Me personally I would only return for a pedicure… the man who did my nails was sloppy I got a full set which was supposed to be 30 by the time he was done he charged me 60 and my nails are not that long he did not paint all the way down to my cuticle and the shapes are uneven his chair is the second one to the right the place is beautiful however and clean but it is not worth the time and money for a manicure or full set in my opinion

I scheduled an appointment and it was approved the same day. I arrived the next day and I was serviced on time. the man who did my nails was kind of rough but he still did a good job. the lady who did my pedicure was friendly. I will definitely return! this is the best nail salon I have been to in Columbia

I asked for a overlay with regular polish the employee did what he wanted to do! Then LIED and said I didn’t inform him of what I wanted. I didn’t even get my money back and they didn’t even try to accommodate me! & they have the worse attitudes!!! Not to mention the guy rushed my toes!! It was a horrible experience!! I asked for coffin and he said no . and then i asked for a full set and he didn’t do it . and then he got the nerve to say they look bad cs i touched it but i didn’t even touch them- don’t come here they look and act stank .

I love getting my nails done but I have terrible luck with getting them to last. Ive tried a bunch of salons around Columbia and can never get my dip nails to last more than two weeks.I live close to here and hadn’t tried it so I figured I would give it a shot. I went on a Saturday before a football game and it wasn’t busy but I figure the game is the cause for that. The older woman doing my nails was very thorough and took her time to make sure my nails looked good and would last. She also helped me pick a color.The price was very reasonable (40 dollars for dip manicure) and my nails have lasted two weeks and have not “lifted” (normally when I get dip by after a week the are coming up on the sides and close to popping off).Hopefully my next experience will be as good as this one but I will be back.

I enjoy getting my nails done here. Staff is friendly and my nails turn out just the way I want them. I always get acrylics with gel powder and gel polish and they last me about a month before I want to come back for a fill in.

I accidentally said the wrong nail shape and the guy doing my nails got a big attitude. I realized I said the wrong shape after he only put acrylic on two nails. So he had the opportunity to go about doing the other 8 nails the correct way but he continued to apply acrylic on all instead of cutting the others to an coffin sshape before applying the acrylic so an excessive amount of filing wouldn’t need to be done. He filed my skin and filed roughly and my nails still hurt a day later. And the shape is horrible

Disappointing - Acrylic set starting lifting off in six days, and I was NOT working with my hands. I expect them to start lifting in three weeks and start to come off in four weeks. My mother got gel nails, and one was significantly peeling at seven days and several had chipped. Very disappointing and a big waste of vacation time / money.

I had a terrible experience here. I got a dip manicure, they filed my skin and made my nails so short. It started falling off within 4 days of having it and any other dip I have ever gotten has lasted over a month. I got them done a week ago and just now had time to come in to the salon and they refused to help me or redo my nails. The man I talked to was disrespectful, rude and unhelpful. He said he would have to charge me if I want my nails redone. Did absolutely nothing for me. Will never be coming here again. Staff is so rude.

This is honestly the best place! It took me a few years of trying other places before finding this one and it has been over year my mom and I are coming here every three weeks. The place is always clean and welcoming. What ever service you need (manucure, pedicure, acrylic nails, etc) its always going to be personalized. The owners and their employees are always ready to go the extra mile for their clients. The prices are more affordable than other places but the quality of the job done is much higher. I highly recommend to consider this place as your first and last choice!

I went and asked for my acrylics to be soaked off, and they popped off my acrylic nails with another acrylic nail instead. Bad practice. Will not go back. If anyone wants suggestions in the area I recommend Devine nail salon. :)

Paid 70$ for a 30 minute pedicure. Waited 30 minutes for it to start then had to wait for a “clean” chair which wasn’t sanitized after last customer used to be available. If I could review 0/5 stars I would. Would not recommend

Friendly staff and great service! Not from around the area and decided to try this place due to the other positive reviews. Went for a pedicure. They have a selection of pedicures you can choose from they hand you a menu when you get in the massage chair. My nail technician took great attention to detail. Will come back and recommend to anyone in the area.

