The worse!! I wish Tom was still there because you could tell he liked what he did it came out in your finish product. But the other people in their only want you money get you in get you out! I went to get my nail replaced since it cracked yesterday after getting it done by the owner just to go in today to get the worse service I have ever gotten! I will not recommend them they are not sanitary and they are just money hungry! I walked out with my nail like this no clean up he didn’t even tell me to wash my hands I had to do it myself! Plus I got dip and this nail he used 4 different polishes and the nail is still bendable! I told them my nail was still soft and that the services was terrible! The owner just said ok! That’s it I walked out and will never go back!

The leg wrap! Can we say amazing? Bella will scrub and scrub and rub and rub. That hot towel leg wrap was everything. She genuinely was making sure it wasnt too hot. I felt like I was still on vacation. When you place your phone back in your purse from watching YT, Instagram, etc., hold your hands in your lap and just embrace the pampering by closing your eyes! My Dear, you have definitely arrived! Bella deserved what was left for her, thanks again Bella!

I had my nails fixed by Queen my very first visit, I cannot express how amazing it is to not have something to nitpick about for your nails. She also picked my color and I absolutely love it and have already received compliments on it. I will be a repeat customer with queen.I have to say, the customers here at bliss nails are some of the nicest.

Ive always had a good experience with Bliss. I ONLY have Queen or Katie do my nails. They are the best there in my opinion. Im not sure of the lady who does my pedicure but I remember her face and she is great.

It is rare that I make reviews on companies but I just have to for this place. I have been to this salon several times and have gotten my nails done correctly each time that I go. I just recently went less than a week ago and my nails are literally coming off. I went up to the salon and showed them what they looked like and told me I would have to pay 10 dollars for them to fix everything, I am sorry but I am not paying you extra money for nails that haven’t been on for more than 4 days. Each time that I go they use the LED light to help my nails dry faster which helps them have a cleaner look and they actually last two weeks. Well this last time I was put under the dryer and now my polish is all the way off. I am very disappointed because I thought I found MY nail salon but I guess not.

If you’re looking to actually enjoy the experience of getting your nails done, then you should go somewhere else.As soon as I walked in I was immediately rushed to a back room and was forgotten about for about 20 minutes. When someone did finally come to start working with me, everything after that was rushed.I paid for the VIP pedicure, and didn’t get to enjoy any of it. They left my nails soaking in acetone for a very long time, to where I had to take breaks every couple of minutes because my fingers were so irritated.The dip color that I wanted didn’t have a matching regular polish color, so I had to search for one that was close to it. I was offered another pallet and was told this was the only pallet that had matching dip polish and regular polish. But when I went out to the main lobby there was a whole wall of colors that I was never shown.The people working with me laughed and made jokes about the fact that I was irritated that I couldn’t find colors and said that maybe the next time I come in I’ll actually enjoy my pedicure.I ended up picking a color that I didn’t really want and they tried to convince me that this color was better anyway.Overall a horrible experience for what I was charged- I left more stressed and tense than when I went in.

Came in to get a soak off. I had someone ask me what service I needed and to have a seat. There were 2 people that came in after me for the same service. As I was seated I watched as they got serviced to get a soak off while I’m sitting there. I scratched my name off the list and called to let them know how unprofessional that was and poor customer service. Only reason I put a star is to be able to leave a review because it won’t allow you to without selecting a star

I was really apprehensive after reading some of the reviews about whether to go here or not, but decided to anyway. I brought my daughter for a pedi for her birthday. Both technicians (John and Ana) did a great job. All employees I interacted with were very kind. They had many sanitary protocols in place. I did get asked multiple times if we also wanted a manicure, but politely declined. Overall it was a much better experience than I was thinking it might be. We were charged just what I was expecting.

I love going there they get you in and out but at same time you don’t feel rushed and very professional Katie did my nails last time they absolutely beautiful and shaped how I wanted them come join the team

Disappointing experience!I have been going to this salon since it opened, but stopped after moving away and found a reputable establishment where I live. However, my daughter started back going, so I became a customer again.It appears the establishment is now practicing QUANTITY verses QUALITY work! Greed has become the driving force now!Went for a fill in, but my usual tech was not in, so I opted to give someone else a try. After sitting for nearly an hour, with others being seated before me but came in after me for the same service, I was given a nonchalant answer by the annoying front desk person. And everyone was white that was seated!!!! Ok! after addressing it I was seated shortly! The lady that did my fill in left previous polish on my nails and applied the acrylic right over it. So now I have old polish that’s permanently on the nail at this point.On to the polish which I had to go back the next day to get fixed(which still looks HORRIBLE—got so mad til I just wanted him to finish so I cld leave) and the owner David is so nonchalant. He’s so focused on money and making sure ppl don’t leave, until he can’t focused on his client in front of him. I’m trying to tell him what’s the problem, but he felt he could fix it with a stroke of more polish, but that wasn’t the case-the polish needed to be completely removed then redone, PERIOD!This establishment is truly living up to the no HYPE at all and has gone down on the quality of service it use ton provide! If it was not for Vicki, I wld locate another salon-SHE IS TRULY AMAZING!

