while the tech focused all of her attention on my daughter. She helped her pick out polish that she liked, she got my phone and took a ton of pictures for me, she treated my daughter so well, and was so nice to ask her all of the questions that needed to be answered instead of me, just like an adult. After she was done with my daughter, she started on me. Phenomenal job. Absolutely zero complaints. It has been so hard to find a decent nail salon since we moved here from Georgia, and thank goodness we finally tried this one. We were in and out in just over an hour, which was great for two pedicures. I didnt see a single person in there wait over 30 minutes to be started on. Super clean too, which is really important!

If i could give 0 stars I would. First off, the customer service was HORRIBLE!! I was told my wait would be around 30 minutes, but ended up waiting 2 HOURS! Normally I would have not waited this long, but this was the only day l could get my nails done (huge mistake waiting). After waiting for so long, it was finally my turn and I asked the woman doing my nails if she could do a simple design, she blatantly told me no she would not do it. I was completely shocked at the lack of their customer service skills. That wasnt even the worse part. After waiting, then being rudely told no. I paid for my grandmother to get her nails done and the lady doing her nails told me it was MY fault I couldnt get a design because I waited too long! I was infuriated by that point. How could she possibly blame me for their slow service?!? I guarantee I will never be back there again. Stay away from this place and save yourself a lot of time going elsewhere.

I should have read the reviews first! My usually place had a long wait so I came here cause its the only day I have time to get my nails done. BIG mistake! Excruciatingly slow!! He started on my nails at 6 (fill in w/ gel polish and pedi) its after 8:15, I skipped the massage on my legs to try to save time and hes still not done. Ill be leaving with wet polish. On top of it its sloppy work, and they use cheap knock off polish brands which scuff instantly. If youre going to take that long my nails better be flawless. Never coming back here. Im surprised theyre still in business

Went to get my nails done when a lady who does eye brows approached me and asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I was optimistic but agreed to have them done. I asked how much she said $35. I asked “FOR EYEBROWS?” she said it it included coloring my brows and waxing my upper lip. She asked if I wanted anything else such as sideburns and chin and I said “no”. So she did my eyebrows, upper lip, sideburns (which I didn’t ask to be done) and lower lip. When I was done getting my toes and nails done, she gave me a bill for $58. I reminded her she quoted me $35 because I asked before she did anything. She insisted it was $58. It was also a slow day and I guess she wanted to make money! Lady!!! That’s VERY DISHONEST!! You don’t quote one price and then charge a different price!!! That may be why your shop was empty because you may have pulled this with someone else. Now I would have remembered if you told me that my facial wax would have cost me $58, I would’ve said no it’s too much. But if you needed that money that day I let you have it because I would have stuck to your quote of $35 which by the way is still too much. I’ve been going to this shop for over a year and have NEVER experienced this until now. My total bill was $116. I’ve never had to pay that much and I’ve done mani pedis at this nail shop. I may return but would only come on weekend which is what I did before. The lady that did my nails was nice and professional and honest. I would come see her again if I ever return during the week.

I only gave it a one because I can’t give it a zero, For me and my mom nails it was 100 dollars. Plus 10 for eyebrows. She rushed she didn’t smooth my nail out. Only had my nails for 2 days and one of my nails popped completely off. All my friends say not come to this place. But I wanted to check it out. I do not recommend this . IT IS TRASH

So slow it was PAINFUL. 1 hour 50 min and there was ONE person ahead of me. The tech got up every 2 min to throw away cotton balls and to clean each individual tool as she used it. GET A TRASH CAN for your station and have all your tools together, clean and ready. Her painting was tediously slow. I left stressed and with wet nails as I was out of time. NOT a treat for me and that stinks. I asked her directly to please speed up. Ugh! Ive had dozens of pedicures and have never had one like this.

In a matter of one week, I had to come back to this place three times to get my nails repaired. When I pay for gel nails I expect good quality and then when I came back to get my issue resolved the owner told me that it was my fault and that he refused to fix my nails. DO NOT waste your hard earned money as they have poor Customer service and you will be disappointed what the quality of work. customer service means EVERYTHING if you cant stand behind your work you shouldnt be in business period.

I have been coming here for a long time to get my toes done. I’ve always had a great experience with my pedicures. From time to time it’s very busy or can get slow. I’ve seen a lot of nail techs come and go but still believe they have good service. If you tell them what you want and how you want it, it gets done. If you don’t like waiting, I wouldn’t recycling during a high volume time. They take their time.

I have never hated my manicure so bad in my life this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. My 4 year old cousin could have done a better job. It took this lady almost 2 HOURS to do a simple manicure. I will never come back to this place.

Really bad service, too expensive and doesn’t worth it. My pedicure was very simple and the lady painted super bad my nails. I decided not give any tip and she was doing faces for that. Anyways, I never come back.

