This was my first visit and I will be back. My nails are perfect.

I wanted acrylic on my toes and one of the men argued with me about me not needing it

The male manicurist was very sweet. He informed me he had been doing nails for 20 years. The reason I gave this place two stars was because of the rushed job he did. He didn’t clean up my cuticles. He left nail polish around the skin of my nails. When I first walked in, the place was completely empty, which is surprising for a Friday. I should have know why. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

So I paid $35 dollars for these nails. When clearly they aren’t that great. I still have my cuticle on some of my fingers. The guy was in a hurry and nicked some of my fingers to the point they bled. My glitter is messed up. My friends nails look like a meth head did them and she went to ask for her money back and they told her she couldn’t get her money back. And also told her “you’re the reason we lose customers” YEA OKAY?! They fixed her nails like 3 times AND STILL MESSED UP! My moms nails had to be redone since she washed her hands and glitter came off. Like this is STUPID! We are contacting MULTIPLE places to complain! Not to mention the guy lit his cigarette INSIDE before going outside!

Love love love this place ! Always so friendly and ask me a million times if im happy with the work theyve done! I wont go anywhere else!

I usually don’t post negatively, but four out of four of us had problems. We had one with extra acrylic around the nail, 2 ended up with nicks, they redid one set and the the person still had lumps in the finish. When we complained, they said they do it that way. So if you like nicks, lumps extra acrylic and impersonal service, please go see L J Nails.

I have to say the service and the ladies that did my pedicure and my friends pedicure were very friendly and did a nice job. A simple pedicure there is $25.00 and I gave Jenny, the lady who did my pedicure, $10.00 in cash for a tip. On my bank statement it said, $35.00....so I called and spoke to a gentleman (not sure if he is the owner or not) but I explained to him that instead of being charged $25.00 on my card, I was charged $35.00 and asked that he give me $10.00 back on my card. He told me to take it up with my bank several times and told me this happens a lot and he tells people to take it up with their banks. So....I did. However, he still got to keep the $10.00 as my bank gave me the money back and not LJ Nails. It is a shame that he lost a customer over $10.00...but right is right...he could have very easily refunded my card $10.00.

I think the woman was very professional at the nails cause I got cat eyes done and the looked perfect

My 16 year old spent Christmas gift money of $25 for gel nails. They came off within 3 days.

Ok here is the cold hard truth. I could do my nails blind folded and drunk and it would have looked better. First of all the person cut the sides of my nails with his nails on two different spots. They were uneven sharp edges. So I paid did not want to cause a big scene and left. Went to a wonderful place in Spring hill. He fixed my nails with out charging me anything. Now my nails are awsome. I will never ever go to this nail spa again.

Im not one to complain but I had to post this because it was a total waste of money.7 out of 10 nails fell off within eight days! The polish was uneven and they made me bleed! The pedi looked like a home job. I dont care how cheap or nice the people are,( which they spoke only to each other in their native language) .. I will not return . Go elsewhere.

The guy was very friendly but the work was not the best. I will not be doing business there again. It was not worth $45 :(

I took my stepdaughter for mani/pedis for her bday. Neither owner was very friendly, all equipment was run down and polishes were old. The pedicure was a better experience than the manicure... the manicure consisted of only a nail trim, brief filing and polish, nothing else ( no cuticle trim, buffing etc) and all done while sitting in the pedicure chair.The day after, my polish flaked off completely from two nails and chipped on two others after only washing my hands a few times. I paid $52 for both of us and left a $10 tip. Extremely disappointed. As a business owner myself, I cant understand how they are still in business. Will NEVER go back again and thats why Im posting this, hoping I can spare someone else the expense of a worthless experience. 😠

My first time and I am very happy with my nails . Price was good for what I had done to my nails . People was very nice . I recommend this nail shop over any other on in columbia .i wil be back .

They have done my nails for years with no problems.

If there were negative stars available, that is what I would rate it as! They have no idea what they are doing..horrible job. It looks like a five year old did my nails. NEVER AGAIN..dont bother wasting your money!! Go somewhere else.
