Went in for a pedicure during my lunch break since it’s close to my work. Have never been always just see it driving back and forth to work. Never again. There was only one person in the salon doing eyebrow waxing. That’s it. No nail technician was available to do a pedicure and I’m guessing a manicure if anyone wanted one. So it seems like it’s the luck of the draw when you walk into the place and you can only get services performed depending on who is around. Very unprofessional and a shame since they are immediately located next to two large employers Colonial Life and Prisma.

Seemed Great at first but then I was passed around to 3 different ladies. My nails seemed great but began chipping day 2 and fading white color by day 4. By day 8 my nails were awful! No Thanks

Do not waste your time or money. The MOST AWFUL experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Very poor time management and organization. I walked in and began to look for a price list. There was none. I was then told that the they had given all of the paper price list away. Shouldn’t there be one posted?! My mother was seated for a pedicure long before they were ready for her. She sat for 20 min with her feet soaking in cold water. When I notified the nail tech that her water had gotten cold, she then took a jug and scooped water out. This was my first and last visit.

Terrible service. The tall skinny guy that wear glasses was VERY VERY VERY RUDE ! Thank god I’m not how i used to be. His exact words to be were “I told you if you mess up I’m not fixing it” the owner had to tell him to fix smh I’ll Never return and my nails didn’t even last a week. They also don’t have prices posted

Wish there was a thumbs down option.Walked in no one greeted me, waited 35 minutes no one spoke to me then when I asked how long they told me 25 more minutes. They also skipped me in line. No sorry or we apologize nothing. Poor customer service.

Didnt have to wait too long so that was a plus there and when I got my feet done the lady that done my feet done an awesome job. I will go back .😉

Tim is horrible! Not only did he mess up my gel set he got mad when I didont tip him! Beware, horrible customer service.

A lot better experience than Walmart. A pedicure is $25 which is what I got. I had less than a 5 minute wait. They have massage chairs which was nice. Recommended.

Brought my son and a friend here right after Army bootcamp Graduation... They Loved it !! They got mani/pedis...people str very friendly !! Price wasnt bad either !! $45.00

The nail techs are super friendly and sweet here. I feel they have best pedi-gel in columbia. They lose a star because the super annoying YouTube videos they play are unclassy and make me want to blow my brains out sometimes. They are very sanitary tho and care about the health of your nails.(tip to owner: please play relaxing music please! not prank/gag videos and christmas acapella in March. Potential to be 5 stars)

Chunky polishes because they are old. Also attendants are very pushy. They try to get you to purchase more services and never stop asking. Pedicure is subpar and has chunky polish which is one of the reason to get your toes done professionally in the first place. Also, its overpriced for what you get. Save your money and buy an OPI and do it at home yourself or go somewhere else.

I made the mistake of cheating on my usual nail salon at this place because I needed a quick manicure during my lunch break that was close to work. This place probably has the potential to be decent enough; however, a lone manicurist is the reason for this review. If youre feeling risky and choose to go to this salon and are seated in front of the older asian lady, kindly see your way out. If you are seated in front of said older asian lady and you are not sure if this is the manicurist to whom this review references, you will soon be sure, as she is the one who will file your nails upside down. UPSIDE DOWN- as in your palm will be facing upward, nails facing her. Please just take a moment and imagine how awkward looking and feeling this is. Unfortunately, at this point, its too late, and you should just go ahead and set up a correction manicure appointment at another salon, like I did.I went to this salon for a simple gel color change. Aside from paying more attention to the American Idol reruns playing on the tv than to my (upside down) hands, she spent well over 30 minutes grinding and filing my nails down to the bare minimum, for absolutely no reason at all. I left this salon surprised I had any nails left and my cuticles had just as many nicks and cuts from the filer as they did nail polish from the inattentive painting. My nails were so thin from the filing, that my thumbnail cracked from two sides of the nail, almost completely off. I had to have an acrylic nail placed over my natural nail to keep it from falling off until it can grow out. Thankfully, my usual salon took me back.TLDNR; worst manicure of my life
