I ALWAYS leave with exactly what I asked for. Just know you do get what you pay for. If you want amazing details and hand drawn designs, this is the place to go. My nails are never crooked- no matter the shape. I personally go to Angel, but all the nail techs are incredible! They also post a ton of pictures on their Instagram (@blisswildelake)

I got a gel manicure last Thursday on 8/12/21 and it is now a week after and my gel polish has peeled completely off.. the technician I had did a rushed and horrible job.. gel should never peel off your nails.. I will be calling and getting a refund.. I will never use this location again.. such poor quality and wasted so much money.. you can see from the pictures that this is not what my nails should look like a week after getting gel..

Mixed feelings because of pricing. Would I come back? No. Was my experience good? Yes.Cons: I called the salon to ask pricing and the guy who answered said $50 for dip powder full set and $35 gel pedicure. That’s not what I was charged. They charge $50 for the dip, $5 for tips, $5 for shaping. I’ve never been to any salon where they charge extra for shaping. My gel pedicure was charged at $35 classic pedicure and then extra $15 for gel polish. $50 for a gel pedicure, I’ve never paid more than $40 even in Bethesda and DC. I’m still so confused and upset by this pricing. My total was $110 without tip. They also don’t disclose the extra charges on their online service menu, in my opinion it’s not worth it.Pros: Beautifully decorated nail spa, with ample color options. Spaced out well, didn’t feel overcrowded.Probably best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. My nail tech, Stacy was an absolute gem. Would come back to see her if it wasn’t for the pricing.

Han has been doing my nails, etc., for more than eight years. She is an amazing technician and always helps me pick out the right color. I highly recommend her for nails, pedicures and even eyebrows.

Received the milk and honey $45 pedicure with gel polish for an added $15. Technician was rushed and didn’t clip callouses from my toes so she was called again. Then I noticed my heals were still rough and was told it would be an additional $5 dollars to remove dead skin. Never in my life have I gotten a $60 dollar pedicure and didn’t walk out with supple soft feet. At no point was I offered the option to remove the dead skin at an additional cost. There was also nail polish left around both my feet as well as left over mud from the pedicure. Also brought these concerns to two different employees who offered no resolution. For $60 dollars you can get a lot better service elsewhere. Will not be returning.Update: my gel nail polish has been pealing off which is not supposed to happen with gel polish.

The place is huge and clean- by far the nicest atmosphere I’ve been in at a salon. It’s a little pricier than other places (I think..) but it’s worth it because of the focus on quality. One negative thing about this salon is how busy they are… it’s annoying, but it’s not their fault they’re so popular. Make sure to book an appointment ahead of time.

Quality is super inconsistent, these pics arent even the worst Ive had done. Theres a few good people but its really hit or miss. They also never seem to have enough people working, and turn away walk ins all the time, but then 75% of thier workstations are sitting open- and not because of covid, theyll sit you right next to people on both sides.

The nicest most hospitable salon I have ever been to. When I went for my first service I was seen almost immediately and my nail tech Niina offered me tea or water to drink while getting my pedicure. They really care about the health of your nails as they specialize in dip powder services. They also do designs though I havent requested it yet. In addition the wax they use for brows is painless! After my first visit the tech scheduled my next appt so that I could continue my upkeep. I use my hands a lot to type, clean, etc and I have not even come close to breaking a nail. When you go, anyone there is capable of doing your nails but if you want special care, ask for Niina.

Nina did my nails and I am SO in love. She was kind and asked every step of the way if I liked her work. I highly highly recommend coming to Bliss for your nail needs! I see people chat about the pricing in other reviews but quality work is not cheap. I would rather pay more knowing the work is phenomenal. Try them out! Thanks Nina for my birthday nails!

I got a mani-pedi on Friday and my nails still look fantastic! I love coming here because the salon is always clean and they have lots of polish colors to choose from. I am a regular customer who has been coming for two years. I usually get the milk and honey pedicure and a dip manicure. I am always very satisfied and happy when I leave. Great salon!

