I am having the same problem as all the other reviews. They have had a package for over a month now. I have attempted several times (email/phone calls) to reach them with no avail. Very aggravating as I have paid for an item that I did not receive. Not the companies fault, not mine but the shipper. Why do they get away with such poor service?!

This is my first time getting something from this and I’m disappointed and upset. They don’t deserve a one Star because I liked that their customer support actually tired their best to help me out with locating my package that’s over a week late, almost two and the fact that everyone was genuinely nice to me but regardless my package is currently missing, neither the DHL nor the USPS have my package so it’s somewhere. I ordered it ahead of time so if something happened I would still get in time but deep down I know I won’t receive it. I appreciate their time and help but still hung up on the fact it’s missing. 😔
Yeah I would give them 0 stars I’ve been waiting for a package that’s 3 weeks late and when I call to see where it is at they say I’m at the wrong department transfer then hang up this place is a joke when it comes to delivering packages!

For years, every time anything I order goes through this facility, I NEVER receive it. Once, after complaining to the company I ordered from, THEN and only then did my package start moving. WORST service EVER. If you want your packages to never arrive, send it to this place, where ALL mail goes to die. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating!
The distribution center is 5 hours away from my house and its taken them 12+ days so far and still no update on when I can get my package. Their customer service is complete trash, getting a hold of a live person to help you is impossible and frankly I dont understand how a service so completely worthless is still in business.
Ordered a package off of Amazon the shipper of said package decided to go thru DHL instead of FedEx or USPS like they normally do. Package is over 2 weeks late and last tracking update showed it at this facility. Really disappointed.

DO NOT WORK HERE! After your first few weeks of working theyll start cutting your hours short and you might as well be working anywhere else at that point even for much less. Whats supposed to be a roughly 30 hour work week is cut to 20 hours. All the good employees leave after a while, yet they wonder why they rank second lowest out of all facilities in terms of productivity. Save your time and look for someplace else to work at.

There is no work. The company is going down and alots of people are quiting on them the manager Felicia Simpson, have attitude problems with co work. Sometimes you come there is nothing to do.

I had a Christmas gift for my husband and they haven’t even tried to deliver it. Our package was received at the DHL on Jan.7th and I guess they still have it on a shelf behind a desk or something, because there has been no delivery yet. Maybe even someone is wearing it around.. I am disappointed and my husband too, but mostly me, it’s just not good business practice!!!!!

DHL would need to provide their efforts free to make it worth the money. They consistently let packages sit in their facility for days/weeks. If DHL is involved in the delivery process - I look for another supplier.

I would give negative stars if I could. My packages always end up sitting at a facility for 5+ days!! Customer Service is no help. Due to several issues with this delivery company I have opted out from purchasing items online if DHL is their shipping method.

I will admit, reading these reviews made me quite worried. In my case, I have SM Expedited shipping and my package weighs less than a pound yet it still hasnt arrived after 6 days of shipping from Salt Lake City to Grand Prairie. The DHL tracking website says that my package has been transferred to USPS for delivery over four hours ago but I havent received a text from USPS saying that they have received it. I hardly think that DHL has really tendered my package to USPS. I live in the same city but just in a different postal code, so I hope that the package really has been given to USPS and delivery can happen either today or tomorrow.
After hearing the list of horrible reviews and unsatisfied customers, I couldn’t help but think the same results were going to happen to me. Fortunately, my process was smooth and my shipment (screen protector) came on time at the scheduled date. It took about a week as projected. Hope yours goes as smooth as mine did
This is a terrible delivery service they lose your packages and it sit there for days- weeks dont send updates. Im on package 2 a week with no movement completely lost first package. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. The USPS is better faster and you can see where your item is. DHL is middle man for companies it goes to Postal Service. Just use the USPS, DHL is worthless.
I would give it less than one star if I could. Package from Indianapolis to just outside Nashville. Going on 7 business days and USPS says its still in the origination point from the shipper. I never would have agreed to use it but wasnt given any options for shipping methods. The package only weighs 2.5 pounds, and I could have easily gotten it Priority Mail for less than $5 more. 20 minutes on hold with DHL to be told the package was passed off to USPS two days ago. On hold with USPS for going on 40 minutes, Im sure to be told they dont know where it is. If DHL eCommerce is your only option, just dont even bother.
Item has been sitting at this facility for 13 days without being forwarded to next location. Even the vendor for which Ive ordered an item states DHL is extremely slow.

My experience with DHL has been very limited. However, I ordered something from a parts dealer, and now we are going on two weeks for shipping from California to Kansas. My package sat somewhere for nine days before it finally arrived to DHL. Ill be sure to select a different option next time - FedEx had one of my other parts from the same order and same location to me within a matter of three business days. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
It is them not sending your package. The tracking clearly shows that it is still in their facility for over 7 days. I will never buy from a company that used DHL for their service. In fact I will return my purchase if it ever arrives and request a refund. I payed expedited shipping and it is still not here! DHL eCommerce my first bad review goes to you all!
I was charged $12 for shipping and this package still hasnt arrived after 2 weeks, Its still on the way here.... USPS priority mail would have been faster and cheaper. I did not have a choice of choosing what shipping method to use. =/ DHL eCommerce is slower than SAL packages I order from Japan.