They let everyone with gel services go first. I sat for 45mins top never got service and I’m never coming back periodtttt!

If you want designs on your nails don’t go here but if you want something simple they will do a good job. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and they did something similar and I still like it, but it’s not exactly what I wanted. They charge $30 for gel polish on your toes without the perks of the water and lotion, which in my opinion is over priced. I don’t get my nails done often but I wouldn’t come back. Not a terrible experience.... they were decent I guess... but I would not recommend.

Great service they make you feel welcomed excellent customer service very friendly people they offer you drinks. If you don’t like anything they do it until you are satisfied with out making faces I was surprised they started all over with my full set. Another Amazing quality they have they work with their heart ❤️ not just to make money. Having customers leave happy is a big deal to them. I truly recommend this place make appointment if it’s a weekend.

The man I had was very unprofessional. He argued wit me because I asked him to cut down a nail. I simply requested that and he got defend. Then proceed to do my nail and ruffly twist my thumb. That really started something because I said he was being ruff and he started arguing with me. Being a paying customer I didnt appreciate him arguing and basically telling me I shouldnt say anything about him hurting me. This business was unprofessional. I wanted to get my eyebrows done as well but after my nails I never want any service done by them again. I work in customer service my customers would never feel or get treated like this.

We had a great experience! They were very attentive and welcoming! They were able to fit us in with short notice for express pedicures. They were the best pedicures my partner and I have ever had. They put a lot of effort into their work and our techs were super cool! This place is a value.

My nails came out so cute and my nail tech always checked in if i was liking the shape. Really kind and respectful. I like how high they are on sanitation as well, you even get your own file and nail buff given to you so its ensured only your nails are filed with those tools.

Went in to get my manicure done and was fairly impress. Clean salon. Prices are reasonable. The nail tech working on my nails did a great job of reshaping my nails and removing the cuticles. She didnt even cut or pierce me throughout my manicure! Which was great! When she was done, my nails looked absolutely elegant!

Not bad on pricing, technician did amazing work! Was able to do a walk in, but I lucked out so you should call ahead as they were back to back.My only preference was that I could stay in the pedicure chair while my manicure was being done. Its just so much more comfy (smiley) **

I love this nail salon! I have been to this salon 3 times now and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. This last time I had gel done on both my manicure and pedicure and had designs. The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic! Not to mention it is really clean and well organized.

I couldnt be happier with my experience here! I usually go for the typical massage chair with water pedicure. This was a really nice difference. My nail Tech was extremely professional, very gentle, friendly, and relaxing. Truly one of the best pedicures Ive ever had! I would recommend this place again and again. ❤❤

Very skilled and professional. Always super clean, the massage chairs are newer and they give amazingly thorough pedicures. The Belcaro pedicure is well worth the extra cost with lemon exfoliation and hot rocks. They never skimp on the massaging. I highly recommend!!

Best nail experience in Columbia! They give their all every time to every customer. They care about quality and it shows. Ive been getting acrylic fills with regular polish that last 3 weeks and Im not easy on my nails (bowling league, dishes, office work).

Great place to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I come here regularly and everyone that works here does a great job! They take their time and make you feel extra special (friendly conversation and sometimes even a quick shoulder rub)! 10/10 would recommend, just make sure to make an appointment because they are always super busy and don’t often have time for walk-ins. One last thing that really makes Campus Nails & Spa stand out from other nail salons is that you don’t have to wait!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to a nail salon (even with an appointment) and been told it will be 5-10 minute wait and 30-45 minutes later you finally get in. Not here! They honor your appointment time and don’t over schedule so they can get you in on time. LOVE this place.