Visited here June 12 spent $91 on pedicure and manicure I normally tip so this would’ve been over $100 but I was not satisfied with it, had the tech attempt to fix the uneven and horribly shaped nails. She did not and made it even worst. And she did not care(Vivian was the tech I believe) spoke with Austin after he said I could come back and get them redone, never specificed it had to be within 3 days as I had a 2 week vacation the day after and I did not have any more time to spare that evening. Came back within a month after work and my vacation Austin did not withhold his promise and instead offered for me to pay for a fill in and they would “reshape” the horrible shaped nails. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY HAVE UNQUALIFIED NAIL TECHS and will not give you a refund for the messed up job they did. Will be reporting to the bbb (picture is both pinky fingers….. both two different shapes and lengths)

I chose this place because of the convenient location. Nice, spacious and accommodating. I explained to the nail tech I had a negative experience getting acrylic nails years ago and she said “ that’s long ago I’ll take care of you.” Needless to say she rushed, making minor mistakes that I asked her to fixed, (excess nail polish, excess acrylic onto the cuticles, clipped too much of my cuticles off. She didn’t seem apologetic but annoyed. I visited the salon 7/16 but won’t be back.😑

Just okay. This was my second time going to the salon. The first time I went itwas great, Stephanie did an amazing job on my nails, however the second time I was in a bind and needed my nails for a special occasion and she wasnt available so I went with Nina. My nails and feet as a whole were OK, but I must say I didnt enjoy the experience. I asked a question about my nails and the color and she starts shaking her head and rolling her eyes. My nails end up blotchy and inconsistent color with dip powder. She ends up messing up my nails and painting over them with more gel colored to conceal the mistake. I wouldnt have mind the fix if there was no attitude. It was an uncomfortable experience even with the pedicure and I will not be back.

I’ve Been serviced twice at this nail salon thus far and I am completely satisfied. My full set lasted 3.5 weeks before I got a fill and there was no chipping and my design was still in tact. I feel the atmosphere is relaxing, the shop is clean, and the techs and customers are friendly. The only negative is I do feel as though both of my visits took a long time, this is not the place if you’re in a time crunch although it does seem like they try their best if you inform them. Overall, this is my new shop and my tech is Jeina, she is friendly, talented, and very meticulous. I can’t wait to try a pedicure!

Awesome service! Extremely impressed with the service that I received. It was a Monday and I was a walk in. The spa was very neat, and sanitized. I was pleasantly greeted at the front counter and instructed to wash my hands. I met with Tiger who helped me pick my nail colors and design. I received a fill in and marble gel set. Expeditious, pleasant, knowledgeable, clean, friendly.......

They did not inform my two nieces of the up charge in length or design. After the full set was on I asked out of curiosity for the cost, and the price was over 150 for one set. I told them that this practice was unprofessional and it should be disclosed before proceeding. They told me I could pay or they could remove the full set. I told them to remove the full set. I won’t be going back there again.

I love Amber! She takes her time and makes sure that my nails are AMAZING!! Ive pick colors that look great but not great for my skin tone and she picks alternatives that are just perfect.

Mymother has had Stacy and Olivia do her nails and she has been very pleased with their work. This nail salon also takes excellent COVID-19 precautions. I highly recommend coming to this place.

I would of put a 3 star but my daughters nail started to chip within 3 days. She got the the gel which it suppose to last at least 2 weeks. I then calles and spoke with Austin I explained what happen and he told me to bring my daughter so they can fix it. I took her then my daughter calls me and tells me they are charging her $35 I then said what its a fix because they did a horrible job. The person behind the phone has the never to tell me that I was trying to cheat them I was so in shock. What me cheat them I told her more like your cheating us. I told her I dont know what your going to do but Im not paying for something that was your fault. I told her I will not be coming back and that you lost a customer. My first time ever going there and being new to the area. Its not like I didnt spend a good amount money there averaged close to $230 even discounted me because I had a 12pm appointment and we still has to wait. My daughter waited the longest she wait about 30min or more which even then I was understanding but disappointed due why make appointments if you take other people. The crazy thing was I know how this kind of business works. I use to work at a nail salon for 8 years. Not again. I just feel so sad because I had Tony and he is amazing and kind and did an amazing job.

I had a great appointment with a nail tech that was super detail oriented. I was getting a full acrylic set, and multiple times he peeled off the plastic starter nails to make sure it was straight. He checked with me constantly to make sure I was okay with the shape. His dedication was so appreciated and I’m obsessed with my nails.

Pedicure and manicure was great the day of. Got gel nail polish for both. Spent 115 plus tip. Two days later my gel manicure started chipping on two nails. I went in and they fixed the two nails without a problem. By day 7 my gel nail polish came completely off 4 of my nails. Gel polish on toes is holding completely different. Its fine. Same polish was used on both so dont know what happened. Would go back for a pedi but mani not sold on.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE !!! I came into this nail shop 39 weeks pregnant and got turned away. The customer service is DISGUSTING! I was in line and the rude man in the front made me get out of line to service 2 other people who walked in AFTER me ! How rude ! He disregarded that I was pregnant and kept asking if I made an appointment! Even though it’s not a requirement and it mentions NO where that you have to make an appointment. He then after making me wait says “oh would you like to come in tomorrow” like what ???! Hell NO ! Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money in trashy places like this ! Worse experience EVER !

