Myself, and both my sisters received a pedicure here. Their work is not consistent and too pricey! We paid $45 for gel polish pedicure which didnt include anything but nail clipping and cuticle trimming. No callus treatment or even a scrub. The massage was more like a rub. However they were all nice and friendly. My sister paid for an upgrade which was $60 & it seemed like the only difference was something added to the water for moisture. There was no wait so that was good but sold on this as my new salon.* Correction not sold on this salon*

Top Nails is a customer friendly business. The service was excellent. I received a pedicure and back massage, a full set of nails and facial waxing! The foot massage was awesome. My nail Tech Quan was excellent,customer service, very attentive to my needs. Water was made especially per my instructions. My nails and toes look fabulous. My eyebrows are just how I like them natural looking but neat! Pricing was Great! As a whole I fully recommend Top Nails to everyone!!

I moved to Columbia in August and I was searching for a salon/tech in the area. After going to Top Nails once and getting Kim as my technician, Ive gone back ever since. Kim is super sweet, professional, and super talented. Every visit with her has been fantastic. She always executes every idea I bring to her flawlessly from long acrylic sets to short ones (pictured). She is great with simple designs or very intricate ones with flowers, bling, etc. If youre going to Top Nails, you should book your appointment with Kim! You will not be disappointed :)

I used to love this place and come for a relaxing experience. However my last couple visits were not pleasant. It’s always packed and hot! The acrylic work has been subpar and they aren’t really social distancing. I won’t waste my money anymore.

I booked an appointment with Kim this morning and received the best service that I’ve had in a long time. Happy to say that I will definitely be back. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and came out with my nails looking like the picture but BETTER Angelo does my Nails and pedicures and is on point every time. I moved 30 min away I still drive to Top Nails to see Angelo. Everyone there is friendly and a happy environment.

You will be here all day, they dont care about your time. They dont do your nails right and charge for their own length and not what you want. Dont come here.

I went in for a pedicure and a new full set on August 16th. I called prior to my arrival because I live an hour and 30 minutes away. I went based off the great reviews I’d seen. They were a tad bit busy and I had to wait a while before my pedicure was done. No problem. My pedicure was amazing. It was after my pedicure that had me frazzled. I sat in the chair waiting for my next service, which was my full set. I had previously had a set done by another salon that I wanted removed. I waited 30 minutes in the pedicure chairs. As I waited, they were servicing people that were coming in to get their nails done also. As I got up to leave one of the employees said he’s done he can take you now. So I sat down to receive my service. To have my old set removed and new one applied. I chose an ombré. Coffin shaped. It looked beautiful. I also chose to have my eyebrows waxed. I loved them! What I did not enjoy was my nails lifting up and popping off in 2 weeks with a brand new set!! I am now missing 2 nails and 2 more nails are lifting. I normally get a fill in every 3 weeks, but my nails didn’t even last that long! I’ve never experienced this before and as I much as I paid I would’ve hoped my set would have lasted me at least 2 months with fill ins included. I said that to say I would not be returning for my nails! I am so disappointed. A waste in money if you ask me. If you want your set to last, I do NOT recommend going here because they WON’T!!!

Very nice and clean. Took the girls and the grandson to get their nails done. They did a great job on my feet too. We will definitely go back here. We brought in 7 people and they served us all at the same time and we were in and out in about an hour and a half. We had a great time.

I live in Savannah GA for 4 years & still traveled down every month ( yes every month because my nail sets lasted that long ) to get my nails done . Ofcourse the whole team is great but Candie is truly amazing, she is my go to girl . She anticipates my wants & caters to my needs . There has never been a time where ive been disappointed leaving this establishment. If I had it my way she would be my nail Tech for life . 100% recommended

My first time here, my sister told me about this place so we went together for a sister day! I am now hooked because the prices are not outrageous! Love the atmosphere and quick service! We didnt even have an appointment; on top of that they made sure that we were together to socialize as well. You have to go, and you wont be disappointed. I just got a regular manicure and pedicure because I work with children and I try to make sure that my nails are short so that I wont scratch my little ones.

My mother and I have came to this place for many many years now and have always enjoyed our experience but since they expanded and took over the other building to make it bigger there quality of work has gone down. I usually only get a full set or fill in and there have been a few times I just haven’t been pleased in the past 6 months. But this past week officially made me no longer want to come back. I paid for a pedicure for myself along for a friend and my feet barely got scrubbed for five seconds and the polish was quickly applied with no top coat. My friends top and bottom of her feet got scrubbed and she then had scratches on the top of her feet from it. I decided to give the girl another chance for her to do my fill in and she rushed through it and cut my cuticles on all my fingers and my nails were still bumpy and my nails were filled at an angle. She left to do a wax and I had to fix them myself with the buffer and file. my four day old fill in is already snagging because they weren’t done correctly. I then only left a $5 tip because I was very disappointed in service but still wanted to leave something. My friend then told me that the nail tech slammed my receipt down and started saying something probably upset about the tip I left when I shouldn’t have left anything at all. Once we were both done and paid and left I decided to call and speak with the owner and he recommended to just see him next time. He made excuses for the nail tech. I will no longer be returning here.

This place has horrible customer service. I got strip lashes, eyebrow wax, and a polish change. I was happy with all my services except the lashes. They were installed incorrectly and there was a clear difference. I requested a refund and the “technician” argued with me telling me I touched it and trying to convince me that their was nothing wrong with my lashes. I took a pic and she took one and on both pics you could see a clear difference. After still requesting a refund she told me to take the lashes off. I didn’t want them @ all but I could not take them off. It hurt and felt like my real lashes were going to come off. I just left and told them to keep the $15...and on top of this they added a $2 tip that I didn’t authorize but noticed on my recent transactions that the price was $2 more.

I went there for a simple polish change on my toes and hands and everyone is just super nice. They are very professional and very kinda when you accidentally mess up a nail. Over all an amazing experience.

My nail tech Bellle was meticulous and paid attention to every detail of my manicure and pedicure. Excellent job! All staff were friendly and welcoming. After 3 years here in Columbia, Ive finally found my perfect spot!

The wait wasnt too ridiculous. I couldnt complain. Came in for a pedicure & eyebrows arched (waxed). The woman who did my eyebrows did an amazing job. I cannot remember her name. She made sure they were waxed correctly & she even clipped the wild hairs. I felt a little rushed with my pedicure. My big toe nail polish got damaged because I was kind of rushed from drying. Choice of colors were decent.

Julie has been doing my eyebrows for years she is a true perfectionist! Gives me the perfect arch every time that I come. I call ahead most times and if she’s in she gets me in and out but still makes me feel amazing. Best brow specialist in Columbia!

Lack of honesty in how long wait is. One hour later, finally being assisted. Stayed only to fulfill promise to 12 years old. However, refused to give this establishment my money to do my pedicure. Will return to my normal salon, Posh Nails on Garner Ferry and Ft Jackson Blvd.Honesty would have encouraged me to come a second time.

This was my first visit and I am beyond happy. I went to the salon that I normally go to and I was not satisfied. The boss wasnt there and you could tell in the quality of work that I received. I needed my nails and toes done and TOP NAILS came through. Oh and I have got to mention those damn pedicure chairs...OMG. That chair was almost the best part!

Julie is the reason I will continue coming, she does an amazing job when it comes to my eyebrows like no other. They are always busy which is understandable but they have a new female assistant that helps out a lot in there, she is very sweet and attentive.