Do not go to this nail salon! The service there is absolutely HORRIBLE! I went in for a regular mani/pedi and noticed that other customers who were getting gel were being serviced MUCH quicker. I kept being asked if I wanted gel and I kept saying no. It was like they were trying to push that service on me. I was sitting for an hour and a half before asking how many people were ahead of me. After waiting another 10 minutes a guy finally came to begin my pedicure. In spite of saying that I preferred round over square numerous times, my toe nails were still square. My manicure was the worst Ive ever had! After reminding them that I also wanted a manicure, a tall slim guy who I later found out was the owner, David, came and sat me at a table. I sat there for another 10 minutes before he finally brought a plain bowl of water to soak my fingers. He didnt put lotion on the cuticles to loosen and push them back, and I Had to ask him to get the tool and clean the dirt from under my nails which i told him was also not done to my toes either. He was up and down the entire time! My hand massage was merely him putting lotion on my fingers then telling me to wash my hands. After being there for 3 hours on a Thursday, I left without even getting polish! If youre not getting tips or gel youll wait for hours to be serviced!! I simply wanted a regular mani/pedi which I havent had in years! For this to be my first experience in YEARS, it left much to be desired! Im so disappointed!

I arrived around 11:30 on a Friday and there was no wait for service. Check in was friendly and took me back quickly. Pedi was by a youger guy who did a very good job all around. Had brows waxed and she was quick and good too. Salon and divders for protection etc. Felt safe with the service i received.

I had 2 visits at this shop and they were amazing until i was double charged. I contacted the business as soon as i noticed only for them to tell me to call back another day. Its been a week and Im out of the money that was double charged. I will return but i will be paying cash.

ABSOLUTELY LOVEEE THIS PLACE.Whenever I get my nails done here everyone is always complementing me. Vicky takes her time and makes sure she provides the best service possible. She is always willing to take on a “challenge”. Vicky brings to life whatever vision you have for your nails.

I went here about 40 minutes to closing, so enough time for the nail tech not to do a rush job. The nail tech did not know what an American Manicure was. I had to stop her twice and explain to her what it was. How is this possible? Additionally, she cut too far down my cuticle and it started to bleed a little. She was about to point it out then stopped midway hoping that I wouldn’t notice....I did! Horrible experience. I won’t be back again.

Ive had a my nails done at several different places in Columbia but I have never left a place actually wanting to come back. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere! They did a great job too!

Went for a color change along with 2 repairs and cost $32. I’ve never had to spend that much out for a color change and nail repair. Especially when the fill ins are $35. I even asked for the price difference and was just told to get the color change. Rip off for one and extremely bad service.

Such a bad experience - Im asking for a refund.1) The manicurist barely trimmed or pushed back my cuticles2) My nail shape is uneven nail to nail, some nails are round, some are square round3) Within 3 days my gel manicure started chipping (this shouldnt happen I go to two places in Atlanta and have NEVER had a gel mani chip in less than a week)4) My manicurist looked like she had just rolled out of bed - very disheveled5) My manicurist kept coughing with no mask on... do you really want a sick person working on your hands?Bottom line- my friend lives locally and luckily, I live in Atlanta where there is a broad variety of nail places - more specifically ones much better than Bliss. I will never be back.

Bliss is the only place I will ever go. Been seeing Kim for dip powder and pedicures about a year now. Best customer service I have ever had. Kim takes her time and makes sure you are happy. Would recommend to anyone.

Seems very professional. David and front desk person are always walking around making sure everyone is being taken care of and happy. There was only one incident where “some guy” was doing my nails and kept answering his phone and making calls and ended up filing/drilling my skin! Someone else immediately took over after seeing the look on my face. I still go back!

Good nail technicians. They also do a great job with eyebrow shaping. Like any business theres one or two of the technicians that rush through your service but most are very good and want your business.They could do a better job of cleaning their supplies between clients. Consider taking your own nail tools.

So I called and they said a full set with polish would be 35 but when I finish they charge me 60. I came at 3 and didnt even get sat til 5 and and my right hand nails are all lumpy. Yes theyre nice but theyre ruff when filing and the nails are NOT worth the price. They also use gel without asking you if you want polish first

Got my nails done not even a whole week ago actually 4 days ago polish started coming right off went back and they charged me 28 for them to get polished again with gel n to get my feet fully did the price is 32 they didn’t care that my polish came completely off and cracked in spots it was my very first experience and will be my last I don’t not recommend we also had to wait over 30 mins while we watch employees walk around helping other customers instead of the ones who was there first

Gel mani was well done. Pedicure not so much. Not sure if pedicurist had a license as I did not see any posted in the store, but he applied a thick layer of polish to all nails. When you do this it tends to bubble.