My appointment was scheduled 3 weeks after I had my eyelashes done for $150 the first time. I was re-scheduled due to the eyelashes technician being off that day. The appointment was scheduled for 9am the week after when in fact they open at 10 am.At 9:40 I received a call saying they were late and if I was coming back for the appointment. I told them I was outside waiting for 40 minutes. I went in just to hear that I would have to pay $150 for the eyelashes again because I didn’t take a good care of my eyelashes.

I have been a regular customer at Bliss Nails at Wilde Lake 5414 Lynx Ln Columbia MD for 2 years. I usually get dip (sns) nails & a pedicure about every 3 weeks. I have been seen by numerous nail technicians here but my most preferred one was Angel (ever since she started working here.) Shes relatively new, I have been going to this nail salon longer than shes been here. Recently I went into the salon with an appointment only to be turned away and left in tears. I was told by the manager that none of the nail techs wanted to work on me because of an incident. I was so confused. What incident? Was I missing something? There was never any incident. After I persistently asked for answers from the manager he kept going back and forth between some of the techs and me and finally told me that during my last appointment 3 weeks ago, Angel took too long on me and felt that her skills didnt meet my standards. Now mind you, Ive been going here for years and if I wasnt happy about something I would tell them right away and they would fix it. Otherwise why would I be a regular client for this long?For this appointment Angel wasnt even available so I had made an appointment saying any tech who is available I will go to them. I told the manager ok I dont understand Angel is saying there was an incident and she had a problem with me but my appointment today isnt even with her, I asked for anyone available so whats going on? And he said well heres the thing nobody wants to work on you. Im not sure what I did or said and why NO one wanted to work on me because of some incident that didnt even happen. The manager was of no help either; he was extremely unprofessional and rude. Why make an appointment with me and have me come to the salon just to tell me that no one wants to work on me anymore. After I kept telling him I really dont understand what happened and whats going on he tells me that its because the nail techs feel like they have to take too long on me for my appointments and other techs are also not comfortable working on me anymore because of what Angel said. Every single time Ive gone to the salon WITH AN APPOINTMENT - Ive still had to wait about 20 min before they even START on me so if the nail techs dont want to work on me because I throw their schedule off for the day because of the types of services I want, then thats on them because theyre always behind schedule to begin with.The issue is that they overbook because they care more about how many clients theyre getting in rather than the quality of work they provide. To be honest in the last few months the service quality has gone down significantly because theyre always rushing. I have never complained about these issues because the location of this salon was convenient for me - but after this I will never be returning, not just because I dont want to, but because they literally kicked me out for requesting lengthy services. I know... it sounds ridiculous. You would think that a salon would actually value loyal clients. I always paid about $60++ every time I went, so their loss.I didnt expect to go into a nail salon to get bullied by the nail techs and manager. Especially a nail salon that Ive been a regular client at for 2 years. I work in the service industry too - Im a makeup artist and I know how it works. I would and could never do something like this to a client. This establishment is downright embarrassing and the technicians as well as the manager are all unprofessional and shouldnt be in the service industry if they dont know how to work with people. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

This is my second time at this nail salon. The first time, my pedicure was wonderful but my manicure was awful. I went back because of the pedicure, and I am very happy I did. Dayana was wonderful. She took her time to get my pedicure done and found someone to do my manicure just right. I will be going back after this experience.

Such a cute and relaxing atmosphere and they have SO many nail colors to choose from. The guy who did my mani pedi was great as well; so sweet and always checked in to make sure I was relaxed and that things were to my liking.The only downside I noticed was that many guests before and after me were offered water, but my friend and I were never offered any. Definitely going to go back though! So theyll have a chance at redemption for the water lol

Its clean, well decorated, cute little girl chairs, the staff were friendly and did a great job.There were complimentary cookies and citrus-water to enjoy. The woman who did my pedi did a great job so I tipped her, heads up: THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH TIPS (and conveniently have an ATM on site for a fee).They could have given us a discount to compensate for being over 30 minutes late to a scheduled appointment.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I love my nails so much, I just have to. I’m getting married and wanted to get my nails done to look perfect. Long has made me fall in love with nails. It’s even better than the design I found on Pinterest! He took his time, care and artistic design to another level. He did a gorgeous ombré pink with jewels and shiny flakes. It looked even better than what I had envisioned and completely captured what I didn’t know I had wanted. If you want to have dream nails become reality, definitely go to Bliss Nail Spa in Wilde Lake and ask for Long!The other nail technician also did my sister’s French manicure and it looked really nice as well!The place is extremely clean. They take your temperature at the door and have you wash your hands immediately. There’s a plexiglass between you and the technician and everyone is wearing a mask. Definitely feel extremely safe during this pandemic, as they take safety precaution seriously.

