These guys are absolutely the best! Literally hands-down. I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half and I actually drive all the way from grass Valley because they are worth the hour and a half drive! They take so much pride in their work. They take their time, make you feel welcomed and relaxed and their work reflects that! I am absolutely thrilled every single time. And my nails last forever! They never break and stay super shiny until I come in for a fill.

This place does an excellent job but they are always busy. Even with an appointment you have to wait usually thirty minutes or longer. If they are to busy around lunch or closing time they will turn you away so a bit hard to get into! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT before you try a walk in. They are busy for a reason. They do exceptional work!

I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love this place! I always recommend it to my friends and family. I always see Andy and he always kills it on my nails! I’ve occasionally had my nails done by the other technicians and they all do a great job and everyone is super nice. It’s clean and relaxing and has good prices! This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. If I could rate a 0 I would. The owner Andy is beyond unprofessional and all about money, he clearly doesn’t care about his loyal clients. Today we had scheduled an appointment for 4 pedicures and 3 full sets at 12pm. When we got there we were told to pick a color and have a seat, we then waited till 12:18 and one of us was taken to get a full set, while the other 3 waited. (No big deal) I get sometimes you have to wait as this nail place was busy. At 12:34 I was then called over to get my nails done while the other 2 girls were still waiting. Andy started doing my nails and I showed him a picture and said “can you do this?” He said yes no problem. (I’ve been coming here for awhile and have referred many people because they USED to do a awesome job) . The lady next to me was very frustrated as he stopped doing her nails to do mine. She asked me what time my appointment was and I said 12, she said me too, I guess he overbooked himself.. after making her sit to do my nails he went back to her and had a lady come over to finish mine. I asked for nude with a sparkly ring finger.(which I showed Andy the picture) I got bright pink and white ombré??? Nothing like the picture I showed. When the lady started filing my nails she made one hand so thin and pointy and the other hand squared, they looked like two completely different sets. When I brought it to her attention she then told me it was because of my nail beds? I’m sorry but no. I’ve never had one hand looks completely different than the other. As my 2 friends are now just being sat down for a pedicure at 12:50 when our appointment was at 12. I politely asked them to remove my nails as they were terrible. When she removed them she was rude, and was drilling so far down the drill was getting super hot on my nail beds. I let her know hey it’s getting hot and she didn’t even say oh ok I’ll stop she just continued, to where I had to move my hands because she wasn’t listening to me.Finally after the 2 girls pedicure was done we had one friend left until 2:45 finishing her toes as it looks like a child painted them. Multiple clients today will not be coming back due to the awful experience we had today.

Multiple times Ive scheduled appointments and had to wait up to 45 minutes before being taken care of. Today I had a 12 appointment; at 12:20 the person I was scheduled with started a new set on another client. I was told Id have to wait because despite having an appointment, theyd squeezed me in. They were very unkind in their handling of the situation. Ive had prior experiences in which they were very rude towards me and my 11 year old daughter. There is an attitude of carelessness and disrespect that is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Not only is timeliness and kindness an issue here, but so is cleanliness.They do not clean stations, clean tools, or wash their hands in between clients. Ive tried giving them a chance multiple times, thinking they might get better, but after today I will never give them my business again.

I make appts sometimes and or call in and they always make room for me! That being said there may be a wait at times because like all nail salons, they work nonstop! Good price and cute nails.

I love this place, but when people make appointments and still have to sit and wait it wastes peoples times. Its been a few times me and others have had appointments but been stuck waiting 20+ minutes over the appt. time to even be acknowledged. People have other things to do and thats what appointments are specifically made for!

Andy does a wonderful job. My nails last 3-4 weeks without lifting or chipping.

First time visit for pedicure. $50., and I expected a great job. It was “ok”. Salon was clean, staff was friendly, but my polish was uneven. It looked horrible in the daylight. Nails cut crooked. Had to make 3 requests to even the trimming. Not sure I’d go back.

I really enjoyed this place I love there selection of colors for acrylic !the lady that did my nails did an amazing job. Abosulty love them. And she recommended idea cause I like this color. She was very friendly and nice. And super fast at what she does. The prices best around time. I was almost going to go to the last place but to get fill to much. I ended up getting full set cause I liked there selection of colors. And I felt welcomed and they are super safe and clean.

Ask for Vann for your Pedicures. She is my girl. You will not be disappointed!!

