Always a great visit when Im here. Lee is fantastic. Great service, an array of colors, and the ambience cant be beat. It may seem pricey but you pay for quality.

I have been going to West End Nail Bar for months now and I’m never disappointed with my service. But I’m pretty sure this past experience was the best. I got dip powder with ombré design and the polish was used for my pedicure which turned out equally as pretty.

Found on google passing through town. I loved the atmosphere and setup! A few highlights:-Someone knowledgeable took my phone call-I walked right in to my service-Everyone there was pleasant-100 score and completely clean-Speedy service, but detailedHighly recommend!!

Best manicure Ive ever had! Top notch service, I didnt have an appointment but my wait was less than 5 minutes. The pregnant lady who did my nails did the best job Ive ever seen on my flimsy brittle nails- and she ran the entire shop while she did my nails. She greeted every person who came in and told them which seat to go to and called people over on a radio to go help them. She also thanked each person on their way out.Also this is the first time Ive been offered refreshments when I walked into a nail salon. Other salons need to step it up. This is now the bar that I am going to compare other salons against.

Recently moved to town and i can say with absolute confidence this will be a regular spot for me. chloe did an amazing job - she really listened to what i wanted and has a serious eye for detail. wonderful service and reasonable prices!

I’ve been going to West End Nail Bar for over a year and have always loved it! Even when they are super busy they make sure you’re well taken care of and never rushed! I had a dip manicure a week ago and fell and cracked a nail in half and I went back to see if they could fix it, not only did Sophia fix my nail but she didn’t charge me at all and made it look good as new! Always a wonderful experience here!!

Honestly save your money. I never leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t recommend this place. I went two days ago on my layover for a gel manicure and the gel has already started to come off when usually it lasts Upward of 3 weeks. I did not get the shape I asked for, my nails are different lengths and the filing is uneven. Might as well go somewhere else because you’ll have to go get them fixed by another salon anyway. Not to mention the staff was extremely unprofessional and told me not to complain if I didn’t like them.

Came in for a dip manicure. Lasted about one hour so it was quick but Sophia did a good job! Definitely on the pricier side, with tip extensions, French nails, and special shape plus tip it was almost $100. What was a little frustrating was they used a communal dip pot and for that much I would definitely expect a nice salon like this to be using individual powder. I love the manicure, it turned out great! Dont know if I would return based on the fact that it didnt feel totally hygienic, especially for what I was paying.Pros: beautiful nails, nice atmosphereCons: pricey, unhygienic dip

I just found West End Nail Bar after searching for a good nail salon for so long!!! I came in with no expectations because every other place I’ve tried had 4.5+ stars and was pretty horrible even when scheduling an appointment a week in advance. I walked in here with my friend and was seen right away and had the best manicure/pedicure I’ve had in so long!! Sary did my pedicure and was AMAZING. Seriously I’ve never had such a thorough amazing pedicure!!

Just moved here back in June and this place is awesome. Clean, friendly, and they do a great job. Drinks are offered to which I often welcome with open arms. I tried another popular salon in the area and this place is leaps and bounds better. Prices are typical in my opinion. Highly recommend. The photo is 2.5 weeks of grow out.

This is by far the best nail bar ever. They were very professional, fast and attentive as soon as we walked in the door. The offer services and wine almost immediately. I got a manicure and it wa a the best ever she did an excellent job on my feet 🦶 and was so relaxing the massage the polish everything was perfect 👌🏾. I give this 6 stars if u could. Great spot if you don’t know where to choose choose her because they go above and beyond. If you’re hit in customer service then this is your spot ! The also have wine and mimosa or soft drinks 🍺 ....

Wonderful new place! First place I have been in Nashville since moving here, and this will be the place I continue to go! Service was great, I did not have to wait at all, and they have a 20% off special going on since they just opened a few weeks ago! They even offered water, wine, mimosas, etc. Very nice, clean, and relaxing place!

Been two times and have had the best dip/SNS manicures Ive ever had! They stay on for 4 weeks and remain shiny, without scratches. The workers are so friendly, accommodating, and talented! Will continue going back :)

I have been getting my nails done here for the past few months. I cant say enough positive things. My dip manicures last so much longer when done here as compared to other salons and the prices are more reasonable too. When I accidentally chipped my nail recently they let me come in without an appointment and have the defect fixed at no charge. The place is also very large and I have never had to wait long. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon.

I got my nails done two days ago and my thumb is already chipped and I think I was burned by the light. I really enjoyed my pedicure but I am not impressed by my manicure at all.

Had to be the worst pedicure ive had in my life. My boyfriend and i went for a pedicure. First the pedicure is super over priced for the experience we received. The ladies doing our pedicure seemed like they were in a rush. Didnt take their time. Not a good experience.

Richard did a pedicure for me and another gal did a gel manicure for my 15 y/o daughter. We were both very pleased with the results and the professionalism and care they took of us. If we come back to Nashville, this will be our vacation mani/pedi location of choice. Thanks, West End!!

If you want dipped nails I don’t recommend this place. Their technique wasn’t great. My nails look thick and bubbled. Also, they ended up being unevenly shaped/filed. I didn’t feel like much effort was put into it. Very upset with how mine turned out, especially since this place had 5 star reviews...

The best gel manicure I have ever received! It’s been two weeks and my nails are still almost perfect, which never happens for me because I work out every day and am very hard on my nails. The gel was so well applied that almost looks like normal polish because it’s not overly thick. I hope this business sticks around!

I am obsessed with this place. Honestly I’ve always been the kind of person to just every once in a while get my nails done, but since coming here I go all the time! They are so sweet and so detail oriented l love it! 100% recommended!

So high class, and the girls who do the pedicures are so sweet and funny. We went in at 3ish, which was a slow time for them, and we immediately got placed in excellent massage chairs.Parking is out back, dont be fooled by google maps.10/10 would recommend

I am so pleased I found West End Nails! Their business was super clean and modern, they had lots of polish colors to choose from, and it was quiet and peaceful while I was there. That being said, they had 20 pedicure stations and 19 manicure stations, so plenty of capacity to serve more people. The owners were so nice and my manicure/pedicure was done with excellent quality. After trying to find my go-to nail place since I moved to Nashville in January, I’m happy I finally found it...I’ll be back!

Such a great new place! Got a dip manicure (normally 60 but was 45 for the grand opening discount) - the staff was friendly and super detail oriented and the salon is beautiful/clean. I also noticed staff disinfecting after each client :) Definitely recommend!

So good. Technicians really listen thoroughly to what you want and make sure you’re comfortable with shape/color/length along the way. The staff (and a few guests) convinced me to get a dip manicure and it was worth it. Not to mention, complimentary wine/mimosas. Hello!!!!!!!

I came in for a 430pm manicure appointment and after 45 minutes of waiting I still had not been attended. One employee tried to sit me in a pedicure chair even though that is not what I was there for. While waiting for someone to start my service, I noticed a technician giving a girl a dip manicure was dipping her fingers straight into the main dip pot rather than separating some of the powder for her own personal use. Good nail salons know this is unhygienic. Needless to say I was grossed out and decided to leave. Terrible service.

The staff are perfectionists and it is incredibly clean! Everything is sterilized and they are following all recommended protocols in regard to COVID. Highly recommend!