Over the top service! I found this nail salon after looking for places that were aesthetically pleasing and took necessary precautions for customer safety. The shop is beautiful and every technician ensures you are comfortable as you wait, although there isn’t much of a wait time because they respect customer appointments.I took my 4-year-old here for a mani/pedi and we loved the service by Lee. I came for eyelash extensions and Jeina did a phenomenal job and provided me with tips on how to care for my lashes as a first-timer. Stacy did my manicure and walked me through what she thought would be best based on my nail type/profession. I thought I wanted something simple, but left with a fun design because of the relationship Stacy and I quickly developed. Highly recommended, quality service.

Awesome experience with nail tech Long. He is super friendly and professional. While doing my nails we talked like old friends, and he was quick! I was in and out in less then an hour. But dont mistake quick for lack of quality, because you will not find that at this salon. This place is beautiful, and so attentive to the customers. I had a gel manicure on August 9th, and by August 15th, two fingers were coming off. I called to see if they could fix it, and they said yes. I went to my appointment today, and they are charging me $10. Why should I pay again for a service that was not done properly in the first place.

I tried this place and its definitely one of the worst gel manicures Ive had. Its been a week and the gel is already lifting, mine usually last 2-3 weeks. Similar situation with my pedicure, its already chipping. At the end of my manicure, the woman who did my nail practically pushed me out the door.

It was my first time getting a manicure during this covid era. I didnt have an appointment but they let me know right away, it may take a few minutes but they were pleased to serve me...I waited between 5-10 mins and in that time observed. It was clean, social distancing was in place, and the atmosphere was inviting. The nail tech (Im so sorry I didnt get her name) was thorough and I hadnt seen my nails look so nice in a while. (Im a mom of an infant - washing bottles and constant hand sanitizer takes a toll on your hands). Overall, i was pleased and look forward to going again.

Its always awkward to ask about back waxing but, its a part of being a competitive bodybuilder. Bliss was extremely professional and discreet. The salon is immaculately clean, and patrons are masked, checked for temperature and everyone washes their hands upon entering. Felt very safe with Covid protocols.

Long was on time, he performed quality work, he was very professional and the establishment was very clean.Long has professional customer service and was friendly! I have been going to this Nail Salon since it opened years ago and have always had a great experience. I went last week for a gel mani and pedi, and unfortunately, within 4 days my gel mani began peeling from my nails! I never had that problem before, and since I have a long-standing relationship with them, I contacted them via FB messenger and they IMMEDIATELY apologized for the less than desired outcome and set me up to come in and get it fixed ! I was able to come in on my next day off work, and they fixed it free of charge. I really really appreciate that and would highly recommend their business. I’m super satisfied :) thanks!

Fantastic salon! Having moved to the area, its been hard to find a salon that does hard gel tips. In comes Bliss Nail Spa, Jeina does a fantastic job and the wonderful ambiance of the business is the cherry on top! A testament to the quality of work: the nails came out perfect after a tough mudder race!

My mother and I tried to come in for SNS manicures. The receptionist told us they were not booking any appointments for today because they were booked. My mother and I looked around and there was hardly anyone there. Weird flex but okay.

I got a pedicure and it was enjoyable. The massage chairs are the best. Im a little unhappy that they charged me to apply polish I brought in. Overall good, clean service.

At Bliss, I always request Long. He’s very professional and friendly. He pays such close attention to detail and perfecting, aiming to make acrylics look so natural. He stays up to date with the latest nail trends and really takes his time. He never rushes and makes sure you’re happy with you’re nails before you leave the salon. I highly recommend him!!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! Jeina does a perfect job and they make me feel so safe with temp checks, hands washing as soon as you get there AND they spray their stains with alcohol between customers!!!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

I came here from Catonsville on a whim with my friends, and I absolutely will be back. Angel did my nails and toes and they look great! She so was so sweet and professional, you can tell she really puts her time into her craft. I even followed her on ig. I’d recommend her to anyone, me and my friends love our nails and toes!

I would give this place 5 stars, except my gel manicure is starting to chip after five days. Love the atmosphere and the service. Just not sure they’re using the highest quality polish.

It was not the worst place to do a manicure and one of the most expensive. But! I needed a wedding manicure, and specifically a gradient. In the Facebook messages I sent a photo and they said what they are doing. Gradient, which is performed with gel varnish and a special sprayer. But in practice, they made me acrylic, which I did not ask. As a result, the nails turned out too much.