Could have walked to Utah & got it faster. 1 tiny little part that came in a small letter size envelope took over a week to get here. They (eReplacements) could have put 1 stamp on the envelope & dropped it in the mail & it would have been here 4 days earlier. We have UPS, FedEx & USPS stopping at our shop almost everyday & never had any shipper soooo slow. From now on if it ships DHL well buy somewhere else.
Terrible services again after 10+ years! This has happened before. Delivery was supposed to be made on yesterday, yet it still awaits @ their facility & is closed. They need to be shut down! All these years theyre still offering terrible services.

Absolutly the worst delivery company ever! Every time I have a dhl package there always extremely late, and always take several days to clear this facility. I currently have a package they have had 10 days! I call, they give me the run around and absolutly Piss poor service everytime. I wish I could give them negative stars.
DHL has one of the worst customers service i have ever encountered. All i wanted to do was have a delivery address changed. I would call almost everyday before my delivery is due to get the address change but, each time i call there i am listening to the horrible waiting music then later it would say there call volume are higher than usual and if i would like for them to call me back when its my turn. So i tried that but each time i never got a call. I tried emailing them a few times each time a dam automated system response with nothing pertaining to the issue i was trying to resolve. LIDS also have horrible customer service. I had realized my items was being delivered to my old address where i no longer live at and emailed them right after i saw my old address on the confirmation page on a Sunday before they even processed the order and yet they still shipped it to my old address like a bunch of genius. Thanks to LIDS i also had the pleasure of dealing with DHL horrible customer service. I will definitely try to avoid these companies in my future of online shopping or delivery services.

Like others have said, if its domestic and these people are involved, you are screwed. They have had my package for almost a week and havent released it to the USPS, who would have it to me the next day.I had no option for how my package would be sent, but will avoid these people like the plague if I ever have the option of using their service.

I ordered two of the same light weight items from Banggood one after the other on the same day and decided not to pay extra Priority Mail shipping on second order as I did on the first order that used DHL eCommerce as it was almost half the cost of the tiny props ordered and decided to use the slow but free standard shipping..... the second slow shipping order was received a week ago and still waiting on fast shipping option I paid extra for that used DHL to deliver to USPS mail.... I must agree with all the other 1 star reviews and say there is no excuse as DHL is normally very fast with such great service they were able to stop someone with connections to the shipper trying to steal the package find it enroute and because I was the party to receive it correct the change of delivery address and turn it around before the worthless scammer could use his connections to steal it after I busted him with the company and they replaced what he stole after explaining what was going on. So normal DHL is great... but DHL eCommerce is a great disappointment and VERY slow indeed.

Slowest flippn shippn in the Universe. Sits for 2 to 5 days while they get enough packages to pay for the next leg of the never ending journey. I boycott every business that uses this worthless shipping service. They will NEVER contact you after emailing them. They will leave you on hold until you hang up and if you do actually get to talk to an actual person theyre like every politician in the world, they will blame someone else. This company is junk.
Good luck tracking your package. Their website will only except one of their tracking numbers and my shipper was Amazon and only provided an Amazon tracking number. DHLs web site doesnt post a contact phone number which is the first red flag. Got a phone number through google search and called their customer service who informed me that I had called the wrong DHL service. They gave me a number for DHL Global... Which is apparently the same corporation with the same logo. Finally reached someone who informed me they could not help me without DHLs tracking number. I asked him about their process because Amazon tracking showed the item shipped from a DHL center in an adjacent zip code the previous morning and should have arrived. He informed me in a sarcastic tone that DHL would ship it to the U.S. Post office for final delivery, which extends the receipt of the package by at least two to three days, even though the DHL center is only five minutes away. After reading horror stories of packages sitting for a week at DHL my package could take longer. This is an intolerable situation! DHL has the worst customer service and the worlds most complicated delivery system. DONT USE DHL!!! If you do your customers will hate you...
DHL eCommerce is dreadful. Slow. Very poor tracking. It is September 26th. Domestic package was shipped to me September 22nd. USPS has still not received it. In the future, if a seller uses DHL eCommerce, I will not order from them - and will tell them why.

DHL eCommerce has to be the worst parcel service in the nation. USPS priority get my packages from anywhere in the nation in 2-3 days, this clowns take 2 to 2.5 weeks. I will start avoiding any company that uses these people for shipping. I would like to give this company a -5 stars if I could.

This is the absolute WORST Package delivery service I have ever dealt with. Not only did my package sit in Grand prairie for 2 weeks, but I live 20 mins away and couldnt just pick it up because they dont answer their phone or their emails.Horrible customer service and i will make sure that from now on I never, ever order from anyone that ships with this ridiculous excuse for a company again!! I ordered Crucial DDR4 2x4 2133MHz RAM sticks from DHL on Newegg on May 27, and the original date I was supposed to received them was around June 2. I checked the status of the order two days later, and the delivery date was pushed back to around June 4. Now, it is June 4, and they, again, have pushed the delivery date all the way back to June 8. Domestically, DHL seems like one of the worst parcel services to rely on, and its ridiculous how long you have to wait for your package. I should not of cheaped out on my RAM sticks.
You cannot get worse service than with DHL. They tried to blame USPS for not send your package but it is them not sending your package. The tracking clearly shows that it is still in their facility for over 5 days. I will never buy from a company that used DHL for their service.
