Todays experience with the manager was more upsetting than my nails being butchered. I was unhappy with my nails and I politely ask the technician if she could get someone who could fix them. The manager was sitting two seats down from her table and never got up to see what my issues were. Another technician attempted to assist, she even tried to get the manager and all she had to say was I still had to pay even if I wasnt happy. She still never came to see the issue, the second technician went back to the manager to try to get her to come see the problem. She told her to take a picture, even though she was sitting right there. I had already waited for at least 30 minutes for her to come over before the second technician stepped in. When a customer has an issue someone should be willing to assist the technicians as well as make it right. I paid $101 dollars today for a pedicure and a terrible fill in which I ended up going to another shop to remove cause she wanted to charge me for the removal as well. They will never see my face, toe nails, nor finger nails in this establishment ever again. Poor business ethics.

This salon provides EXCELLENT service! It’s very pleasing to the eye, clean, relaxing atmosphere. Taylor does my nails and she is FABULOUS! She gives me exactly what I ask for. I love my pedicures as well. Taylor has also done lash extensions for me, which were perfect. I’m conservative so the lashes looked nice and natural! They also do massages there… so this is the place to go!!!

I love this place, I received 5star treatment and I will definitely be back! My girl Ms Lee now works there and her pedicures are the bomb! Very relaxing atmosphere I recommend to all who want the best for their buck!

I love this place! Angel is the best! She’s been doing my nails for about 2 years now. I always have the most amazing experience here.

My husband and I had pedicures done here. The foot and leg massages were incredible, but the pedicures were so-so. The woman who cared for my husband’s feet did not bother to file the nails, which were jagged and pointed when he left. He said he couldn’t actually see a difference between before and after. :( The woman who cared for my feet continued to shame me for preferring short toenails. She must have made 8-10 comments about them and when I commented on the fact that I loved the color, she said, “it would look even better if your toenails were longer.” I was irritated. I also left with one big toenail cut on a 20-25° angle, and the lowest part of the angle is so short that I can’t even file down the longer part to be straight. But I will say that this experience is on par with other salons. If you prefer your toenails shorter, be prepared to be harassed wherever you go. My husband will probably be back (but I’ll trim and file his nails before he goes), but I’ll probably DIY pedicures at home from now on.

Why do we have to pay for polish change when u r getting a ped/ med

Nail technician was extremely slow. Set down in the chair at 3pm. Wasnt finished until 5pm. 2 hours for a short full set isnt acceptable. Ive been to other places that do it in 45 minutes. Pricing is also high. I was charged an extra $25 for painted french tips. 3 stars since technician was nice & nails came out nice.

I was seeking a new nail salon. I started searching google, finding Lv nail lounge & spa.Walking in the salon, the ambiance blew me away. The professionalism was top notch ; along with quality products.

I went and sat for two hours before being serviced. I had my toes painted with gel, not a pedicure. I had a full set medium coffin. Paid 90 dollars because it’s 25 just to paint my toes and 65 for my nails. Nail shapes are also off. Do not recommend. Front desk lady was sweet.

My appointment was made by Angel to come 7:30pm. Once I got there am she as if she didn’t make my appointment. Thing is why would I come if I didn’t have an appointment. I waited 45 minutes & still no service, no apology, nothing. I will not be back to this business. I’m pretty sure Angel could care less about losing one client. ANGEL IS A THIEF!!!!!

My experience here was Beyond great I walked with ingrown toe nails due too an ankle injury had a brace on for months now that it got removed I was able to get a pedi cure and Lee she brought my toes bacc to life,, I recommend anybody to visit this for service my feet feel like pillows!!😍😍

Gel polish on my nails and toes chipped after two days.So they advised me to come in 3days later. So I went back to get it fixed and Nora told the nail technician to charged me to fix it. Then it chipped again the next day. I paid a total of $91.00 for nothing. I will not be returning.

I was looking for a nail salon on Labor Day, and most in the Northeast area was close. I came across LV Nail Lounge & Spa on Google Maps and decided to give them a call. Even though they closed at 4 pm because of Labor Day, they were so kind to accept still my mother and I. We got VIP pedicures in a private room that came with wine, gel polish, and massage. The nail technician, Dennis, was terrific! I usually go to Posh Nail Spa II (Killian Rd), but from now on, I will be going to LV Nail Lounge & Spa! All staff members were professional and very welcoming. The owner was super friendly as well! Not to mention, it’s a black-owned nail salon!

Ms. Pat did my pedicure and my feet like a baby’s bottom! She was very pleasant and professional! I will definitely recommend anyone to allow her to make your feet feel brand new like mine! 💕💕💕

Today I attempted to be a customer at LV nails it was the most mortifying experience of my life. I got there at 6:08 PM and I did not leave until 9:58 PM seven people without appointments were taken before me and I still don’t have any of the work that I requested to be done....... done! The lady Mrs. Nora literally told me even though I was passed up for seven other people after signing in that was not her problem and she was ready to go home. The owner Larry Wilson went on to tell me that I was at fault as well for the situation taking place because I now have an attitude at 9:40 PM. Miss Nora broke two of my real natural nails and the owner Mr. Wilson told me oh it’s just a nail it’ll grow back!!!!!! Not only did I wait to be service for over 3.5 hours I came back three times after being told that the personnel was ready to service me three different times! I asked before leaving for the third time would it just be better if I came at another time they told me then I would be serviced in 15 minutes I came back and sat again for another 35 minutes and they’ve been requested for me to pay half for the toenails that they didn’t even finish I’m disgusted with the service of this company and I also will be calling the Better Business Bureau because customers do not deserve this type of business we spend our money that we’ve worked hard for!!!!!!!!! Not only did all of this happen but Miss Nora sent me through a series of questions to make it seem as though I do not keep up with my nail personal hygiene she asked me where do I actually get my nails done which the last place I got my nails done was with them on March 14th and then she went on to ask me why do I wait so long to get a fill in I literally waited two weeks the whole experience was unnecessary and disappointing! I will never ever be back this was just sad

The Asian lady did my pedicure and gel manicure and my nails look horrible. After 3 days the polish is peeling and my natural natural nails are breaking. I have never had my nails look so horrible. I spent $95 with them and I definitely wasted my money and they are ruined for the Easter weekend. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone it was my first time and definitely my last!

I had a great experience at LV Nail Lounge & Spa. Everyone was super friendly atmosphere was so peaceful. I had an appointment at 10am no wait time. I got a gel Pedicure and I got a full set put on no wait time. I felt very comfortable, Staff and Customers washed hands often and are space out for everyones safety and Mask are worn at all times.

The lady just didnt want to listen to what I wanted to get done. My nails were lifting from the acrylic very bad and I told her I wanted the acrylic to be removed and a new overlaid no she kept trying to do a fill in

Angel is a top notch nail technician. She always delivers over and beyond in her services. I am always in awe at her creativity and talent. She keeps my nails and eyebrows fabulous. Her salon is always very clean and her staff are friendly. The pedicure I received today relaxed me to the point that I almost fell asleep. My nails are gorgeous and my eyebrows are arched to perfection. Trust me... your experience at this salon will be unforgettable. Angel is one of a kind. In my opinion she is the best around town.

I arrived at 645 for a fill in and was TOLD prior to getting there that I would be seen by Shayla. After waiting for 50 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be before I would be seen and was then told that it would be another 20 minutes. I will not return here to this establishment to get my nails done and will be sure to let others know of the lack of professionalism that took place at this establishment.
