This is the worst salon I have ever been to. Last week I asked for stiletto shaped gel nails. She proceeded to shape them like coffin then when I had her correct them the other lady proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t do stiletto well. I found that very messed up and evil that they knowingly let someone who wasn’t experienced in what I wanted do my nails when all the others sat around. Then to top it off when I had her correct them she gripped my pinky so hard she cut my pinky very badly and it STILL hurts and bled for a long time. All for the finished product to still be sloppy. This is how they treat their first time customers. I will never go here again and will not recommend anyone else to go here either.

Nice environment. Lady there who does the eyebrows cannot interpret what is wanted. Lesson learned when my regular lady goes out of town Ill wait for her to get back. Will never go here again for eyebrow waxing.

I felt that the service was great and the prices were reasonable. I had one nail damaged which they repaired like new again! Discovered that the previous nail place gave me acrylic nails instead of gels... I will be going back!!!PS - Dan is amazing!!

Excellent service.

I I stopped thru to have a fill in and a polish change done on my toes. Short on time and my nail technician was not available I thought I would try out this place. The atmosphere seemed nice and the overall Salon was peaceful I had my nails done by a young lady by the name of ANN who its all the way in the back. She is a young lady with a very arrogant and nasty attitude. I had two of my natural nails to break after having her perform the service on me yesterday. I went and had someone fix One Nail but thought about I should go back to the place that did the work. She was very rude and told me I hit something and that is why my nail was broken. I disagreed with her and she argued me up and down. She was very rude and she has a mouth on her. Furthermore they all sit around and speak Korean or Vietnamese over your head. I see why theyre here the way in the back of the mall where no one knows theyre there. I will take my money and my business elsewhere. They lost a customer. I dont care how good the job was overall she lost me as a customer!!!

Nice friendly staff.

This is the worst nail shop I have ever been to. They seat me at a chair and no one came for at least 45 minutes. People that came in after me were being serviced. I left with no service and no apology for wasting my time. They dont know how to properly manage a business. They are so busy trying to get money they lack customer service which effects their profit. They dont deserve this one star.

Good place to get your eyebrows done

My mother and I have been going here for years, weve never gone anywhere else for our nails. The staff takes very good care of us there, and Ive never been dissatisfied.

Very nail customer service, however my nails are not straight up and down, the tip was applied wrong so it looks like the nails are sticking at an angle up from my nail bed. Going somewhere else for it to be corrected today. I asked for coffin nails and some dont match the other hand

Have been going here for years until today!! Rude customer service, they were upset because I told them the nails were not shaped properly! The mama tooktook the nail clippers and snipped the nails off and said go home and take the rest off yourself! That will be the last time I visit there establishment l!!