If I could rate lower, I would. I payed $15 for simple, regular polish nails. They chipped within 10 minutes. 10. Minutes. Worst nail experience of my life. Would never recommend going here. My friend got acrylics done here, first nail fell off with a day of getting them. Customer service, terrible. I had absolutely no idea how to communicate with the person doing my nails. He wouldnt listen.

DO NOT get your nails done here. i got my nails done here one evening I woke up the next morning to my acrylic broken on 3fingers i returned to the salon asking them for a refund. i was then offered a repair,and told we never give refunds. so i said on i will get them repaired then was told not right now later, I asked to speak with a manager and the nail tech who did my nails stated that the manager is not in and if they were i still wouldnt get my money back. she was very rude disrespectful and nonchalant about the service she is provided. save your time and money it will be waisted here!!

The technician I had speed through both my pedicure and manicure like she had somewhere else to be! Both were so sloppy and done without any care.

This establishment is hardly a wait time this is why I like to get my pedi/mani. They can have more staff because on occasion when there is a wait time the few staff members they jave are slow. Overall they do a decent job, just dont ne in a hurry.

Did both my sisters and my nails, they did the bare minimum to my fill in. Cut me. Then ran my card for 108$ and explained the amount AFTER they ran the card. They charged me $40 per fill in!!! The menu said gel fill ins 25$ but the lady said thats powder only. They charged me $20 for fill in and $20 for gel polish... and like i said, they explained this to me after my card was charged. And NO they didnt tell me how much it was before they ran the card. So i asked them to remove the polish and they said it would be another $14!!! I had to ask another customer if i was tripping or did it seem like they scammed me. She agreed with me and said they should have said something before!! So i asked for the manager and the lady started ignoring me... i asked again and she said he is not here and she doesnt know when he will be there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I wish there was a lower rating on here... Went to get pedis for me and my family, they barely had anyone working, though they assured us that they could get us done. the place is just in shambles. It looks ok, but then you take a closer look and things looked dirty, equipment was broken, etc. They didnt monitor the water to make sure it wasnt ice cold (it was). They also scalded my dads girlfriend because she saw my nieces had bubbles in their water and asked if age could have some, they yelled at her and said JUST FOR KIDS!! If I owned a business,I would definitely fulfill simple requests to PAYING CUSTOMERS. Not to mention the staff was just super rude and didnt seem like they wanted us there. I was appalled that one of the workers completely stopped what he was doing to watch TV for five minutes while they have a salon full of customers that need to be helped. To top it off, we had to leave because it took 45 minutes just to do my two nieces nails and we were sick of waiting, so I decided I could get my brows done since it only takes a minute. Bad idea. The first problem is it is done out in the open (I prefer a back room). The second problem is she didnt get all of the hairs and looked at me like I was crazy when I told her to finish. Lastly, I have bumps and irritation all in the area that she waxed (this has never, ever happened to me). I have a photo shoot tom and I look like a mild version of a Klingon. I have provided a picture. As you can tell those are not pimples and they are all around my eyebrow too! I really hope I can save you guys some hassle!

Nail salons are supposed to have ventilation for their clients air quality. A fan is not sufficient.

Worst experience Ive had at a nail salon. I made an appointment for 7:00 and wasnt seen until 7:30. Then when the last begins my moms nails, she stops and waxes another girls eyebrows and lip. 15 mins later, my Moms hands are still soaking in soapy water and the lady is still cleaning up. Very unimpressed with the service. Came in with long nails and came out with short nails that look like I bite them all the way down. Would never send my worst enemy here.

This is the whorst service I have ever received. I had a appointment with the owner Son. Who I guess decided to take the day off. So this lady who works there gave me hid cell and told me I had to call him. It was very unprofessional. They do sloppy hand work the leave polish on your hands and one of my nails came out crooked not even worth a THIRD chance.

Terrible. I got a full set with a round shape and they are soo ugly. He also scraped my skin, which bled and saw that he did it and didnt even comment. Me and my friend both got a full set and a nail has already cracked after 3 days on both of our fingers. Also, polish is very cheap, chipped the next day. We found out later that no one goes here anymore, we see why.

The polish chipped away a day after getting my nails done. The nail technician cut me twice will removing dead skin from around my cuticles. I do not recommend this nail salon.I wasted $15.00 on a manicure, I will not be returning. Go somewhere else!

The atmosphere of the salon is very uplifting and cheerful the staff is very nice the guy that did my nails needs more training the way he painted them looks like I painted them myself lol but he did take it off upon my request and we did another color he was a bit annoyed but I wasnt walking out with messy nails he did do a Better job the second time and he cheered up.

I got my nails done here for new years. got a full gel set. the man who did my nails sucked horribly. he didnt smooth down the tips he left acryllic underneath the tips. none of my nails were even. the fake tip they put down was not even attaced to my real nails on several fingers. its been two weeks now and the nails are already detaching. then on top of that i paid $95 for the worst nails ive ever had and a pedi. thats ridiculous. will never go there again and definatly dont recomed anyone going there. and espicially dont have the male do them!