I was shown to my chair. I chose my color for my pedicure. I sat waiting for nearly a half hr. I left before anyone else helped me.

My go to place for all my nail care, eye brows and other facial care. They are friendly, quick and reasonably priced for the services they offer. Ive been going to this place for over a year. After trying three other places in the beginning this is by far the best place in the area. They are clean and very sanitary. And did I mention they are quick. I think Ive had 4 or 5 different people, both male and female,to do my mani-pedi and Ive not had one complaint.

Kim is amazing! I am always extremely pleased with her work. She is very meticulous and cares that you are 100% satisfied. The salon is very beautiful as well. Prices are a little more than other places but very much worth it.

Every time I come into Bliss I have an instant feeling of relaxation. All the techs are great, atmosphere is welcoming, and I have never had a problem. Even when I want crazy festive nails, they always look out and go above and beyond. Teaching young kids means treating yourself to a mani/pedi (self care, am I right? 💁🏼‍♀️💅🏼) and after the week is done, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else besides Bliss. Most times I walk right in, and never wait long. My whole family comes here as well as my friends! Thank you Bliss for making every experience one worth sharing!

My go to place for a french tip pedicure and acrylic fill-in with gel polish. Depending on your time of arrival there will definitely be a wait. 30+ min.Complimentary drinks - red/white wine, mimosa, tea, coffee etc.

I have to say that I am NOT disappointed. My boyfriend and I both got the silky white pedicured and were so happy. I am going back today …. and well I found it! Absolutely loved this place!

My daughter and I have been coming here since they opened. The last two times we went there Tom has upcharged my daughter. The first time we went in for our fill, while filing my daughters nail Tom broke it (its was fine when we went in), at the end he charged my daughter 5 bucks for a repair. Hello, you broke it....why are you charging for your mistake! Then, today we went in there, we both got basic pedicures I was charged 32 dollars, but Tom charged my daughter 52 dollars!!!!!! Beware of pricing, they make their own prices up for the same job.

Beautiful venue and nice workers but the quality of service was lacking. My best friend and I felt that we were being rushed. Normal services were skipped in order to get more people in seats...and we waited a good while to be served. We didn’t get lotion on our hands, excess nail polish wasn’t cleaned off cuticles, nails weren’t allowed to dry properly, hands weren’t washed or cuticles soaked before being trimmed so they hurt badly. Overall we both decided we wouldn’t come back again. For the amount of money we paid, we wanted a quality experience not to be treated like a quick side job. My nails were horribly lumpy and uneven...hers were done sloppy. Not the best experience. Very mediocre. If you go, make an appointment and try to come during down time so you aren’t rushed out the door.

Good service. Pedicure chairs are really close but I was satisfied with my pedicure and full set. Same prices as other nail shops in the area. Whenever my primary shop is busy I will come here because I know I won’t be disappointed.

So this place is really a matter of who you get. Some people do a better job then others. Their normal pedicure is reasonably priced and the guy who does my feet is awesome. The pedicures actually last awhile. There is nothing I dislike more then paying for a pedicure and a week later it has chipped. I dont feel like that here. Worth the wait and money

Today I came into this location and Dominic was my specialist... Normally when I come here they do a decent job..... A couple of steps were skipped from my pedicure and the paint job looks horrible.... Im almost positive that hes new. I really counting on you all to stay on top this was my only bad experience since Ive been coming here.. Im a little upset because now I have to pay AGAIN to get my color done over... I hope someone can correct these wrongs... He was definitely pleasant just not experienced

Second time visiting this nail salon. First experience was excellent this is why I returned. Second visit was horrible! The guy doing my pedicure was HORRIBLE the manager had to fix his work and even then the manger was rushing! Not a pleasant experience! Not sure if I will return because my first visit was great.

First time visit, got my eye brows waxed and they used pure aloe of which I wasn’t aware. The pure aloe burned my skin but the gentleman there was not trying to hear my concern, for that reason I will not return.

Very horrible. Worst pedicure ever. Nails had an uneven shape, no lotion on my feet at the end of my pedicure, polish was on my skin. The design on my big toes, were done by the manager. He was on the phone and made a complete hot mess. Never again!

I went there today because I heard good things. I was disappointed. Pedicure went fine until the end. Female nail technician barely put lotion on my legs at the end. Also, she initially did not paint my toes how I requested and caught an attitude when she began to paint them over. Looking at my feet, it appears she could have scrubbed the dead skin off the bottom more. I do not plan to return to this nail salon and will recommend others do the same.

This place was terrible. Went in for a pedicure 1.5hrs later the nail tech assigned was completely distracted. The pedicure time was extended because every time someone walked in the door he stopped, someone ask for something he would stop, someone coughed he would stop. No he was not the owner he was just doing everything but my pedicure. He did not perform all steps of your basic pedicure and the polish is very sloppy. This place is poorly managed. I would not recommend at all and I will NEVER go back.