Technician does a fabulous job with nails, I tried a few of the nail salons in this neighborhood and this is the best by far. Ive been a few times and this time I got had a pedicure done which was excellent !

The first time my daughter went here she had a great technician her nails looked nice. However, this last time, an older lady did them and her nails look awful! The technician doesn’t know how to properly polish nails. Paid $25 to get gel nail polish when we could have done a better job at home. Not even a week later and already chipping with smudged spots. Definitely will not go back!

I was not happy with the color and they redid it. I was using the dip nail method . I recommend that you have them do one nail before you finalize your color. Both times they did an excellent job.

I just went to Campus Nails yesterday for the first time ever and am thrilled with my experience. Having moved to Columbia just a week ago, I thought I would have to spend some time testing out salons to find the perfect place. There is a reason this place is highly reviewed--the salon is clean, the color selection is out of control, the nail technicians are talented and attentive, and management is very invested in their clientele (the owner herself checks your nails to ensure they look impeccable). Seriously perfect Mani Pedi! Upon walking in, I was instantly greeted at the front desk and asked to go pick my color. Ladies the color selection at this place is insane! My nail tech was incredibly detailed oriented and did an amazing job, she barely had to clean up polish from my skin after applying a very dark color. Ill be back!

DO NOT GO HERE! I got serviced here this morning around 11:30 and the only guy that was available had a horrible attitude and temper! He discussed prices with me before we started but ended up switching them up as he was doing my nails. Eventually I told him I wasn’t paying $100 for him to do what he wanted and not deliver what I wanted and he threw the equipment down and said, “I’m done.. go somewhere else for cheap” literally yelling. That’s when things got ghetto on my end. Nonetheless, I said what I had to say and I left. This place is super over priced for services that they simply cannot deliver. 0/10 would not recommend.. very unprofessional.

Nice and clean. I had a fingernail shelac and a pedicure. She took her time filing down my previous shelac as to not damage my nail bed. I really appreciated this. Also took time on foot massage, overall experience was great.

This was my new nail salon in Columbia. Their services was the best. They had time available to serve me right away. Very awesome _ my technician. And accommodated my every need. My nails have never lasted so well. I could go on with my friends. The music is calming.

Very disappointed in the french dip I had done, today. It took forever and the quality is very poor. Ive been many times before and never had this experience. I would not recommend and will not be going back.

The quality of their work doesn’t match their prices. I paid $65 dollars for a gel full set. They weren’t long, and my gel chipped 4 days later. I definitely would NOT recommend them.

Excellent service! The staff was extremely courteous to my friends and I, even when the shop was quite busy. They served chilled wine and other astortments of drinks while we soaked our feet in water. The ambiance was very relaxing and peaceful, along with the shop’s presentation. Definitely coming back!

When I go to get my nails done I like to relax, watch some TV if they have one, close my eyes, listen to the water in the foot bath. This was absolutely impossible to do at campus nails salon.There were loud conversations happing from one side of the salon to the other between all technicians. My technician literally never stopped talking/yelling. She was more concerned about having conversations than actually looking at nails...and as a paying customer I was concerned my nails were going to be done half a**. I politely asked to leave before they started to put polish on my toes. I DO NOT recommend campus nails salon.

Ive been coming here for a years and Im always satisfied with the quality workmanship that performs. I like that she is a stickler to details. Ive been to other places before finding she, and she is head and shoulders above other estheticians (people who can do all at the spa). Also, she has a staff that performs at the same high quality level does.

This is a late review...but better late than never. I went to in efforts to replace my current nail salon of 4 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service. Its always a challenge to try a new location after going to another location for so long. she was very attentive to my needs down to the nail shape and she even took the time to chat a little. I went on a Saturday which is a busy day but I was in and out within an hour. I think Ive found my new nail salon! I will certainly be back in 2 weeks!

Awful nails. Didn’t try on the acrylics before gluing them to my nails, didn’t fill in the nail to my cuticle, and my nails are crooked.