Really enjoy this nail salon. Good customer service, great hygiene precautions and friendly staff. Reasonably priced as well!

The lady who made my nails got me an infection (my finger was so swollen and huge and full of white stuff from the infection I got from the dip powder) I tried them again and she cut me on 4 fingers and it was bleeding. I tried to ask them for a refund but they wouldnt give me anything except ask me If O was moving too much thats why I got cut. I really dont like the place anymore and wont be going there ever again.

I got my nail’s done by Tony and he was so GOOD! Took his time and did a phenomenal job. My girl went with me and got helped Len. I have to give 5 stars because, I’ve started to feel like getting my nails done was a chore or responsibility. Long always ask me what I want and need and executed properly the way I need him to. I never have to wait, he’s always ready for my appointments and simply is easy to work with. He’s also very up to date on modern technique. I give him 5 stars! 😊

Heard about this place from a recommendation from a coworker, I must say this WILL be my go to spot from now on! The salon is very big, clean and modern. Everyone was so attentive and nice. Hardly any language barrier at all. Came in a little last minute but, my nail tech Lily went above and beyond for me. She’s very attentive, pays attention to details also very sweet. They have an amazing verity of nail polish and gel polish. She also did not rush her work even though it was almost time to close. I did the chrome powder (which I absolutely LOVE!) she did let me know about the price. In an awesome location and I love their hours they are open. I do not mind the drive for this place!

Long did such an amazing job on my nails. He took extra measures to make sure they were exactly as I wanted them every step Of the way! Wonderful experience and especially during Covid- the entire salon followed the Covid guidelines to a T and I felt Extremely safe.

This was my first time to visit & I loved it! Staff were so attentive, kind & accommodating. Tea & water were offered when I walked in. HUGE selection of colors, styles available. Long was extremely professional, took great care to give me the perfect acrylic set & gel manicure. It was like watching art. You bet Bliss has my business!

This is my second time coming into this salon. The environment is clean and professional. The staff are absolutely amazing! Ive had the pleasure of having Long take care of my nails. Ive had acrylic and gel polish done. He pays great attention to detail and phenomenal work. Ive had my nails done at other salons and the polish or acrylic would chip off within 2 weeks. With Long my nails lasted over 3 weeks. I highly recommend Long!

Long SLAYED MY NAILS today. This was my first appointment with Long and he impressed me from the second I sat in his chair. He was kind, welcoming, hilarious, professional, and knowledgeable. He educated me on the difference between dip powder and acrylics and then he TOOK MY NAILS TO SCHOOL, y’all. He transformed my hobbit-like nubs to elven daggers with points so perfect I could carve our Thanksgiving turkey with them. He stayed 2 hours past his shift for me and never rushed me once. My nails look like amethyst gemstones hand dipped in gold and I 👏🏻 AM👏🏻 HERE 👏🏻 FOR 👏🏻 IT. It is SO DIFFICULT to find a great nail tech and if you’re in the Columbia area, STOP LOOKING. Long is the answer. He stays on top of the latest nail trends and techniques too, so you’re always walking out of there looking fresh AF. I can’t wait to see him again to see what he comes up with next. He “nails” it every time!

It is a nice clean place.I had an appointment and waited at least 45 minutes with my feet in water (which turned cold) before someone came over to actually start working on my nails.The girl that did my nails was very nice and did a great job, its just the overall service and experience wasnt that great. Was pretty disappointed for the amount of money I spent there.

Very professional and clean. The spa also took safety measures with COVID-19. We were spaced out, they checked my temperature, and requested me to sanitize my hands.

I had no appointment and was able to get service in a timely manner. My server performed excellent work on my pedicure and nails. Staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Tried out this spa since my usual is closed on Sunday’s, but might have to make this one a regular spot. Tony was my technician and did an excellent gel manicure. He had wonderful attention to detail and took the time to apply a third coat to get the darkness of the shade I wanted. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Definitely recommend coming here!

I have come here a few times and it’s always been great, but I typically just go wherever is convenient...but after today, I remember why I love this place so much. The staff are all great and friendly and give the BEST pedicures ever. I will go out of my way to come back here again. Long did a great job. My feet look and feel amazing.

Today wad my second visit to Bliss and I have to say this is my new zen place! Jack gave me an awesome gel manicure. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lovely lady who waxed my brows but she did an awesome job. I think the next time Ill try a facial. Everyone is friendly and warm. The decor is calm and soothing, and the best part is its 15 minutes away from me!

My nail Tech is Long, and in my opinion, Long is the most creative, attentive and professional nail Tech at Bliss! I highly recommend Long.