I was nervous to change nail guys because I am a creature of habit... but I got EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Will definitely go back!****UPDATE****I went back for a fill and the contrast was so extreme. I showed him a pic of my nails that he did before... and assuming I didnt Have to hover... I let him work. He cut them waaaay too short and then proceeded to blame it on me and say my pic was dark. BTW it was the photo used in this review. I let him finish, I paid and tipped him, then I left unhappy, never to come back.Making a mistake is one thing, you can fix that... but blaming me for his shortcomings and getting annoyed with me is not someone I want to give my money to!

For Halloween, I was a Panda. My nails glow in the dark and they are acrylic and gel and I love the shape.

My stylist fixed the shape of my nails to better suit my natural nail bed shape and they look wonderful now! They were fast and pleasant to talk to and their prices are very fair for the quality. Best nail salon in town, and Ive been to a LOT of them!

Very friendly people.. the guy that did my nails was very meticulous and took his time, but was quick if that makes sense?! LOL the only issue is I wish they would accept credit/debit cards. Thats why I gave a four star rating.

My pedicure was great but my manicure and dip was god-awful. First off, I didnt even get an actual manicure. After they finished it looked as though I hadnt had a fill for 4 months from the giant gap they left. The manicurist were in a hurry for some reason and didnt bother to take the time to make sure that my nails looked good. Not worth it.

They do such a great job here. I get the dip nails. So much better than gel and acrylic. No pain, no tips...my own nails. Lasts without breaking.One of the main reasons I love them is they actually talk and interact with their clients.Were friends...not just another number.Check them out!!!

Came here a few days ago for a pedicure. Called ahead and made an appt. Employees were very nice and quick! Loved the leg scrub and massage. Spent longer than most places do on that, which was nice.

Today was my first time going here and it was great! I was able to sit down as soon as I walked in and they began right away. The gentleman whom did my nails was just amazing. Kind and friendly, we had a nice conversation, asked me multiple times during if I was okay and if everything looked alright. Not to mention he did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend and come back!

I think Angel nails is great. They do amazing work and art have glow in the dark, cat eye polish, and mood change. They are clean and the owner is the best. The had out water and my nails always look great.

Great nail place in Placerville. The three technicians you want to see are JO, Andy or Mikey! They seriously are the best for dip or gel and designs. My only thing is that I wish they would be more punctual. I have showed up multiple times early for my appointment to get seen up to 30 mins AFTER my scheduled time. Frustrating when trying to squeeze in on a lunch break.

I am sorry to have to write a bad review. My manicure was roughly done, and I have splotches on two nails. They lady did a nice job on my eyebrows though.

Walked in with my two adult daughters one had an appt for a nail dip. We asked if all three of us could get a pedi and her dipped nails a gel manicure for me and a full set for the other daughter. I am crippled and they put me in the chair first because it takes a while. The water was ice cold and when she warmed it up it was not much better. Then all of the sudden here comes another lady and tells us they can only do one pedi and the dipped nails. They seemed shocked when I said we would not do anything but the dipped nails and we would never be back. Who does that! Get one started then say oopps they cant do the rest. We will never go back.

They are a fair price and do a great job. I would recommend.

New & super clean!!! They use disposable liners in the basins also! I believe the owner was there, & he speaks excellent English & was able to help with all communication issues. My pedi was amazing, & I will try the new powder polish on my next trip in for a mani.

Nice, clean, pedicure, wish she would have scrubbed my callus by my big toes. I paid $35.00 plus as tip.

OMG the best nail place ! They were so nice . They have been here for a month so everything is new. They put oranges in my pedicure water. ( I was like what ! :) I got the Angel pedicure and they massaged my feet for about 1/2 hour . But it was not very busy so maybe that’s why:) lucky me !!! I just moved to Placerville from the Bay Area . So glad this is a few minutes from my house !

This was my first time here, I usually go to sassys, but this place is perfect for me. I got a full set acrylic, they are very gentle, precise and pretty quick in my opinion. Definitely will be returning here instead of Sassys.

I don’t appreciate being asked for another form of payment when I hand them my debit card because they have to pay fees. Having an appointment no longer means they’ll take you on time. They’re so overbooked between appointments and walk ins that they don’t show you all the colors to pick from so they can rush you through. It wasn’t like this when they first opened. Not going back
