This company is by far the BEST mobility company in WI. The Appleton branch has the most caring people working there. If you have Medicaid you will wait 9 months to a year for ANY piece of equipment from ANY mobility company you hire. This company and the CCCs get all the blame for taking an exceptional amount of time, but it is Medicaid that holds things up. Medicaid in WI has only 3 reviewers who are swamped with requests. So in turn, they send back orders with ridiculous questions or need more information and each time Medicaid does that, they get 30 more days to delay the process. Blame our horrendous States Medicaid process and system instead of the good people at this branch just trying to do their jobs. This branch has managed to get my daughter equipment over 10 years that no other place has been able to get covered by Medicaid.I am impressed with the staff at this branch as each one has a personal reason for caring so much. Shout out to Ted Malkowski for all the years he has delivered things to us on his own time, weekends, holidays etc just to accommodate us. He has managed to get so many items covered for us that no one else could ever do anywhere else. I am super impressed with this company. These hard working NuMotion employees really care and they do their best, but the issue at hand is Medicaid, especially this year denying and delaying everything. WI Medicaid is in need of a makeover...but until we fix our broken health system things will only get worse for the disabled. I highly recommend NuMotion!

I dont normally leave reviews but this company is exceptionally awful to work with. If I could give them a zero for communication, I would. After dealing with them for almost a year to get a wheelchair for my daughter, I canceled our order (This was UHCs required vendor and even though I got an approval from our primary insurance #unitedhealthcare to pay a portion) called our usual vendor, Walking and Wheeling. We got measured, quoted and ordered all same day. I paid 100% out of pocket just so I dont have to deal with Numotion any longer!

Its a good chair but my husbands broke down about a month ago. Took two weeks to get a technician to come look at it and looks like at least a month until technician gets back here to repair it. They didnt offer a loaner or suggestions of what to do until then. Seems very uncaring and not customer oriented.

Ive been on the phone for 24 minutes after the small front wheel broke last week Thursday

I stopped in to Numotion this afternoon to see if I could purchase some replacement wheels for a wheel chair. The person at the front desk was pleasant and got someone to assist me right away. Brian was very friendly and helpful. He was able to quickly locate a new set of wheels for me that would serve my needs. The price was very reasonable. The service was excellent. I left with the new wheels in hand and I was completely delighted with how the visit went.

I’ve been working for the company since June of this year and I do like it a lot. I’m still learning as I go and I’ll always be excited to try new things. Supporting this company for doing a good thing for the community means a lot, and I feel like I’m contributing to the hard work. I know there are customers out there that might think we delay the process on purpose or that we don’t care, but I can assure that’s not true. We have rules to follow, especially when it comes to insurance. I know that we are all trying our best to get you what you need! Don’t give up hope just yet. :)

So, its a little bit weird when you first enter. The people really care and they dont take advantage of you. Please consider them!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Needed a 17 foot ramp put unto our house for my dad and they could only provide us with an EIGHT FOOT RAMP! Not only was that not safe, but it didnt fit our needs. We tried calling TED (the owner I guess) for over a week and he never returned our phone calls, NOR DID HE come out to do a measuring on our house. We had to do that ourselves. AVOID and go elsewhere!

They got me in and out early. Very satisfied.
